Does Brazil even have the authority to ban Mexico from any, let alone all conferences?

And I agree that Brazil is painting a target on itself by being so unwilling to cooperate with European countries. Condemning an American country for cooperating with European countries is only going to turn everyone against you, not just Europeans.

Sorry about the mistake, that my writer made, he is getting old after all. He didn't mean all the European countries, only Britain and France, Mexico's allies. Sorry once more about the mistake.

I think Brazil just doesn't want more conflict erupting in the Americas because as it stands nobody is really taking any action in the American possessions of European powers. Though now Mexico is going to be escalating the war there which other American nations probably don't really want.

This shit here. I don't want the war to happen here, but that's too later. Just hope that my trading ships wouldn't get hit by the navy, because if you do hit my trading ships, you would of make the worst decision ever.

There has to be a country ball here of the Brazilian navy attempting to fight the British navy..

I was damned if I do and damned if I don't... Last thing I want is the French and British intervention into Mexico and with the state of my army I'd be steam rolled by a leaser force

I for one applaud Rare in bucking the "Global Slumber Party" trend started by China and continued by Mexico.

It's a logical decision on Mexico's part. Britain and France want/need somebody to take out the Dutch Antilles and Guyana, and Mexico happens to owe them a hilariously large debt. It also works out for the Americas as at least some Dutch Antilles or Guyana will most likely transfer to Mexico (or gain independence) at the end of the war when the Allies and the Coalition finally make peace.

It's win-win-win.

Are we going to complain about this for the rest of the game?

Well, by the time the war is over the French and British will be fairly weakened despite if they win or lose. The United States will probably have been out of their war for a few years by then, you could always try talking to them. Y'know, Monroe Doctrine and all.

An intervention actually did happen in this period. Despite France and Britain not being tied up in Europe like they are here, Mexico won.

Well, ICly, pretty much everyone would consider the odds stacked against the Mexicans.

HAHAHAHAHAHA, no. That wouldn't never happen. The European nations need their colonies to make their money. Mexico might get it's debt clear and an navy, that is good.
