I'm going to suggest waiting till Raikurai comes online, since he is the one who is running it. Cause the last time I heard, I think all the spots were taken. He should be back online a few hours from now :) Though making a character wouldn't be a bad idea though :)

Unfortunately I'm not sure if we're still open to new characters.
The character/player limitation for this roleplay is ten players (not including myself).
And at the moment we have 8 confirmed characters, one character that's WIP(Fox Without) and one expression of interest (Otaku95). If either of the two drop out, then I'd be happy to accept your corgi into our ranks, but I've stretched character limitations before, and it never ended well.

It'd largely depend on what sort of features you intend to incorporate.
For example; if I allowed a dragon they wouldn't be any different from other animals.
Being a predator they'd be on the strong side I guess, but I don't want some godly character walking around.
I'd imagine dragons would be rare though, and being 'special' probably has a lot of consequences in a predominantly human settlement too.

I sort of imagine a dragon to be more like an overgrown lizard that can breathe fire xD
Wings are optional, but considering we have two birds, I'm not too keen on seeing more characters of that type.
