Hello! I'm Yankee.
I'm usually down for pretty much anything: action, adventure, romance, horror, taboo, comedy, smut, gore, slice-of-life, etc.
I like cute, fun stories just as much as dark, gross, traumatic (for character) stories. I enjoy creating original characters for RP,
but I get as much enjoyment writing as canon characters in fandom-based games!
On that note I like comic books, cartoons, and videogames. I'm also very into cosplay and art!

I am a very slow writer, so my preferred posting pace is once per week or less. I usually post on weekends.
I like to have fun while writing, so I prefer relaxed partners who don't take things too seriously.
Remember: fiction =/= reality.

Feel free to PM me to chat!
However I do not check PMs immediately. Might take me a day or two... or ten to get back to you.

Forward all complaints to @stone

If there was one good thing about the situation currently unfolding, it was that it proved Masato was not actually going crazy from being stuck in the Otherside after only two nights. The same could not be said for the rest of the students. He'd have to ask Maeda later what the statistics were on how many people succumbed to insanity and cannibalism in scenarios like this, and how quickly. It couldn't be this quickly.

The council president extracted himself from the group huddled around Sasuke the moment Kanamori and Todokawa crowded in. The cooked fish the latter had thrown his way was completely forgotten on the ground as the Awakened all started tasting whatever it was that was coming out of Stewart's stomach.

"What the hell are you all doing?!" he said, nearly shouting in disbelief. Worse yet the source of the golden blood decided that whatever it was he was secreting, it would help Sasuke. He and Asahi poured it down the martial artist's throat.

Were they just so panic stricken that they would try anything? To Masato's shock it actually looked like the blood-like substance was helping, for a few seconds. Then it was too much. Panic began anew.

Masato didn't get any closer, just watching the events with wide eyes. At this point he felt that there might not be anything they could do for Sasuke. Maybe they could learn from this and save Endo yet, but Sasuke... the discoloration of his skin, the vomit, the blood, the heat... it almost looks like he's overdosing and running a fever too. What a horrible combination, Masato thought.

"Don't hold him down, Asahi," he told the other boy, following up once Kanamori attempted to step in with, "or hold him up. Best to lay him on his side.

"Is he breathing?" It was hard to tell from there, he could see Sasuke gasping but wasn't sure if it was from lack of oxygen or just something crazy about the shit they made him swallow. He rattled off a couple of suggestions while Asahi worked, like rubbing over the boy's heart. He brought up CPR, unsure, but if no one else knew how then Masato could at least try that.

He kept speaking, failing to keep his tone neutral and probably coming off more demanding than intended. He focused his attention on Sasuke, willing whatever bad they'd done to him, to be undone.
Welcome, hope you have fun!

After a little while the entire group was all settled with their changes and item claims. True to form Therion took the leftovers from the queen's stash seeing as no one else seemed to want them, the Hiveblood Charm and the sword Yato. He was a little disappointed that Nadia's map didn't update like he'd thought, but then again it would be a pretty poor business model for the map maker if it did. Talking with the locations didn't give much information beyond this area being a dead end. Random direction it is, he thought as the Seekers made their way back through the hive and out of the tunnels they'd come from.

There were no enemy wasps to be seen on the way, having deserted the place with the fall of their leader. The only obstacles were the red vines, but now that the way they worked was no longer a mystery they were a lot less dangerous. Plus going up through the tunnel revealed the place the vines grew from in the first place. After having experienced the pain inflicted by the vines firsthand, it felt good for Primrose and Therion to stab at their cores and destroy them.

Climbing back into the arboretum, they were met with the Water Lily Siren - and a present.

"Oh?" Primrose eyed the gift as the Siren explained what it was. That was an intriguing ability. "Thank you," the dancer said, smiling up at the giant plant woman as she accepted the charm. She moved to tuck it into her bag, then thought better of it. She affixed it to her glove like a corsage. The next time they came to a stop she might have to ask Queen Sectonia for the smelter. Every rose needed its thorns, after all.

She exchanged another goodbye with the siren and then moved to catch up with the others who'd continued on into Holograd.

The same question remained unanswered: where to go from here. The Seekers looked around, wondering. They could go deeper in, where it seemed from the air that more danger lurked. Back tracking anymore meant going back up, which would be possible but very slow. It also meant going back through the tower and into the city, and who knew if the citizens were still compelled to kill them? Despite Ms. Fortune's cartoonish summoning of him, Cornifer didn't appear to sell them a new section of map either. However, someone else did show up - and in flamboyant style.

Organization... XIII, was it? Primrose mused as people gathered around the small hooded girl. The stranger wasted no time telling them what they needed to hear. Information on the Guardian, where it "really" was and what they needed to do to access it beyond gathering the mask fragments. She even revealed a path forward.

All the while Therion stood at the edge of the group, arms crossed and the fingers of one hand drumming across his bicep. Having the answers basically handed to them on a platter was good, since it saved them a lot of trouble. But the fact that this group was out there that already had all of this information and was basically just pointing the Seekers in the direction they wanted them to go was irksome. He'd had very limited dealings with this Organization before, so he had no real opinion of them, but being manipulated for the greater good was still being manipulated. He wanted to snap at the girl and ask how she even knew all of this to begin with, but once the clouds formed some people started climbing while others lingered for questioning. He made himself part of the former while Primrose stayed behind for a conversation.

After climbing up onto a nearby roof and then jumping onto a cloud, Therion bounced up onto the next, and then the next. It wasn't as simple as it looked at first, he had to steady himself so as not to go flying off, and she still had to use his muscles to actually jump. Turning out bouncing on the trampoline like surfaces was tiring. He paused, hopping off onto a floating island as he let others bypass him. One of the pros of bringing up the rear was that those ahead of him could clear out anything that got in the way. Judging from the roar of the dragon turtle above, there were probably bugs or some other poor saps that had done just that.

Unsurprisingly he transformed for the remainder of his climb. He'd seen cats jump before, they had better control over their falls and they always landed on their feet too. It would make things a little easier going up. At this point he didn't even waste time hoping this would be the last climb or descent, seeing as the entire region was cliffs, pits, and chasms.

After finishing up with the Organization member, Primrose followed after the front runners. Her scarf made the climb simple for her, as she could propel herself up by bouncing from a cloud and them float up to a higher one, then repeat. She'd kept the areas the girl had mentioned in mind as she met with everyone at the top ready to head to their next destination.

It wasn't that long ago that Pit had been fighting another ice user. Because of that experience he kept the Arm equipped, knowing it would be useful. Mistral had been powerful, deadly. Even while fighting together with Giovanna, the two of them had a rough time scrapping out a win. Compared to her, Sina couldn't be that bad - but she wasn't to be underestimated either.

As soon as she got her bearings she set herself up with ammo in the form of water and got to conjuring, or whatever it was that psychics did. Either way, icicles flew through the air in Pit's direction. He hopped out of their path and returned fire with his own ring shots. When the projectiles met in the air they canceled each other out, and Sina could fire hers faster. The sting of the ice bursting against him was just as unpleasant now as it had been against Mistral. The Arm wasn't intended for long or even mid-range combat, he had to get closer.

Since Pit didn't intend to play defense forever, he took the first opening he saw to try and close the gap between himself and Sina. Unfortunately for him, she was more than ready for it. First she turned the water beneath Pit to ice, sending him crashing unceremoniously to the ground when he slipped. A frozen blast sent the angel backward, but undeterred scrambled up and tried again. This time he leapt forward, easily able to clear the distance between them. But Sina quickly shifted her foot forward, shooting a ripple through the ground courtesy of her partner's power. The ripple terminated with a little crack just under Pit, sending a burst of water upward. Cryokinesis flash froze it as it came up, turning it into a ascending wall that caught the angel in the chest as it formed. He winced, pushing backwards off of it just as Sina extended her hand and closed her fist, forcing sharp spikes to form from the icy barricade.

Whether Pit had escaped the spikes forming or not didn't matter; her ambush was set. With her arm still outstretched she focused frost in her palm, rapidly condensing it into a compact form reminiscent of a snowball but a lot more dangerous. She was prepared to strike her opponent with it as soon as he showed his face from around the ice wall, her eyes darting around its edges for sign of the angel.

"You should know..." Pit started to say from behind the ice. He raised the Upperdash Arm behind himself, preparing to charge. He dashed and swung the arm, broke through the barrier and directly towards Sina. The uppercut deflected the attack she hastily launched and connected with her. "...that I'm great at breaking the ice!"

Oh yeah, Lady Palutena would have loved that one. Sina flew backward, but managed to keep herself from going too far with her ice powers. After some disorientation she locked herself in place by freezing her own legs to the ground just long enough to regain her balance. She let herself free and snapped her angry gaze up at Pit, only to get knocked by a few discs Pit had fired as he completed his approach crashing into her head and abdomen.

She stubbornly remained upright, lifting both of her arms to shower Pit with freezing particles and cutting cold. Maybe she intended to make a popsicle out of him, but now he was far to close and instead of retreating she'd stood her ground. Though there were ice crystals forming on his skin and feathers, slowing him down, Pit reached out with his free hand and grabbed hold of her He yanked her just close enough so that he could bring up a knee and stun her with a strike to the gut. Using her weight and his he started to roll backwards, throwing Sina in the opposite direction with a kick and completing his tumble with a rough shake of his wings to get rid of the ice.

While Sina was downed Pit took a moment to make sure everyone else was okay, his breath visible while on the icy side of the room. He could feel the rumble of the other simultaneous battles going on, and from what he could tell things were going... well, not awful. The renegade agents even appeared to be on the back foot, though it was only for a moment. Pit's eyes flickered back to Sina as she stood up, pulling the cord on her uniform's collar at the same time that Dexio did. Her face became obscured, but her posture told Pit that she wasn't finished just yet. Gemma's warning confirmed it.

Had this been a friendly bout, Pit might not have minded a round two. Given Sakura had pointed Sina and Dexio out as teammates and something must have been done to their minds, Pit didn't want to risk hurting them. Plus they still had missing friends to find and comrades in other parts of the city that could be using their help. So Pit's opening move for round two was to place a hand over his heart, pulling it away from his chest with a flourish and bringing a bright pink friend heart into being.

"Hopefully this works!" he said while practically launching himself at Sina to press the heart into her. Would she be able to tell them what happened to her, and help subdue her partner if it did? There was only one way to find out.

In the midst of their predicament, the Hive Knight came to their rescue. Flattened against Sectonia's summoned crystal as they were, it was a bit awkward to watch the events unfold. Even so, the bright glow emanating from Barnabee and the golden light in his eyes told those who'd experienced this power before all they needed to know about what was going to happen. Therion's eyes were wide and Primrose bit her lip as they watched the knight's final act.

When it was over and the usurper was defeated, it was Primrose who would answer Nadia's question whether it had been rhetorical or not. The dancer stood and dusted herself off, following the Feral into the throne room where they saw Barnabee pass in front of his beloved queen.

"A Final Smash," Primrose said, glancing at Ms. Fortune. "It's exactly as it sounds. In the desert, we knew someone that... used it. They'd explained it to me as an all out attack that could even warp reality... but the price of such power was- well, as you can see."

She watched the last of the particles of what had once been Barnabee dissolve, and just like with Robin there was no spirit left behind. On the train to Tostarena, she hadn't been able to picture a scenario in which she would use that power herself. Now that she knew that Barnabee's quest had not exactly been for liberation, but vengeance, she could see herself taking a page from his book. She understood him, his actions. If she had only that option left to her, to trade her life to wipe out the Obsidians that murdered her father for good, she might just do so.

That said, before waking up in this world she'd taken out two of the three of them so she felt pretty good about her chances. The mourning over Barnabee was brief, and as the majority of the Seekers piled into the room Primrose took a step back to let them sort out their items and spirits after putting the newest mask fragment with the others. The most interesting was watching Ms. Fortune put herself back together, and not in the usual way.

The orb. It had knocked Nadia off of her feet and all of the spirits she'd absorbed came filtering out of her. It was surprising to say the least, and it was of particular interest to Therion as there was an aspect of himself now that he wouldn't mind being rid of. Once she was done putting herself back together (differently) and asked if anyone else wanted to give it a try, the other thief held a hand out so that she could slap the orb into his waiting palm. "I will."

Like Nadia, Therion didn't spend long in his original form. After the initial disorientation of the fusions and striker spirits flowing out of him, there was another moment of confusion as he adjusted to his human senses again. That's... a weird feeling. He'd barely had the new ears and tail for a couple days, and he'd already grown so used to them. Of course, it felt natural without them too. He shook his head, dismissing it all as just one of the odd things about the world and spirits at large. Then he gathered them up again, keeping one to the side. Starting with the Junicorn, he rebound it as a striker once more. That thing had some utility, and it had served him well so far. The Metro Cat fusion came next, as small and weak as it was he felt it helped more than it hurt. The spirit of Ranulf followed, pressed back into his chest. When he fused with that, he felt something slightly different... but it was probably fine.

Given that he'd only fused with two spirits, his appearance hardly changed from what it had been a few minutes ago. It wasn't exactly the same; he wasn't quite as short, though he was still smaller than his natural five foot five. His head was also normally proportioned again, thankfully. His skin lost the paleness but kept the healthier light tan tone, while his hair (and ears and tail) retained the fade from white to blue to black. His single visible eye was orange with slitted pupils just as it had been, but the damaged one just barely covered by his hair had turned green again. Underneath the dark cloak he'd taken to wearing, his outfit was still the mismatch of purple, ochre, brown, orange, and dark green.

The only spirit that remained was that of the Ammomancer. Being able to summon the Shelletons was neat, and it had worked out a few times so far, but something about that power led his mind to become scrambled. If he was afraid of that happening again, then he would use the power far less going forward - and if that was the case there was no point in keeping it. Ultimately, being rid of something dangerous like that was a good thing. He crushed the spirit in his hand, curious what kind of item it would produce.

By this time, the Koopa Troop was crushing their own horde of spirits and sorting through the loot that appeared, and trying out some changes of their own. They let the other Seekers have at the pile of items, so with a word of gratitude from both Primrose and Therion the Travelers picked their prizes. For the latter, the Double Knight Glyph. It kind of just made sense. He did eye a few other things, including the Hive Knight's former weapon, but ultimately had no desire to carry around something he wasn't sure he could use effectively. The Yato looked like a longer sword than he was used to wielding. If course, if it went unclaimed he'd take it anyway. There was no reason to leave something valuable behind.

Primrose had gravitated to the Ice Lance. She picked it up and gently ran her fingers over the shaft. It felt cool under her touch. It was the same type of weapon and element that one of the spirits she'd fused with used - perhaps that's why she felt drawn to it? Contrary to her friend she was more open to experimenting, and so she claimed the weapon for herself while leaving the similar javelin to another should they want it. The dancer had chosen not to make use of the orb, keeping everything she'd become as is. She was powerful and, frankly, she looked damn good. Despite being three parts spellcaster, she still had two physical fighters melded into her soul. She could try out another weapon besides her beloved dagger.

Soon the regrouping was completed and it was time to start thinking about moving on. They still have more places to go, mask fragments to find, and enemies to defeat before they were finished in The Under.

Rika made a good suggestion on that front. Kamek asked if there were any objections to it, at which Primrose shook her head. Getting information from locals was a good idea. That, or they could always just follow a random direction shown on their magic map - a thought that Therion seemed to share as he spoke it aloud.

"Check if anything's shown up on that map. Shouldn't be too hard to double back if we missed a path." He then glanced at Sectonia when she mentioned finding a ruler for this place, puzzled. "Surprised you don't want to add it to your kingdom, or whatever."
Welcome back, it seems!

After Hanabi filled them in on what she knew of Raz's whereabouts (that being pretty much nothing as he'd literally disappeared. Pit couldn't blame her), the group of five quickly came to a consensus. They'd take the elevator down in pursuit of their missing friends - there really was no other choice to make. With some anticipation they waited for the lift to return after calling it, and then to descend again after they all piled inside.

The angel was his usual fidgety self, tapping a sandal on the steel floor of the elevator. The interior was quiet, at least until the entire building shook. The tremor jostled the lift and its occupants, then it happened a couple more times. Pit blinked, his eyes wide. "What was that?" he asked, like they weren't just about to find out.

Based on the sounds coming from outside the elevator, it was clear something was going on, but they'd hardly expected to find a battle already in progress once the doors opened. And there was Sakura, Midna, and Gemma too! With all of the small scouting teams converging here, they had to be on the right track. Sorting that out could come after dealing with the situation at hand. The very dangerous situation, from the looks of it.

"Luka!" With a beat of his wings Pit burst from the lift towards where the psychic was being drowned. He came in with a flying kick to knock Sina out of the way, and with the Upperdash Arm summoned over his limb he shattered the ice that was holding Luka under - and the entire tub along with it.

Lacking in a lot of information, Pit could only piece things together from what he could see in front of him. Of the three people that had been fighting, two had the same kind of uniforms on as the other Psych-OSF agents, presumably making them Psych-OSF agents as well. Then why did the girl attack Luka? Were they double agents, or maybe mind controlled? Could psychics even be mind controlled? On flip side, the person they were fighting looked to be the unfortunate result of an experiment gone wrong, together with an android with an exposed brain. They looked the part of stereotypical "bad guys," but since they were opposing the renegade Psych-OSF agents... then...???

"Just so I know, which ones are on our side?!" He barely had a grasp on Midgar's geography, and so he was ignorant to the true danger of Dexio bringing the house down. In fact, Midna had suggested doing the very same before they entered. He stood his ground best he could while the building shook, ready to either go on the attack or, possibly, produce a heart of healing - it was the confusion of the situation that gave him pause, putting him into a defensive position instead.
