For me, I don't really have any preferences. I suppose Rozmonda would do best with someone who is capable of BELIEVE IN THE ME WHO BELIEVES IN YOU shenanigans. Sora would probably be best utilized for someone who's power offers a lot of versatility, so they can teamwork some clever ways to use/abuse it.
She stands at 5'1. Personality: Kazuko is a girl who is confident, full of energy and always seeking to improve herself. She dislikes wasting her time on activities she deemed as useless and rather spend her time training and learning in areas she still lack in. She comes off as rude and self-centred as she avoids interact with others unless necessary. However, she can be kind, helpful and generous if it benefits her. Moreover, Kazuko can be quite aggressive and stubborn when she wants something. She hates losing to people she perceives as a slacker though she respects those who actually work hard. If one is persistent enough and keeps on trying to approach her, it would reveal she is a whole lot nicer deep down if she opens up. When she gets a receiver, Kazuko would treat the individual kindly and would sincerely care for the person’s welfare despite saying otherwise. Though she would pretend to treat the person poorly in public but there are times she break character.
Type: Ability Abilities: Energy Beam Projection. Kazuko can release energy beam attacks from her hands as well as make an energy barrier to shield herself. She also is able to use to fly and stay air-born. She is capable of infusing her energy powers to a weapon to modify it such as turning a sword into an energy sword for enhanced sharpness and durability or adding energy claws to the end of a glove. As her bond with her receiver grows, Kazuko is able to emit energy beams with higher force and power. Furthermore, she will be able to execute energy-based attacks with weapons. Lastly, at its peak, she would be able to materialize energy wings on her back. The drawback to her power is that prolonged usage may result in her hands getting burnt or she would end up getting a fever if she used her power too much over a short time.
Skills: Due to her fixation on killing Statics, she is very athletic and is straight-A student due to studying and training most of the time. She has a talent for writing but does not tell anybody since it had been so long since she wrote anything.
Brief Backstory: A girl who has love to write and aspires to be a writer of romance thriller stories. Kazuko lived with her parents and pretty much has a seemingly normal life. That ended when her parents were killed when she was 10 and she heard the Statics were involved. Losing the two people she cherished so much, Kazuko was determined to become a strong Tuner to exterminate the Statics. Receiver: New Student
Hmm, if Kazuko get accepted, she'd probably go straight to first or second among my top five for Sean, as the only other character with "motivated personality" AND "defined goal" besides Rika.
I think I'd be fine with Mari and James being with most anyone, really. Nobody that's really waving their hands and yelling "HEY, PICK ME!" to me.

I see Kagura and Mari getting along because I got the vibe that Mari would be willing to make the partnership more of a friendship once she is assured that her partner doesn't see her a living battery, which definitely isn't Kagura's view on the partnership. James, while lacking a defined goal, is definitely driven, and is therefore someone Sean could throw his support behind wothout worry. Though, to be honest, I'd rather Sean go with a different Tuner if you agree to the Kagura and Mari partnership, if only so that BOTH of our characters don't end up stuck in a rut if one of us is busy one day, which I have seen and experienced all too many times in Fate RPs.

Hmm, I just realized I haven't put much thought into what Nobu's ideal partner would be. I suppose he'd do best with a person who could act as a catalyst for change, but that doesn't alienate his sensibilities. So someone who's laidback, passive, or otherwise 'chill' likely wouldn't work well, whereas someone who can call him out on his shit would serve nicely.
Someone like Rika or Kenzaki (if accepted) I guess?
As for 'Salty French Fry', I still need to finish his sheet...
With Rika I want someone who's going to be exasperated by how stubborn she is. And how she tends to whack people who anger her.
Chie... can be anyone, though preferably someone not as laid back as her.

Chie I think is a good match for Keiji because they both seem like fun-loving characters and Keiji is at least responsible enough to keep her on track with school work; he'd also appreciate having a snack dispenser nearby. Momo would also be a fun match for him because I can see him getting dragged along on her crazy conspiracy hunts.
I'm not sure who I have in mind for Ryuuto, but it has to be somebody pretty serious that can put up with his occasional bad attitude.
EDIT: Actually, Kazuko looks like a good match for Ryuuto. They're both the "get down to business" type.
Pairings, huh? Well, for Yuri, from the looks of the Receivers... Yuri is the exact opposite of what poor Mari was looking for, as she's something of an enforced hassle at times. Chie would basically be team 'and we don't actually seem to be able to experience any sort of stress at all'. Adrian, on the other hand, is probably inappropriate simply by dint of being male, in this case. And I think that's it for already-paired Receivers: one person who's got the exact opposite responsibility of what they want, one person that would create the most relaxed pair in the RP.
As for Momo... I'm not so bothered by who she ends up with, though I think the fact that she's someone that talks way too much about completely inane things would make it a really bad combination with Sir Grumpy (Shun). Unless it is just a front, in which case driving him mad would be such fun. :P

I can see Keiji getting along with her and even helping her "investigate" just as something to do that isn't a school club. As long as she doesn't mind him playfully teasing her about her ideas, they could make a good match.
