Fell, she/they, English, currently obsessed with DnD and other ttrpgs. I do art sometimes. I am the GM of two tabletop roleplays on this very site:

- Beyond Moonlight's Reach, a story of four young dragons growing up in a post-apocalyptic fantasy world, and using the Powered by the Apocalypse game Epyllion.

- Search for Tir na Og, a DnD 5e campaign set in the Planescape setting where a group of strangers from all across the multiverse come together to solve the mystery about what happened to the Celtic gods after they and their homelands were mysteriously spirited away.

Don't you mean the two stages of coping with Skobeloff?

Eh, same thing.
But as Skobeloff approached, it wasn't difficult for a Seer accustomed to her friend's shenanigans to realize he was up to something. And, just like that, her 'oh yes, he's clever' turned into an 'oh no, he's clever.'

The two stages of dealing with Skobeloff.

The Lady of Pain is the multiverse's ultimate introvert. The lengths she will go to not to have to interact with people is what all other introverts aspire to.
Is everyone waiting on a response from Flicker?
Obviously extremely gracefully. :3

Ha... yeah... sure...

*sweats nervously*
That makes me wonder…

Who throws magic scrolls and spell books into the trash?!

Mages who think they're too good for basic spells.
Plus, Brutrumukk didn’t study magic like Jub has.

Ah yes. Jub's "studying".

Jub: Guys, I found another magical scroll in the trash!
Jub the Peculiar

When Brutrumukk began his response, Jub immediately tensed up as he was expecting to, at best, be shouted at or, at worst, get beat up. Surprisingly, neither of those happened. While outraged, Brutrumukk took his lack of transformation pretty well, and pinned the needle to his clothes so they could make use of it later. As Jub stared at the small, sharp implement, he got a sense that even though it didn't actually possess the power to turn people into werecreatures, did have some latent magic. In fact, it was not dissimiliar from the wild magic that now radiated from Brutrumukk. "Just... be careful with that," he said after a moment. "I get the feeling that its magic might be on the unpredictable side." He added, under his breath, "Just like everything else in this damn place."
In this case...I'll say 10 is enough for a basic answer, nothing too detailed.

Brutrumukk, holding up needle: Hey do you know anything about this?
Jub, using his last brain cell: Very sharp. Stabby stabby. Bad.
Brutrumukk: ... what?
Jub: I don't know, man, I haven't slept in several hours.
That is correct.

Got a 10. Gonna assume Jub don't know shit.

Jub: ... this is sharp.
