Yeah, Torrential isn't the sort to take on a leadership position on a nation. That would require him to stay in one place for who knows how long.

He would however be willing to drop by and talk with the local leadership, possibly even giving advice where needed.

Well... Torrential's name has been spreading amongst the Earthborn's farming population. Considering that he doesn't ask anything of them and he rewards them for their life's work with rain and the ability to purify water so that its safe to drink and is healthier then normal water, Torrential is getting kind of popular in a House that's leadership is strongly anti-magic and anti-alicorn.
