I changed the rank to B. But after discussing with Letter Bee in PM's, we 'agreed' that the operational limits as currently stated are reasonable, so I have not made any changes to that. If I am mistaken in my assumptions, please let me know and I will rectify.
Haruishi Mari

Quirk: Born to Run (Thunder Road)

Interacting with: @Light Lord @Naw

Mari nodded as she listened to Kai explain his quirk and as Yasu reaffirmed hers. In response to Kai's admiration of her quirk, Mari simply replied, "Being punctual is about self-discipline and preparedness. A quirk that does not involve speed is no excuse." This statement definitely came out sounding judgmental, as Mari already had her suspicions on why Kai was late in the first place. His statement of admiration only cemented her suspicion that his tardiness stemmed from factors well within his control, causing her to see him as lazy, unserious, or unmotivated.

She turned to listen to Goudo-sensei explain the exercise, giving an audible, 'tch', when he mentioned that each path had a family of three. "Well, looks like I was wrong about there being only one family to rescue," Mari said, explaining her annoyance, "This means that some teams will have an advantage when it comes to searching, and it will be less likely that this is going to be a cooperative exercise between the teams." Finally, she volunteered, "I'll get the maps and ribbons," as she headed over to Goudo to retrieve the team items. When she returned, she addressed Kai, as if she hadn't just given him shade a moment ago for being late, "Mori-san, your quirk might be the most suited to rescuing in this exercise, if and when we encounter the family of dummies. I assume your arms can lift more than normal arms can?"

@Noodles

"I actually don't know where the captain of this ship plans to go next, but why would you need us to take you to Loguetown? Don't you have your own ship and crew?" Handel asked, exasperated. "Look, all I'm saying is: if you trust me and believe that I'm not a defector, you will leave me to carry out my mission, but if you don't trust me, and still wish to see me as a defector, then it doesn't make sense for a fruit user like you to want to be stuck alone in the middle of the sea surrounded by pirates. No marine lieutenant, even if they are a devil-fruit user, can take on a marine commander and six pirates, I guess seven now if the Living Dragon has joined, simultaneously. Technically, that makes a marine commander, a former marine captain, since the Living Dragon had earned the rank of captain before his defection, and six pirates. If you are adamant about capturing these pirates, you should go get your crew and come back to confiscate this boat, or if you are after me, then you can stop all this beating around the bush and just arrest me." Handel didn't know why she was pushing the subject, after all, time was technically on her side, and stalling would work in her favor. Perhaps the fact that her ruse seemed to be falling on deaf ears was irksome, and she was losing patience.
Vivian & Sylvia Altissima
@PaulHaynek @Lmpkio

Vivian and Sylvia looked up in awe at Morgan's transformation as both realized that they had no idea what kind of monster Morgan was. Having gorwn up more or less among humans, the sisters didn't know a great deal of information about other monsters, let alone ancient, supposedly-extinct species. Despite being told to stay put, the liliraune climbed partway up their little foxhole so they could at least peek above ground to get the lay of the land.
Din
Level 3 - (21/30) EXP
Location - Peach's Castle: Interior, Throne Room --> Garden
Word Count: 407

@ProPro

Din watched with a tired gaze as Megadragonbowser finally collapsed. He offered his spirit to Bowser, but it was ultimately snatched up by the Centurion. Din looked around for Zer0 and Gaige's bodies, but remembered that after they had been brutally slain, their bodies turned to ash just as Megadragonbowser's had, and their spirits had been picked up by her allies. Even the wave that cleared away the corruption did little to lift Din's spirits as she pondered her own mortality and if her friends would simply cannibalize her soul as well. Or maybe her soul wasn't worth acquiring? The lady of the castle presented herself and invited them to feast, and it seemed that merriment was in order, but Din felt something needed to be done to address the souls that had been lost. Besides, if 12 more threats on the same or greater level as Megadragonbowser remained, how many of them would survive until the end? The hand had mentioned at the bridge that its minions were stronger thanks to Galeem, whereas Din had seen firsthand that her allies strengthened themselves by consuming the spirits of the fallen. Would this conflict simply devolve into a war where combatants of both sides fought with tremendous levels of borrowed power?

She was broken out of her thoughts by the Courier, who asked for help growing herbs. She looked with some concern as the white-haired gentleman came in, about to start a fight, but s he suddenly started giving excuses for his initial aggression, Din reasoned that this matter would resolve itself shortly. This whole matter of being mind-controlled to fight each other and coming to ones senses was getting old rapidly. She nodded to the Courier, and asked one of the mushroom people where the castle's gardens were, assuming that an opulent castle like this would have one. Together with the Courier, she walked as directed. Out of the blue, she said, "What's your name? Mine's Din. I guess, where I'm from doesn't matter. But I just want to know your name, and for you to know mine. Those two who died...I didn't know their names...we don't even have bodies we can bury."

Arriving in the garden, Din noticed that it was rather crowded with strange and fantastical beasts. "Do you have samples for the plants you want to grow?" she asked, as it would be difficult to produce if she didn't know what plants he wanted.
@Lugubrious

Are the bodies of Zer0 and Gaige still around? Din might want to give them a funeral if they are.

Also, for some reason, @DracoLunaris' last post made me think that an event where everyone gets shrunken and swallowed by Bowser for a "Bowser's Inside Story" adventure might be pretty fun.
Lexus Dominiel

Name: Lexus Dominiel
Nicknames / Titles / Alias's: High Inquisitor
Age: 777
Gender: Male

Height: 6'6"
Weight: 30 lbs
Build: A skeleton.
Appearance:
Lexus Dominiel has the form of a skeleton dressed in holy raiment, whether it be crusader-like armor, inquisitorial robes, or vestments befitting a high priest. In all iterations, he is heavily bejeweled, with the jewels even forming parts of important facial features such as the eyes, nose, teeth and beard:

Personality:
Lexus Dominiel has completely embraced the idea that devils came from angels and pompously sees himself as some sort of equal but opposite counterpart to those celestial, divine messengers. He is deeply philosophical and manipulative, driving lesser minds mad with pedantry, sophistry and circular logic. Lexus takes great joy in corrupting the pious with arrogance, ignorance, desperation, and power. Fanatically loyal to Morelion, Lexus is a pedagogue and expects the same devotion from his underlings and will not tolerate insubordination of any kind.

Specialty: Diplomacy, subterfuge, and magic. Lexus has the ability to corrupt the most powerful forces for good either into oppressive, close-minded regimes, or disorganized masses of hate and violence. He specializes in preying on the universal weakness of all sentient minds: the inability to self-criticize, and seeks out those in high positions, often acting as an echo chamber to amplify their irrational fears and biases. For this reason, he has has mastered speech, religious philosophy, as well as fire magic for combat, light magic for disguises, and even holy magic.
Dominating Trait/Sin: Fanaticism

Background:
Lexus Dominiel claims to be responsible for several devastating racial and religious crusades that had flared up in Shal'var's history, though he has little proof of this other than the mass of holy relics and religious artifacts that he has managed to hoard in his castle. Though capable enough at leading his own forces, he has sought time and time again for something to believe in, and has offered his fealty to several great devil lords in the past, only to eventually leave their employ, either by escape or by exile. Lexus has a history of not getting along with other devils due to his arrogant, pompous nature, and his tendency to use holy magic, which most devils see as an inexcusable threat. But it is this use of holy magic which has allowed him to maintain his territory, despite having antagonized many of his neighbors.

One day he slipped into Morelion's domain in the guise of a simple undead magician and served in his army. One day, out of the blue, he revealed himself to Morelion and swore fealty. Something about the way Morelion carried himself and led his forces sparked a fervent, undying loyalty in Lexus, who has served as Morelion's general and adviser since.
@Lmpkio @Simple Unicycle

I think the pair of Dinosaurs from Bubble Bobble would be viable kindred spirits too.
