Gideon had started to notice that the wizard wasn't bleeding and that his attacks where doing nothing. Was there even a wizard here? Gideon wanted to try something. "Fate stay in sword from I need to boost defensive power for this to work." Gideon summoned all his will and formed a wall of water in front of him. He then began to move closer and closer to the Rock wizard and the dome. Once he had reached the dome he had stopped. The water wall formed around the part of the dome he was at so that it shielded him from attack from the rock wizard. "Everyone stop attacking if at all possible! We are scaring the little girl!" Then Gideon began to ignore the rock wizard as if he wasn't even there. "Little Miss, we are very sorry for scaring you and didn't mean to get you caught in this. What's your name huh? Mine is Gideon Pendragon. You don't have to be scared anymore. We have come to take you home. Is that your mother that is so worried about you back at home? Can you be a brave girl for her and tell this mean ole wizard keeping you trapped to go away?" He was hoping that this was all the bracelet affecting her and creating the rock wizard. If he was wrong then they had a big problem. That meant that someone was controlling and making this golem from somewhere on the island. Hopefully he was right and hopefully Zenoram wouldn't attack either. If any bit of this horrible shaking would stop then maybe he was right. This also meant that this bracelet was a very powerful piece of jewelry one way or another.

Rose listened as it sadden her to see her little girl in so many tears as she wrapped her arms around elyse"Jamie is playing hide and seek from the magic council to keep us all safe. He is keeping away to keep you safe Elyse..I bet when he comes back he will have a big bag of candy just for you but you have to cheer up. How about I call Mr kitty to come over and play?you two can get ice cream"she said gently wiping away elyse's tears.

Sin rolled his eyes towards Jarvis, he could tell this guy would be a stick in the mud for his plans to actually have some fun in this place and the guy named James could maybe be a problem due to him being some sort of holy warrior. He started to stretch his back while looking around the entire room, trying to figure out how many people could live in this place and if there would be something worth stealing. After a couple cracks, Sin exhaled deeply and looked over to Mayt with a grin. "I wouldn't mind trying to get angry again, this guild obviously made me have a little grudge against them with the whole beating and everything,"

Virtue sighed at her brother, this was obviously going to be quite hard as the magic Sin wields obviously makes him rather uncontrollable and unstable, but she had faith in Mayt that he could control him. She glanced over towards the new person trying to intergect himself into the conversation and Mayt beat her to the handshake. She looked over towards Sin and he was laughing under his breath, probably because of how meek the new kid looked. "Yes. Welcome to Phoenix Wing Kassimir. You caught as at a rather bad time as this man is supposed to be teaching us how to use our magic. You can watch if you want, but I want this task done with utmost haste."

"Yeah, what she said. Except the whole watching us part. I don't think I want someone just watching us from a distance being all creepy and stuff."

The red-haired mage seemed somewhat confused by Amaya's reaction about his joke of learning from a dragon. It was a sensitive subject, apparently, so Maddox kept a mental note of that. It also seemed that she was the shy type, and was accordingly out of her element at the moment. "Having friends is a good thing," Maddox said casually, closing his eyes and shrugging. "You don't know how valuable friends are until you see what you'd be like without them." He opened his eyes again when Amaya mentioned there were more Slayer-type mages in the guild now. "That is... interesting..."

Before he could ponder long on the meaning of this, Joshua inquired further about the job that Maddox had. He opened his eyes and held up the job poster, so both Joshua and Amaya could see. "A giant, diamond-covered worm has been bothering folks," Maddox began to explain, in his own abridged version of the words on the poster. "It needs to be taken care of, but the local guilds haven't had the firepower to do anything to it. It's not on the poster but Jarvis also suspects that Dark Guilds are lying in wait in the area, waiting for someone to beat it. I also believe that's true. It's a bit dangerous, but it's definitely not S-class or anything." Maddox grinned a bit before cocking his head to the side slightly. "Not too bad for 750 thousand Jewel, yeah?"

Karn's face visibly brightened and he smiled so brightly, more sparkles of happiness and a aura of cheer seemed to appear around him, as Nolan said it was alright and it was good training. Cheerfully, Karn sipped at his soup, humming a happy tune, emerald eyes curiously watching Nolan as he spoke. A fast way at getting powerful? Master Rian probably would be suspicious. She always said there was no fast way to power without some sort of risk. But he didn't think Nolan was lying so he smiled brightly.

"Sure! We need to do our best at the games. What do we have to do?" Karn asked, tilting his head curiously.

Lazarus

Sasha suggested getting something to eat. He grumbled, "I agree. it's getting to crazy in here for one day." He narrowed his eyes. "Shall we?" He stood up, offering her an arm. He was going to take her to the same place in which he had taken her out the first time. They left the guild, and were walking down the street. Lazarus still did odd jobs for the weekly sorcerer, modelling. That meant that other girls flooded towards them, before I shewed them off in comical fashion.

Shujin

He replied to Jack calmly. "Yeah... sure why not. Sounds lik..." He stopped his sentence short as Nero entered. He mumbled under his breath when the master was so accommodating. "Idiot." He directed it at Nero, but too quiet to hear. Just looking at him pissed shujin off. "We aren't fighting. We are training, genie." He grunted, before turning back to Jack. "Shall we go outside?" He grinned.

NOLAN
Maybe he should've kept the positive reinforcement to himself. One of Karn's sparkles hovered over to Nolan and hovered in place. Nolan glanced at it and then puffed a puff of ash, covering the sparkle and then causing it to fall to the ground like a stone. Thank god Karn was as naive as anyone could get or else he would've had to explain to him the risks of what Nolan was going to do in order to help them achieve greater power faster than they could hope to achieve in only two months. There was only the slightest tinge of guilt, but it was all for their benefit in the long run. What Karn didn't know won't hurt him.

"You just need to keep still and keep silent." Nolan stood up and walked over behind Karn and sat back down, placing his palms against Karn's back while chanting his usual mantra that Karn was just a man over and over again to get over the fact that Karn looked more like a woman than anything else. "By the way this may hurt, a lot." Nolan's eyes dimly glowed white and the wandering spirits of the dead that were around them. The spirits were mostly beings that hide died so long ago and were stuck in purgatory because they could never fulfill what they wanted to do in life and now wandered around as beings of constant regret, never passing on. Perhaps it was selfish to use these sad souls for their personal gain, but they didn't care either way. The trapped souls had long lost their drive to keep on going so for them it could've been a blessing to finally no longer suffer.

Like a magnet the souls were drawn over to Nolan and seeped through his skin. Never before had he ever experienced this kind of pain. It was like his entire body was being branded by searing hot flames from the inside and out, their magic circuits that their own magic energy flowed through seemed to feel like they were forcibly expanding with sharpened blades in them as if they were forcefully trying to push something open that naturally doesn't want to open. Red markings appeared around both Karn and Nolan's bodies. Nolan's eyes were starting to roll upward to the back of his head and he dug his fingernails into Karn's skin to keep himself in place to continue awakening both their origins. He wanted to scream so much, just let it all out, but he gritted his teeth and fought through the pain. If he lost concentration now then he would mess up and absorb one of the souls to prolong his own soul's life span or Karn's. If that happened then he will surely lose control. He knew that this was going to hurt, but not this much! This is the kind of pain that would drive a person insane if they experienced it longer than needed to. It was the momentary price to pay to gain immense power.

How long was it? Five minutes? Ten minutes? An hour? They couldn't tell. No matter how long it lasted the pain made it seem like an eternity in hell with the devil looking down at them with a gleeful grin. When it was finally over, Nolan fell onto his back and panted heavily, sweat trickled down his now numb body. Then something strange happened; Nolan laughed. It wasn't a maniacal laugh or the laugh of a mad man. It was just sweet, sweet relief that it was over. Forcing himself up against a rock, he sat up and looked down at his hand, slowly, but surely moving it. It worked. It freaking worked! It went exactly how he studied on albeit using his own methods to get it done. "Congrats Karn, you've just unlocked your Second Origin." With great relief he sighed heavily and closed his eyes.

As Ayame lied down on the bench she overheard Nero and the guild master their conversation since it was fairly close by. The guild master sounded like a nice person who couldn't simply ignore others out in the cold. Ayame groaned a few times reaching out for her pained belly as she tried to stand up again in order to move into the guild hall. It took her some time to completely stand up again her face was very pale and she was pretty wiggly and dizzy. As she tried to take a few steps towards the hall her belly startted to hurt again. It didn't take much longer before she shoved her head above one of the nearby trashcans and just dumped everything. Small tears fell down from her eyes from the gross taste and feeling in her mouth but her troubles seemed to have atleast gone away for now. After a few more minutes of waiting above the trashcan she pulled herself back to her feet again as it was not hard to notice that she already had some more colour on her face. Ayame still stumbled a little bit towards the entrance and slightly smiled at Nero. Her eyes were still red from the crying and a not to nice of a smell was coming out of her mouth "I'm sorry to both bother you like this. Hopefully I won't cause any more problems for you in the future." Ayame blushed slightly at Jack while making a small bow and stepped behind Nero his back again in order to hide herself from the stranger.

Ayame quietly walked into the guild hall behind Nero taking the door of his hands in the progress. She gently closed the guild entrance door and placed her hands on the back of Nero's clothes lightly holding them to not get lost in here. The lingering taste of puke and sweets was still in her mouth, she had to figure out a way to fix it, it was highly neccesarry. Ayame already had an idea how to. She took the bag of her back and digged in it to find her cute and slightly dirty wallet. When she opened it only a small shining coin wa in it. She never really used much money to get food or anything but this would have atleast been enough for a drink atleast. She carefully walked over to the guild master and tugged lightly on the back of his shirt to get his attention. A soft gentle voice sounded short after "C-can I get something sweet... oh n-no wait I mean drink. S-s-sweet drink." She quickly jumped behind Nero again leaving the small coin in the guild masters hands and quietly remained behind the genie his back.

Jack glanced over at Nero as the man approached and gave him a look of contempt. Wishes were for people who lacked motivation and drive. Such people didn't actually live and she hated such people. He wanted to slit the man's throat at the moment but he held back her bloodlust and instead turned back to Shujin. She wondered if he was prepared for what was coming his way. When he brought up heading outside, she nodded and headed outside. She walked a small distance from the guild's doorway before drawing her daggers and turning towards Shujin, her expression completely devoid of emotion.
"Ready when you are." She said, her tone as devoid of emotion as her expression.



"I want Jamie!" Elyse shouted, crying even louder now

"I wouldn't mind going out." Amelia said beforetu rning towards Rose and Elyse. She didn't like seeing the little girl crying either and she grabbed Jarvis' hand before pulling him over to Rose and Elyse."Miss Rose, Mrs. Jarvis and I were thinking of heading into town. Would you like to join us? It might help Elyse get her mind off of Master Jamie."

The bracelet was just a bracelet, and the little girl was terrified at the strange wizard talking to her, asking her to talk to the rock man. She just cried, and curled away, shuddering. If Gideon looked close enough, through the hole Mithera created, he would see that there was a latch on the heart on the bracelet, indicating that perhaps there was a picture within it.

the rock golem just laughed, at the antics of the guild wizards. The shaking became more violent as Gideon spoke to the girl, and the ground began to crack. "No one controls me!" The golem said, roaring, and smashing through the water wall, to attack Gideon, pushing them away from the girl.

Almost as if he were protecting her.

"Daddy!" The little girl cried, in a shriek and the rock man shuddered, but otherwise didn't react as the girl broke into more sobs.



Sasha knew that they needed to train, but they had two months to do so, and two months to get stronger and be prepared for the games. Sasha wondered what would be rounds within the games, but knew that was futile. It could be anything.

Walking the streets of magnolia always was nice, and Sasha was used to Lazarus's fangirls. They were easily dealt with, and Sasha just enjoyed the time out, the time to relax. She wasn't as tired as before, didn't feel....depleted, so Sasha was prepared to fight again soon. "Where are we going?" She asked



Jarvis looked over to Elyse with a slight frown, letting Amelia drag him over. "Elyse, sweety, Jamie can't come back now. She misses you so much, and would be here if he could. Two weeks little one, and Jamie will be back for good. Jamie will want to know that you've been a good girl, brave.. Can you be brave?"

Jack silently hoped they would be leaving soon and then turned to Nero. [color=Turqoise]"The fisticuffs may continue, as Shujin said, it's a training session. However,"[/color] he looked at the pair pointedly even as Shujin suggested going outside, "I would prefer you go into the training hall and avoid the potential collateral from the fighting. Please. Follow me please." Leading the pair over to the bar, he takes the silver key Ammy is holding out to him and hands it to Nero while pointing down a hall. "Third room down that hallway. Don't disturb they other guests in the first two rooms, they may not be as...kind as I have been." When the young girl asked for a drink and gave him her coin, and he smiled.

He returned the young girl's coin and got her some sweet tea from behind the counter, handing it to her. "No need to pay, young one. This one is on me. Enjoy it." It was then he heard another unfamiliar voice call out hello and he approached the cloaked person. "Welcome to Dragon Fang's guild hall. Is there something I can help you with?"




Damian had to give the girl props for how she avoided his spells. The whole thing was definitely unorthodox, but it was effective and that was what mattered. That was when he noticed the fact that it was getting darker and looking up, he cursed and summoned a Striker Blade, using it to zip up the side of the crater and out of it as the piece of land landed. Flipping as the blade vanished, he unleashed a flurry of Piercing Blades in the girl's direction as she floated down to distract her while he dropped one of his Blade Traps into the ground.

He then focused his energy for a moment before slamming both blades into the ground. "Rising Blades!" The area in front of him filled with rising sword and spear blades, moving quickly towards Kaitlyn, but also in a cone.




James turned to Kassimer and smiled, recognizing him as the guy who'd been standing by the job board expectantly waiting to be invited on a job. "Ah yes, I remember when you joined, I gave you your guild mark since Master Jarvis was busy that day." Following Mayt's example, he shakes the offered hand as well before turning to the ever mouthy Sin. This was going to be a long and arduous process with him. "He is welcome to watch you, as I will be doing. It will help him better understand how best to work with you if you ever end up on a job together at some point. And if I am to be supporting you in future battles, I'd like to know if my support abilities will make you more or less volatile."

Lazarus

He looked down at her cute face. "You'll see." They continued to walk the streets of magnolia. It only just crossed his mind, that there was an age gap between them. He was 24 and she was 19. She was a young woman of great beauty. Surely she could have anyone in the wizarding world of a similar age? Why him? Sure... he was a model too... but he competed with younger, more desirable men in the magazines. He sighed. "I've been a member of Phoenix wing longer than you Sasha. I can truthfully tell you, that... I have been lonely my entire life. I have no idea who my biological parents are, I disgraced my foster parent." He looked down. "I'm glad you walked through those doors back then. You make me feel like I'm not alone in this cruel world anymore." He smiled, coming to a stop. He looked up. "We're here." He said grinning. It was the same restaurant they had visited after the ragged brotherhood incident.

Shujin

He nodded at the master, making his way to the training room, beckoning jack to follow him. Once they entered, he closed the door and faced her. "You want to become more powerful. The only limit on your power is your emotional link to your magic." He shut his eyes for a brief moment, getting himself mentally prepared, before opening them. "Come at me."

Watching the woman switch moods rather rapidly she wondered if people saw her the same way. They might have more in common than Ariel was willing to admit initially. Having learned how the whole job process worked when Annalise simply put the job on the board she shook her head. However she didn't lose her cool too much, just looking more frustrated than anything. Wanting to be more helpful she changed to Light magic and her demeanor improved significantly. Walking over to the board she removed the newly placed job and stepped over to the new girl. "I'm sure we'll be able to help you with your job. But if you want to put it on the board then you need to have it approved by Master Jarvis." Ariel smiled and offered the paper back to Annalise. Curiosity did get the better of her though and she checked what was actually on the paper as well.

Kassimir - Pheonix Wing Guild Hall

Kass nodded happily to his guildmates. "Thanks for the welcome. I'd be happy to tag along for the training. If I may, I can help with the training as well. If you want your training sessions to last longer, I can help you regain some magic energy." He smiled warmly "I am also a trained surgeon. I need more practice on being more of a field medic anyways to the practice will be useful to me if you wish to spar with eachother. I am also a support mage. My magic isn't terribly offensive, so to speak." He looked to Sin who was quite obviously against the idea, "I assure you I won't be 'creeping' as you train. I will make myself useful to you. Feel free to train harder than you would normally be willing. I promise that if i am there, you will not be unable to recover at either your normal speed or faster" He smiled (again) very calmly, as if he hadn't a care in the world.

The time lord removed his hood, and smiled, that timeless smile, glad for the friendly welcome. "well, actually there is. I just merely wish to talk with your members. I've done the same with Phoenix Wing, and will do the same with Frenzy plant. I am collecting, you could say, information. I enjoy writing about new magics. And old magics that the world has forgotten. If any of your members can spare some time, i would love to talk with them. And you, of course" he spoke sweetly, deciding to being nice night get him further then sinple demands.

He glanced around the guild hall, and nodded with approval, looking back.

It was odd to have Lazarus seem so thoughtful. Sasha wondered what he was thinking about. She looked to him when he spoke, giving him a smile."you're not alone. I've told you that. You have me" she smiled again, looking to the restaurant. It seemed like So long ago, the ragged brother incident. And yet, it wasn't.

"oh wow! I haven't beeen here since the last time we were here" she said with a smile, looking to Lazarus

Zero growled as the man seemed unphased by either of his attacks. Luckily Gideon was back on the offensive. That was good. But now what could Zero do? He tried thinking of some form of plan, but he couldn't get anything. And if he did think of something, he would need to make sure Gideon wasn't in the way. However, as he prepared another attack Gideon called for a stop. "What?!" He snarled before actually seeing what the young man was doing. Fuck... How could he not have noticed? This guys scent. The attacks that actually hit. No way. But... It didn't work. The mage shouted. But strangely enough. He didn't seem to be trying to hurt the girl right now.

Then, Zero heard it. The little girl screamed a word. One word and the man seemed to shudder. "Daddy? Daddy?!" He was shocked when he heard this, but even more he was getting angry. He walked. He didn't run or charge. "This is a joke right?" He asked, disbelief evident in his voice as he approached the mage. "I mean, there's no way you could be her father. Right? B-because if you were her father. That would mean you were sitting here, letting her cry. Listening to her scream at the top of her little lungs and not doing a damn thing." Of course, Zero would avoid, or try to match anything the man threw at him.

"Zero! Talk to him!"
"What?! Talk to him?! That's your thing! Not mine!"
"Just do it! You have a lot to say! I know you do! So do it already!
"Fuck! Fine!"

He glanced at Gideon and then at Mithera. Had anyone who'd looked into the confines of the girl noticed anything? Anything at all that would be useful? Maybe they had and could do something. But he was more focused on the mage. "You know I was watching you. Try to get everyone away from the girl. Almost like you were protecting her. Now that. That's something a father would do. But there's a limit. Trust me. I know a thing or two about fathers. Was anything he was saying getting through to this supposed golem? Could he do anything if he couldn't break his way out of the situation or use his magic to crush this guy? No... Maybe they didn't need to crush him.

"Gideon! Was there anything strange about the girl? Do you see anything that could help?" This time he had to voice his thoughts. At least like this he and Gideon could probably work something out together. Now he was as close to the mage as he could get. "You need to come to your damn senses. This little girl doesn't need you to lock her up and let her cry and scream. She needs you to release her. Protect her, even if it means protecting her from yourself." No... This wasn't all he had to say. "Maybe you don't wanna lose her. I don't know you circumstances. But I get not wanting to lose something important to you. A person, a guardian, a loved one. A purpose. Yeah. I get it. But sometimes. Things go out of control. You can't stop it. You lose things. Life just isn't fair like that. So listen up. I don't know what happened. I don't know why you're doing this. But you're going to stop. Not just for the girl, but for yourself." Zero hoped he got through. He was hoping for the damn best. But if this came to blows again. He was perfectly content with that. He had at least tried it to peaceful way.

Mithera noticed the fighting had come to a lull, and that Gideon had opened a way up to the crying girl. Mithera quickly clambered over the rock, and jumped herself over to the girl, landing on her shoulder, and nuzzling her gently, trying to calm her. After a moment of this, she looked towards the man. "If we're going to be completely honest, we only came for the bracelet, nothing else." She went back to trying to calm the girl, using everything cute and cuddly about her to do it, and speaking softly. "Hey there, don't worry. This is all... Just a misunderstanding. Please calm down, I promise I won't let any of these big meanies hurt you! Err, Dragon's honor!" She knew that phrase would make Hemlock turn in his... Afterlife, but she couldn't come up with a better word for what she was, and she didn't want to confuse the child. "You just calm down and sit tight, and I promise everything will be alright, okay?" She giggled a little, it made her a tad giddy to talk to someone like this. She continued to gently rub her head against the girl's cheek occasionally as she tried to console her.

Mayt made a lame grin as Kassimir kept talking, and once he finished he went to clarify. "These two actually aren't technically part of Phoenix Wing yet, and, they don't actually know how to use their powers. That said, there's a ton of people out back who're training for the magic games that might need your help." He gave a gesture towards the door to the training yard, not dismissive, just informative. "I get the pleasure of having to figure out how in heaven's name to get these two's magics to work." He turned his head a bit, scratching the back, and spoke a little under his breath. "And figure out an excuse to not be here at some point." He spoke up, clearing his throat. "Thank you for the offer though." He glanced at Sin and Virtue. "You two want to head out back now, or grab something to eat first?"

A hole formed in the dome and Gideon saw right inside to the girl but it focused on her bracelet. For a second it looked like a locket. Like the ones that people wore on their necks but this one was attached to the bracelet. Gideon's wall of water almost gave way as the golem was suddenly empowered by rage and Gideon fell back knocking his head on a rock but before he did he saw Mithera crawl into the hole in the dome. Sitting up groggily his vision swirled, he heard the girl scream daddy and weakly he said. "Re-quip..." Durandal summoned to his hand and his healing kicked in and with the added power of Fate the healing was increased. The wound closed but Gideon was still dizzy and could barely stand. He used Durandal to prop himself up on a rock and he finally spoke. "Mithera! The bracelet! Open it!" It must have been the most confusing thing that he had said cause bracelets don't open but he was hoping to find some light at the end of this tunnel and hopefully the speech that Zenoram was giving the rock golem wizard thing. It sounded like he and Zenoram were getting onto the same page and Mithera must have been trying to calm the girl...surely not trying to scare her or anything. Could this thing be her father or something of the sorts?

The golem didn't react to zero's words, almost didn't seem to react to them, pushing them away from the girl, silent, as the little girl cried, sniffling against Mithera.

The little girl whimpered, "d-d-daddy..." She kept on muttering, rubbing her eyes, pressing her palms against them, her body shaking violently, the ground shaking incrediably hard around her.

The golem seemed the...shake, almost as if it was about to come apart. Then it solidifed again, the ground around he girl stbalising once more, the shaking lessening. The girl looked about, her eyes wide and scared. The rock golem shifted in front of her once more

If anyone opened the locket, there would be a picture of a man, which features similar to the girls, a date on it. 2nd August X892.

Karn blinked a little as Nolan actually voluntarily came up behind him and touched him. Slightly twisting his head to try and look over his shoulder to curiously watch Nolan. At the instructions and the warning, Karn slowly nodded in understanding. Hurt? A lot? Just then, Nolan's eyes seemed to glow and the ethereal glow of spirits seemed to appear before being sucked into Nolan. Would they be okay? They were just poor lost souls.. maybe one day able to find peace?

Still, the blonde didn't have a lot of time to think about it as overbearing pain seemed to corse through every fiber of his being. It was like every single monocle of his body was screaming and agony, having little daggers stab each one and twist it vigourously. Red markings appearing on both of their bodies as the agonizing pain continued. Karn tried his best to hold still and not scream out, slender hands curving into fists against his lap, crushing the fabric between his fingers. His head lowered and staring at his hands, body shaking as he felt Nolan's fingers dig into his body to possibly keep them both steady.

It was painful, really painful. It was even worse than when he overdid it on the Dragon Job. When he died over and over again.... This was like if he had died and went to hell to be tortured for eternity. He felt the taste of blood flood his mouth and he almost vomited it, but he ended up forcing himself to keep swallowing the floods of rustic liquid. No matter what, he had to hide that fact to the best of his ability. But it was like vomiting constantly because his body was spas ing with agony, and then swallowing gallons.

Karn didn't know how long it was... Seconds, minutes, hours... Who knew? When it finally ended, he couldn't help but fall flat on his stomach, arms crossed over his face to make some sort of pillow. He heard Nolan had the same reaction, soon started laughing but Karn could barely hear anything. All he heard was a ringing, a loud ringing and his own heartbeat. Slow, but loud. Vision blurred and emerald eyes slowly dulling as he continually felt blood in his mouth. Then... Everything was silent. There was no heartbeat. He felt nothing. He couldn't breathe, couldn't see, couldn't hear.

Karn had died again.

But soon enough, the familiar soft glow appeared on his chest with a thunderous spark and his emerald eyes returned to life and he was able to take a breathe of life once more. Rian's magic forced him to stay alive again. Coughing a little, he slowly sat up to try and regain his breathe, grabbing a handkerchief and wiping some blood that might have have escaped his mouth.

Panting a little, feeling sweat coat his body, he wiped his forehead. He felt cold. Maybe a fever appeared. Emerald eyes turning to Nolan who seemed just as worn out. As the Godslayer said Congragulations, Karn managed to smile and chuckle. Had to do his best, couldn't show the weakness.

"You too.... But I think we need a nap after that..." he chuckled.
