Contrary to what the dragon that dragged her into the magma thought, there was no harm done to Samus other than what the impact itself caused. The Gravity Suit's magma shielding kicked in as soon as she hit the molten rock, protecting her from its extreme heat. She noticed the usual drop in combat shielding when it happened, though, so she was more vulnerable to any attacks that may come. Motion set off her suit's proximity detector, something she was too focused on the scan to notice before, and she turned to see a much larger dragon moving rapidly towards her. She managed to get a couple of ice beam shots off, but they just glanced off, forcing her to roll out of the way to avoid damage. She spent too much time shooting, though, and was clipped by the dragon's claws, causing her to slide across the ground. The Hunter turned to face the dragon again, only to have it slam into her and drag her against the ground, draining her shielding at an alarming rate. It then threw her out of one of the magma pockets again, and she barely managed to land on her feet. Samus looked just in time to see Rawk and Link disappear into a rift in Cyberspace, and it was then she noticed Deadpool was missing.
"Damn, his teleporter's screwing up the world even more than the crucible piece already has." It was at that moment that the large dragon erupted from the magma and let a roar loose in Samus and Omega's direction.
"And there's that."

Just as Rawk and Link noticed Samus coming back into view, a rift of some kind opened around them and dropped them into a dark region. They then landed on something Rawk and Link both would likely find very familiar: a massive canvas stretching into the distance. Nothing happened so far, but there was definitely something in the room with them, and it was very likely they both knew what that was.

As if he were still trying to interfere, Chaos's headless body slid off of some platform on the collapsing castle and smacked Ganondorf's side, though it was barely even noticed. What was hard to miss, though, was a dark mist that phased into view with a three point "visor" in its upper regions that a cold blue light issued from. The mist descended on Chaos's corpse, which then faded into mist itself and was absorbed into the rest of the misty mass. It then phased out, leaving no trace of ever being there other than Chaos's corpse now missing.

On Cirno, Okuu, Jack, and Bee's end, the castle abruptly halted its descent and the magma pool ceased to rise. A shrill laugh was heard then, and a dark-skinned old woman rose from below on a broomstick. Flame rushed from her head in place of hair. She let another shrill laugh loose and said,
"These fools threaten our son's rule, Kotake." From behind, another voice sounded out,
"Shall we show them how we treat obstacles, Koume?" If they looked behind them, they'd see an identical woman, only with icy mist where the other had flames.
"I think we shall, sister."
