Hello! I didn't mean to disappear again... School decided to get exponentially harder and holidays have my family scrambling around everywhere.

I'll be on more in a few days, but I might go back on hiatus once school starts up again.

That's alright Ves, Luna informed me about your situation and I've passed it onto Echo and Ellri as well. I know finals are hell week in highschool so no one will hold it against you, so we'll expect you back around Mid-January if not sooner. Until then, we'll put Shiri and torture her with time away from Xid. :p

@Rtron I'm gonna be making a padawan. :)

A PADDIE!!! YAYAAA!!!!

Also, @Gowi Xid's earlier post was actually much longer but I cut it down in flavor of allowing others to become engaged who want to be. Btw, if anyone is having trouble getting caught up feel free to just basically hop up to the timestamp Xid and Talija are (mentioning some boring time waster like eating, resting, picking out a bunk, shower, etc to explain what they were doing) and he'll show you Ladies and Gentlemen how to open these damn doors without being seen. :p Rather handy for escape. XD Also, working on getting the summary bullet up to date as well as finishing my bit on @The Survivor's CS.

Name: Corr Halcard
Species: Red Sith (24% Imperial Human)
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Faction: Sith Empire
Rank: Apprentice ( Nearly an Inquisitor)
Master: Sith Lord Sish

Appearance:

Has a common imperial accent. Stands at 6 foot 3 inches or a little taller than 1.8 meters.

Lightsabers

The right one is longer than the left by about 10 inches

Notable Characteristics of Species:

Natural Affinity for the force

Flaws:

Suspicious- Due to past experiences, Corr isn't likely to trust anyone.
Technologically Inept- Computers do not bend to Corr's will like the force does.
Arrogant- While smart in the long run, Corr's overconfidence in his combat abilities may catch up to him one day.
Resents Owing Anyone- Corr hates owing anyone favors, so if he owes you a favor, he'll probably not like you. Just like he doesn't like his Father.

Skills:

Form I- Schii-Cho
Form VI- Niman
Double Bladed Training- Trained in wielding two lightsabers, one slightly shorter than the other, with Form VI to maximize the effectiveness of combat.
Inquisitor Training- Has skill and experience in interrogation and has extensive knowledge of the anatomies of most known species.
Excellent Tactician- Corr has excelled at tactical action and analysis, he's definitely an asset in the strategy room. Many say he received it from his mother, who was a commander in the navy and skilled tactician herself.
Competent Pilot- He can fly a fighter no problem, but if he's surrounded and outnumbered, there might be a problem.
Budding Politician- As Corr gets older, he's starting to realize the importance of politics in the empire. He's slowly but surely picking up all the quirks and skills needed to make his way up the hierarchy.
Psychological Warrior- Being an Inquisitor, Corr understands all too well the importance of psychological warfare. A good part of his Inquisitor training was spent learning to break down the enemy without even touching them.

Force capabilities:

Basic Sith Powers
Force Persuade (Intimidation)- Being Over 6 feet tall and having the permanent look of irritation, Corr can be fairly intimidating. Usually all it takes is a nudge in the right direction for some suspects. While the force is a powerful influence in of itself, Corr still has to use some of his own tactics to help it along, especially with stronger willed species.
Force Choke- The embodiment of anger and passion, Corr finds this useful when he needs to threaten someone. Or simply shut them up.
Force Fear- One of Corr's favorite in interrogation, delving into someone's mind and making their fears a reality is a precise art, one Corr has yet to master. True masters can make someone's fears apaer in front of them without even being in the same room, but Corr is far from a master. He has to maintain eye contact and pour all of his negative feeling into deep concentration.
Force Lightning- The Dark Side in all of it's power, Corr uses Force Lightning when he wants someone to bend to him. Whether by wounding them or killing them.
Detoxify Poison- Being as suspicious as Corr is, he decided it would be beneficial to learn this ability in case he makes an enemy of a coward who won't challenge him in combat.

Biography:

Corr was born on Dromund Kaas in 3673 BBY. His Mother was an Imperial Officer and his Father A promising Sith apprentice. From a very young age, Corr showed to be very strong in the force and was given to the Sith by his parents when he was 5. From there he lived and breathed the empire. He was raised in the academy, more often than not excelling at many subjects. But while he was exceptional, he was also a powder keg waiting to explode. No doubt due to his father's own temper, which was famous for cutting down Jedi in it's fury. Sometimes it took a lot, like a pack of students who thought they could handle some lone sith. Or it took very little, like a droid bumping into him on his way to the mess. Either way, he earned a reputation of being unpredictable and dangerous. Some instructors recognized his potential and how much more dangerous he could be if he could control his rage and passion (And more than likely a promotion for teaching a promising young sith.)

They also realized a young sith powder keg was a recipe for disaster. And so Corr began training in Schii-Cho to discipline him. After some time, the instructors realized he was much more at home with two blades and when he was about 8 he began training in Niman.

Along with his lightsaber training, Corr's strong connection to the force gave him an advantage and his harsh, yet intelligent nature made his a good candidate for inquisitor. So he was taken under the wing of Ular Obesti, an inquisitor. They trained for several years together and Ular taught Corr everything he knew. But Ular had a secret Corr did not know about. Corr's Sith Lord Father was Ular's rival and Ular had been waiting for years to get back at him. No one would bat an eye over a dead apprentice. He attempted to kill Corr in his sleep. But Corr was attuned heavily into the force and had been sensing Ular's mounting anxiety for weeks and was quick to awake when that anxiety reached it's peak. A fierce saber battle ensued, but it was becoming increasingly clear that Corr would be killed. At that moment his father, who had been secretly tracking Corr's progress and simultaneously keeping an eye on his rival , stepped in and slew Ular. It was over in a second. His father's infamous rage destroyed Ular.

Corr's father saved him, but was disappointed by his son's weakness and offered no further help but tying up some loose ends so himself or Corr would be executed. He covered it up as an apprentice's attempt to avenge his family, which had been successful. So an apprentice was executed and the case was tied up, but Corr had to keep it secret. Corr resented owing his father, who had only spoke to him a few times throughout his life. His mother, a commander in the Imperial Navy, was much more supportive. Corr had survived but the feelings of abandonment, betrayal, and disgust Corr felt ensured he would trust no one for a long time. Corr knew then that only the strong survived and he was determined to thrive in this unforgiving universe.

Not long after the death of his former mentor did he meet Zanna, a fellow Inquisitor. While certainly not the most intimidating and definitely not the most powerful, Corr could tell she was smart and dangerous, in her own way. So he decided to make friends with her, which was made easier considering he was majority Red Sith as well. He shared her interests and built on her Red Sith superiority complex.

He inquired about her research and shared some meaningless gossip with her, and soon she began to warm up to him, though he knew he would have to do more if she was to stay loyal. He would need friends if he was to become stronger. Though Zanna wasn't the most influential of the sith, he had a feeling she would prove a valuable ally later on. Of course this was all to his benefit, he didn't actually care for her and would toss her away if something better happened along. Around this time Corr's mother, Lieutenant Commander Isla Halcard was assigned to the Kaggath high in the command hierarchy.

Despite training to be an Inquisitor, Corr has always found lightsaber combat more thrilling than torture, interrogation, or even using the force as a whole. Which is why he's focused on training with lightsabers just as much as he's trained with his force abilities. He believes body should be just as strong as mind.

Corr was sent on several assignments after that, mostly to see his progress in the field. As predicted he thrived and by his 19th year he had already killed a Jedi knight and his padawan, while recovering intel on Jedi movements. The most prominent of his assignments though was to the sacking of Coruscant where he was to hunt down some surviving Jedi and report to Sith Lord Sish on the Kaggath, unbeknownst to Corr, Sish picked him out from a list of prospective apprentices.

He found out that his mother was serving on The Kaggath, which made him uneasy. She could be a target if someone wanted to hurt him. He also learned Zanna would be aboard as well, it was somewhat of a relief, it can be so hard to make friends sometimes...

Personality and/or Motivation:

Harsh, power-hungry, suspicious, these all describe Corr. He wants to be the strongest, to get to the point where he doesn't have to fight for his life, because in a universe where the weak are destroyed and the strong remain supreme, what other choice is there? He believes every living thing has the potential to become powerful, which is why weaklings infuriate and anger him. He's arrogant, but smart. He may overestimate himself, but he never underestimates others. He understands the necessity of allies and will try to make a friend rather than an enemy. But if making a friend means making an enemy stronger than he is, he may not make a friend at all. What angers him the most though is betrayal. If you cross him, it may be the last thing you ever do.

Player’s long term goals:

Become an apprentice of Darth Nyiss.
Become the strongest and thrive.

Relations:

Zanna, Fellow Inquisitor
Darth Nyiss, by reputation
Sith Lord Sish, Master
Sith Lord Halcard, Father

Final Point - Secrets:

His father killed a fellow Sith Lord to save his life.

@Kentsukan

No, you're not too late and yes it was rebooted a long while ago with a bunch of new faces.

You might need to readjust your old CS a bit to fit with the reboot as several sections were alted and remade. We also no longer use the old first person pov in the fill out. I also think we're full up on Sith and your Race might be acceptable for your Sith due to the fact the Criss were more aligned with the Empire at the time rather than become a Sith. However we, as you know, will be willing to work with you to help things fit again. Mainly as I look forward to seeing Calista and starting off that Jayda plotline since a few players are involved as well.

They were more of a way of re-introducing myself more than anything. I would have stuck mostly with Calista's sheet. I'll see about rewriting it to be more aligned with what the sheet wants!

EDIT: Would it be preferable for her to be a prisoner or one of the rescuers? I am personally leaning towards the rescue team, but I'd like to work with what is needed.

I thought so, and nice to have you back.

We actually need more prisoners as it helps moves them along and they need to be the largest. When we move to syncing the two timelines, you can opt to escape and become part of the rescuers later or get recaptured (or in some Player's choice, leave it to fate). It also makes her knowing Jayda is on board easier and informing Vebra, who is her adopted older brother and others. As well as meeting Jayda face to face. Btw Sish has already lost an arm due some sloppy actions and has to learn to control himself. Hehee.

I can't say I'm unhappy to hear about his missing arm. :P

Anyway, this is a rough update of her character sheet. I'll PM you her secret along with the post I wrote of her first getting captured.

@Kentsukan

Jayda is, she is actually seriously annoyed!

In addition, I made some altercations to Jayda's family and past which I'll deliver in a pm to you ASAP so you can alter the needed areas. Namely her siblings names have changed and turns out Hymo isn't a traditional type, so she wouldn't have a padawan braid. However I can have it where Sish cut off a chuck of her braid, and Calista can use that. Easy fix.

From the first skim with what you have so far, I can tell you that you might want to go into a bit more depth of your flaws. Like how they affect her and show, and any other information you think should be noted. A few more inform on her basics, which include limitations or weaknesses in key areas. A few more skills outside combat and possibly more unique to her would be nice. ;) However, the rough draft looks very nice in the early stages.

I can make those changes tomorrow. Though, may I ask what you mean by skills unique to her?

Also, I think it's fair to warn and say that once school starts in late January, I'm going to be getting really busy and may have trouble making posts.

If worse comes to worse, we can possible put your Character to the sidelines to allow you to pick up when you can.

As for skills unique to her, I mean skills outside Jedi focused ones. Like Jayda has skills in tracking, reading body language, and survival in the wilderness. (though much of that isn't listed as it's in her bio. >,<)
