(Sorry he is just trying to be professional)

"Thanks smoothskin" Danny said bringing the tools near a patient with a bullet wound in his shoulder,Danny started working getting the bullet out and putting disinfective on the wound,Then he out a bandage on the wound making sure the patient was going to be okay."Now im gonna need some plasma and some stimpacks for the few other patients" Danny then said shaking his head from Tim's rude gesture.

--------------------------------------------------

"Mhm indeed...do you have any stealth boys?" Ahab asked her before shaking his head with his own smile,"That will be all thank you" Ahab said getting into the power armor. The suit fit him quite well and without the inclusion of the armor helmet he was quite satisfied with how the armor fit his body.

"I feel like Captain Ahab right before he stabs the white whale with his harpoon" Ahab said with a smile on his face.

(It's alright, I was just pointing that out)

Another person, a young man in doctor's clothing, hands Danny the supplies. A few seconds later and the man Danny was patching up is alright. "Hey, thanks for fixing me up, Doc! I feel fit as a fiddle, and I'm ready to kick some Enclave ass!"
--------------

"Oh, you're talking about Moby Dick, that ancient book from so many years before the war? Hm, I suppose Ahab is a nice name for a super mutant." The woman replies, before going on with her duties. Well, Ahab can go wherever he'd like now.

-------------------------------------------------

"Yes although a ship,a firstmate and a native would complete the ensemble but this will have to do" Ahab said moving around in the power armor,It fit him well although being not to sneak does peeve him a little bit.

Old Man's Corner

As the trio of Vertibirds sailed to what was once Central Park, Colonel Alan Anderson, clad in his bright violet Power Armor, grinned as he mused.

Liberty Island and Old Man's Corner had been rivals for years, perhaps decades. Where one was dedicated to the brighter aspects of the Old World and the restoration of its better values, the other was a cesspool of humanity where violence and degradation were a way of life. And the Colonel desired to rule both. If not for the Enclave's doctrine of Genetic Purity, he would have conquered Liberty Island and allied with Old Man's Corner, but he saw how people were looking at him, especially his Heir Apparent, Alex (said Heir in question was still guarding Par back at the base).

And he knew this: that allowing Old Man's Corner into the fold was not like inducting the inhabitants of Vault 81; the latter were at least 'genetically human'. Even then, he mused as the Vertibirds drew close to the slavers' city, he would have risked a pact with them if not for the fact that since Par - yes, his Par - had set fire to most of the eastern half of the settlement, the Slavers' Guild had been weakened, leaving it easy prey.

The clang of bullets against his Vertibird's armor snapped Alan from his thoughts, and he gave instructions for the gunship to do what it did in Liberty City: rip apart the crude defensive lines and soar to the city centre, where he and his 'Hedonists' would land and destroy the enemy leadership. The other two Vertibirds, after wreaking aerial havoc, would then sail for the grain silos and the remaining aresnals the Slavers' Guild had, and deploy troops there in order to take control of those areas.

In minutes, it was all over. The Guildmaster, a corpulent man who may or may not be the same as the mysterious 'Mr. Big' - Alan didn't really care - had been brought out and decapitated, the city was being looted for its supplies, and for the men brought in from Vault 81, the prettier women were to be sterilized and given to them to satisfy their hyper-sexual lusts. Alan smirked; Liberty City had fought harder than this.

"People of Old Man's Corner," he announced, "my name is Colonel Alan Anderson of the United States of America, and this settlement is now returned to the control of the United States Government. Thanks to the new policies mandating enslavement of mutants instead of extermination, you will now live on as property of the nation; do not resist if you value your lives. I repeat, do not resist if you value your lives..."

Sky Citadel

Elder Mavarek was a big, well-muscled old man with a great white handlebar mustache and wrinkled brown skin and bright brown eyes who constantly wore his Power Armor, even in meetings. Sitting on a chair that had been toughened to handle Power Armor, the old man mused on the news brought to him by the latest courier.

"Old Man's Corner has fallen," he said to Lawrence once he arrived. "The Enclave now surrounds us on three sides."

"Four!" said another Paladin who had just burst in. "The Enclave surrounds us on four sides! From their new position at Liberty Island, the Enclave have dispatched a force to the Hoboken Terminal's ruins, where they are setting up anti-aircraft artillery!"

"Damnit!" the Elder said, "if they set up AA Guns at both New Jersey and Liberty Island, we'll have to say goodbye to getting any help from Sarah!" He then turned to face the Paladin who had burst in.

"Jackson, you and I will take a squad of eight to Hoboken. Lawrence, you split the newcomers you brought here into two groups; one to attack Old Man's Corner before the Enclave finish set up their positions there, the other on a raid into the Enclave's main base itself. There, they are to rescue the 19-year old boy who allowed said newcomers to come to us in the first place."

"Remember, his sacrifice of his dignity and liberty also saved our contingent on Liberty Island." A pause, and Elder Mavarek would then take show Lawrence a hologram - a hologram of New York's old tunnel network.

"One of these leads to underneath the Enclave Base; I know it."

Vor Shinse pocketed the caps with little complaint and moved on. She didn't feel like pushing her luck and as it stood she'd made roughly a thirty-seven percent profit from what she'd originally been offered, so a win was a win. Taking her caps and walking around the rest of the Sky Citadel she began looking for one of several things; Food, water, ammo, guns and armor. She was probably 800 caps shy of affording even a power armour frame and the last thing she needed was for it to run out of juice only to be discarded in the wastes, plus she preferred the mobility and dexterity offered by some of the medium armour that she could modify herself.
As for weapons, she was doing fine on that front. What she wanted was a place to modify the laser pistol she'd scored, maybe even buy a few cells. She didn't need anything too fancy, just a backup sidearm of some sort. Maybe something for close-quarter emergencies like her shotgun, but in pistol form. Maybe a beam splitter mod with a gamma-wave emitter? She didn't care about sights, if whomever she was fighting was close enough that she'd want to use it she would likely be firing from the hip anyway. Some sort of automatic barrel would be nice too, but she didn't want to blow her caps all at once.

Walking around, she bean to check the stores that she saw. Food and water would be nice, but Vor Shinse knew how to hunt. She could even purify her own water if need be, although she tended to lose nearly a third of it in the process. Perhaps she should look for some Rad-X and RadAway as well... And a few stimpaks wouldn't hurt.

After Ahab had stepped away, David would step back up to the requisition desk. "Sorry if you're busy, but I was hoping to obtain some new gear, such as maybe a weapon more effective against power armor? My current weapon, a .45 Colt, isn't exactly the right thing to be using after all. If need be, I can pay. I know that in the past, the Brotherhood of Steel has required new members to pay for their gear."

Once they got downstairs, Greg walked over to the Vault door and plugged his pipboy in. A few seconds later, the door started to move and he unplugged it. "Ok," he told the two Brotherhood members. "We're in." He started walking towards the now-opening door and a bullet ricocheted off of the vault door in front of him. He knelt and looked at where the shot had come from, and saw a group of raiders running at them. Assuming that they were there to snipe his salvage, he jumped over the rail and hid behind a crate, then started shooting back. He hoped that the robots in the vault weren't active or they would be easily flanked.

Sparks fell back behind cover, and began returning fire with her rifle, setting it to short bursts to suppress the enemy, allowing Paladin Zachary to advance and lead the attack. She took the advantage of any lulls in firing to see who the attackers were, and noticed that they seemed to be raiders and scavengers. It made things more difficult, since she had not been expecting someone else to find the Vault. Plus, if they had stolen anything of value, that might reduce the chance of recovering important technology.

Gabriel was grateful for the help from the Brotherhood of Steel regarding supply and rest, but he didn't feel like joining up. Being with Jennifer 'Sparks' Zvarowski was basically for her an open invite to talk about the Brotherhood and how great it was, but he just felt it wasn't his thing. He wasn't after technology or retrieving pieces of the past; he was more interested in building and healing.

With the Enclave, though, it was clear that the region was in danger. As they continued to expand, the 'Legitimate government of the USA' would not rest until it had eliminated or enslaved anyone in the region. Best to fight back while they still can.

As such, Gabriel got himself a nice new rifle, one that could tear through powered armor with a well-placed shot. It cost him plenty in bottle caps, as well as having to pay off a favor or two, but the price was well worth it in his mind. This time he could actually do something more than annoy armored soldiers.

There was a new mission, of course; take the fight back to the Enclave. There were two options; attack Old Man's Corner, where the slaver camp had fallen to an Enclave forward unit, or Enclave main base, where many of the prisoners from Liberty Island had been taken. He signed up for the latter.

Dogmeat was proving his loyalty, following Gabriel with him. It took some convincing for the BoS commander to allow the dog to come along in the transport, but Gabriel wasn't leaving his new friend behind.

Quinn never thought of the Outside was this dangerous; It had only been two weeks after he had left Vault 43 and already, he started hating it. The Vault was placed in a subway under what was called... New York; indigenous to the American Settlers and soon after Henry Hudson and some others had colonized this area of land. New York width was about 450 to 455 kilometers and length was about 530. So if he were to go back to the Vault it would take him approximately a 4-mile walk, quite shaming as it has only been two weeks and he has only gone that far. " Dammit. " Quinn tugged on his survival backpack with all his basic life needs but for some crazy reason, the Vault didn't pack him a weapon. So Quinn was stuck with his bare fists and his wits. Luckily on his treck farther into New York's streets he had met an actual fur cat. The first cat he'd seen before- succumbed with joy he picked up the cat...forcefully. " Awww~ Hello. " His words were like a string and conntected them as he spoke to the cat. The cat didn't attack Quinn, surprisingly.

Quinn had held the cat close, lightly as he walked. His feet moved over the debris, his eyes jerking left and right , he should've asked for New York's past time map so he could at least get around, mark and upate things he needed to. But Quinn insisted that he would go out without anything. Quinn, again tugged on his backpack strap and continued to walk. " Mr. Catkins, what should we do? " He says talking to his new cat. The cat stays silent but Quinn continues his trek in the new world.

The next day, Par would get up from his bed, still naked. His first instinct was to keep himself covered with the blanket, but he knew that while that would be comfortable for him, that would also show that he was afraid, ashamed, and intimidated. And so he got up and sat down on the side of the matress, his stomach rumbling. When will Alex feed him?

Alex walked into the room, making sure not to leave the key in the lock. He gave Par a hard look, before gesturing with his head for him to get up. His face was completely blank, giving no emotions away.

"Get up. You are getting food now." He drew his compliance laser pistol, and gestured again for Par to get up.

The 19-year old stood up, preparing to follow Alex, who, as instructed by Alan, had been asked to lead him to the Cafeteria used by the Enclave's soldiers, so that the slave can be paraded before the various personnel; shown off as a symbol of the Colonel's power. There, Par would sit on an out of the way table while Alex got him some food. He would then get a lot of looks, some hateful, and some even pitying.

Alex stood a few metres away from the boy at the table, keeping both eyes on him at all times even as he picked at a packet of potato chips. He had been very quiet today. Obviously, he had realised that he wasnt just some idiot grunt...

"Hey Roniel!" said one soldier from a distance away. "Maybe the colonel will let you have him once hes done!"

The cafeteria was punctuated by a series of laughs. Alex gave absoutely nothing away apart from the corner of his mouth tightening slightly. He wouldnt say a word. Sometimes he was tempted just to either shoot one of these idiots in the chest with his compliance regulator, or just find a way to lose his virginity to stop all these ridiculous rumors flying around.

After a set amount of time passes, Alex walked up to Par, slapping him around the head to get his attention.

"You have had enough time here. Get up."

Par got up, and would be escorted to a washroom in order to brush his teeth, before, once he had finished, saying, in a mild tone of voice that was meant to sound sympatethic:

"Your friends don't really respect you much, don't they?"

Alex didnt answer again, waiting for Par to finish in the washroom, before walking up to him and pulling him roughly out of the room.

"I don't have friends. I do not need them. I am a soldier of the united states of america, and that knowledge is all i need. No more. No less."

Par stared at him, turning his head to the side yet again.

"Everyone needs friends. Mutie, 'Pure' Human, everyone does; and I'm not saying that to be sappy - it's a proven need," the naked 19-year old said, not caring that he was in a corridor where people can hear.

"As for the United States of America...what does it mean to you, personally?"

Alex paused for a moment, and grabbed Par by the throat, pushing him against the wall.
"It. Means. Everything. Something a mutie like you cannot understand. An ideal."

As Par tried to speak, to place more doubts inside Alex's mind, a voice called out over the comlink.

"It's Dr. Jose Barre speaking. Corporal Roniel, bring the Colonel's Naked Slave over to my office so he can get his shots."

------

Timeskip

Dr. Jose Barre's office was sterile and clean, with pure white beds and other furnishings, as well as a lot of medical instruments that Par only recognized from the old tapes. Right now, he was being injected with vaccines by the doctor himself, a middle-aged black man.

"You know," said Dr. Barre as he stuck another sryinge into Par's skin, "your parents, Corporal Roniel, would never have approved of this; I know - I knew them. I want all Muties dead as much as you, but all this business of harems and naked slaves? Alan has gone too far." Alex had been informed beforehand that the room was clear of bugs. He then looked at Par, then Alex, staring at the latter with a hard gaze.

"You know, your mother and father...they were both 16 when they had you, you know that?"

Alex looked at him. "Yes. Its common for us to breed early, to repopulate our new country. Why would you ask such a question?"

"Just updating records," Barre said off-handedly. "Speaking of records, Alan's been doing this sort of thing ever since he was in training. What a little monster." Another hard gaze.

"If you want to take a break from seeing naked men, you can leave the room - no, the entire medical wing - for a while; I'll personally take full responsibility for anything that happens."

Alex got up. "I could use a drink. Ill be back in twenty." He walked out the door, working out a crick in his shoulder while he went. He closed the door behind him.

"So," Dr. Jose Barre would say to Par, "do you want to get out of this place?"

"Yes," Par nodded. "I don't want to be naked any longer than necessary." Alex won't see it, but the merchant's gaze turned flinty-eyed. "What's the catch? How do you know you won't shoot me in the back just to get back at Alan?"

"You don't." Jose Barre was plain. "That said, though, if you believe I'm genuine, take this," he would then hand Par a holotape. "It doesn't contain any military data, and can only be unlocked once it stops taking a signal from a transmitter I installed from my own heart."

"You're blackmailing your boss, aren't you?" Par would say.

"Yes, now let's get out to the medical wing; I need to get you prepared for your escape - the boss is returning here via Vertibird."

Outside the room, Alex's ear pulled itself from the door. For one second, he was shocked, horrified, then he thought again.

And he smiled.

Suddenly, Quinn would run into several people in what he would recognize as chrome Power Armor, who were clearly not expecting him. Pointing their guns at him, they would say:

"Halt! Who are you, friend, or foe?" A second look, and the men and women would realize that the strange man in formal attire was not a danger. In fact, he even seemed to be unarmed. One of them, a woman, looked at Quinn before saying:

"You're not from around here, aren't you?" Another stare through the Power Armor's visor. "You also don't know anything. Come with us, then; there's a war right now, and anyone can be an asset." Though the tone was mild, it was probably for the best that Quinn accepted.

If he didn't accept, he would be left alone...to be found by more people in Power Armor, which would look like a more advanced make to his eyes, who would not give him a chance and forcibly take him away.

If he did accept, the woman, clearly a squad leader, would then lead Quinn to Sky Citadel, a refurbished skyscraper with a lot of technological amneties, some equalling his own Vault's. Either way, he was in for an adventure.

He let the cat go after his right arm went to sleep though for whatever reason the cat still followed him. And after a few minutes he decided to name this 'cat', " Q " he liked the letter Q for a quite normal reason, " Mr. Q? Do you know where we are going? " He had asked, his free hand coming up to softly pet through the cat's soft fur. Soon, when he'd get back he'll fix up the cat and officially make it his own. Quinn went around blocks and looked at what rubble there was, old shops, drugstores, and the occasional skeleton would appear, but he didn't mind. That's how the atom bomb affected the world.

After a considerable amount of minutes, the shadows became longer, somewhere around noon he'd guessed. Quinn raised his left shoulder and looked at what time it was, " Hmph. Only 12;34 " He'd shrugged, the map wasn't at its full functions, the signals were somewhat glitched out, but he didn't know why. Though there was still his tracker; but that could only go out 40 feet out of his radius and even then- that wouldn't be enough to get through the perils of New York.

Suddenly Quinn was stopped by a group of people with power armor, the first thing that did come into his mind was not to cause troubles for them and even if they did attack him Quinn would easily die. " I- I'm, I...uhm. Friendly... " His words trailed off, but Quinn was focusing on the fact that he might get shot. With instincts, Quinn stood in front of the cat, even if it did look quite silly.

" I-...uhm. Think I should go back to my Vau-..." Quinn thought about his words for a moment, Quinn didn't make a lot of friends and his connections with his family...were scarce. Did he really want to go back to such an environment that wasn't as loving? It was the Outside, heartless bastards would be everywhere, but at least, some have emotion! " I-... I'll come with you. " He exhaled nervously, his right hand coming up to reposition his glasses. For once in Quinn's life, he felt another emotion other than fear, stress, or shame. He felt excitement for his new life.

In Sky Citadel, Quinn would be allowed to access holotapes relating to the situation of the world after The War, allowing him to learn about the Brotherhood of Steel, the Enclave, and their war with one another, as well as lesser organizations like the Book Runners (who also make and sell guns), and what was once Liberty Island and Old Man's Corner, before the Enclave conquered it. He also learned how caps were used as currency, that slavery was common, and that in what markets existed, bartering and bargaining were omnipresent.

Either way, after an unspecified amount of time, a Brotherhood Scribe, female, blonde, and wearing glasses, would come in, and tell Quinn:

"We sent a team to check out where you came from - a Vault, wasn't it? For what it's all worth, your parents are still alive, but are injured, and many of the people there have been slain. If you don't believe me," the Scribe said, "I have pictures."

She then showed him several bona-fide photographs of the near-carnage, before saying:

"Anyway, you're good at Robotics, right? Well, there's a large Construction Droid in our basement with a large crane, a mortar, a laser, and a recycling system. We need you to help calibrate the lasers and mortar....for war."

Quinn, even after his hatred for his own vault. The memories stayed, the relief and sorrow that was created as he broke down. Shit he would think. Depression eventually got to him- this was the first step. His parent's were hurt, they loved him...unconditionally at least. Quinn knew that they loved him, they were just too afraid to let go of their pride. Quinn shouldn't be grateful for their lives being spared, most likely being aided by this group of people- whatever they are called...Brotherhood of Steel? He was too scared to tell them that there were holes in the Vault Doors, a broken holotape right after he stepped out of Vault. They wouldn't have believed him, there Vault was in secrecy and they believed that the Wastelanders couldn't find them, too incompetent to know that there was a Vault somewhere in the subways of New York.

He ripped the pictures, too concealed to let out his anger, leaking of sorrow as tears slowly spilled out. The woman pat him in the back, he might have just destroyed the only evidence that lead to Vault 43's failure...but this group or clan of people might help his home. His origins might still be alive. He urged himself to go back, to help, but he was sure that they were helping Vault 43. By now his tracker would begin to beep that called all travelers within radio distance to come back. " J-...just. Uhm- " The blond lady understood. She stood right beside him the whole time, to just walk with him, to pat his back and reassure that he needed to be strong. He was doing good for going to the Sky Citadel, they believed that what they were doing was the right thing...and he partially believed them.

Quinn was lost in that as he wept and mourned for his losses. He didn't know, he should've spoken up- to let them know that there was going to be a breach coming in soon. That there was going to be some kind of attack or that they should be cautious. Vault 43 was cocky.

Soon, the woman had led him into the Sky Citadel, or...the Empire State Building. The tallest thing in New York, she repeated her words carefully, almost with care a delicacy- she seemed determined for Quinn to work on the Robot's in the basement, well...it was war. Quinn agreed blatantly and then he was led to the basement. There were crates, and construction robot's that were rusty. Quinn sniffled- standing there quietly in front of the entrance as the woman introduced him to his surroundings...to his new job. After he shown his first objective the woman gave him his condolences and then left. Leaving Quinn with his broken self and destroyed mind.

Kat's wild adventure!

Well, maybe not...

Somewhere downtown,

Dusk was a prelude to a far more devious darkness, a raider camp of sorts sat vigilantly over a small stretch of road. It seemed the closer to downtown she went, the more frustrating her journey was.

As she crept ever closer, the sounds of idiotic stories started to overwhelm her ears, "You see that girl yesterday? Yeah.. I got that."

"no way man, I tried to get with her."

Or even further, "alright, fifth deathclaw two nights ago. Dead by my rifle, this beauty right here."

"Proof." A gruff voice replied.

"you do not believe me?"

"No"

This was all shit to her ears but there was no sneaking past this.

Kat's form was perfect for stealth and she excelled at it. Silent steps gave way to a nearly invisible shadow. As she neared the first mongrel there was a deep breath, a sort of calm before the storm.

With a surge of excessive force, her right arm strangled the man while her left held his gasping mouth shut. She watched slowly as the Raider passed before dragging the lifeless body behind a wall.

There was a wide opening now, excellent field of view for her next operation. The sound of a silencer rolling into place on the barrel of her rifle would signal its start.

Kat rose the rifle slowly and aimed at the first Raider. The sound as she pulled the trigger was fainter than the shell casing that landed beside her.

tunk

That bastard never saw it coming.

tunk

tunk

Bodies began to drop rapidly with calculated precision but of course things were never easy. A metal clad warrior turned the corner and locked its gaze upon her.

Kat's eyes widened as the power armor brought a minigun to bear.

"Fuck!"

She dove on instinct, landing hard on the ground. By some miracle there was enough cover to survive indefinite barrages from that minigun, should the enemy stay where he was.

Kat rolled onto her back and took a deep breath. Her panicked instinct died down and was replaced with deadly focus. Her eyes shifted left and right to get an idea of her options. The gunner wasn't firing so she would have a few seconds to move before the gunner reacted. He was obviously no sniper.

With lightning speed, she ran for a large concrete barricade. It must have been luck indeed that she survived the buzzing roar of that minigun.

As she sat with her back against the barricade she could only feel disappointment at this point, knowing she was caught off guard like this. "Gotta get around this guy." She muttered before slowly leaning over to see where her aggressor was.

He wasn't far and closed in fast, not giving her any real chance to breath. The only option was her armor, though the drain on her power core would be extreme with the hail of bullets. It was either that or be this bastards next gloating story for another time.

With a twist of a flat knob on her chest piece the armor began to heat up. It wasn't enough to be uncomfortable but it was very noticeable. It was time for action.

With her Railgun now readied and armor that was designed for this at the active, she rolled from cover into a crouching pose.

The buzzing from the gun was muffled by a strange sound of short lived zaps, the sound of rounds being deflected by the powerful magnets on her armor. There wasn't time to linger though, this gun was chewing up her power cores energy quick.

Kat's eyes seemed to glaze over as she focused through the scope of the rifle. A shallow breath followed by the pull of the trigger landed a perfect shot.. Right through the weakest point on her enemy's helmet, the visor.

As if the world stopped in an instant, the minigun fell to the ground followed by a gentle clanks of the power armor shutting down. She didn't move from her pose but rather waited for a moment to see if anyone had heard the shattering blast of her mighty rifle.

A few moments passed before she lowered the rifle but she left her magnetic armor active. In her current state, no one would sneak up on her without serious consequence.

Kat just hoped the battle was over..

Katherine, if she kept walking, would find herself wandering closer and closer to Central Park...where she would hear the sounds of battle. Men in Power Armor clashed with one another, and with a start, she realized that the defenders wore suits like the man she had killed had worn. However, what she would not know was that the defenders were part of the Enclave, the 'American Remnants' that she had been searching for, and she had just killed one of their men.

As she moved closer to the battle, she would find herself among foul-smelling shanties and blockhouses, made up of scrap and salvaged materials, as well as wood from the trees of New York City and Central Park itself. Wading through the scent of open sewers and latrines, through the smell of feces and urine blown by the breeze, she would also find her ears being assaulted by the annoying noise of laser fire, punctuated by the occassional scream of the people inside the buildings.

Old Man's Corner was like a little slice of hell, especially when the scent changed; this time, she can detect the smoke of toxic fumes; the place was being set on fire!

"This is callsign Dragonfly 3-5, coming in with a fresh payload." Nathan spoke over the radio of his Vertibird, as it flew towards Old Man's Corner, bringing in aid to the Enclave forces fighting there. Anyone nearby would hear the rush of propellers adding to the cacophony of the battle. Before landing, Nathan would fire off a pair of missiles from the launcher at the presumed location of the enemy, helping to ensure the inevitable Enclave victory. As his vertibird touched down, he spoke over the radio again. "Dragonfly 3-5 has touched down, releasing payload now."

@shadowsaint007"Prince, covering fire." Greg said, and the Protectron rolled out from behind a stack of crates to rapid fire lasers at the enemy. He Looked at the other two. "We'll draw their fire. You two try and flank them." He drew his plasma rifle and popped out from behind cover to fire at them, but before he could pull the trigger a 10mm round flew through his neck. He collapsed on the ground in a pool of blood.

I needed some fresh air, this place was too cluttered. "Hey, if you need me, I'll be outside." I said to Lawrence. I decided to go a ways away, onto the street. I heard a continuous beeping. Realizing too late that it was a mine, my last thought was: Where's that power armour when I need it?
