@PerseusArcheanNah. He may frequent clubs, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the probability of them meeting is big.

On a side note, holy crap everyone else is well-versed in the ways of fighting. O_O'

@Cuccoruler Cythlla's here. Cythlla's here? Cythlla's here. Now you're making me wonder if I should give my characters the ability to summon Kaathe if they work together

Yeah this was the first iteration of Cythlla, Before the other Cythlla,

Also I reuse names alot due to it being far easier for me to remember, also I really like the picture.

@CuccorulerShould I do that? I mean it requires the both of them to do it, and I'd probably put in some other restraints as well just because. But do you think I should go through with it?

Your Charater wants to become the only remaining god of war, which means that our character will fight once right?

"Knowledge is what people die for. The mortals fought wars over knowledge and they won those same wars with knowledge. So do think twice before you underestimate me."
Galahad Cross
Male
godly parents:Athena the Greek Goddess of Wisdom and War and Lir, the Irish God of the Sea.
sphere of control: Knowledge and Water
personality: Galahad is cocky, arrogant god who values intelligence above everything, much like his mother. He takes any insult rather personally and is quick to anger, much like the sea. Despite his temper, he is friendly and playful, a jokester all the way. He enjoys consorting with mortals, and can often be found running around on Earth, in a public library helping to tutor those who need it, or maybe out on the sea.

sacred animal: Otter

powers: Galahad has the ability to implant knowledge into anyone's head, as well as take knowledge away, although this is much harder to do with gods. He can also control water and use it as a weapon.

weapon(s): A sword that looks to be made from water. This is the weapon he used to defeat both his parents. He has named it, Aequor.

History: Galahad's early godhood could not have been happier. His parents loved him, and each other. His father taught him to control the waves, and his mother taught him how to read, and to hold a sword. He could always be found in the Olympian Library, reading or running through the bookshelves, waving around a gilded sword. When the other Merged gods rose up against their parents, Galahad hesitated. He had no reason to fight his parents, and no desire to. The others convinced him to join the fighting, although some still refer to him as the God of Waiting, and after a lengthy battle with his mother, one that tested both his sword skills and his wits, he confronted his father. His father fought harder than Galahad had expected, and he was forced to kill him, an action that still haunts him to this day.

Accepted, Very nice!

@Otomosthecrazy
As for the Kaathe thing, no don't unless you are referring to reusing the name then sure do that.

This Cythlla is drastically different from the other Cythlla not at all the same now, again the only similarities is the reuse of the name and picture that's it.

Edited from my posts, @Cuccoruler.

His mother was not the only immortal he slew during the uprising, the others' golden blood turned the red crystals of his Blodsec spear staff to a vibrant orange color, forever marking the weapon as a God-Slayer. Now involved in the uprising Ox used this opportunity to his advantage and destroyed Isis, stealing her magical power and hoarding her knowledge for himself. His servants, kept few in number for fear of angering the gods of the dead further, invaded those same gods' realms under his command. Many of them perished in the fighting, but their souls were forever chained to Occus' service, even after their bodies were destroyed. Their loss was not in vain though, for the armies of the dead were often defeated and Anubis himself died at Ox's hand. Dionysus was singled out as well so that Occus could gain dominion over the Satyrs and Centaurs, and though the god temporarily drove Ox to insanity he still fell to his spear staff, the Blodsek. Three of the Anemoi did battle with Ox as well, ending with the betrayal of Boreas, who had taken a fancy to Occus, the death of Eurus, and then Boreas and Occus' defeat at the hands of Notos and Aeolus. He spent much of the end of the conflict hunting his last kill of the war, aided by supernatural beings swayed to his side such as the Telekhines, Banshees, and Naga, their target was Tezcatlipoca, seeking to steal his magical might as well. In the end Ox needed the aid of Boreas to encase Tezcatlipoca in freezing ice so that he could use a spell suffocate the god within his prison. His final action of the war was to invade Hyperborea and establish it as his own realm.

I hope it's alright I killed Hecate? :D For simplicity's sake I'm listing the gods murdered by Ox here; Hecate, Isis, Anubis, Dionysus, Eurus, and Tezcatlipoca.

Any problems?

@CuccorulerFair enough. Maybe if I think up another character again I'll use his name, but I think two characters are fine for now.

:D Well Mainly the descendants of Zeus but yeah I'm sure my character is prideful enough to try and be the sole remaining War God of The Merged. Heck your character can probably kick mines ass and teach him not to think with his fists.

@Cuccoruler I wanted to kill more, there's so many I could have killed! but I limited it as much as I could. I'll assume others, npcs and yet-to-be-made pcs killed many others though.

There are a lot of battle and war ones... Ox's violent side is only apparent because of the recent rebellion though.

@PerseusArchean Sorry, it was late and my explanations devolved as I became more and more tired. It's not that Jera wants to end the world, it's that she wants to overcome the end of the world. In her eyes, anyone can defeat a mortal or a god, but the greatest for would be fate/destiny. She thought Ragnarok was assured and that she'd be able to fight in and stop the Norse end of times.

Until Cythlla killed Fenrir, a key figure in Ragnarok.

Now, with the wisdom of Minerva, she had to reassess her goals. As a result her definition of "End of the World" became closer to "End of an Era." If the original god were defeated by the Merged, that would be the end of their world and, as mythological history has shown time and again, gods are always defeated by their children in one way or another, as was shown with the Titans.
As a result, Jera sees the gods as inevitably losing with their "world" ending. She doesn't want to fight the "easy" battle by joining with the Merged, she'd rather the challenge of fighting alongside the doomed Pantheons.

Anyone else want a pre-rp relationship with Ox? Not like a relationship relationship, but ties through related family or even just meeting through related spheres.
