Character Personality: Before his life became a living Hell, he was a normal young man trying to balance going to college to get a degree in medical sciences with a job as a bike messenger, and trying to help out his cancer stricken single mother and two younger siblings a brother and a sister who are in high school. He was just trying to skate through life, though growing up with a single mother he learned to respect women and to be chivalrous and he despised the kind of men who would walk out on their family. When he’s around family, he acts as the patriarch of the household which is perceived differently by each of them and when he’s arounds the few friends that he has the time for in his hectic life, they would describe him as the best person they knew, even with all the weight on his shoulders.
With everything going on in his life, he is excellent at being able to multi-task, an example would be taking his mother to the oncologist to get her daily dose of chemo, working on his homework, ordering Chinese for dinner and then scrounging up some cash with a messenger job within a couple of hours. What little down time he does have, he spends it at his school’s track team, and while one would expect him to take a leadership position in this endeavor, he gladly just folds into the pack, letting his mind wander while he runs at his meets. When it comes to believing in a higher power, Victor wants to believe in anything that would let his mother go to a peaceful and happy place after she passes away, and every night before going to sleep, he tries to pray to anything that would listen.
Unfortunately, he lately has been feeling like his prayers have fallen on deaf ears, and if he ever got the chance to meet his maker then he made himself an internalized vow that he would give it a piece of his mind, and he sees all the suffering that other people go through, it makes him want to swear off religion all together some days. Victor is always a talk it out kind of guy when a situation arises, but if someone were to insult any aspect of his life then Hell hath no fury than an overworked young man, and he would let his fists and frustrations fly with how much he is balancing on the knife’s edge.

Origin Info/Details: Victor is the hard working, and extremely responsible son of a once beautiful teenage mother who was on track to being an actress with many promising opportunities, but a one night stand with a self proclaimed bad boy and drummer to a garage band drummer changed their lives drastically. Victor watched as a young boy his home life slowly burn to the ground after his parents had two more kids by the time that Victor was five, and on his sixth birthday he watched in tears as his parents had last argument and his father stormed out of his life. Something clicked in him that day though, and instead of worrying about himself, he started a new life of taking care of his now helpless mother and infant brother and sister.
Every day he would come home from elementary school by riding his bike like a big kid to his home in the rough part of the neighborhood because it was difficult for his mother find work and a reliable sitter, then he would do his homework while fixing dinner with his mother for the family. Then as soon as he was old enough, he got a job delivering newspapers by bike and became the patriarch of his family and outside of track meets and sleep, all of his time became consumed by the needs of others before himself. Then he got his lucky break after being scouted at a track meet for a really good school, but it took a great amount of convincing from his mom and younger siblings that they could survive without him, the irony would rear it’s ugly head later when during his sophomore year of college his mother called him with news that she had found out she had breast cancer.
Victor tried to take the news in stride, cherishing every day he had with his family, even helping his mother with the oncology visits, but a year into the treatments and they got the news that the cancer had spread. Victor, who had been the praying type when he was younger, finally found his breaking point in life and at the communal church at the hospital, he made an angry, hurtful plea with every fiber of his being to anybody who would listen. At first, he was alone in his anger, but then several people in strange garbs walked into the church, one was a man of Egyptian heritage who walked with a cane, another was an elderly man wearing a horned crown, another old man but this one had a missing eye and had two crows on his shoulders, then a younger man came into the room wearing nothing but a robe and a set of golden sandals with tiny wings on them, a man of Polynesian descent, and native American dressed in traditional garb. Individually these were Amun, the Egyptian God of Creation and The Wind, Enlil, the ancient Sumerian God of breath, Odin, the All Seeing Father of Norse tales, the Greek God Hermes, the Hawaiian God of wind and forgiveness La’a Maomao, and Epigishmog the North American Spiritual Being of the west winds and ultimate destiny.
At first Victor had no idea who these strange men were, and as they made him uncomfortable in his anger he tried to leave the church, but upon going through the door to get back to the hospital, he was transported back to his seat. Thinking this to be a dream, Victor tried again and again to leave the church, only to find that he was always transported back to his seat, and finally gave up on his thousandth time and he looked at the gathered men who had been silent all this time until Odin finally spoke. While Victor was under the impression that the Gods had forsaken and ignored him his entire life, they had actually been silently watching him, putting him through the trials and watching him pass as best that he could.
The trials Odin explains, were a test to judge a necessary individual who would be the protector of humanity against a threat even the gathered Gods couldn’t take on, all they could do was seal it in a pocket dimension and the key to that prison was someone who could bare the responsibility, and so they found Victor. At first Victor denied that any of it was real, until Amun speaks up and tells him that the cancer in his mother’s breasts is the manifestation of this ancient evil, known as The Being Of True Torture in English being the most easily pronounceable. Victor realized that he hadn’t said anything about his mother, other than the anger filled prayer that he had earlier, and then came to the realization that these were indeed Gods, and everything he had been through was at one of their faults.
So in mid thought about lashing out and attacking them for everything he had gone through, the native American spiritual being sat him back down and told him that it was his destiny, and that they could give him all the time in the world with his family if he agreed to be the key to The Being’s prison. Victor thought for a moment and asked the question that was really burning inside him, and before he could ask, the spiritual being told him yes she will be in a peaceful place. So with a nod, they each place a palm on Victor’s body and a white light envelops the room.
As quickly as this had happened everyone had disappeared and left him alone, so he ran to his mother’s bedside, only to find that all that had transpired was actually real because nobody in the entire hospital, including his mother had moved an inch in the span of time it took for him to run the entirety of the ten story structure. That was seven months ago in normal human perception, to Victor though, that’s another story entirely…

Season 1/2 Summary: N/A
Hero Type Speedster
Power Level: World Level
Powers (Be Specific):
Super Speed- Victor can move at the speed of 1 Mile Per Yoctosecond, which is equal to a septillionth of a second
Accelerated Perception- Victor perceives everything in Super Speed Hell, almost infinitely stretched out moments in time
G-Force Adaption- Victor is immune to the effects that a speed like his would have on the human body
Aim Dodging- Victor can avoid any physical projectile attack that is below his own speed, for example he can dodge a bullet without even thinking about it, while a space probe the size and speed of Helios 2 would be moving slow enough for him to notice after awhile
Sensorimotor Synchrony- Victor’s mental processing ability matches the speed of his physical self, allowing him to think normally in Super Speed Hell
Temporal Perception Manipulation- Through physical contact, Victor can expand his abilities temporarily to one other person who doesn’t have super speed, unfortunately this puts a lot of strain on him, so he can only keep them in SSH for one real time second
Molecular Oscillation- When standing perfectly still, Victor can vibrate his molecules and phase through solid matter only a few inches thick, this ability doesn’t work as well with the liquid state of matter
Invisible Speed- Victor moves so fast that he is rendered invisible to the naked eye
Speed Clones- He can create after images of himself that act as physical clones, each one lasts 24 hours in real time, they have no special abilities of their own
Speed Clone Telepathy- He primarily uses his clones to speak to people in the normal frame of time, they act more like puppets for him to mentally manipulate, but he needs to be within a certain distance of them to work properly

January 1st 9am and one jiffy (3x10^24)- SUPER SPEED HELL
“Oh my god, oh my god what have I done? How do I stop this?” Victor said as he paced back and forth in his mother, Abigail’s hospital room, he rubbed his terrified face and glanced over at his frail looking mother who though she was only 40 years old, he could plain as day see and study every wrinkle in her tired face. “HOW DO I STOP THIS? WHAT DID I AGREE TO?!” He yelled up at the ceiling, directing his anger at the Gods who had just only recently showed up and seemingly answered his prayers. he looked desperately back at his mother and then at the clock on the wall which had not moved in the entire time he had run up and down the hospital trying to find someone, anyone with answers.
January 1st 9am and a few seconds- Normal Speed
Abigail’s tired blue eyes fluttered open after laying in her hospital bed for what felt like to her to be an hour, but in truth was hour of which, so she struggled to get up and with the help of her IV pole and heart rate monitor she feebly walked to the doorway. “Doctor?” she asked a nurse who walked past her, “is my doctor on his way?” she asked, her voice which was once melodic and lively when she was younger has now grown tired like it had been dragged through a lifetime of mud. “oh he’s going over your lab results,” the nurse said with a smile, “he should be in shortly,” she added as she helped Abigail back into bed and reset her IV bag, and when she turned around to walk out of the room she saw the same flutter of light but thought nothing of it.
SUPER SPEED HELL 9am and one yochtosecond (10^24)
Victor plopped down in the sofa after he started to hyperventilate, freaking out that he was going to be stuck in time like he was, “This… this is all my fault.” He said, clutching his chest and feeling his erratic heartbeat, he looked around the room and thought that maybe he could write a message to his mother to let her know what he was going through, and that she could talk him through it. “What would I even write?” Victor said with a disturbed laugh, but then a thought struck him, “what if it’s just like this at the hospital?” he said out loud, and then ran out to the nurse’s station and grabbed someone’s cellphone that was laying on the desk and as he grabbed it, it seemed as if the phone accelerated to the speed that he was at and he dialed his brother’s cell phone. “Come on, pick up, Brian” he spoke desperately.
Normal Speed- 9am and a few seconds
Brian Donovan was the younger, more mischievous brother of Victor’s and was still in high school though the grades he indicated that he wouldn’t be for very long, and he was just waking up to get ready for yet another boring day of school when his cell phone rang for just a second before it cut out. “Whatever,” he said, shrugging it off and getting up to go take a shower, and he banged on his sister’s door a few times to help her get up and stop moping about her latest boyfriend failure, he turned on some heavy rock on his phone before getting undressed and then his phone rang again, same way as before. “What the Hell, asshole?” he moaned and checked the number, which was one he didn’t recognize and without any expectations he called the number back to see what their deal was.
Super Speed Hell 9am and a dekajiffy (3x10^23)
“Gahh,” Victor grunted after he had tried to call his younger brother but that idea had quickly been a misfire, so he returned the cell phone to the desk and then plopped down in one of the nurses chairs and tried to think of another idea. “What the Hell am I supposed to do now?” he asked a nurse who was checking a patient’s charts, and he spun around in his chair and looked at all the other charts lined up along the wall representing all the people admitted. “Well it could be worse, you guys.” He let out a brief stress filled bit of laughter before getting up and thought about reading the charts with his limited medical knowledge to see what his unique perspective had to offer, almost unaware that this would be the start of his new life in this nearly eternally frozen in time Hell.
