Hence why I had barely any interaction with Rainbow and my character. Armifera does her thing, and Rainbow keeps Stormwing going.

Yeah, Torrential isn't the sort to take on a leadership position on a nation. That would require him to stay in one place for who knows how long.

He would however be willing to drop by and talk with the local leadership, possibly even giving advice where needed.

I love having fun with Pony Names. Žemaitukas is a pony breed in Lithuania, notable as war steeds during the Baltic Crusades.

Edit: The Scholars are not yet aware of the events in the Moon and Stars. Unfortunately, it's hard to get news out fast enough already, in addition to the destruction of one of the order's key facilities.

That and the fact that Moon and Star is most likely going to go to great lengths to keep news of the theft from spreading. It would make them look really bad after all.

No clue. Crashing wave has a fleet at his disposal but they are limited to the ocean only. Though he is about to go mainland.

And, for you Dawn, I think it might be the Pirate that has the most resources. The rest of us either have too few followers, or just wander around alone.

Well... Torrential's name has been spreading amongst the Earthborn's farming population. Considering that he doesn't ask anything of them and he rewards them for their life's work with rain and the ability to purify water so that its safe to drink and is healthier then normal water, Torrential is getting kind of popular in a House that's leadership is strongly anti-magic and anti-alicorn.

I'd say it could be Sweeper, although resources in her terms would be a bit of an exaggeration due to how spread out they are.
