"Stay put I'll call over the others..." He said calmly in a almost robotic sounding voice probably due to his mask having a voice changer,It reminded of when he was young and emotionless which he sort of is now but mostly hides his emotions.

"Ryan...Anyone someone get Dr.McCoy here..or Wayne this thing is making a request.." He yelled out to the others keeping his cool.

It was Kalinda who spoke in reply to Ryan's question, her voice void of any emotion as she concerntrated on what she was doing. "Do you honestly think that normals will want to come here, to a place where Supers are trained, to where it was just destroyed by unknowns, and search? They are probably afraid that they will be attacked and are leaving it up to us"

"Oh, sorry, I forgot. His name was "Henry" McCoy". He noted. "He's responsible for researching my mutation enough to recognize how I can keep myself under control".
"Whatever it is that did this must be capable of messing up the entire planet. This school was even more secure and defended than when the last generation graduated".

Ryan looked over at his brother-in-law and shook his head. "Look around you. They both could be dead. My father in law could be dead but I hope not." He added quickly because he knew it bother Phoebe. "He is going to have to do it on his own. Also I think he has a name. Ryan Allen." He said to the hungry man. He nodded to Kalinda. "True but we are skilled in this."

Nicholas gritted his teeth cursing his brother in law for being a damn idiot but nevre the less started walking around the school ruins looking for Dr.Mcoy,"Mcoy...Dr.Mcoy where are you?" He said walking around lifting rubble up with his free hand with his vines while his other hand still hand the cannibal in his vine cocoon.

There were many words to describe what had happened to the A.H.V, some words sympathetic, and others, not so much. Words like travesty, act of god, horrifying, and blessing. For Adrian Kravinoff, three particular words continued to repeat themselves in his head when he thought of what to call the attack on the academy: declaration of war. He'd been dealing with an assignment out in Maine when he'd heard the news, and was on the first plane to new york no more than two hours later. Soon after touching down in new york Adrian had rented a vehicle -nothing fancy, a simple toyota avalon- and started making his way back to his old school as fast as he could, never before being so thankful that new york allowed drivers under twenty five to rent a car, even if there was an additional fee.

As Adrian spotted what remained of his old school, he began to grit his teeth and grip the steering wheel with so much force that he feared that he'd break it. He parked a bit down the street and threw a few quarters into the parking meter before he ran towards the academy as fast as he legs would carry him. Adrian wasn't exactly a speedster, but he definitely outpaced even the most athletic human with minimal effort. The hero stopped just before he was about to run headfirst into a pile of rubble and stood silent as the grave as he examined the wreckage. "What the hell happened here?" Adrian ground out to no one in particular after a little while. He was usually a calm and collected man, years of training at the hand of his father had taught him to keep his emotions in check, however as he'd spoken there had been a slight edge in his normally flat tone.

This wasn't how things were meant to be for Adrian. When his father had dropped him off, he was enrolled for the sole purpose of testing his skills as a hunter against the highest order of apex predators, to combat and kill a metahuman. Yet here he stood, not as a victorious hunter whom had bested the greatest of prey, but as a man whom had begrudgingly learned how to enjoy living in a place where he wasn't expected to kill or be killed. He'd built memories here, honed other skills, made friends! Adrian titled his head up and sniffed the air, hoping to catch any scents out of the ordinary. He'd find out who did this, and when he did, the culprit's skull would be adorning one of his trophy racks.

connor looked over at Adrian's voice. He moved away from the others, towards his team mate, soon reaching him. It was entirely possible that Adrian actually knew some of the students that had still been in tbe academy. It would hit him harder, Connor knew.

"We are going to find out what happened, and stop them before theybcan do more damage" Connor said, "if that means killing them, then thats what we will do, for now, there could be survivors and we need to find them"

It soon became clear more survivors were being found than expected. Whilst the others worked on pulling them out Kat looked round to see what the normal humans were doing. Mostly standing and watching from the sidelines it appeared; not that she blamed them, even the most prepared wouldn't be prepared for this. She walked over to a small group of paramedics near by. "There's someone out there who can heal them if they need it. What I need you to do is find somewhere for them to go - some building for them to feel safe until their parents are found." Providing they weren't killed in the attack also, but she didn't see the use in adding that. Looking at them each in turn they sprang to life, and began to head to hopefully put the words into action.

She quickly grabbed the wrist of the nearest as the others carried on. "Somewhere that doesn't overlook the rubble and ruin." Releasing him he hurried off to catch up with the others. Looking back to the Academy she noted more were appearing, gravitating back as they all seemed to be. Sentiment, her father would have seethed if he could see her. She turned to look the opposite way, seeing press vans parked and cameras being set up, like crows after the battle, gorging themselves on the dead. They were to be avoided for certain.

KATHERIN

Katherin sat in her office getting ready for the day. She had spent the last few years building up her human career. It was at a place that felt stable. Which meant that she could think about getting more involved with the hero side of her life. She had wanted to make sure her career was established in the human world before worrying about her heroic representation. She just hadnt figured out how she would get back into being a hero. She had been on the sideline a long time. Figuring the best curse of action was to catch up on world events, something she had ignored since her graduation. She was shocked when she turned the news on. "WHAT THE...!" She blinked in shock at what she saw. Without hesitation she headed out to her car. She would be late but she would do what she could to help. In a crisis like this they would need counselors.

John Brock
After helping extract Kagerou's group, John approaches the emergency responders powers down long enough to tell them, "I'm a healer. Just bring anyone you manage to find to me." He powers back up, walks over to a tent that is handing out water and snacks to the search members and says, "This tent is mine now. Hand out your snacks somewhere else."

Anthony Luthor

Anthony follows Connor for a few steps before saying, "Very well. I'm sure it's no secret that the others will be more likely to follow you than I, so it's your responsibility to keep them safe. Whoever did this is very powerful and exceedingly clever if they were able to escape my notice in my home town. If you're going to find them, you'll need to be extremely careful. Also, you need to understand that this attack may simply be a hate crime toward metahumans. With all these graduates returning to investigate, the attackers have yet another group to target. You need to decide whether it would be safer to gather in one place and rely on strength in numbers, or if you should spread out over the city and hope they don't notice you. I can help with either one, but you need to choose."

With things more secure she set to work moving rubble with the others. Turning to Adrian she called out. "Adrian, we need your nose to help find everyone." With the other students assistance they had already pulled several other students out. Thankfully the majority had been in her class. Assuming the others would continue the work she tried to locate McCoy's lab. Being on the ground floor and full of all kinds of electronic gear it wasn't that hard to find. Most of the stuff was clearly trashed though and wouldn't turn on. That didn't mean she couldn't find what Erik needed.

Stripping away the unneeded parts she removed the drives of the computers and brought them over to Connor. He was talking with Anthony but she didn't have time to wait on formalities. "I need you to look for information regarding McCoy's research on Erik. He needs some substitute to remain stable. Can you do that for me Stark?"

Turning to Anthony she managed a slight smile despite the circumstances. That wasn't unusual for her even when they worked together in the past. She paid little regard to the man's past or even his plans of the future most of the time so all things considered they were on good terms. "Glad to see you here Mr. Luthor. Always good to have another sharp mind around."

Arnold

Arnold rolled his eyes at the news. The academy had been destroyed. Big deal. But he knew that alot of his old class mates would be there. It was time to show them what he had become. He hadnt made as much of as splash in the world as he had planned. He blamed that on the Doofus twins. Zack or Griffin always reared their ugly heads just was he was about to do something big. But even with the deals he had made quite a name for himself in the human world. Not wanting to miss an opportunity to show off he headed back to the one place he hated, school.

Anthony Luthor
Anthony nods in greeting to Kagerou and replies, "It's unfortunate that our reunion isn't due to to brighter circumstances. I'll help however I can, but I don't know exactly what happened. What was your experience? Did you have any reason to suspect the Academy was in danger?"

As Connor came over and spoke to him Adrian turned to face his team leader and gave a small nod, "There isn't a person alive that I can't track with enough clues or time. I'll find whomever did this, and when I do it won't be pretty.". The hero's ears perked as he heard a fellow graduate call out to him for assistance, Kagerou he believed it was, "I'll catch up with you in a bit Connor, for now let me see if I can help find any survivors among the wreckage.". Without a word more, Adrian turned and jogged towards Kagerou, though it was clear that he wasn't really focused on her. Adrian's head swiveled left and right, his eyes darted every which way, and his nostrils flared repeatedly as he used his best senses to search for anyone that might be buried under the remains of the academy.

Nicholas with the cannibal still in his grasp started to do what Kagrou supporting the school with his other hand,The both vines would be strong enough to hold up but the only problem would be that if Nicholas would kill the cannibal by crushing him with his vines."It would make this world a little better..." He muttered to himself and knew he shouldn't think these things with the psychics around since they could read his mind and he didn't need that right now.

"Nicholas. . . how dare you threaten me!" Erik stated. His voice was the same as The Darkness, shrill and threatening. . . spiders crept through Erik's body, crawling onto Nicholas, and their fangs were superior in lethality to a King Cobra's poison, and they all began to swarm the plant man, as Erik thought of him. "Before you were being reasonable but now you're an asshole".

Nodding to what Anthony said she looked over the scene. It reminded her of a war zone. Like many of the numerous buildings that had been blown apart by explosives. It was a complete disaster. But to his question she had to shake her head. "There was no warning. Things were quiet after we found the mole. But maybe that's why this happened. If it is related they certainly took their time before making a move." She looked up. The only place she could think of an attack like this was from the sky. She hadn't sensed anyone above the school though. "They know what they were doing. Staying out of range of my senses. We were in Power Development so I couldn't see if there was anything visible before it hit. There were three rounds. I suspect the first pancaked the above ground instantly. The third caused the floors below to collapse. And the third was probably for good measure. It was over in a couple minutes. There wasn't time to get to anyone outside my class."

There was a slight sound of disappointment in her voice. It wasn't much and she still seemed rather focused on the task at hand. Senseless loss of life was always tragic. What surprised her was that Superman had not yet burst from the ground. He was nigh invulnerable most of the time. "I don't think many of the other teachers made it. There may have been a magical aspect to this as well." While she herself still existed thanks to magic she did not have an aptitude for it. The curse locked it out so as to prevent its simple removal.

And Nicholas still seemed to have Erik wrapped up. Walking over she severed the vines and took the student away. "Alright enough! I'll take it from here Nicholas. Thank you for keeping him out of trouble." Taking Erik off to the side she waited for Connor to find the needed information. As much as finding survivors was important, she couldn't have a voracious student running around either. "You need to calm down Erik. We'll get you what you need."

"Thank you, Kagerou. I can tell you mean well, but I must be kept out of Nicholas'es way. He wants me dead. I felt it inside his mind. . . In the mean time, I doubt my usefulness in this situation. I can still lift rubble if you want, however'.

"Nicholas. . . how dare you threaten me!" Erik stated. Nicholas didn't say anything further muttering something under his breath.He started walking away form the two,"Unforgivable...trash calling gem a asshole when he was the one killing innocent children...I'll kill him..bastard..." He muttered still his body wanting to hurt something.

He was now more focused on the school helping a student form the rubble using his vines.

Away from Nicholas she sat the student down where John had taken a tent to tend medical needs. As students were being pulled out they were being directed here. "I'm not going to let him hurt you. You just stay here for now alright? Now, other than what McCoy made you what else can help?" They were going to need a backup plan since Erik was somewhat of a special case.


Things were not looking up. So far she had not found any of the teachers. A couple students at the most. But having been out of the picture at the Academy there was no way to know how many were lost. At least Kagerou seemed to have had most of them with her when everything happened. After a while she had to take a break. Broadcasting like she was through so much material was not easy.

Stepping aside she took a seat on one of the benches that was still standing on the grounds and put her head in her hands. "How could this happen? They were all so careful." Thinking about it just brought up more questions and she had to stop herself. Her head hurt from it all.
