A human vampire hybrid, long story short, he was an accidental test tube baby in a research facility. His genes became splice with a pure-blooded vampire's DNA, and a human's.

Bio/History/Backstory
He was raised in a Purge research facility to be a weapon, and that's exactly what he is. Although his ties have been cut with any Purge affiliations, he still on occasion preforms under-the-table contacts, in exchange for weaponry and ammunition. His capabilities prove him a natural at blending into human communities, and he fits in with the hip-hop community extremely well. When he isn't on missions for Purge, he operates as a bounty-hunter of sorts, contracted killing or disablement. The downside to him, is that he REALLY does not play well with others in regard to work.
Faction/Side/Alignment/Goals
Technically he is not a member of any faction, but he works for whichever orginization sends the most cash. His real ambition is to find the genetic donors that created him, and show them what evil came from their mindless donation.
Personality
Ved is energetic, born in these streets style youth. In his free-time, he chills with his friends and freestyles with them. He has a serious interest in hip-hop, and will often rap to himself during missions to keep himself from getting bored, which happens very easily. All around, he is a very "I don't give a fuck" style person.
Powers
Slightly advanced senses, faster and strong than the average human, and a decent regeneration speed.
What makes him truly dangerous is his ability to create orbs of light, ranging from dim to blinding in intensity, and use them as distractions, or incapacitate his enemies by temporarily blinding them.
Weapons
He uses single handed weapons, namely Pistols, Grenades, and Pocket knives.
Skills
After over 40 years of intense training, there isn't too much the guy can't do, ranging from hacking to hand-to-hand combat, he is by definition, capable.
