On their way to the kitchen, Leon tried to make a mental list of the things he thought they might need. Obviously, the most important thing was water. They would need at least a 1.5 litre bottle each; any less and they would go thirsty. Next on the list would be food, non-perishable if at all possible. Finally, a knife could also come in handy, assuming they would find one in the first place. Not that he really knew how to use one efficiently, but it was better than nothing.

As soon as they entered the cafetaria, however, a loud thump interrupted Leon before he could even say a single word. Surprised, he quickly turned towards the source of the sound, which was apparently some guy who was crawling out from under a table. What he was doing under that table in the first place?
Said surprise only grew larger with the man's choice of words. guests? Could it be that this was the bored psycho? But if that was true, then why would he just appear right in front of them, apparently unarmed and in such a vulnerable position? Unless, of course, things weren't quite as they seemed...
On the other hand, Euclid had appeared in a somewhat similiar way; vulnerable, unarmed and even wounded. So maybe he shouldn't be quite so fast to judge. Not to mention that Rose knew quite a lot about this place too... What if she was in on it? After all, the only two places he had seen up until now was a strange city and this area, the latter of which was so unknown to him that he had to take her word for everything. Then again, she hadn't really done anything to cast real suspicion on herself, other than reluctance to leave from what she says is a safe location...
Well, the least he could do was make sure not to turn his back on the man, and try to get some information out of him. "Wait, what do you mean, 'guests'?" Leon asked the unknown man. "And who are you, anyway?"

“I own everything here. Therefore, that makes you my guests.” Godmodder answered nonchalantly, crawling out from under the table the rest of the way, swinging his feet around and sitting on the cafeteria bench, facing the two roleplayers as he rested his elbows on the table behind him. “As for who I am…” he hesitated for a moment, as if unsure of the answer himself. “I’m really not sure how to respond to that.” He told them. “I mean, I’ve kind of gone through lots of names. My ‘official’ name has sort of been lost to the ages. Beyond that, I’ve used a number of aliases in my days. I’ve also been referred to as ‘God’ before. Recently I’ve been told that the most commonly accepted name for me right now is ‘Godmodder’, but I feel that’s kind of a clunky and unattractive name, don’t ya think? How ‘bout we just shorten it to ‘Godmod’, or – ooh ooh I have an idea! ‘GM’. Short, sweet, and I love the double-meaning.” He grinned, leaning forward and resting his elbows on his thighs as he continued to talk. “Although… I also like wolves. People seem to have noticed that, so I get a lot of wolf-related nicknames, you know? A lot of ‘Wolf Man’ and the like. You could give me a name along those lines, oooor maybe just another word for ‘wolf’, but in a foreign language or something. People seem to do that a lot for characters, don’t they? So maybe you could just call me ‘Lupus’ or ‘Ookami’ or… whatever language you think produces the coolest-sounding name. Any idea what the German word for ‘wolf’ is? I feel like I used to know it but I forgot… German’s usually a pretty cool language, though. You could probably squeeze a nice name out of that.” He rambled.

“In the end, though, I really don’t care what name you come up with for me. I’m pretty used to arbitrarily-given nicknames.” He shrugged, lying down on the bench. “Call me whatever you like.”

As Euclid wandered about the area, he started recalling the events that led him not here, but to beginning of it all.
He had slammed the door to his bedroom, taking refuge in his computer chair. It was the most comfortable position he could put himself in, legs up on the seat, body leaning over onto the right arm. His attitude was less than desirable, but he had just been in a heated argument over something or other that was stupid and more so irrelevant to him. He didn't much like the thought of conversation with another person, let alone his own family.

Grabbing hold of the mouse, he woke the computer's display and waited for it to adjust before fiddling around on the internet. He checked his email - nothing, as always. Social media sites? The regular notifications, maybe a message or two from the little friends he had. A few distractions caught his attention, and he'd spend the next few hours watching videos or clicking through links that led to other links so he could read about the more popular topics that sprawled the internet.

It was a boring existence; he knew this much. He didn't like being surrounded by people he didn't know, and he thought very little of himself and how others saw him, which caused him to shy away from interaction. But, he knew deep down that he longed for it, that he didn't want to be alone. However, the thought was cut short by a video showcasing a new song from a band he liked, and things returned to normal.

After all was said and done, he finally made his way onto the website of RoleplayerGuild. He was new to it, a few months of activity, at most. He was there when the old site experienced its death, leaving many to wonder what happened, himself included. For a time, he occupied himself with other things, keeping in contact with one other person inside of whom he was surprised he actually started missing. She was good company - where she was now, he had no idea.

Soon, the site resurfaced with a new look and feel. The admin of the site gave it the bare bones it needed to sustain itself, and Euclid registered almost immediately after just having one more peek. It was on a day where, if he couldn't see it show up, he would have been done with Guild forever. But, such was fate. Over the course of a few days, the site started regaining some of its functionality, including the usage of private messaging. When Euclid found out, he sent a message to himself to test the functionality and found it successful. Afterwards, he let it be - until he got a new message.

He wasn't one to trust messages from people he didn't know, so he refused to click the link, opting instead to go back to the main page. After clicking the main page link, though, he found himself unable to leave. Attempting to close the browser proved unsuccessful, as the page refused to disappear. Thinking back on it, he was unsure why he didn't just unplug the computer, but it made no sense to think about it now. At the time, he felt he had no choice but to click the link to the message, and so he did, and everything went abruptly dark.

Next thing he knew, he woke up in a dark room with a fire pit. And now...
Euclid found his way outside, stepping out into what looked like a courtyard. The sky was a mixture of orange and blue, marking the point of evening, or so he thought. The courtyard was lined with shrubbery with a beautiful fountain that was encircled with curved stone benches. Minding his injuries, he came to sit on a bench carefully before staring into the sky. He was unsure of where the others were, or even if they were here, but on the off-chance they were looking for him, they might find him sitting outside, enjoying the view.

"It was an understandable reaction, I suppose," Nautilus responded. Behind that, he actually expected a more detailed answer from Ebil. However, he understood that such an answer would take long to explain, and that was if it was describable, which might not be likely the case, so he decided not to ask further questions. Although Ebil had mentioned the name of the academy for the second time, Nautilus still couldn't remember it, and in fact he had already given up on trying to remember it now. If we stay there long enough, I'll remember it eventually. Else, remembering it won't be very important, he thought.

Muse's remarks about time made Nautilus thought for a while. The way we perceive time is the most important thing, he said. Perhaps if I thought that time always move forwards like in the real world, then there should be no problems, no matter how slow the rate is. Time. Moves. Forward, ..., he said to himself, more like giving suggestions. Namely in the direction of increasing entropy, he ended the sentence in a rather anticlimactic way. Soon after that, however, he remembered one thing, namely the real world. No one knows how fast or slow time runs on the Guild relative to the real world. "But how long is a day here compared to the real world?" he asked a follow-up question, while climbing the dragon and holding on to whatever he could as the party seemed to plan to get to the academy. If this thing doesn't accelerate rather quickly, we should be safe, he thought. "I think everyone's up for going up now, sorry to be the last," he said.

Muse nodded at John, watching the roleplayer start to fly away on his own creation. “Good luck.” He told John, before preparing to take off himself. After smothering the small fire from earlier with the tip of his tail, not wanting to just leave it there, he spread his wings and made large, slow flaps, getting himself off the ground slowly. Ordinarily, he’d be halfway to the academy in a flash, but, not used to carrying so many passengers, he wanted to make sure he wasn’t moving too quickly for any of them. He then responded to Nautilus’ further questioning about time. “Well see, that’s what I’ve been trying to get at.” He told him. “There is no standard time conversion rate, so to speak, because time flows at different speeds all over the Guild.” He explained, reaching a good altitude to start moving forward. “Say for example, one day here equals two days IRL, where we are currently – but one day at the academy up ahead equals four days IRL. Of course it’s hard to say how each area measures up to time back in your own world, so I really don’t know whether or not that’s the case for these exact areas, but you get the idea. Generally though, time goes by slower here. It’s rare to encounter a place where it moves faster.”

Even with Muse flying slower than usual, it still took no less than ten minutes to reach Kalmaysia. He landed hastily on the ground outside the building, crouching down to let the roleplayers off. “Try not to spook any of the characters here.” He told them, expecting the area to be more character-heavy than the last. Given the fact that he usually used his shapeshifting ability in order to blend in, he hoped he could assume human form again as soon as possible.

...Well, this certainly wasn't good. Although the man's rambling wasn't all that clear, it was obvious that he was in some way involved in all this. Which meant Leon had to tread very carefully if he wanted to get out of here in one piece. What to do, what to do... Fighting wasn't a realistic option; for one, he was comletely unarmed, while he couldn't be sure that Mr. God Complex was too. Running was also out of the question; Without Rose's help, Leon would likely get lost in this place within minutes, a problem God Complex wouldn't have if he truly made this place. And with Rose still being in the kitchen, there was no way she would be able to come out and get past the guy if he didn't want her to.
It seemed to Leon that the only thing he could do for now was to talk with God Complex. Win some time, hopefully either Rose would hear what was going on and find some way to get away. Forcing out a smile, he spoke up, hoping that the rest of his face would not betray how nervous he was.
"So... GM? You said that you 'own everything here'. What did you mean by that? And, for that matter, what is 'here'?" His face temporarily turned into a frown. What if the man said that they were indeed inside the Guild. Of course, it could just be mindgames, but still...
"Oh, and by the way, I think 'wolf' in German would still be 'wolf', so that's not really all that interesting," he continued, forcing the smile back onto his face. As far as German names go, though, Krank or Gott-Komplex seems like it would work for you.

John clung to Papyrus for dear life. Of course it was the fall that scared him, but the floating mass of earth or the Dragon(s). As Muse took his charges up towards the Academy, Papyrus followed, but it was clearly taxing on him. His creaking became much closer to weazing than anything else, and his wing beats were becoming much heavier, almost slowing. When Papyrus caught up with Muse after his landing, the Puppet Dragon landed heavily, its wings collapsing to the ground. John sat for another moment, absorbing the fact that he hadn't fallen to his death before continuing to the condition of his creation.

Papyrus creaked and groaned, very clearly exhausted. John slid off the beast, careful to not read on its limp wings. John sighed. He might have created them, but there was no telling what any Puppet's limit was here, especially under these conditions. As he watched, Papyrus shuddered heavily, before nodding lightly to John. At that, the Puppet Dragon closed its eyes and began to fall to dust. John was startled for a moment, but then recalled something that had been done with his Dragons. "He'll be fine," he said, mostly to himself, but also loud enough for the others. "It's like a Phoenix, I guess." He watched the sand dissolve to nothing. It was hard not to think that another creation of his was just dead. "You'll be fine," he whispered.

John shook his head and turned back to the others, and find the Academy towering over him. He stared up at it for a moment, before stating, "That's a big ass building." He looked to the others, unsure what to do. The entrance, or one of the several John imagined there were, was just before them. Just walk up, ring the doorbell? He didn't see why not. Surely getting here was the hard part. He stepped up to the door and grasped the impressive knocker.

KNOCK. KNOCK. KNOCK.

John thought for a moment before thinking, "Why in the fuck did I think that was a good idea?"

Nautilus stepped down from Muse as soon as they reached the academy. Muse's remark about not spooking whoever inside was a reminder to Nautilus that even though this was the Guild, use of the so-called special powers by a roleplayer might and would baffle another roleplayer just like what happened to him and possibly some others when Euclid transformed into an eagle all of a sudden. That means now would be a good chance for Nautilus to test what Muse said. What's the most possible one? he thought, contemplating for the most likely feat for him to duplicate. I often roleplay with telekinetic characters, so that might be the most possible one... or flight. I did it many times when I have lucid dreams. But attempting flight might be kinda dangerous, so I think I should go with telekinesis, he concluded.

While most fictional telekinetic characters move their hands around as they move objects, Nautilus's telekinetic characters rarely do hand gestures. Nautilus's telekinetic characters tend to use hand gestures only for feats that are difficult or might harm the user. Most of the other time, the character focuses his sight on the object he wants to move, and thinks of a trajectory that the object will travel. So, Nautilus tried to follow the same lines, believing it to be the most likely one to work since his characters had done them that way. Nautilus's eyes were now focused on a hand-sized stone a couple of metres from the party's landing point, and he imagined a trajectory where the stone would at first move straight up to 5 feet above ground, then follow a standard ballistic trajectory as if it had been thrown instead of telekinetically moved.

Said stone didn't move for even a millimetre at first. Only then that Nautilus realized one thing: he always uses Inverse Square Law as the limits of his characters, although he does not always portray it consistently. Perhaps I should move closer to the stone, he thought. He took a few steps, making himself only a metre or two away from the stone, and repeated the procedure. This time, the stone moved up to the five-foot height he imagined, so much to his own surprise that he actually took a step back in panic, thereby ruining the second stage of the stone's movement and losing him control over the stone, which fell back to where it was. "Did that work, or was there anyone else doing something with that stone?" he asked in both joy and disbelief.

Nautilus decided to try it again for the second time, this time trying not to get panicked. He focused his eyes on the stone again, and thought of the same trajectory. The stone moved up and unlike the previous attempt, Nautilus managed to stay focused. The 'throw' on the second stage of the stone's movement he planned, however, went completely awful. It was not as strong a throw as he hoped, and it was almost 45 degrees to the left of the actual direction he intended. "Wellll... not a good throw at all," he said in an upbeat tone, thinking that as he learned through experience it would get even better. He did not try throwing the stone again for another time, fearing there would be many more of it that he would instead end up practicing telekinetically throwing stones instead of getting the main priority which was to find a place to settle on.

She put several things in the dufflebag, as many non-perishable things she could find. But, as she was putting everything together, she got an idea. With a smile, she turned to the door. Everyone liked a good meal, right? And what better way to keep them all here for a few more minutes. She could make some soup with all of the supplies here. She cracked open the door and poked her head out at the two in the cafeteria. "Hey! I had an idea. How does soup sound? I mean, I'm starving and I figure while we're here we could at least make use of what we have. I make a pretty good vegetable soup." She asked with a smile at both bodies in the room. After all, she didn't want to upset the strange man. Plus, if she acted like nothing was wrong, maybe nothing would go wrong, right?

She looked over at Leon. He looked rather stiff... She sent him a raised brow, trying to ask what his problem was and then sent him a reassuring smile. It'll be fine. Don't stress over it. She thought, trying to communicate that to Leon, though how well it would translate, she didn't know. She then turned to the strange man. "Oh and, what can I call you? I don't want to keep calling you 'Strange Man' in my head." She asked with a chuckle, her body still well inside the kitchen. All they could see of her was her head.

“Oh, this place?” GM responded to Leon when he asked ‘what is here’. “This is… a work-in-progress.” He answered vaguely. “When I’m done with it, I plan for it to be an MMO game, actually. You know, like, a virtual world that players can actually be transported into. That’s the idea. Unfortunately though, it looks like this domain still has a lot of bugs in it that still need to be cleaned out…” he explained, his expression and tone darkening upon that last sentence. “…And I’m not just talking about you, Spidey.” He added, eyes shifting towards the ground beneath the table.

While the strange man seemed to have plenty of bizarre things already troubling him, his frustration only peaked when Rose poked her head out of the kitchen to ask for his name. “Aaaaaugh we just went over this!!” he roared, the glow surrounding his left eye growing in size briefly, still flickering like a violet flame. The room seemed to grow just a bit colder for the moment, as well, but returned to normal a moment later. “Just… GM. Just call me GM.” He replied after he calmed down. “That’s the name he seems to be comfortable using.” He added, pointing at Leon.

Orber hopped off Muse, making sure to grab his backpack as he leaped off. He suddenly heard a somewhat loud crack, and to his left he saw John riding his puppet dragon, which made him slightly jealous, of course it shortly crumbled into nothingness. John made a remark on how big this place was, and Orb himself looked up. "You weren't kidding..." he said in response. John, for whatever reason decided it necessary to knock on the door. He heard a loud crash to his right, and suddenly a large stone of sorts flew by him. He jumped back. "HEY! Watch it!" he exclaimed. How the hell did that stone just fly threw the air? He looked in the vague direction of where it came from, and noticed the man he had traveled with.

After a short while with no answer from the door he carefully stepped forwards. He placed his ear to the door. It was cold, probably metallic. He couldn't hear anything from the other side. He noticed two plants on either side, each seeming to having somewhat thick branches that might be good for beating, although one look from Muse reminded him not to spook any other roleplayers. Forgot we weren't the only ones He tried to open it. It was locked. "God damn it!" he exclaimed. "Why are they ALWAYS locked? For what good reason?" he picked up a rock and out of anger threw it at the door. It bounced off making a small clang as it fell to the ground. He then noticed the large windows on either side of the door, reminding him of a chapel oddly. They looked big enough for everyone to fit through, although there was also some sort of pipe. A drainage pipe maybe... he thought, and he confirmed it turning his head upwards. Luckily, the large building blocked out the sun and he could definitely see a way up to the top. He walked back to where most of the group were.

"Doors locked, so we got two options..." he began. "Option one, we smash the glass, possibly scaring any roleplayers who may or may not have powers which may cause them to attack us, although it's a big building and no one might hear it and we can get in through the broken window. We might cut ourselves though." he turned to Muse. "Option two, Muse seems to be the best at... shifting, so he can just shift in to something small, a rat or mouse and climb up that drainage pipe and see if there's a way in from the top, then he can hop on in and unlock the door." He whispered under his breath "If he survives any fall and managed to actually GET DOWN" he looked at the size of the building, it was definitely higher than his house. "I'd go for option 1."

"The door's locked? That doesn't make sense. You're pretty much allowed to do anything here, why would the door be locked?" Ebil wondered aloud. Did it have something to do with the island being invisible to humans? Of course, they could see it just fine, even though they were human. Probably because they were roleplayers.
"How about we just go around front and go in the main entrance way? NPCs go in and out there all the time, I don't see why we couldn't," he suggested.

“Heyyy you’re pretty good at this!” Muse told Nautilus once he’d returned to his human form, watching the roleplayer practice telekinesis. “Thankfully this looks like a school-for-the-gifted-type RP, so you can still practice without freaking people out.” He told him, before approaching one of the windows on the building. “That is if anyone’s around…” he hummed, peering into the empty hallway. “Academy RP’s and the like are usually a lot emptier than real academies.” He explained. “Rule of existence, you know? Nothing exists until stated to exist, and since NPC’s usually fade away almost immediately after they’re done being used, we’ll probably only encounter player characters.” He told them, before turning around with a grin on his face. “…Or other roleplayers, if my senses aren’t lying to me!”

Muse then scurried over to the door as the roleplayers pointed out to him that the door was locked, much to his confusion. “You’re right, that really doesn’t make a ton of sense.” He told Ebil, before listening to Orb’s… interesting ideas. He raised his eyebrow skeptically. “Yeeaaah… climbing through pipes ain’t as fun as it looks in Super Mario Bros.” he told him. “Why don’t we just look for another entrance? Ebil seems to have the right idea.” He continued. “Plus, didn’t you say you were a part of this RP?” Muse asked Ebil. “I’m sure you know your way around this place. Why don’t you lead?”

She blinked, watching him explode at her. Again, tears threatened to break out but she quelled them. "Well, I'm sorry, 'GM'. I'm kind of busy here. I didn't hear you tell him your name. Take a chill pill, yeah?" She told him, trying her best to hold her voice steady. With that, she pulled her head back inside the kitchen and went back to pulling together supplies. She grabbed water bottles, and any food that wouldn't go bad within a few days. Mostly canned goods like beans, condensed soups and the like. The bag was fairly heavy when she was done but she pulled it over her shoulder anyways and made her way for the door once more. She pushed it open and walked back outside, not making eye contact with GM. Carefully, she placed the bag on the floor in front of her.

"There. Supplies. Please tell me one of you is strong enough to carry it where ever we go because otherwise we'll need to take some stuff out. I didn't know how long we'd be out but I wanted enough in case it was a while." She told them, her hands on her hips. She glanced over at GM, giving him a small smile. She walked over to him and held out her hand towards him. "You can call me Rose. It's nice to meet you, GM." She told him, keeping a bright smile on her face. She felt like she was trying to hard to put herself out there but she just felt this was the best course of action. Right? Her policy had always been kill people with kindness. Then again, wouldn't her naivety just get her killed? Mm... Time would tell.

"Sure, but where do you want to go?" asked Ebil. He knew that Muse was just going around picking up the roleplayers, but he was the only one who knew where they were.
"Is it possible to teach us how to locate other roleplayers?" Maybe it was another trait of being a roleplayer. It seemed being a roleplayer was like being an OP character in a Super Power RP.

Oh, great, he was getting angry now. This was bad, really, really bad. They had to get out of here right now.
"I guess I'll lift it," Leon said, slinging the bag over his shoulder -- then immediately got pulled sideways due to the kinetic force. Whoa, that thing was slightly heavier than he thought. The jerking movement did allow him to see something very important though; namely, Rose getting a bit too close to GM for Leon's comfort. Couldn't she tell that this guy was a problem at the least, and the big bad at worst?

"Wait. Rose, I think you might've forgot something," Leon said. Without warning, he took Rose's hand and practically dragged her into the kitchen, then slammed the door shut before GM could follow them. "Listen, Rose, this guy is bad news," he quickly said, his voice a deep whisper. "I think he might be behind this whole ordeal. At the very least, he's mentally unstable, and already has shown to have a very short fuse. Now, this is important: are there any other ways out of the kitchen other than into the cafetaria? Some kind of staff hallway, maybe, or something used for supplies? Otherwise, we might have to make a dash for it."

Euclid The Portmanteau Professional

It came slowly at first, but Euclid started to notice that something wasn't right. There was a growing presence inside the Academy, an increasing number of bodies. He stood up, attempting to focus as he left the courtyard and went back inside, trying to find his way around. After several minutes of wandering, he found himself in front of a window, seeing shadows on the inside of what looked like a cafeteria. Focusing more, he saw a man who was sitting at a cafeteria table, one who looked less than reputable, smiling. Atop the table, as if not seen by the others, was the silhouette, staring at the window. But, the silhouette was much larger than before, and much more menacing. Its grin was malicious and its teeth were jagged. From its shadowed hands sprung sharp claws. From its maw echoed a vicious laugh with a tone more monstrous than anything he had heard.

Euclid crouched below the windowsill to keep from sight and watched the area. He had no idea who the man was. Was this man another person that happened to fall into this world? Where were Leon and Rose? Were they working with him and, if so, for what purpose? And what of the silhouette? Many questions would need to be answered and, one way or another, he would get them.
"Release me!" Bellua yelled, writhing in his prison of chains. "I demand blood! I demand his lifeless body!"

"Not yet," a cold voice echoed throughout the cavern in reply. "There is still much to be done. When the Master is ready, you will be free, and you may seek your creator to the ends of the earth. This..."

A blood-stained locket dropped to the ground, a picture of Euclid inside, settled and withered behind cracked glass.

"...I promise you."

She blinked as she was pulled into the kitchen by the hand of Leon. What? She looked at him, her eyes wide as he whispered to her, his voice low and deep as he said, 'Listen, Rose, this guy is bad news. I think he might be behind this whole ordeal. At the very least, he's mentally unstable, and already has shown to have a very short fuse. Now, this is important: are there any other ways out of the kitchen other than into the cafetaria? Some kind of staff hallway, maybe, or something used for supplies? Otherwise, we might have to make a dash for it.' She listened carefully, her mind running full speed. The man did strike her as... unpredictable but she'd much rather be on his good side than his bad. Who knows what he would do to them if they pissed him off. But... Leon was right. Instead of making themselves subject to his unpredictable nature, they needed to find a way out.

She thought for a moment, looking around the room. "I don't remember seeing..." She whispered... "Wait!" She whispered, her voice a bit harsher. She slowed, trying to calm down and then pointed in the direction of the back of the kitchen. "I think there's a supply door over there. It'll be loud though. We'll have to be careful." She continued, her voice much softer, barely audible. She tiptoed over to the back of the kitchen and located the door. It was one of those metal doors that operated by a pulley system. Yes, it would be loud. He would hear them no matter what they did. As Leon came closer to her, she whispered to him, "We're going to have to do it all in one go and run for it. I just... I don't know where. There's no where to hide out there really. Not unless we make a run for the forest area."

"Sorry, youngster-number-one," Nautilus told Ebil, "I wasn't targeting at you. I aimed for something else, but missed completely". He tried to answer both Orb's and Muse's remarks at the same time, but he didn't quite manage to. At least, he had answered the first, and so he just needed to answer the second. "Actually it was a very poor throw. A lot of control and improvement is required before it'll be useful," he tried to answer Muse's remark. He then listened to Muse's explanation about the academy, and about the possibility of making the needed improvement without freaking people out.

That should be the best opportunity to train it. People showing impressive powers in incorrect settings can and will be immediately treated as a power-player, or at the very least become the main threat of the series, his mind spoke to himself, On either case, you'll be the enemy of the whole setting, which isn't good. So let's get inside and settle here, right? Nautilus then noticed that the team was not moving in. "Are we supposed to get in?" he asked.

"Why are they ALWAYS locked? For what good reason?" Orb said, giving Nautilus the answer in the process.

"That's weird," Nautilus responded before thinking over it. Indeed, an academy should have its doors open most of the time. Locking it during midday like this surely meant something unordinary was happening at the academy. "One of us here said he plays this RP, so can you tell us what was the last thing that happened here so that it's locked?" Nautilus was more worried about what was inside than how to get inside, because trying hard to go inside the building only to find a massacre going on would be a nightmare. He was long to respond about the actual problem itself. "Anyone good at lockpicking? Or are locked doors in the Guild stay locked unless it's opened with the right key?" he asked.

Godmodder raised his eyebrow at Rose’s cheerful introduction, legitimately unsure as to whether the girl was feigning kindness out of fear of him or if she really was just that bizarrely nice, considering how badly his words seemed to shake her. The answer became clearer, though, when Leon pulled her into the kitchen and hastily shut the door. GM pursed his lips. He knew they were talking about him – probably figuring out what to do next – that much was obvious. The question was what exactly they planned to do. Would they confront him? Would they try to fight? Would they try to escape? Oooh he hoped they’d run! His visit to Kalmaysia had been mildly disappointing thus far, but watching the rats run would make it all worth it. Quietly, he pressed his ear against the door. He couldn’t hear complete sentences, only muffled words, but he got the gist. A grin spread across his face; they were planning an escape!

That raised the question, then – just how would he conduct this chase? Would he run after them himself? Perhaps take on another form? No, his favorite avatar would be much too large to follow them into cramped quarters. Send one of his pets after them? Yes!! Brilliant idea!

“Rin!” he called, stomping his foot on the floor. A scrawny brown wolf materialized in the room, stumbling on its clumsy legs as it appeared to be slightly disoriented. The poor thing seemed half-starved and abused, its powerful image stolen from it as it could only manage to tremble like a chihuahua in Godmodder’s presence. He crouched down next to the creature as it pressed itself against the wall, before grabbing onto its face by the jaw. “You smell the humans that were just in here, girl?” She snarled and struggled to pull her head away. “You’ll hunt them for me, riiiiight?” His eye glowed more intensely as Rin howled weakly, seemingly in pain. “Wait for the signal, though.” He ordered, eyes on the door. “Wait for the signal…”
