I'm fine with a uniform numbering-system for the rooms. But then, I feel like you as the GM should be the one to pick thosse numbers in that case, since all of us trying to agree on or suggest an idea could get messy.

Miyuki and Yumeiki's room is the 4th room of their floor.

When you can point your finger at someone and set them on fire, physical strenght isn't really necessary though. ^^;
