Haven watched as the room was soon filled with chatter and an atmosphere that seemed either relaxed or cautious. She thought about talking to the others around her. The tall, masked man sat down next to her, his alarmingly threatening weapon thunking softly as it rested next to his feet. She looked it over, wondering what exactly the metal contraption did. "That's the Archon of Darkness. Gideon. Remember his little show?" Corvus said, helping her remember who he was. How could I forget it? She was about to introduce herself, but Ian had appeared and was standing at the front of the room, ready to give his speech. She turned to listen, crossing her legs uncomfortably as she pondered her uncertain destiny.

Corvus relayed his accounts of the stories, showing her visions of coming to be an Archon, meeting the others, and fighting against Thanatos. Haven sucked in a breath as she saw a vision of the fall of the Archons. Her body tensed as she saw it through the eyes of Corvus. She could feel the power that Corvus had pulsing throughout her body, and her fingers tingled as Corvus recalled the feeling of time warping due to Thanatos's power. The vision soon ended, leaving Haven's mind fuzzy and in awe of how powerful Thanatos had been. She was speechless. It was only when the feeling of time's power slowly faded that she was able to think clearly and relax. Well, relax as much as she could in the nerve wracking situation. She swallowed, taking a slow, deep breath.

Are you sure I can do this, Corvus? She thought hesitantly as she watched a few of the others stand and introduce themselves. Corvus let out a small sigh. "I know it may seem scary now, but I chose you for your heart. The team will need it in times of stress. Your light will guide them. As long as you let me help you, I will make you even more powerful than I was. You will be able to snap time in two... although I hope you won't." Haven nodded slowly, letting out the breath that she'd been holding in. She felt all of her worries and stress leave her as she did so, replaced by newfound confidence and courage. The Archon of Fire, Breaker, introduced himself, and Haven thought that it was the perfect opportunity to do the same.

Slowly, Haven stood to her feet, putting on a small smile in hopes of encouraging the nervous ones into speaking as well. "My name is Haven. I possess the Archon of Time. Corvus says his salutations to all." She didn't feel quite right ending it there, and her smile slowly faded. She felt the familiar movement of the watch her mother gave her on her wrist and knew exactly what to say. "I would rather die than let my family, or anyone else's family, suffer from Thanatos's wrath," she said, looking around the room. "I hope that you all will help us. We'll need everyone." She looked at Ian and gave a small smile before returning to her seat, looking down at her watch and running her fingers around the edge of it. God, she missed her family. This was all for them.

Haven continued walking as she waited for Maddie to respond. She looked back over at the dark haired girl just in time to see her scrunch her nose and look away from Haven. Haven quirked an eyebrow and tilted her head a little as she watched her. It was amusing to watch her talk out loud with her archon.

"No. You say hi to Corvus. I'm not your messenger. How have you guys not been able to figure out a way to communicate with each other yet?" Haven suppressed a giggle, mostly because she was bickering with her archon, Eridanus. The other portion was because they had just entered the meeting room, which had a more serious atmosphere. "So this is a little weird, right? I was just minding my own business at work and this necklace was sent to me." Haven directed her attention to the necklace, coming to a stop out of the way of the door. It was huge and green. She wondered what rock was in it. The girl continued, "and the next thing I know. I'm waking up on the floor with no idea what happened. Then Eridanus starts telling me all this crazy shit about the end of everything as we know it. How crazy is that, right?" Haven let out a small scoff, laughing lightly. "Are you from, uh.....where are you from?" Maddie said, sounding wary about the answer. Haven only assumed that it was because of the appearance of everyone else in the room.

"I come from a planet called Estellos. It lies in the Vela Andromeda galaxy." She smiled at her before taking a seat close to the middle of the room. "Also, that's not that bad of a story. I was at a party when this crystal flies into my hand from a display case. I lit up the room and blacked out. I woke up in a hotel at the neighboring planet with no idea how I got there. Then Corvus began to give me a run down of everything. It's been very very crazy." Corvus chuckled in her mind, but Haven chose to ignore him. "I can give you the full story later, if you want. It was a little more insane than that." She said as she glanced around at the others in the room. She recalled each name and archon to each face, thinking about how this meeting was going to go down.

Haven walked through the halls, her hips and head swaying to the beat of a song stuck in her head. She paused at a fork in the halls and instinct told her to go left. "You seem to be doing fine finding things around here. You're very connected with the temple." Haven shrugged. I think we get along well.

The sound of footsteps behind her caught her attention, and she only assumed that it was another person heading to the meeting room. Well, unless she was going mad and imagining them. Which wasn't as far-fetched as it sounded after what she had went through in the past week or so. Soon, the foosteps caught up to her and a dark haired, slightly taller than herself, girl matched pace with her.

"Hi, I'm Maddie Tyler. Archon of...uh, Earth. What's your name?" The girl, Maddie, said. Haven looked over at her and gave her a warm smile. "I am Haven. I'm the Archon of Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey." She giggled softly, hearing Corvus sigh in the back of her mind. "Time, I mean." Corvus shook his head.

"Silly girl." I'm having fun and breaking the ice. How is that bad? Corvus ignored the response. "Her archon's name is Eridanus. He is strict and brash, but is honest. At least from my experiences with him so far." Nice guy, Haven thought with slight sarcasm towards Corvus's evaluation of the archon of earth. "Say hello for me." Haven turned back to Maddie and smiled. "Corvus says hello to you and Eridanus."

The sound of music was muffled as it drifted out of Haven's room through the thick door. Inside, Haven had plugged in her holopad and was playing her favorite songs. Thankfully the temple of Archons provided sufficient electricity. She'd find out the science behind this confusing building someday, but for now, she was grateful. There was a pile of clothes on her bed and scattered across the floor, surprisingly provided by the absolutely amazing walk-in closet that the room had made for her. It was hidden inside of the second door to the right in her room. The subconscious pick-ups that this room picked up on were perfectly executed. The first door to the room led into a gorgeous en suite.

Haven sang along to the music and danced in her spot while she hung up clothes in an ordered fashion. All of her clothes were categorized so they were easier to find. Although in a week the closet would most likely be a disorganized mess. She liked to keep things organized, for the most part. "You haven't even gotten to the shoes yet, Haven." Corvus said in a slightly sarcastic tone. Haven's ten minutes were almost up. Haven ignored him, continuing to let loose to her music as she put the finishing touches on the clothing section of her closet. She stood back and let out a happy sigh. "Ah! It's perfect. My dream closet in my dream room." She smiled happily, even though in the back of her mind, she wished that she was at home, with her own closet. The room flickered for a moment, but Haven pushed the thought away so that the room wouldn't change. "No. I must stay happy. Right, Corvus?" She turned to look at the shelves full of shoes and nearly fainted. "Oh, mercy" she breathed, sitting down on the plush, purple seat in the middle of the closet.

Corvus chuckled softly, amused by how she reacted to a shelf full of just shoes. "I don't think I'll ever understand this part of you, Haven." He said over her small murmurs of joy. "I'd hate to interrupt your mood, but it is time to go to the meeting. None of the hosts even know your names. You need to get out there and be friendly. The archon hoped that Haven was in a good mood after discovering her luxurious room. Perhaps this was just what she needed to go back to her happy self.

Haven let out a soft sigh and stood, stroking a nearby, gorgeous heel. "I'll be back," she whispered to it before heading out of the closet with a sigh. "I suppose I have been a little anti-social. Oh well." She plopped down on the carpet at the foot of her bed, pulling her boots back onto her feet. She then stood and went into the bathroom, braiding her hair before curling it into a bun at the back of her head. "Music, off!" She called, happy to hear her holopad respond to her voice and stop the music.

"I don't need to bring anything, do I, Corvus?" She asked as she walked into her room, resting her hands on her hips in contemplation. Corvus nodded. "Always keep the dagger on you. In case something goes haywire." Haven nodded and pulled the gold dagger from her satchel. She slid it into her boot, careful not to cut herself or the leather. "Alright! I'm ready." With that said, Haven smiled and stepped out of her room, feeling ten times better than how she had been earlier.

Haven hummed softly as she walked out of her room, locking the door behind her with the touch of her thumbprint. When she turned around, she noticed that the hallway had transformed. Now, a comfortable lounge sat outside of her room, surrounded by three other doors than her own door. "Hm. Neat." Without another thought, Haven headed into the main hallway, a slight skip in her step.

"It's time for a meeting. everyone must know what Thanatos is trying to do and what we have to do to stop him," a man's voice sounded from the hallway as Haven stepped into it. She slowly approached the others standing in the hallway, stopping just behind them all as Ian, the voice from before, spoke again. "I need you all to head to the meeting room now. It's time we learned what is really going on here and the part we all have to play in it." Haven looked Ian over again, noticing his new take on the whole "leading" business. At least he's comfortable with it, she thought to Corvus, giving Ian a soft smile. She looked around at the others, noticing that they didn't jump at the gun to get to the meeting room. "Well, guys? I'm just as ready to hear this destiny as you are." She said before slipping through the crowd and heading towards Ian. She gave him a friendly smile. "I'm Haven, and Corvus says hello to Lupus. He missed her." She winked at Ian before continuing past him, wanting to get a good seat in the meeting room. She didn't need Ian to lead her there. This place was like a maze, but as long as you focused on the room you wanted, you found it with ease. Corvus sighed softly. "I didn't tell you that I missed her. I just wanted to say hi." Haven simply giggled a little as she continued towards the meeting room. I know.
