It summons countless spears and polearms of various shapes and sizes to impale the enemy. Also, as a hidden component, Kazikli Bey’s damage is increased when used on people who qualify as “enforcement targets.” If the enemy has committed the crimes of escape from prison, immorality, or violence, Kazikli Bey’s destructive power increases.

Personality: Soft spoken and gentle, she could be mistaken as kindly as first, but under that smiling facade was just.... nothing. No real animosity, no real anger, no hostility, nothing. She does not act the way she does because she feels like it, she acts the way she does because that was what she was expected to do; a demure gentle daughter who thinks of others before herself.

Appearance:

Biography: Her grandfather was a mage. Her father was a mage. Thus it was only logical that as the one and only child he has, that Kurokiri continue his work. He didn't leave much, only a healing spell and some odds and ends for rituals. She persisted however, and eventually developed a spell of her own that didn't seem to have much use. Altering the direction of an object wasn't really her idea of a magnificent spell.
Soon she finished school, and took up a job at a local bar, one that wasn't of dubious reputation. It wasn't long before she found her hand having some sort of bruise forming. Soon it formed into a perfectly drawn and symetrical sigil, much to her surprise. It was then that she started learning about the Grail War, where she scrambled to summon a servant of her own.
Not because she wanted to live or of any fear of dying. But simply because it was what she would be expected to do.

Family History (if applicable): No real history. While her father was a mage, he was hardly skilled or powerful, instead teaching her the basics of magecraft. She is the 4th generation of magus in her family.

Magecraft: She knows how to set up basic bounded fields for some basic alarm and privacy spells, some basic healing spells that accelerates natural healing and thats about it. However, her main ability is a redirection spell she made up, though it works if she actually touches it with her hand, or if something touches a sigil invoking it. Bigger objects need more prana and a larger sigil. Stepping on one of the sigil would simply cause one to turn immediately towards the direction of the sigil, unchanged, unharmed, and unaltered except for the change of direction.

Has a small Crest on her left forearm, containing what little magic her family knew.

Equipment: Two double action old Type 26 revolvers with a 6 bullet cylinder, a black eagle talon for etching sigils, 8 bullets for the revolvers and speedloaders.

Skills: Some athletic skills, and an amazing sense for drawing. Dances and sings pretty well. Horrible at cooking, almost to the point of witchcraft, even if she follows the recipe to the letter. Odd considering she learns things fast.

Name: Baldwin IV of Jerusalem, the Leper King

Class: Rider

Appearance:


In battle, his attire would be similar to the above image, albeit with the heraldry of the Kingdom of Jerusalem emblazoned upon his ailettes and surcoat. In addition, the crown of Jerusalem rests atop his helm, signifying Baldwin's royal status. Having lost the use of his right arm, he possesses no shield.

In terms of build, he is a strapping youth of 1.83 meters, athletic in frame, and of impeccable posture. Going off his attire and noble bearing, one would expect Baldwin to be the prototypical dashingly handsome knight in shining armour. Were it not for one slight complication, that would be correct.

Beneath his kingly regalia is a far less pleasant sight. Much of his skin is wrapped in bandages, concealing the mottled and lesion-wracked flesh. His face is hideously deformed and almost monstrous in appearance, being vaguely leonine in structure. Baldwin is unsettling to look upon at best and, at worst, freakishly repulsive.

Alignment: Lawful Good

Personality: Baldwin is best described as the living embodiment of true Christian Chivalry. He is valiant and unflagging in both the face of danger and his own imminent demise. He is humble, kind, respectful, and pious. He is of nigh-impeccable character, and some may regard him as saintly in manner.

Riding(B): Most vehicles can be handled with above average skill. However, cannot ride the likes of Phantasm Races such as Monstrous Beasts. While Baldwin was noted to be particularly skilled in equestrianism, his leprosy proves ever the hindrance, keeping him at the bare minimum for the Rider class.

Magic Resistance(B): Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for them to be affected. Despite having little contact with Magecraft in life, Baldwin's staunch and unshakable faith in the glory of God Almighty provides him some manner of resilience against what he considers 'unholy sorcery.'

Personal Skills:

Charisma(B): The natural talent to command an army. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. Baldwin was the third-to-last King of Jerusalem, beloved by his people and an inspiration to his men.

Leper's Curse(-): Baldwin was afflicted with this contagion from a young age, dooming him to a brief and painful life. While it renders him entirely immune to pain, his ravaged nerves have left the king slow and sluggish. Not only that, but Baldwin's right arm hangs limp and useless, having been claimed utterly by the disease.

Soul of a Martyr(A): Mental protection that negates mental interference. Baldwin is a man of unmatched devotion to Christendom, willing to endure agony in his defense of God's children and the Holy Land.

Personality: Assassin is always out for his best interests, and has no problem killing people or acting in a morally reprehensible manner. He respects strength but has a bit of an ego, and may be prone to stealing your stuff. But he will still do what he is told, so long as you can earn his respect and loyalty.

History: Where Solovei came from is unknown. He made his home in the ancient woods of Russia, residing within a nest where he preyed upon those who traveled by, killing them with his song and looting their bodies, as many robbers are want to do. His reign of terror continued unimpeded until he met the traveling Ilya Muromets, who subdued him with arrows to the temple and the eye in spite of Assassin knocking down half the forest with his song. He was then taken to Vladimir the Great, who wanted to hear him sing. After receiving a drink he whistled for the Prince, which killed many people and leveled all of the Princes palaces, before his head was cut off by Muromets.

The Eightfold Blessing of Amaterasu is a mirror that Tamamo-no-Mae wears on her body. It is the temporarily released form of the Tamamo Shizu Ishi a sacred regalia among sacred regalia, which was enshrined at Izumo after being brought from heaven by "Takehinateru-no Mikoto." According to the descriptions of the Nihon Shoki, it was taken from Izumo at the order of the Imperial Court and then later enshrined at Kawachi. It possibly later came to be known as the Yata no Kagami, the divine repository of Amaterasu, and it is thought to be the prototype of the Tokusa-no-Kandakara of the Mononobe clan, which holds the power to revitalize souls and life-force.

The mirror levitates around Caster in battle, which she uses it to hit enemies in close combat.

Personality: One of the most controversial Presidents. Bold, decisive, and not afraid to displace whole populations of peoples. Andrew Jackson is confident. Focused on survival, not only for himself but also his people; Andrew Jackson is not afraid to use power against those who he sees as a threat. He cares little for public image, but manages to garner it anyways due simply to his powerful character. Andrew Jackson is proud. He's proud of his country, and he's proud of his power. Hates Indians; Hates banks.

History: Andrew Jackson was born on March 15, 1767. In the year of 1824, Jackson became 7th the president of the most powerful nation on Earth- America. He survived 103 duels. He was able to make love with a woman who was already married. Once, Andrew Jackson beat his would-be assassin with a cane until the had to be pulled back by senators because he was being too rough. In one duel, Jackson got shot, raised his pistol, then shot the other duelist with a bullet near his ear. In his term, he kicked out the native Indians to the west. He also killed the national bank. Against the 8000 redcoats, Andrew Jackson defended New Orleans. The British suffered 2100 casualties, all commanding officers killed while only sustaining 13 deaths with 58 injured. British tears were shed that day. Once, he received a 1400 pound black of cheese. For two years, his wife complained about the smell. Using the power of freedom, he gives the common man forks to come over to eat said cheese. It is gone in 2 hours. As accomplished a man as he was, he was merely a man, susceptible to age and disease. He finally died in The Hermitage by a combination of dropsy and heart failure. It was a sad day for America, Andrew Jackson finally died. It is said that at his funeral, his parrot had to be removed because it swore too much.

Biography: Rasputin is an artificial human, created by an unknown (but presumably Russian) mage with the intention of using the grail to travel back in time and replace the real Rasputin in order to create a timeline where the Czar rules over Russia into the modern day and forms the United Imperial State of Russia. Whether this plan will actually work, time will tell.

Magecraft: Capable of some weak healing spells, wards against disease, minor suggestions to weak-willed humans, and the like. The limits of his artificial body's capacity for magic are made up for by its absurd durability and self-regenerative powers. Rasputin's most unique skill is the internal furnace, an automated magical "factory" of sorts that runs the length of his digestive tract and allows him to shape and reforge any matter he swallows and integrate it into his body if he so chooses. This does not allow him to change the nature of the matter, merely shape and refine it- that is to say, he couldn't turn lead into gold, but he could swallow hematite and regurgitate an iron knife.

Equipment:
Hypnotic Pendulum - a simple pocketwatch engraved with spells, it allows him to put people to sleep and strength the effects of his healing magic and powers of suggestion.
Bulletproof vest - Not actually needed since his own durability far outstrips the protection offered by the vest, he keeps it around because it helps maintain the illusion that he's human.

Personality: Hector is short-tempered and violent at the best of times, often preferring to deal with issues head-on instead of opting for a more peaceful solution. Despite this, Hector knows when to pay service to those he can benefit from, and is capable of establishing an excellent amount of charisma.



Biography: Born to a large, deposed family of Spanish mages, Hector learned of his family's trade in the utmost secrecy in the ghettoes of Guadalajara. Though Hector didn't understand the purpose of his training, he took to it with as much gusto as he did to the rest of his education. As Hector passed into adulthood, his magical prowess and scientific knowledge grew in turn. In all senses of the word, Hector was growing into a powerful young man. Within just a short time, Hector had earned a doctorate in pharmacology, with a special focus on organic chemistry.
Unfortunately, Hector's career took a turn towards criminality. Before long, Hector had turned to working for one of Mexico's infamous drug cartels. Hector's magical powers, excellent business sense, and Magus-like habit for gaining power led to him seizing control of the cartel from el jefe. The violent, months-long secret coup Hector instigated against his former boss is what defined him as a person, and what truly awakened him as a Magus. Now, Hector is in control of one of Mexico's most powerful cartels, and is eager to consolidate his power using the Holy Grail.

Family History (if applicable): The Cavala family wasn't always as lowly as they are now. Originally, the Cavalas were one of the many families of magi fighting for control. Though they never fought in any of the Grail Wars, the Cavalas instead skulked in the shadows, controlling humans through their magical skills and alchemic knowledge. The Cavalas were driven out of Europe by their much more powerful and aggressive rival families, and forced to settle in Latin America. There, they resumed their treacherous activities and began training themselves to take revenge one day.

Magecraft: The Calava family has always focused on the fine points of Alchemy, and Hector's Magecraft exemplifies this principle. With little more than some easily-accessible fundamental chemicals, a container, and a varying amount of prana to act as a catalyst, Hector can synthesize any number of organic chemicals quickly and efficiently. Chemical reactions occur within seconds, and produce no waste heat or waste materials. It takes more prana for Hector to decompose compounds than it does for him to synthesize them, but rearranging molecular structures requires almost no prana whatsoever.

It's worth noting that, thanks to extensive research done by the Calava family through the years, certain substances can be magically enhanced to have an exponentially greater effect than its mundane counterpart has. As these effects are magical in nature, the Resistance effect merely reduces them to their normal efficacy.


Hector's elemental affinity with Water has granted him a degree of control over water and its phases. Using water as a medium and magically controlling it can massively increase Hector's range of effect for his many drugs. Using the same Alchemic processes he uses for creating drugs, Hector can dilute most substances into a watery solution, which he can then control. Hector's telekinetic control over small quantities of water can be heightened to the point that he can fling projectile masses of frozen solution at speeds fast enough to break skin and fray thin cloth. The maximum amount of solution he can control at one time is 150 ml, or about 5 fl oz. Aerosolized vapor can be created and spread, but fine control of them is very nearly impossible; all Hector can do without giving himself an aneurysm from the stress is "will" the small cloud of vapor to lazily float in the desired direction. It takes a small amount of prana to project ice crystals, and a larger amount of prana to project vapor.

Equipment: Dousing Rod: Little more than a handle, a rail, and two waterproof 200-ml containers, the Dousing Rod is Hector's favorite weapon. Runes engraved or painted on the surface of the device greatly speed up the rate of any chemical or heating processes done inside the Rod's containers, and the rail is simply a way for Hector to aim jets, sprays, and balls of material without having to carry it in his hand. Though quite unwieldy when wielded, it can be dissassembled for easy storage.

Hector carries an AMT Hardballer with two spare clips of ammunition. In case he doesn't have easy access to raw materials, Hector carries around a small flask filled with water, an inhaler filled with nitrogen, and a small sack filled with graphite. History: Musashi was a famous ronin from 17th century Japan, notorious for being an expert duelist, winning numerous fights throughout his life through a combination of wit and skill. Most famously, he fought and killed Sasaki Kojiro when he was about twenty-nine or thirty. Besides this, Musashi was known for his skills as an artist, philosopher, and writer. He was said to have a rough appearance and mannerisms, despite his skill.

Cult History: Jimmy Jameson, an all-American priest of the Church, was a pious, charismatic man. Once an orphan taken in by a mage conman, the Church saved him, raising him to spread the grace of God. That changed when he was invited to join the Assembly of the Eighth Sacrament. He believed that through the Assembly the Church was attempting to steal away God's light from the world. After receiving his first mission, he cut all ties with the Church and began gathering an uprising in the American wilds.

The uprising took form as the Church of the Lord's Light. Americans became radicalized by Jimmy's charismatic sermons (and maybe more than a little magecraft learned from his adoptive father to help things along), and soon an empire of megachurches sprung up across America, with a cult of extremists at its heart. This cult sought to interfere with the tasks carried out by the Assembly of the Eighth Sacrament in any way possible, tapping into magecraft and torturing any Assembly members captured for information (though normally coming up with only weak leads).

The growth of the Church of the Lord's Light was halted entirely when the Church delivered a devastating blow: A Templar assassin killed Jimmy Jameson, leaving the Church of the Lord's Light leaderless. However, it was not long before the Church of the Lord's Light instated Jimmy Jameson's son Billy as their High Reverend, allowing business to continue as normal. The Church of the Lord's Light noted a greatly slowed rate of growth, though whether that is due to Billy's lesser skills or due to the Church's efforts has never been confirmed.

One year before the Holy Grail War, the cult caught what they believed to be a big lead from a torture subject: an event that the Church played a large role in would occur in the next year in a distant land. The cult pried more and more into the matter, pulling every contact and torturing all they could to prepare for the event. The Church saw an opportunity to cut the cult once and for all through the minor event and fed it false information, outlining a ritual requiring mass suicide and hinting that champions were heading to Fuyuki to gain a chance for a wish. The already radicalized cult made the decision obvious to their irrational minds: declare a champion, then devise and perform the ritual.

It was only natural that the cult would declare their High Reverend, Billy Jameson, as their champion, much to the Church's pleasure - the head of the cult would be placing himself in danger, and likely without an actual Servant, as the ritual they'd fed was false. However, the Church didn't expect the cult to manage to devise a proper ritual, much less to create a chant that allowed devotees to send small amounts of prana to a Mystic Code so Billy could maintain his Servant. Three months before the Holy Grail War, one of the companies heavily affiliated with the Church of the Lord's Light purchased a cruiseline company that was financially unstable and began running cruises that stopped near Fuyuki, allowing the devotees to be near enough to make a difference.

With the greatly weakened cult behind him, Billy Jameson set off to do his father proud and win this wish thing, whatever it was, to shine God's light upon all people.

Biography: While running the Church of the Lord's Light, Jimmy Jameson raised his son, Billy Jameson, to be his successor, passing on his knowledge, faith, and desire to stop the Church and bring the light of God to all people. On that last part, however, he might not have been completely thorough, as leading an insular life in rural America can leave one with certain preconceptions.

Billy almost literally grew up in a barn, living the first 20 years of his life on a farm and traveling only to act as a publicity tool to recruit to his father's church. His education, when not given by his father, was carried out by members of his father's church. Among them was an underachiever from the Mage's Association, who imparted the very basics of general magecraft (less than an actual class would provide) to the youth.
