Name:Deva Title:Imperator of Heaven’s Might Age:Unknown Gender:Female Allegiance:Heaven Race:Unknown Height:Taller than Birb Weight:Unknown
The supreme and unquestionable ruler of Heaven, Imperator Deva’s past is, like the other factions’ rulers, shrouded in mystery. Some bring about rumors that she suddenly appeared from another world only to take the mantle as Heaven’s superior with ease. Such rumors further dwell into stories of the Imperator once being a human from the mortal realms who was granted a chance to ascend from her shattered world by a being one more great than the Nexus itself.
But these are just that; rumors that have yet to be proved or disproven. All that is known is that the Imperator has ruled over Heaven for as long as anyone can remember. And she will continue to do so until the end of time itself or perhaps until this war has come to a close. Whichever ends up occurring first.

~Stark Zealot~
Name:Stark Zealot Title:Hunter of the Queen Age:A days old. Gender:Male Allegiance:Machina of Man Race:Cyborg Height:164 cm Weight:Light
With war raging on all sides and the endless conflict having no end in sight, it is not uncommon for factions to strike for the heads of their enemies in the attempt to put an end to the fighting. And while it would take an army of eons to defeat each faction’s respective leaders, this has not stopped those in power in protecting the figureheads. As such, the proposal of a warrior machine to be at High Queen Eos’ side at all times was suggested by a being claiming to have had personal connections to the mother of all Machina.
Regardless if these claims were true or false, the mysterious benefactor oversaw the initial plans and completion of the Stark Unit. What resulted was a silent killing machine, cold and refined in the art of slaughter with its sole purpose in this hellscape being to protect High Queen Eos at all costs. Further precautions were of course taken, Stark being put in command of two Royal Guard Units who act as public protectors of the ruler. Meanwhile, Stark lays in wait in the shadows acting as High Queen Eos’ personal assassin.
Name:Lucille Title:The Black Goat Age:Unknown Gender:Female Allegiance:Herself; and maybe Hell Race:Unknown Height: Still taller than Birb Weight: Unknown
The latest leader of Hell's forces, Lucille's presence and motives are shrouded in mystery. Though it's not uncommon to think she's only doing this out of some sick kind of amusement, she does seem genuinely annoyed with the lack of performance Hell has been displaying so far. Despite this, she has a tendency to hate those above her while exploiting those underneath through sadistic acts of her own brand of kindness. To what she may be planning, no one has the balls to ask lest she crush theirs.
Name: Farris Aran Title: Herald of the Thunderous Warcry Age: Old Gender: Female Allegiance: Angels of Heaven Race: Ascended Human Height: 167 cm Weight: 56 kg
Bio: Farris is a no nonsense type of person with a strong sense of duty. Before becoming what she's today, Farris was known for being a loyal servant of the very own ruler of the heavens, the Divine Imperator Deva.
As a reward for her services to the heavenly ruler, Farris was granted the chance of living in a paradise where she would be able to enjoy peace for the rest of eternity. However, Farris' forfeit such an offer. Until the day the Imperator can enjoy the same peace she brings all of her subjects, Farris will keep on fighting.
Powers: Farris abilities are as impressive as her title suggests. She can create and control crystals, earth, as well as other forms of minerals and metals. With this power she can produce a variety of magical constructs to do her biding.
Nevertheless, it's the Warcry which she's known for that's Farris greatest power. A commanding shout that splits the Heavens and sunders the Earth, Farris' Warcry isn't only a destructive force to be reckoned with, but also a rallying call for those who fight for the same cause as she.
Aside from the sheer destructive force that will blast anyone enemy near Farris, very much likely hurting and disorienting them with it's power, any ally who listen to Farris' Warcry, including herself, will have their morale and defenses boosted (liberating them from any detrimental mental effects) as well as their wounds healed.
Using this power is a taxing effort. However, Farris is known for making strategic uses of it, sometimes even turning the tide of battle completely.
In addition, Farris also has the typical abilities of most celestial beings such as superhuman strenght, agility, thoughness and reflexes, immunity to the weaknesses of the flesh such as hunger, tryst, and diseases, resistance to demonic corruption and profane powers as well as the ability to summon and dismiss wings of light to fly.
Weapons: Farris' armaments are all holy relics, carried on from the time when she was mortal and blessed by the Imperator's divine power. Her armor and shield are made of a rare meteor-steel alloy capable of withstanding great punishment without bending, breaking, or chipping. Her weapons are made of the same holy crystals she can summon and control, being not only durable and deadly but also able to channel, store and divert pretty much all forms of energy.

Victoire Bordeaux
"True nobility is not something that you can gain. Either you are or not."
Name: Victoire Bordeaux Title: Bloody Countess Age: Old Gender: Female Allegiance: Demons of Hell Race: Half-Vampire Succubus Height: 143 cm Weight: 34 kg
Bio: To most, Victoire may appear to be cold and uncaring as well as an egotistical and cruel sadist, to the point of being hard to not label her as textbook a sociopath. While this stands true nine tenths of the time, Victoire is also capable of some rare moments of mercifulness, mostly when the act pleases her somehow there by, she is most certainly not being selfless in anything that she does.
Her origins, like many other of the Nexus' inhabitants, are hard to trace. It's known that she wasn't born there but, instead she came answering the summons of the self-aware plane and coming to inhabit a massive estate close to the border between the Demon Realm and the Human Realm where a blood red moon decorates the perpetual night sky forever.
Once upon a time, the Countess took notice of an Angelic congregation built for humans and lesser demons who had being converted by the heavenly pests, being built on the outskirts of her domains close to a village that she had tolerated for far longer than she really should, mainly for the constant source of food it presented, and took action to wipe such an unsightly wart off of her doorstep.
After dispatching all of the vermin polluting her sight, with extreme prejudice, Victoire found herself attracted to a low grumble as well as the sounds of struggle coming from behind the altar. There she found a werewolf, bound by chains of gleaming silver to the idol. Just as Victoire stared blankly at the eyes of the enraged beast, set for sacrifice, the horns of the heavenly reinforcement sent to get rid of her rang loud. Lifting her right hand to meet the werewolf's face, filling his vision with her rose-shaped ring, Victoire said words that she thought she would never use:
— "I'll give you a choice. Pledge your loyalty to me and live or, die and be forgotten..."
The beast's answer goes without saying as he did his one final effort to bite the chains holding him, to the point of drawing blood just to kiss his savior's ring, sealing the pact. As a proof of his pledge, a mark shaped like a choker of rose vines on his throat, marking the beast forever as Victoire's servant.
And the rest, as is said, is history...
Powers: Owing to her origins as well as her practice of other forms of magic to improve herself, Victoire has an impressive array of powers. Some of the most used/iconic are described bellow, but this is by no means all of Victoire's repertoire. Usually she can draw at least one spell per battle that she has never used before as long as it is kept within her thematic.
— Vampire Powers: Undying and unaging, undead immunities, blood sense, dark vision, improved senses, minor shapeshifting, hypnotic gaze, control over her domain, primordial heritage (resistance to all common vampire weaknesses, except holy powers), blood healing.
— Rose Magic: Summon Demon Roses, crushing vines and roots, razor petals, create rose thralls, parasitic roses, corrosive perfume, hallucinogenic perfume, aphrodisiac perfume, blooming teleportation (can teleport to anywhere inside one of her rose fields as long she's touching it on both ends of her travel).
— Blood Magic: Blood control, blood destruction, corrosive blood, hemokinesis, blood form, summon monsters (in conjunction with Shadow Magic), blood portals (Can open two ended portals adjacent to living beings, special types of undead or back to her domains. One of the ends must always be adjacent to Victoire. Only viable targets can cross the portals, including Victoire).
— Shadow Magic: Summon shadows, summon monsters (along with Blood Magic), induce fear/panic, attacking shadows, create shadow blades, shadow jaunt (turns into a swarm of incorporeal shadow bats that can move to anywhere with shadows large enough to cover at least half of Victoire's body. This power can't be used to travel between areas isolated from one another by daylight or bright light sources. While in shadow swarm form, these sources of light hurt Victoire, causing her great pain and forcibly ending the spell).
In addition, even thought Victoire isn't fond of stain her hands, she sholdn't be underestimated even with her bare hands. If that doesn't work, she has one final trick in the form of her ability to summon her strongest familiar, the werewolf which she bound into a pledge of loyalty a long time ago, the only one allowed to have the title of Victoire's Knight.
Weapons: Victoire wields a set of finely crafted silver spiked chains. The chains don't merely look like, but in fact, it have a life of their own, they can change shape and length at-will, defending Victoire without the need for her to command them. Furthermore, their appearance is unrelated to their strentgh as the chains are able to hold mighty targets and damage even some of the Machina most powerful war machines. Victoire seems to derive some sort of twisted pleasure from their use, mainly because of their nature as a sadistic weapon.
Equipment: Ring of Roses: A special signet ring owned by Victoire, it does amplify all of her powers, but it's true usage is to force anyone that kisses it, willingly or not, into complete obedience to Victorie. The ring's curse actually doesn't rob the will of its targets but, instead places a mark on their body and soul, dare they defy the terms established by Victorie upon their pledge, the mark turns into a wreath of rose vines, killing them slowly and in a very painful way.
The rate of growth of the vines is directly proportional to the breach in the pledge and only a command from Victoire can cause the vines to recede or lift the curse altogether. Depending on the terms of the pledge, it can even last past a recipient's death and possible resurrection, making Victoire's ring a truly dreadful instrument since it can potentially trap a target that defied her to a great extent in an eternity of endless agony that even the relief of death cannot undo.

Name: Rufus. Title: King Of Hell. The Warped Reality. Creeping Chaos. Age: Indeterminate. Gender: Unknown. Race: Eldritch Horror. Allegiance: Demons of Hell.
The current ruler of the legions of Hell, Rufus is different from his contemporaries among the leaders in that his rule is constantly challenged by enterprising demons seeking power. Having taken power shortly after Eos and Deva, Rufus is a mystery in how utterly plain and uninteresting he presents himself. It is often proclaimed by boastful demonic supporters of his that Rufus' first words upon taking the throne were "Vini, Vidi, Vici" but in reality he asked for a recliner to be used in place of the uncomfortable throne. Though despite his unconventional rule and frequent attempts on his life, Rufus has had the longest rule of any King of Hell, to the point that the prior kings are all but forgotten.
Those that question his name is 'Not Demonic' or 'Unintimidating' often find themselves experiencing a fate worse than death.
The King of Hell is largely unpredictable and chaotic, taking delight in abandoning his entourage to appear on the battlefield or in the kitchens. The reasoning behind his actions changes by the minute, though if the whim takes him then Rufus may tell friend, foe, or complete stranger that he does it all because "it would make her laugh."
~Combatants~
Name: Suparna Wolgan
Title: Queen of Carrion. Infested Lady.
Age: Indeterminate.
Gender: Female Host.
Race: Maggot.
Allegiance: Demons of Hell.
Personality: Suparna was born of wickedness and subsists upon it daily, literally unable to live without cruelly devouring others to feed the Whole. She has yet to find another who can know the depths with which she began and thus how far she has truly come, except perhaps the Machina though she holds no love for them. It is Suparna's most ardent desire to prove her greatness to the world until they are the maggots who can gaze upon her with envy and fear, trembling at the insignifigance of their lives.
This leads her to having immense loathing for the Angels, whose own self importance clashes with Suparna's ego. There hasn't been an Machina she's liked the taste off, though watching them flounder as their bodies are destroyed from the inside out is amusing for her. She is actually very amicable if she believes she's respected by someone. While it may seem that she is brash in her treatment of Chirada, it is born of the strictest confidense in her other half's ability to prove victorius.
History: Where there is meat, there will be maggots. Where there are demons, there will certainly be a warping of the body and soul, even in the lowliest of creatures. 99% of the time this is negligible, but in one instance an insigigant creature feasting upon a demonic carcass came to find itself changed, as though the metaphorical "I Am" rang through it's head to signify the birth of consciousness. A sense of self in the lowly worm, the birth of an individual in a hive. It was astonishing, or would have been if a maggot was worth anything of note. With the advent of thought came the awareness of the surroundings beyond the search for sustenance, seemingly infinetly grand and ripe for the carrion, yet also frighteningly uncaring to its newborn desires.
Solitary and isolated from the creatures it called kin, that which thought "I Am" could not stand to face the world and be shown for all its insignifigance. It cast aside reason and thought beyond instinct, living and dying accord to the natural order as all things do. Yet the mutation did not die with the individual, the offspring carrying the torch.
One became several. Several became many. Many became legion.
The legion remembered the words, the thoughts that made them look beyond their lives to percieve the reality around them, and now knew they were no longer insignifigant. It was then that legion became whole within the husk of a fallen demon, they became what would be called Suparna.
Born of carrion, the taste for meat never departed even as she grew in refinement of thought. The earliest sighting of Suparna was with the lolita shell devouring a fallen arch demon, the legion comprising the whole leaking out of her sleeves to eat, reproduce, and repeat. It wouldn't be until reports of her devouring live meat en masse that she would officially join the Demon's ranks, the legion beneath the skin proving a horrific foe to face regardless of alignment.
It came to a point in their service that Suparna was too great to contain within a single shell, so a second was needed. A grand monument to their existence, the testiment that they had risen from nothing with ease and could drag down anything they so wished. An eight winged angel descended to the field of battle and thought itself better than all before it.
Suparna proved it wrong, devouring wing, bone, and meat till their was a husk ripe for their numbers to infest. Unlike Suparna, the former angel dubbed Chirada tooled entirely for the art of war and procurement of more meat to sate the hunger of the whole. Suparna and Chirada, two halves of the same whole, looking ever outwards till the day the world is the one that must look up at them.
Powers:
Infesation: The carrion that were once maggots have developed into thinner, longer creatures more adept at moving and devouring what is before them. Suparna and Chirada can expel them from their pours, open wounds, or orifices with great force. The carrion legion will enter the bodies of Suparna / Chirada's target, with the easiest point of egress being the same ways they were expelled. If given sufficient numbers they can easily eat through skin and armored plating to reach the innards within. The pain of a slow death by consumption is enough to paralyze most organic targets, and Machina will be rapidly crippled as their internal proccessors and mechanics are destroyed.
Control: Once Infested, the victim can be controlled by the legion within them in a similar manner to how Chirada is, though Suparna won't bother maintaining control longer than the Infested body is useful and has the legion devour the host before returning to the Whole. This is also an excellent means of capture if the target lacks any internal means of combating the invading the carrion.
Division: If Suparna or Chirada are cut, dismembered, shot, or stabbed, their bodies will reform around the wound unless the Whole decides otherwise. For all intents and purposes their bodies are elastic, pulling themselves back together from most anything physical.
Union of Conscious and Form: Yet to unseen, but Suparna can enter the Chirada to reunite the Whole, forming a being stronger than they are seperate, but exactly how this is will remain unknown till Union of Conscious and Form is achieved.
Weapons:
Chirada: The only true weapon fighting for Suparna, Chirada is capable of Infesting the air and ground with ease. Inbetween every feather are carrion ready to be scattered with a beat of it's wings. Chirada is capable of splitting itself down the middle to expose it's innards and a cage of bone that it snaps closed around unsuspecting prey. This often leads to near instant consumption from all directions, but this is also how Suparna would take live prisoners to lord her status over when the fancy strikes her. The wing's themselves are weapons, capable of bludgeoning steel and rending flesh from the force behind each beat.

Other:
Name: Aqua Regia.
Title: Shatter. Arctic Sorceress. Skyfall
Age: 9 Years.
Gender: Female.
Race: Machina
Allegiance: Machina Of Man.
Personality: Among the Machina, the level of personality and emotion in each Machina is typically dependent upon rank. Being a custom model, Regia is allowed a fair degree of latitude, but just like her 'Element' she can be rather subdued in her mannerisms. She is proud in her position as a leader on the field, and while she may have a near human level of self preservation, Regia is a strong proponent of the "Leading From the Front" doctrine of leadership. She instills terror into the enemy with grand displays of decimation, and is pleased to do so whenever the opportunity presents itself.
History: There is a lesser known theory among certain circles of mankind that magic could be defined as something that could replicated by technology given infinite resources and time. An act of flight would have been considered magic by a lesser developed being who was bound to the ground, so after discovering the Magic used by their foes in the Nexus, development was underway to emulate and create the Machina's own 'magic'.
An experimental unit designed to imbue the characteristics of an archetypical 'Frost Mage' in a Machina body, Aqua Regia was created to unleash the power lorded over by Sorcerers and Demons with a Machina twist. Dubbed the Elementals, Aqua Regia -The Unit prefers Regia- was one of many who each had their own specialization around their construction. They require immense resources to create even for the Machina's prodigious infrastructure, but are capable of emulating the mass destruction unleashed by the Angels. Regia utilizes Liquid Nitrogen and is authorized to function as a Field Commander in conflict.
Powers:
Zone of Control: Machines function at optimal efficiency when properly cooled, and Regia is always in such a state. Releasing excess Liquid Nitrogen around her cools nearby Machina to improve performance while hampering organic beings. This provides them with unparalleled reaction times and efficiency of movement, while slowing the movement of organics regardless of faction unless insulated against it.
Flight: Internalized propulsion systems allow Regia to be capable of flight independent of the necessity for wings or external combustion.
Weapons:
Multi-Purpose Rifle: Regia's primary ranged weapon is large caliber rifle easily operated one handed. It features two modes of fire that can be switched with an internalized command. The first mode is a liquid nitrogen thrower, spraying the compound in an expanding cone to freeze targets, mist, or target a large area. The alternative mode fires rivets of ice with an explosive payload to pierce, freeze, and shatter targets.
Sub-Zero: A sword of ice with a jagged edge meant primarily for piercing a target via a strong thrust. It injects the liquid nitrogen that comprises it through the edge and tip, freezing from inside out rather than from without. The blade itself is adjustable in length, able to extend to indeterminate lengths, but will lose durability the farther from the default length.
Glacial Injectors: Two tubes extending from the armor along the small of her back which are manipulated like any other limb. Each is tipped with an injector that can function like Sub-Zero, but only capable of piercing and ineffectually as a slashing implement. Can also be used to anchor Regia in place but attaching the injectors to an object.
Niffleheim: The four floating units along Regia's back, seemingly locked in their set position until used. Like the Multi-Purpose Rifle, it has two modes of operation. First being a wide area pulse that flash freezes any unprotected source of liquid into a solid mass of ice, turning lakes, spilt blood, or clouds into solid masses of ice. The Alternative mode is a cold laser which requires the four units to join together before Regia in order to fire at full power.
Equipment:
Sensor Array: The headdress and horn around Regia's head, which provides Regia a complete awareness of her surroundings through a broad compliment of sensors across many spectrums.

Title: Binding of the Trimurti Age: ??? Gender: Female Race: Naga Allegiance: Heaven
Personality: Ananta is as Ananta does, a woman who often finds herself taking on the mantle of the caretaker with little prompting. Instilled with wisdom beyond her ages, she acts with the belief that she knows best for those she is watching over or working for. She'd prefer to maintain the status of the kind matron, but those who spurn her or act poorly will be struck down swiftly. Those she serves are looked upon in a similar light, though being unable to chastise them, her reactions are more passive aggressive.
History: When made aware that demons are as real as angels or killer robots, it would not be surprising to learn that the pantheons of other beliefs or those who have never been worshipped also exist. More often then not they are uninvolved with the Nexus and its affairs, but for those with an interest there were often proxies sent in their place. Ananta is within the Nexus as the proxy for three such entities, the Trimurti of the Hindu mythology.
While that very same mythology would credit Ananta with immense in her own right, her presence is suitably limited out of a desire to not to bore her patrons gods, as well as what Ananta would say is "Respect for her host."
Before her sojourn to participate within the conflicts of the Nexus, she had spent much of her existence meeting the various needs of Shiva, Brahma, and Vishnu, more often then not being a nanny for the gods and their children alike. In her interactions she has had the greatest interactions with that of Shiva and Vishnu, as well as Shiva's offspring who is often referred to as 'The Eel.' Ananta is subservient to these beings but also commands a measure of respect for her loyal service, and Vishnu knows better then to upset the woman they sleep upon.
Presented with the choice of faction to align herself with, she quickly dismissed the Demons for the troublesome lot she saw them as, though the decision between Heaven and the Machina had caused considerable delay in her arrival to the Nexus. She makes no secret of holding affiliations with certain members of the machine forces, but ultimately choose the Angel's after High Queen Eos made several remarks which left Ananta more uncomfortable then her interview with the Demonic recruiting office. Heaven was the obvious choice in the end.
Powers: Ashura Arms: From anywhere upon Ananta's bodies, she can create up to three arms in order to defend herself or strike out against her foes. Damage to the arms does not harm Ananta, as they can be regrown soon after damage occurs and will only be eliminated once Ananta dismisses them or she loses consciousness. Each arm is a master with any weapon they wield, thought Ananta herself has no real skill when forced to use them in her physical arms.
Serpent Body:Possessing the lower half of a large snake confers great advantages over bipedal movement, such as superior speed and strength through her tail. Ananta favors using her tail as a weapon sooner then she would her swords. Her fangs feature poison glands which release a mind altering sedative to quell resistance from unruly adversaries. One bite into the veins or vital organs will debilitate most humanoids.[/
Weapons: Rakshasa's Blades:Three straight swords kept sheathed along her lower back. Intended to be used by the Ashura Arms when no other weapons are found. Ananta herself would rather leave them undrawn then use them through her own strength.
Ofuda:While the Ashura Arms are meant to slay her adversaries, Ananta is more inclined to disable and apprehend then she is to eliminate wholesale. Ofuda, slips of paper inscribed with symbols of magical power, serve to restrict movement when thrown onto or around a target. When arranged into geometric patterns, their effectiveness increases with the number of ofuda used (A pentagon being more effective then square.), though if sufficient numbers are thrown to cover a target then that will work, albeit less efficiently.
Equipment: Shawl of Brahma:Blessed cloth from one of her patron deities. While it is durable and self-repairing, the shawl is indeterminate in length and width, allowing Ananta to bind something regardless of its size if her tail was unusable. However, it's more often worn for aesthetic appeal then direct combat.
Equipment: A fantastic cuddler. Can carry three people upon her tail before being encumbered. Fond of sunbathing.
Hildr Reinhardt
Name: Hildr Reinhardt Title: Elder Valkyrie Age: Appears to be in early thirties. Gender: Female Alignment: Allegedly the Angels of Heaven. Race: Valkyrie
Personality: A vivacious and bizarrely modern angel with little regard for the hierarchy of Heaven. Is predisposed towards the extremes of behavior, an attribute she'd accredit to her parents, that results in a full bodied woman refusing to do anything by half measures. The Elder Valkyrie is a passionate warrior who would be well regarded for her military efficacy had she not so many numerous ties to every group within the Nexus and beyond. Possesses strong maternal instincts and could easily be labeled an 'empty nester' whose need to nurture leads to great misfortune for Heaven in most regards. Threats against her legion of children tend to be met with a berserker rage that results in mass terraforming of the surrounding area if not quelled.
Backstory: Born unto the Nexus from the union of War and Peace, Hildr is something of an anomaly in many regards. She is the recipient of both Gold and Silver eyes, yet managed to acquire them without the aid of any faction. Her own innate power facilitates travel between universes, though nowhere on the scale that was the former King of Hell, leading to an Angel who spends the majority of her life outside the ceaseless maelstrom of conflict that spawned her. Outside the Nexus she works as the chief of security for an influential company operating in circles but legitimate and improper for polite society.
Despite boasting considerable fortitude and martial power, Hildr also totes an astonishing record for being captured by an enemy force, to the point she treats it more like vacation time then grueling torture and violation. That her mothering nature has resulted in her having so many offspring there are entire platoons of Machina and demon that call her their progenitor. Of them, she also had three daughters outside the Nexus to a human whose family name she took up, and a fourth among the Machina who adamantly wants to maintain familial ties.
Regardless of her Blaise attitude towards her home faction and startlingly frequent shifts to enemy allegiance, she still returns to her home faction and revels in renewed conflict once again.
Powers: -Dues Ira-The manifestation of Hildr's divine power as the offspring of War and Peace, cosmic forces with phenomenal power within the Nexus. It allowes her to warp reality through will alone, making it possible to materialize implements of destruction as well as her personal armor from thin air, or to rend tears in the fabric of the universe for instantaneous movement across distance on one plane or to transition to another universe entirely.
Gold and Silver Eyes: Possessing both sets of eyes, Hildr can only use one at a time and finds that they would be less efficient then the the gold or silver of another who only has one pair.
Charm Magic Resistance: Due to copious and frequent exposure to the potent bodily fluids of various succubi in a side business of hers, Hildr has developed a potent resistance to the mind altering affects of it, and treats it more like the buzz of a fine wine she savors, yet doesn't succumb to.
Weapons: Rip Line: Chains formed through Deus Ira that terminate in wickedly sharp hooks. Hildr uses these to strike, bind, and propel herself across the battlefield. Their versatility along with ease of creation makes them a favorite go-to weapon for the Elder Valkyrie to form on the spot.
Equipment:
Cellphone with uncanny reception.
Several flasks stored inside her suit containing a potent aphrodisiac secreting from captive succubus currently employed or imprisoned on a private farm hereto unknown to anyone save Hildr.
Name: Krieg Title: Warboss Grafdakka Destroya, Mu-01 Age: Krieg himself is 50 years old, however his alter ego as Grafdakka is only thirty. Mu-01 is also thirty. Gender: Physically genderless, but identifies as male. Race: Currently the Machine Faction. Krieg has no real loyalty to the Machine Faction however, merely fighting for them because they've earned that right.
Personality: To put it simply, Krieg is built for war. Starting from his humble beginnings as a radar AI, Kreig has managed to become a more active part of the war effort and relishes in it. He enjoys killing, whether it's against the mightiest angels and demons, or turning his own weapons against the peasantry for some tactical reason or another. He considers himself a tool, albeit one who takes pride in what he does. He hates being "Improvised" to fulfill some other duty beyond killing. He doesn't protect people, he doesn't make strongholds, he kills things. He does like music, at least some types of music. Often he would go for the loudest and most rocking song he can find, though he also doesn't mind some more J-Pop or even classical songs. It really depends on what he wants at the time. Krieg also has a twisted sense of honor, though it's half honor and half pragmatism. He fights for the strongest side: whoever manages to "Defeat" him has earned the right to his life, be it killing him on the spot or turning him against his allies. Doesn't matter to Krieg; all he wants is to keep killing.
History: Krieg was the name given to him when he was created as an AI for a radar system. His initial purpose, at that time, was to detect the movements of demonic energies in a local area around him. Most AI's were limited to their function, and Krieg was no different. But one day Krieg and his operator were attacked by a swarm of demons; Krieg saw them first, but there were simply too many to run away from. The demons killed his operator, smashed up the radar, and Krieg thought he had died. But he had not.
Something about those demons made Krieg... Alive. A ghost in the machine. From the ruins of those battles, Krieg looked for a vessel. A body to make his own. There were plenty of corpses, but he didn't want a soft-skinned human or a corrupted demon spawn. No, he needed something stronger, tougher... Metal. Eventually he found an android, it's arms and legs ripped far, barely on the brink of death. For some reason the mechanical man was not functioning, but it didn't matter to Krieg. And Krieg didn't know how he did it. Still doesn't. But he took that cyborg's body for his own. He was able to possess the robot, and through it, Krieg began his rise into war.
Powers: Krieg's one unique power is the ability to possess machines, even ones that normally would be damaged beyond repair and functionally destroyed. That being said, there is some limitations: For starters, Krieg can only possess machines that is near his Core, which is the remaining Black Box from when he was once a Radar. Additionally, while he can possess damaged machines, he works best if they are restored to working order. Once he possess a machine, he is free to move about in his new body as he wishes, even leaving it if he has some reason to. However while possessing a new body, he will be completely unaware of what is happening to his Core. While he tends to monitor it somehow through his bodies, he is either in his new body or his core.
Weapons:
Currently Krieg has access to two combat bodies, his original Destroya Mech and his current Grind Gear.
It's right arm contains a revolver style rocket launcher, loaded with bunker-busting missiles. It's better used against actual fortifications or slow moving targets, as it lacks homing. It can be adjusted to shoot in an arch and has a very long range, but a relatively slow projectile.
Near the base of it's body are two forward facing gatling guns, made to shred through armored targets through it's intense storm of bullets. The dakka from these guns is endless, mostly thanks to the fact it shoots scraps rather than bullets. A mid-range weapon lacking accuracy, so it makes up for it in sheer volume.
It's left arm is a huge saw made of an angelic metal. Mostly so it can be used to cut through angels. Close range and perhaps one of his most devastating weapons in it's arsenal, limited by said range and it's lack of versatility. But then again, all it can do is cut through things. Sometimes that's all that needs to be done.
On it's back is a jetpack, however the Grafdakka is far too large for it to actually function as a jetpack. It's mostly used to flip the Grafdakka back onto it's feet should it fall over, though the exhaust from the is hot enough to melt demons if they get caught in the blast.
The Grafdakka's final weapon is also it's very power source: it's fusion core. Should the rest of his weapons be disabled or he has some reason to do so, he can cause his fusion core to self-destruct, destroying him any hopefully everything else around him. However his ultimate weapon is also his ultimate weakness; should one managed to tear through his armor and get past his weapons, as well has having the knowledge of what they're doing, they could simply disable the fusion core, shutting down a vast majority of Grafdakka's weapons. Without the fusion core powering it, all he becomes is a metal giant. Which while still deadly, is less deadly than a metal giant shooting fire, bullets, and explosions.
A much more melee oriented body, what this gear lacks in ranged capacity it makes up for in mobility and increased durability. The Grind Gear's main weapons are six large chainsaws that around around his back to where his arms would be. Each one radiates intense plasma energy that rips through conventional armor and can affect even magical barriers. The teeth of the chainsaws themselves are made of holy materials found from the battle of Alt Signia, a combination of angelic steel as well as adamantium, for a combination of durability and effectiveness. These six blades can be used independently or combined into one large drill made of chainsaws which increase their power tenfold, and could rip through space-time itself if it hits the right target.
In addition to it's chainsaws, the Grind Gear is equipped with multiple thrusters around it's body to allow it flight, speed boosts, and mobility. These thrusters are so powerful that they can be used as short range flame throwers and kenetic cannons, both burning and propelling opponents away from him.
Even without activating the energy within his weapons or his thrusters, the Grind Gear's own body is durable enough to be used as a bashing weapon, and has been specifically designed to operate under heavy fire from both allies and enemies. While far from indestructible, he does house his own repair drones inside his body to repair damage that isn't critical overtime.
Lastly the Grind Gear is equipped with a miniature nuclear reactor for the sole purpose of self-destruction. As all machinas are powered by Eos this crude power source is Grafdakka's last resort to avoid capture or to ensure the defeat his his opponent. One use only.
Equipment: Aside from the Grafdakka armor, Krieg only has his Core, which currently residing in an unassuming robot maid. In this body she is known as Mu-01, based off the tracks that make up her lower body. She is Grafdakka's personal maid, though in truth it's just Krieg switching between bodies when needed. She can be slightly more restrained in violence in this form, but she's far from defenseless. Her feminine figure hides the fact that she could tear apart a man with her bare hands (Helps that she's actually a robot) and she has powerful short-range lasers hidden in the palms of her hand. Also she weighs close to a ton and will crush you underneath her treads if she wanted to.

"I will FUCK you."
Name: Francisca Labrys Seax Luxuria Title: Whore Princess of the Uterine Sea, The Axe, Lesser Succubus, Fran, Virgin Killer, Booty Warrior Age: 233. But eternally 18. Gender: Futanari Race: Fights for the demons, though she serves no one.
Personality: There are only two things Francisca loves: fucking and fighting. And the only reason she's even in the war is to do both, possibly at the same time. There's very little on her mind but those two things, though generally enjoying herself on and off the battlefield is something she is capable of doing on her own. A pun making, blood thirsty, horny devil, Francisca can be both passionate but laid back, not giving a damn about the world but always giving it her all.
History: Francisca remembers very little of her past, not that it matters to her. She knows that once she was mortal, some sort of warlord or some such with a penchant for pillaging, raping, and burning. You know, stuff you’d expect you get sent to hell for. She never really changed except now she is much better at it. Currently her favorite enemies are Angels despite her demonic weakness towards them. She feels it makes for a far greater challenge and she loves dominating any holy warrior in her mercy. Truly Francisca is a vile creature, and she’s going to enjoy every moment of it.
Powers: Shapeshifting - As a succubus Francisca has the ability to do shapeshifting, however unlike most of her kin Francisca’s shapeshifting is fairly minor. The best she can do is either remove her features or alter what features she already has, such as changing the size and of her body and it’s parts and be able to pass off as a human in appearance. She can create sharp talons as natural weapons if she needs them, though she prefers to fight with her axe. She's now capable of creating wings which she can use to fly. Even if these wings are damaged, she could instantly grow out a new pair even in midflight.
Demonic Traits - Francisca is much tougher as a demon than she ever was as a mortal, so much to the point that armor is useless to her (Though she still wears it for appearance). Regular mortal weapons hardly harm her unless they use a lot of it, and even then she can shrug off most long enough to get away. Only weapons made by angels or made of silver will overcome her damage resistance, and even then she is still very tough.
A lesser known trait is Francisca’s speed. Though she wields a weapon for barbarians, she is agile and dexterous with it. Speed is power, and combined with her toughness, Francisca is a very hard opponent to harm, either due to her sheer defense or her mobility.
Francisca’s strength is greater than most mortals, though it’s nothing worth noting compared to most demons. It is however enough to allow Fransisca to wield axes and other weapons far too big and heavy to be practical for most humans without a mech.
Illusions - Francisca’s strongest power, she can manipulate the emotions and perception of others to perceive whatever she wishes them to witness. It's powerful because there is no physical way to stop it: only with magic and enchantments could one ward themselves from Francisca illusions, and even that won't stop them if she manages to get you within her grasp and kisses you. To be kissed by Francisca would place the victim under her spell unless they had a strong will, and even angels will struggle against her magics if she gets them.
Incidentally, Francisca’s illusions are rarely useful against robots and machines. As her magic was meant to warp the minds of mortals and corrupt angels, they never accounted for the emotionless and unfeeling machines. Unless they're operated by a mortal or partly mortal (cyborgs and such), her illusions are useless against them.
Weapons: Love Tap - Francisca’s axe. A massive weapon that weighs roughly 200 pounds, far too heavy for mortals to use and even some angels would find it’s weight impractical. But Francisca uses the axe with startling ease as if it wasn’t much heavier than a knife. The only enchantment on it is that Francisca can call the axe to her hand, and it will either fly directly back to her or teleport to her hand, which ever she wishes. Not only can she cleave foes with this weapon, but she can throw it as a projectile as well, faster than most missiles and would hit as hard as you’d expect a 200 pound thrown axe would.
Bonds of Matrimony - A lesser known but still useful weapon in Francisca’s repertoire. It appears to be a short sword of some sort, but in actuality it is a spear head. On the hilt is a single chain link, and when Francisca throws the weapon by the link, the chain can extends infinitely. Francisca uses this weapon to hook light opponents into her reach, or for her to grapple onto larger ones. The weapon itself can be controlled telekinetically by Francisca so long as she still holds onto the chain, allowing it to move on it’s own to hook into or strike opponents.
Equipment: Wand of Light Infernal Healing - Because regular healing magic is often associated with holy magic and thus lethal to demonkind, Francisca carries a wand of Infernal Healing. Where most healing spells can restore damage instantly, a Wand of Infernal Healing instead provides regeneration. The healing is not instant, however the regeneration will last for some time, and should if finish it can often heal wounds worse than a simple healing spell would have. Francisca's wand is a light version, meaning that it’s healing effects are fairly minor. It can be used to remove wounds and help accelerate one’s natural recovery, however it cannot heal poisons and it alone cannot undue crippling injuries.
Breastplate - A Breastplate in an almost literal sense of the word. Made of steel native to the realms of hell, it is a masterwork set of armor, or what little is armored anyways. It’s almost a mockery of actual armor, because while there is such things as pauldrons and gauntlets, greaves and sabatons even, the armor is far too form-fitting and is missing any protection from the sternum down. It doesn’t even have any pants or skirts to protect one’s decency. However, there is an enchantment on the breastplate that creates a field of force just inches above the skin, rending the need for a full suit of armor pointless. Indeed, it could have all be fitted onto an amulet instead, but Francisca is nothing if not impractical.
Aphrodisiac Poison - A bottle of taint that can be applied to a weapon or directly imbibed, being under the effects of this poison causes one to become a weak, horny mess. So strong that even succubi can fall under the effects of it, and no being too pure will be able to resist it’s toxins. Perfect for catching prisoners to turn into sex slaves. Similar to Francisca’s illusions, largely ineffective against the entirely inorganic machines.
Other: An illusion that Francisca often has up is her own theme song, which both alerts and strikes fear into the heart of anyone who hears it, for it is the harbinger of her insatiable lust.
Additionally, whenever anyone calls her by her full name Francisca Labrys Seax Luxuria, she will know. Under the right circumstances, she can even be summoned. The ritual needed to summon Francisca involves drawing a simple pentagram onto the ground, with some sort of axe at the center, and the presence of a virgin within the circle. When summoned, the axe will vanish and Fran will appear above the virgin. For those whom she favors, Fran can gift them an effigy made from Fran's hair. With this one only needs to make a pentagram and recite Fran's true name (Her full name essentially) to summon her.
"When everything looks like a nail, you really need to get yourself a hammer."
Name: Dorafraki "Dora" Goldion Title: Fragment of Ukonvasara Age: Has achieved sentience for over 179 years Gender: Female Allegiance: Angels Race: Dora is actually a magic hammer. Her physical body is merely an avatar used to wield the hammer, and it can be summoned or dismissed freely. Dora is a legendary artifact that has achieved sentience, choosing to fight for whichever side is worthy of using her. Personality: Something short and to the point. History:
Dora is merely a shard to the legendary weapon Ukonvasara, the Hammer of Lightning. But unlike other contemporary Lightning Hammer's such as Mjölnir, Ukonvarsara forged lightning rather than struck with it's fury. Much of Dora's initial existence was to forge weapons for the Angels of Heaven, forging lightning bolts into swords for it's soldiers. But one day, Dora came into contact with a shard of the true Ukonvasara, a Thunder Stone. And through this thunder stone, Dora was able to achieve sentience and grew in power. Now she leads the forge smiths in Heaven to create newer, stronger weapons, sourcing the battlefield for more thunderstones to create weapons that are worthy for the gods themselves.
Powers:
Storm Caller - Thunder and Lightning answers to Dora's beck and call. She is able to summon torrential storms to flood the battlefield in water, or create powerful tornado that could launch even the heaviest ships into the skies. Or just call thunder down onto her enemies.
Astral Projection - Dora can create an avatar of herself to participate in battle, wielding her with mastery. This astral projection has great strength and endurance, perfect for the hostile conditions of the battlefield and forge. Additionally, while her Astral Projection can be "killed", as long as Dora still lives she can summon another Astral Projection to do battle shortly after the demise of the previous one.
Weapons:
Fragment of Ukonvasara - A mere fragment of the true holy weapon, Ukonvasara. Despite being only a fragment, this hammer wield considerable power from it's holy origins.
The Chosen One - Only those that Dora accepts can wield her. The unworthy cannot even pick her up, for it weighs so heavy even those with godly strength will not be able to move her. Those who are her enemies will be struck constantly by divine lightning, different from the nature sort in that divine lightning is not electricity or even a natural phenomenon, but a bolt of divine retribution meant to destroy.
Sky Forge - Dora is capable of forging anything instantly with a strike of her hammer. She could turn anything from raw iron, magma, and of course thunderbolts into weapons merely by striking them with her hammer. Most of these weapons are temporary if she only strikes them once, but if she has more time she could create a more permanent weapon for others to keep.
Equipment:
Thunder Stones - These black shards are said to be fragments of the true Ukonvasara. Using these stones, Dora can massively bolster the strength of her attacks, or create a powerful weapon by fusing the shard with an element nearby. She can also infuse the shard into weapons that already exist, increasing their powers further. However these shards are rare and only appear after a natural thunderstorm, so you can be sure that if there's stormy weather, Dora would be nearby.
"...oh. Hello~ I was looking for new test subjects. Do stay still...this won't hurt...heh...I'll be sure to thoroughly enjoy you~"
Name: Silana Delacroix
Title: The Withering Queen, False Bearer of the Cross.
Age: Easily around three hundred years, though never gives a specific answer. Appears quite young.
Gender: Female.
Allegiance: Demons.
Race: Demon: Undead (High Lich)
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 124 lbs
Personality: Silana, or Sil as some call her, is generally not as emotionless as some might think Liches are. While not overly expressive, she's merely quiet most of the time and speaks only if needed such as in intimidation or communication. Often, she wears a smirk or curious smile. Some even might say she can be a little bit of a tease at times. One should keep in mind though, she cares not for most people, and only sees them as ants to be crushed or experimented upon. Getting into a relationship with her, is likely going to end up being a bad end for you.
History: All she has ever told anyone of her past is that once, she was a priestess. A holy woman, deigned to heal the sick, help the poor and devoutly follow god. She doesn't go into detail about events that led to her becoming interested in necromancy, but she says it doesn't matter. All she does say is that one day a plague swept through her nation...and she took heavy advantage of that. Using her dark arts, she made the disease spread, and soon, she had an empire of Undead at her command. Those mortals that were hardy enough to live...well, they were brought to her palace and turned into horrible abominations with dark magic. Chimeras, undead abominations, and other grotesque amalgamation of human corpses.
Eventually though, as with all 'villains' and 'demons' there are 'heroes' to defeat them. A order of holy knights besieged her undead kingdom, and even though she could turn their fallen brethren against them with her profane magic, she knew it was only a matter of time before they succeeded. Using the knowledge she gathered, she left that world and her old empire behind. She had figured she learned all she could of that one....and ended up in Nexus.
She wishes not to rule, as that has been deemed boring. Now, she only lives for her experiments into the arcane...
Powers:
Undead Summoning/Creation: As a Lich, Sil has almost unmatched control when it comes to summoning and controlling undead. Of course, she obviously needs bodies to achieve this feat, but its not exactly hard to come by bodies in such a war-torn world. Additionally, she can summon pre-made bodies from elsewhere, as long as the summoning circle at her home is undisturbed.
Dark Magic, Corrosive: Additionally, she has delved deep into the darker magics of the world, and is quite adept at manipulating the raw force of evil itself into devastating, necrotic attacks. Often times, in the form of substances that will corrode flesh, metal, and even ones emotions and will power until they're a frightened, blubbering mess on the ground, begging for mercy. There are many ways she can use this, but more often than not it shapes itself into a thick corrosive substance.
Undead Body: It should be obvious, but she is an undead. Meaning, attacking or injuring her with physical weapons is going to be somewhat difficult to do. Not to mention, using magic she can force her wounds to close incredibly fast. Not that it particularly matters, since it won't harm her in the end but she likes not looking like a half rotten skeleton with half its flesh flayed off by weapons. Also grants her strength greater than that of normal humans, but its nothing spectacular.
However, against holy-aligned magics her undead body is almost useless. While it can take a beating, any magic (holy or otherwise), instead of attacking her physical body, it attacks her spirit directly. Meaning she's not going to be able to stand to many hits from something else. Not to mention, if her physical body is burned to ashes, there's not much she can do. Her spirit will eventually reform but for the most part she'll be down for awhile.
Corrosive Blood: Through various magical means, she has in fact, made the inside of her body full of toxic, corrosive liquid similar to the one formed by her dark magic. However, instead of corrosive, while it is mildly burning it is used for something...else. It breaks down the willpower of lesser humans and angelic beings. Eventually the toxic substance makes their willpower shatter and compliant with orders given by her, turning them into her loyal thralls. Most often, she will...bring them home with her, for further...experimentation. If she's unable too, she will of course, force them to turn on their once allies.
Dries quickly outside of her body, meaning its going to probably not be that effective unless you manage to get some on you.
Levitation: A basic art any self-respecting Lich should know. After all, how can they be all spooky floating undead covered in a robe without it? It allows her swift movement across any terrain, and she can easily clear large obstacles using this, and even stay safely out of reach of most physical weapons.
Aura of Despair: An ability that does exactly what its name states. Exerts an aura of cold, utterly will and soul crushing despair onto enemies before the fight even begins. Doesn't work on machines of course, but that's what her more destructive based magic is for. It also reveals her for what she actually is, despite her magically kept appearance.
Weapons: An unnamed tome she uses to cast her magic with. While it is unneeded and is merely used as a compliment, most of her magic usually involves using it of some sort. Reads from it quite often. Appears to be an old, black covered holy tome of sorts. Has a black cross sewn into the front of it, with an intricate magic circle behind it.
Equipment: Just her robes. Made of a fine, soft material and slightly resistant to fire since she tends to burn easily.

Appearance of the Lich
"In the name of my Lord, I shall not yield even if my sword is shattered, my armor broken, or my body beaten! Even if it is unavoidable so be it. I will not falter, even if I must struggle alone."
Name: Gwynn Maoilriain
Title: Fury of the Heavens, Companion of the Slain
Age: Indeterminate. As she is effectively immortal unless killed, age does not affect her.
Gender: female
Allegiance: Angel
Race: Valkyrie
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 157lbs
Personality: On the Battlefield, Gwynn is serious, swift in action, and above all merciless. She shows no quarter to her foes, and refuses to yield even in the most dire of circumstances. After all, to flee would be dishonorable and dying in combat is one of the ultimate acts of honor anyone can attain. However, off the battlefield she's surprisingly...less wound up. While she's still as arrogant and prideful as one might expect, she's not above mingling with mortals, if only for a few moments.
History: If there's one thing Gwynn doesn't like doing, its talking about her past. Indeed, she loathes to mention what she has been up to for most of her life. If asked, she'll usually brush it off and tell the questioner it does not matter. However, a perceptive one might note a hint of sadness and longing in her voice, but what it might mean no one will ever know.
What she does give, is a brief summary. Once, she was a resident in a grand hall, where heroes of mortal men gathered when they passed from the mortal realm. There, they fought, made merry, drank, and above all, protected the world against vile beings who would threaten to destroy it. Their leader, in his infinite wisdom sensed a great threat coming from across the mortal real. She was sent to discover what it was.
And it was sometime after, she chose a mortal man as a champion. Watched over him as he fought back invaders in his land and built a kingdom that was certainly going to prosper and bring light to the world. She helped too, occasionally, but by decree she could not intervene more than a small part. In the end, though, it proved to be a pipe dream.
She won't go into detail after that, but the king died. She left, and never returned. All she comments, is that is the only day she has ever felt genuine rage, and lost her head completely. Soon after, she found herself in the Nexus, and a new cause to give her spear too.
Powers: Unyielding Will: Gwynn has strength in much greater fashion that that of humans. While nothing on the level of top level demons, one should not underestimate her. In fact, the more her allies are killed and the battle drags on, it seems the stronger she becomes physically. A steadfast wall, that refuses to yield to oppressors, in hopes of just saving one life, no matter how seemingly insignificant. Thus, it is most effective to take her out swiftly, as she will only grow stronger as the battle goes on. Battles of attrition will never be in your favor, as long as she is present.
Additionally, it grants her some immunity to illusions and things that affect ones mind.
Fury of the Heavens: Radiant, holy light turned into cleansing purity. Most often, taking the form of lightning bolts. It has many, many, uses that make it quite formidable. Against demons and those corrupted by their influence, its greatly effective. Against machines and men though, it was not made to function. While it can be used, the bolts will be much less effective unless the corruption of a demon is present.
Flight: A pair of large, feathery white wings extend from her back and allow for quick and easy flight. She can fly at high speeds, and is agile enough to maneuver without much hassle. The wings are also strong enough to be used as impromptu weapons, and getting smacked with one is probably going to hurt enough to leave a bruise, if not worse.
Cleansing Light: An ability that is used to stave off any corrupting influence, be they from demons or someone else. While it can't nullify effects of those already fallen to the corruption, it will help those struggling with it get to their feet and shake off its effects. When fighting demons, this is something she will regularly use to help both herself and allies to prevent any sort of demonic taint.
Never give up, men!: A holy art, designed to heal wounds and toxins within ones body. A warm, radiating aura extends from her like a beacon of light, and heals all those who are not tainted by a demonic influence, or are not a complete machine. It will heal most angels quite well, and humans too, should they still have some of their humanity left and haven't completely mechanized themselves and haven't been influenced by the demons.
Weapons: Urokkelig: An ornate Halberd, thus named 'Unyielding'. It is a weapon that has seen many battles, but despite this it is still pristine as it ever was. Forged out of an unknown metal by those who forge weapons for gods, it is a strong, sturdy weapon capable of cleaving solid steel in two. She is very adept a wielding it, and one should not underestimate her strength with it.
Seier - an ornate sword she carries as a back up. Simply named 'Victory'. While not her main choice of weapon, she is equally skilled with it should Urokkelig fail her in some manner.
Equipment: An unnamed shield, strapped to her arm. Useful for blocking projectiles and deflecting blows.
Her armor, which is quite sturdy and strong and should be able to withstand attacks from most sources. Most of the time, she wears it. On the battle field, it has a full face plate.

Okay damn it I'm back! Ya'll horny motherfuckers still need Deva.
History: Falz was once a well known Machinist, one of the brightest the Machina had to offer. While he wasn't known for his social skills, his ability to build and repair machines was outstanding for someone of his age. He served in the Machina of Man's Army, building their machines of war and keeping them from falling apart after being thrashed by angels and demons. One day after a typically ruthless battle, Falz was scouring the battlefield for parts. He came across a wounded woman named Shii'Ell. While he had no medical skills, he treated her wounds to the best of his abilities and carried her to the nearest medical facility. After that the two of them started seeing each other when he wasn't busy, spending time with each other and growing close to each other. For the first time in his life, Falz thought he finally found someone that he could open up too. They spent two years together before the facade came to an abrupt halt. A scan from a passing scout bot revealed that Shii'Ell was in fact a Demon. A Succubus. Before giving her the chance to explain, Falz unleashed his nanobots on her, quickly killing her from the inside. After that, he didn't know what to do, so he did what he was best at... building machines. He rebuilt her as a machine using her body as a base. While it wasn't the perfect combination of machine and demon he was expecting, the result served him well. However, the mix of harboring a demon then bringing it back to life as a machine tarnished his name, but he didn't care. All he cared about was fighting the demons, and now he had the perfect tool to do so.
Personality: Falz was never an overly happy man. Typically keeping to himself and his machines. The sight of him enjoying himself was rare, even more rare was the sight of him smiling. A simple man with with nothing outstanding about him. The only one he ever opened up to was Shii'Ell. Whether it was some sort of illusion, seduction power or just good compatibility, Falz always felt at ease around her. It was one of the reasons he fell in love with her. After killing her, however, Falz returned to his silent self. Keeping more to himself then ever before, but this time just slightly more angry. He seems to dislike the demons over the angels, focusing most of his time on coming up with new ways to defeat them.
Powers: Machinist Expert: Being an expert in his field, Falz can create or repair almost any machine provided he has the parts, if not he can jury rig objects around him to work. This makes him a great asset, allowing him to act like a medic to machines while they fight against their foes.
Weapons: Cluster of Combat Nanobots: Swarms of nanobots contained in small capsules. While weak on their own, a swarm of nanobots can attack and dissemble any living or non-living object, including demons and angels. They are shielded to protect them against light attacks. While they are effective on taking apart enemies, any high tier angel or demon would have no problem protecting themselves from the nanobots, limiting their use to self defense.
Equipment: Repair Equipment: Self Explanatory
Cluster of Repair Nanobots: Nanobots specifically outfitted to aid and repair machines built by the Machina of Man. They are not armoured like the combat nanobots and cannot deal with foreign material making them useless in combat. They are, however, cheaper and easier to produce compared to their combat based counterpart.
Holographic Command Terminal: A terminal that allows Falz to override his nanobots default programming and allowing him to control them manually. Can also be used to communicate with and monitor Shii'Ell.
Other: Despite his genius with Machina and machines, Falz has left himself completely unaltered. He is still as human as the day he was born. He states that the Machina are a tool for man to survive, not to replace man. As such he refuses to upgrade or alter his body as a testament to his beliefs.
Name: Shii'Ell Dreznok Ashkorr
True Age: Unknown (Looks 29)
Age since Rebirth: 3
Gender: Female
Allegiance: The Machina of Man (Formerly Demons of Hell)
Race: Cyborg Succubus
History: Once a Demon, this Succubus has been reduced to a tool by the human she tried to kill. A young Succubus with thirst for lust set her eyes on a young man named Falz Ashkorr. Disguising herself as a wounded female, he took her in and treated her wounds. There were many times he had his guard down, where she could strike, doing what ever she wanted to him. But she never did. For two years she stayed with him, living with him as a lover, rather then a demon fooling her pray. However, her secret came out and her true identity was shown. It was none other then Falz who ended up dealing the final blow, taking apart her heart with his nanobots. Her last memory was her looking up at Falz as he held her, an empty expression on his face. Then, nothing. Her memory had been wiped, leaving her no recollection of any of her history before her rebirth. Since she has been reborn, she has accompanied Falz as his servant and his protector. Helping him claim victories against the enemies of the Machina of Man. She still gets the occasional glimpse of her past life, but ignores it, not wanting to risk ruining her current life.
Personality: Shii'Ell is kind and gentle, not something you'd expect from a former Demon who has been forced into a living hull, serving a human that she once targeted. Her personality is formed from fragments of her own memory from the time before she was killed, during the two years that Shii'Ell and Falz spent together. Shii'Ell acts more like a friend then a servant or combat based machine. And even though she is still part machine, programmed to serve Falz, she is capable of free will and has the power of choice.
Powers: A note on Demonic Powers: Shii'Ell has lost most of her demonic powers as a result of being infused with Machina technology, leaving her with just her body's strength and agility, and some of her lesser powers.
Flight: A lesser power, Shii'Ell can still command her demonic aura to grant her flight, giving her an edge over any ground locked foe she might come across. While Falz could've easily given her an upgrade to let her do this using Machina technology, he left it as is as a built in flight system would only draw more unneeded power from her internal battery.
Weapons: Her own body: A demon's own body is one of it's greatest weapons and that goes for Shii'Ell. While she's lost most of her demonic powers, her body's strength and agilty not only remains, but are amplified using technology built into her by Falz. Her strength, speed and agility surpass what her former body was capable of thanks to the implants and technology that runs through her demonic body.
Unforgiving Lust Mk. II: Shii'Ell's original spear, made from unknown material from the depths of hell. Falz upgraded the spear, strengthening the shaft with layers of electromagnetic alloy and replacing the blade with an energy beam. Much like Shii'Ell herself, Unforgiving Lust Mk. II is an amalgamation of demon and machine and carries the strength of both and, much like Shii'Ell, carries the weaknesses as well. Shii'Ell can summon this spear at will, using a combination of the lesser Demonic Power she has remaining and teleportation technology.
Equipment: Armadillo Class Shell: When Shii'Ell's flesh started to decay, Falz replaced it with an armoured shell. Not only does it protect Shii'Ell from physical and angelic attacks, it provides her with power needed for her abilities, acting as her main power supply. The shell can last up to four months on internal power without major use. About a week if she was in constant combat and around three hours if she stayed at max power. However, being as it is Machina of Man technology, it is weak to Demonic attacks.

Personality Many would expect angels to be forgiving, radiant and warm creatures. Azaezel is nothing like that. The arch-angel is cold, calculated and thoroughly without mercy. He believes that all who have sinned must be punished by holy decree. Both humans and angels, and even the lesser races of man. He is arrogant in his belief and utterly unmoving on the subject. Even during the peace, he despised not only demons but also the humans. For it is in a Demon’s blood to sin, but humans got a choice. And often, in his eyes, they choose wrong. As arch-angel, he allows no backtalking from normal angels or any other race that allied themselves with the light. But he respects and honors all angels in the hierarchy above him. Without exception. His loyalty here is unwavering.
History He started out as an angel long ago, and a talented one at that, but chose to remain a librarian. Keeping track of the sacred tomes of the angels. His days were filled with infinite time, and he often found himself going through the tomes. Learning of holy magic which he trained himself in. His wife, Esendra often went out to aid the humans. Though after one mission, she did not return. The foolish humans saw her as a danger. Local authorities had taken her captive. The angels forbid Azaezel to intervene. So the poor angel had no choice but to watch from the heavens as humans ended up killing his beloved. Together with all his ability for mercy.
The next day he joined the heavenly forces. Thinking he recognized the wickedness within humans and the whole alliance. At first, he had a habit of questioning his commanders. Which earned him quite a few punishments. But then one of his officers sat down with him, telling him that he was an excellent soldier. His talent in Holy Magic, particular summoning, seemed to have given him a chance to enter the Ordo Magnus. But his habit was getting in the way of that. Azaezel told the officer about how the rulers of heaven stopped any interference to help his innocent wife. The officer listened attentively and then asked what he would have done. The humans had made a mistake, and if he had descended and slaughtered the square war would have been inevitable. Worse, the legions of heaven would not be ready.
Since then, revenge has been the fuel of Azaezel. He bid his time, knowing that the frail peace was ultimately doomed. He increased his knowledge, and eventually became head of the Ordus Evocator. As well as a Lord Arcana. Wielding the devastating powers of heaven now, he marches forth for vengeance, penance, and justice.
Powers High summoner of the heavens - Azaezel brings forth the seal of magic and breaks it. From it, the powerful beasts of heaven come forth. Not only is he able to bring these holy animals there, he can also command them. They will not disobey and vanish if either they are destroyed or their objective has been completed. Many angels among the Ordo Magnus are capable of summoning the animals. However, Azaezel has a particular gift to summon much greater and much more creatures than the average angelic mage.
Greater flames of cleansing - Only a few of the Ordo Magnus can actually use the cleansing fires. Even less can tame the greater spells that go with it. Never the less, Azaezel mastered the art. With the cold fury of the heavens, he burns away flesh and sin. The golden flames burn like oil-fires. They stick on surfaces and continue to burn long after the spell has been cast. Melting metal away like acid. When the fires are strong enough, you can hear the sound of oxygen getting sucked towards them.
Herald of the sun - The light of saints come at Azaezel’s command. Allowing him and his men to travel through the light. As well as to cast bolts of lights that pierce metal, rock and sinners. Heralds of the Sun are particularly gifted angels. Allowed to drink from the Sunwell. A sacred fountain within the heavens. Only a few can take consume the power and not burn on the spot. But when the essence has been absorbed, the angels radiate with pure light power.
Lord Arcana - There are many Lord Arcana. They are by far the most common spellcasters of the Angels. Still, their power should not be underestimated. They wield a multitude of spells, ranging from shields to beams of light. Azaezel’s offensive spells taught to him in as Lord Arcana pale with the power of the Greater flames of cleansing. But still, he uses the defensive capabilities. Meaning that his defenses are no greater than that of an ordinary Lord Arcana.
Weapons Dawnbreaker – A sacred staff forged long ago by a Grand Lord Arcana and first Herald of the Sun. Dawnbreaker amplifies light magic. It also allows to wielder to cast “Dawnbreaker”. Calling forth the sun to cleave through any clouds and strike the ground with its golden rays. Burning all sinners that get hit. It’s a particularly devastating spell but requires a lot of energy of the user.
Equipement Tome of Arcana – the tome contains many arcane secrets, ready at its master’s fingertips. Each Lord Arcana holds his/her own version of the Tome of Arcana. Composed of spells and rituals chosen from the Grand Library. Tomes of Arcana can only be touched by angels. Upon the foul touch of humans or demons, it will light up in flames and burn until its ash.
Sunlight vial – essence taken from the Sunwell. The sunlight vial’s light can push back all but the strongest demons. It’s very light burns the skin of humans who are exposed for too long to it. When drunk by a Herald of the Sun, they burn like a star for several minutes. Often long enough to absolutely dominate the battlefield. However, each Herald only receives a single vial. So they must use it wisely.
Blue robes of the Holy Flames - Despite their look, the ornate blue robes are rather strong. Like magically enhanced leather. They won’t stop infernal blows from close range. But small arms fire has only limited effect on it. Even more important, it burns away the nearby hellish magic.
Others No theme song yet, will look for it tomorrow!
Title: The Holy Bolt, The Angel of Judgement, The Thunderous Roar, The Lightning General
Age: 1272 years old
Gender: Male
Allegiance: Heaven
Race: Seraph
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 186 lbs
Personality: Raziel is a being of strict, disciplined vision. He in uncompromising in his beliefs that the angelic race is capable of great things, and he is willing to destroy anyone who he perceives as an inconvenience along the path to bringing his people to their full potential. This core belief-the foundation of his outlook was set in stone long ago, back when he was a youngling capable of perceiving and understanding the world around him.
As one might expect, a major face of Raziel's personality is his complete intolerance for substandard beings. Those who submit themselves to their basest instincts, eschewing their potential for greatness through ignorance and weakness, are anathema in his eyes. The masses that cannibalize wildly on others out of pure hunger are, to him, insulting creatures that serve no purpose but to be stepped on to bolster the strong-willed and able-minded. He is extremely adamant about the each worthy angel continuing to better themselves without rest. Should even one instance of unworthy behavior reach his ear, even if it is just a single lapse from an otherwise exemplary holy being, the punishment from his judgment is swift and merciless, earning him the the title of the 'The Holy Bolt.'
The 'Holy Bolt ' is perfectly rational--even courteous--to those who he deems worthy of his respect. Any angel who display the qualities that he finds most suitable is treated as an equal in his eyes.
All of the emotions that Raziel finds useless or degrading are hidden deep within the flesh of his soul, heavily suppressed by the same discipline that allows him to lead as the Holy Bolt . As a result, each major emotion that he shows is almost entirely under his control. He does not become elated unless he permits himself to feel the rush of positivity, nor does he become angry without a purpose to its expression. On a functional level, this allows him to utilize his powers and skills in ways no others can, with him accessing such feelings whenever he deems it beneficial to battle. When looked at through a social perspective, however, it makes the man seem incredibly cold. He rarely smiles or shows any emotion at all, even when cutting down dissidents--a thing that has spawned more rumors about his cruelty than any other source.
History: Raziel Ingelbert , the Holy Bolt who brings judgement upon those who oppose the Heavens, can trace his blood and breath back through legend and myth to the heavenly world. Seraphs are born in small numbers, maybe a duo every century, and Raziel happened to be one of the oldest. As a Seraph, he was born, groomed, and trained to carry on the mantle of Seraphim. The Seraph of Judgment. As a Seraph, Raziel passes judgment on those who oppose the angelic race with the holy lightning of heaven.
Powers:
-Holy Lightning Control: Raziel can create, shape and manipulate holy lightning/electricity that's highly effective against the supernatural, such as demons and/or angels. Furthermore, divine lightning has other properties and abilities, such as healing, resurrection, summoning and complete an utter destruction by shocking those its directed at into ash. So is the divine judgement of heaven.
-Flight: Being an angel, he has the natural ability to fly, but as a Seraph, there wings are always flaming, or in his case, are bolts of golden lightning shaped into wings.
-Expert Tactician and Strategist: As a functional leader of the angelic forces and the man responsible for passing judgment upon entire races, it stands to reason that Raziel possesses a highly intelligent mind capable of hatching plans within plans and processing vast amounts of information. A genius by all accounts, he is an individual who can manipulate the the battlefield, opponents, and even allies through complex schemes that take multiple contingencies into account. He can think several steps ahead, allowing him to change his tactics on a moment's notice and adjust his plans to match the situation at hand. If he finds himself facing a vastly superior intellect, Raziel is more than willing to abandon tactics and simply overpower his enemies, taking away much of the advantages that they would get from their brilliance.
Weapons:
- Lepída tou Lightning: Its straight rapier like blade, its sharper and deadlier than most metal counterparts, and its light weight and maneuverability make it absolutely perfect for quick, deadly strikes that blow past defenses and puncture vital organs. Despite most spear-shaped weapons being ill-designed for parrying and extended bouts of swordplay, Raziel has perfected the shape and function of his blade to the point where he can match masters blow-to-blow, using his skills to parry, riposte, and disarm the majority of those he faces.
Equipment:
Holy Armor Creates an extra shielding layer that protects him from blows, but can only take so much damage.
Name: Suyiketsu 'Suyi' Yomi Title: Oni Princess | Oni King Age: Young, by comparison Gender: Female Allegiance: Demons of Hell | Yomi Plane Race: Oni Personality: Being the representative of the Yomi Plane, Suyi acts with clear intentions and rarely does an action of her without thought put into it. Despite being prideful the Oni goes to great lengths for her kin and is not afraid to get herself dirty. As refined as she tries to be however, it seems to be a common thing that Oni usually act rather wild and dark but still with passion. Though, as long as Suyi doesn't get drunk everything is alright.
Since she lost her parents the Oni is also out for revenge and would do nearly anything to attain enough power to do so.
History: There was once a mortal woman and a powerful demon who fell madly in love with each other - hoping to close the bridge created between the two factions. Without much success however, the mortal woman soon saw herself an outcast while the demon, unyielding through his love, had to crave a new home for the two, sheltering his lover from the harsh environment of the Demon Realm.
This was how the Yomi Plane came into existence - their children being the first beings that would soon be titled Oni. Despite retaining a lot of standard demonic traits from their First Father, the Oni's culture and social behaviour was ultimately decided by their First Mother, making the Yomi realm look like something out of a human fairy-tale.
Because of this, and them being no pureblood demons, Oni's were usually looked down upon, ultimately living a secluded life in their self-created monarchic Paradise.
With human-blood inside them, the average life-span of an Oni was a lot lower compared to the standard demon, leading to a lot of inbreeding and variations between themselves before ultimately becoming what they were today: Nearly human-looking with, usually, two horns on their head.
Suyiketsu herself was born as the heir of the Yomi Plane. Without any siblings to compete against and under the protection of the Oon Barrier, her parents education was rather considerate and thoughtful. Of course, no peace lasted eternal, and Suyiketsu suddenly found herself at wits end as a metal-winged angel single-handedly crushed her own little paradise and killed her parents... . Thus, her quest for revenge and honour began.
Powers: Oni Horns The power of a Oni is directly tied to the size and amount of horns they posses. With their First Father, Yomi, also being called the Many Horned Devil, most Oni nowadays have two horns. Rumours have it that way older generations were able to transform into more-horned variant, greatly amplifying their power.
Being an incredible prideful folk, the horns are also the source of protection against mind-fuckery abilities, making it hard to impossible to subside even a two-horned specimen.
The Horn of an Oni is extremely sturdy and a highly sought after material in the creation of protective gear.
Oni Power Somehow, something the Oni seem to be famous for is their strength. While increased physical attributes in comparison to a non-techno-human are superior, what really stands out is their strength, even amongst their demon brethren.
Oni Vitality Another trait Oni posses are their regeneration, able to withstand immense amounts of suffering. Sadly, however, the power of this ability fluctuates even more than others with the amount of horns they posses, making a two-horned variant take two weeks to regrow an entire limb.
Oni Mystic The Oni horns are full of magical energy! While their main use is to amplify traveling between this plane and others through special portals and their own blood, it isn't too uncommon that various mystics of the Oni species are fearsome magicians. Suyiketsu, however, did not receive any proper training in such arts so far.
Weapons: The Key Of Creation: Fate Supposed to be one of the Seven Keys of Creation that the Oni, Urias the Butcher, had taken from the Angel's a long time ago. Supposed to alter Fate itself, the Key simply became a family heirloom.
Whatever it is just a legend or the truth, the Key, in form of a blade, is simply a reliable weapon that never seems to lose its Edge.
Equipment: The Key Of Creation: Neuanfang Supposed to be one of the Seven Keys of Creation that the Oni, Urias the Butcher, had taken from the Angel's a long time ago. Supposed to alter existence itself, the Key simply became a family heirloom.
The pendant was returned to their rightful owners in the recent attack against the Yomi Plane.
Other: Themesong viewer discretion is advised!!! Themesong family friendly version!
Random Trivia: #1 Oni's fighting power is increased by alcohl. Despite that, however, Suyi refuses to drink #2 The death of their First Father, Yomi, was never confirmed. Nowadays he is worshiped as a deity. #3 No matter how many Oni Portals, a special arrangement of stones that allow travel between different Planes, are destroyed, somehow there always seem to appear more! #4 Despite the word 'Pureblood' being kind of prideful and thus, fitting an Oni, it is commonly used as a sarcastic remarks considering their mixed blood with humans. #5 The Oon Barrier was a protective measure created by Urias to ensure that nobody could ever trespass into the Yomi plane through their own means. #6 Rumours have it that the giant forests and mountains inside Yomi are still inhabited by elder Oni, some of them being able to call the First Father their grandpa. #7 Despite her parents deaths making Suyi the new Oni King, she is still just a princess until the coming-of-age ceremony. #8 Oni are true masters at making tea. #9 The Yomi plane is not only protected by the Oni but also the numerous mythical creatures usually living in seclusion.
Shizuka is the one with blue hair, while Hibiki is the one with pink hair.
"A professional must have standards. Be polite, efficient... And never hesitant." "There's brutally cunning and cunningly brutal: One hits you hard where you're soft, and another hits you when you're not looking!"
Name: Hibiki and Shizuka Meido Title: Mecha Maids, Smash Sisters, The Twins, Heal Bot (Hibiki), The Iron Maiden(Shizuka) Age: As twin sisters, they're both 27 years old. Gender: Female Allegiance: Machina of Men Race: Hibiki is human, however Shizuka is a Holy Spirit. Essentially, she had died and went to heaven. She can now interact with other mortals even beyond death, though after siding with the Machina of Men, Shizuka has to go through great lengths to stay by her sister's side. Height: Hibiki - 1.8 Meters, Shizuka - 2 Meters Weight: Hibiki - 65 kg, Shizuka 76kg Personality: Hibiki is energetic and devious. As the more talkative of the twins, she often speaks on behalf of herself and Shizuka, and is essentially the brains between the two. While always full of pep and eager to fight, Hibiki knows better than to just rush-headlong into things and often plans out her attack. She likes a more supportive but active role to ensure that everyone is fighting at their peak efficiency. Hibiki is oddly good at seeing through people and getting a read on them, which she simply attributes to a woman's intuition.
Shizuka is relaxed and affable. She always seems a bit sleepy or spacey, but make no mistake, Shizuka is even more eager than Hibiki to get things done. Despite her calm demeanor, she's far more likely to jump into things and go with the flow than Hibiki is, and she'd do it all as quietly and effectively as she can. Shizuka likes to be on-point and fairly proactive, taking advantage of her enemies' weakness at a moment's notice. Shizuka can be dense at times, making her unaware of more subtle or mature things. Shizuka also isn't emotionless, she just has a good control over her own feelings.
History: Shizuka and Hibiki were born as twins, their names chosen for how each of the babies acted as soon as they were given to their mother: Hibiki never stopped crying, and even after she did she was always cooing for her mother's affections. Shizuka was more quiet, and after she calmed down she seemed to go straight into a nap. However Shizuka's silence wasn't just a quirk in her personality: of the two twins, she had the weakest health as a child. Before the twins were even two years old, Shizuka passed away and Hibiki would grow up without a sister.
At least, until Hibiki was 14 years old. One day she had a dream; a dream of a girl with blue hair who looked like her. Hibiki knew this girl was Shizuka, her would-be twin sister if she was alive today. Shizuka warned Hibiki of danger coming, giving her visions and warnings of things to come. Using this knowledge, Hibiki convinced her parents to move just in time: demons soon came to their home town, razing it to the ground. During that battle, Hibiki swore she saw her sister there at their old home, waving them goodbye.
Ever since that day Hibiki looked for her twin sister the only way she knew how: She had joined with the Machina of Men and trained as a Combat Engineer. She used the opportunity to get close to battle and find a glimpse of her sister, and one day she did. Hibiki was fighting against the forces of Heaven when her unit was ambushed by angels. Though death was cheap in the Nexus, it was still a fearful and painful experience. Hibiki's teammates were slaughtered one-by-one until eventually it came to her. But just before the deathblow could have happened, she was instead swept up into the arms of an another. Her sister, Shizuka.
The two escaped the battlefield, where they eventually came back to the Machina of men. Shizuka wanted to protect her mortal sister more than anything else, even if it meant betraying the heavens themselves. However Hibiki's commanding officers were hesitant to accept an angel in their ranks, and Hibiki refused to allow them to run tests on her. So a compromised was met; using their technology and Shizuka's knowledge of angelic rituals and magics, she was bound to her sister Hibiki, ensuring that if Shizuka was ever too far away from her sister that Shizuka's body would be pulled towards her. Additionally, Shizuka's angelic powers were suppressed with mechanized armor dubbed "The Iron Maiden", which while powerful for a mortal, would suppress most of Shizuka's powers as a Holy Spirit. With this arrangement, Shizuka joined Hibiki as a Combat Engineer.
Powers: Hibiki doesn't really have any "powers" per say, and most of her tricks are reliant on her weapons and equipment (Detailed below). However Hibiki is a skilled sharpshooter and repairman, often employing both skills in battle at the same time. Hibiki specializes in utilizing various equipment and gadgets to overwhelm the enemy, as physically speaking, Hibiki is a strong and athletic woman but still just human. Recently she has obtained a mechanical leg (It replaces her right leg) that functions very similarly to a biological one, at least well enough that it does not impede her in battle.
As a Holy Spirit Shizuka is normally capable of some magics, mostly minor things such as blessings and protective wards. She also knows a variety of holy rituals that allows her to provide additional support and utility. Physically, Shizuka actually does not feel pain or exhaustion, allowing her to go beyond the normal limits of most humans. That being said, Shizuka is no more capable that her sister is, only that Shizuka wouldn't tire out or cease due to pain.
Wings - Shizuka has the ability to manifest angelic, feathery wings from her back. These allow her to fly with great speed and agility, far exceeding the abilities of creatures normally born with wings. Shizuka can also use these wings defensively as a shield, though it does damage the wings and make them less effective. Shizuka can create wings for herself instantly, but if she takes the time to do a full incantation she can grant wings to any allies near her.
Twin Telepathy - A limited for a telepathy that allows Shizuka and Hibiki to constantly be in mental contact with each other so long as they are alive. This Telepathy also allows them to instinctively know where the other is, whether they are miles away or even on different planes of existence. This ritual also allows the two sisters to can perceive through each other's senses and if Shizuka does a full incantation, they can switch consciousness temporarily. If Shizuka ends the ritual or if one of them dies or is knocked out, their minds go back to their original bodies.
Wards - Shizuka can use her magic to create barriers made of either magic or whatever material, element, or resource is on hand. She can make her wards wall-like fortifications or floating personal barriers, as her magical wards can deflect specific attacks or even be inverted to make her opponent's attack bounce right back at them. Shizuka can make weak wards quickly, which usually can only take one or two hits, but longer incanation can create stronger, longer lasting, and more complicated wards.
Weapons: Both Sisters:
"Cerberus" Modular Gauss Rifle - A combat rifle that uses a miniature but powerful electrical magnetic field to propel bullets at great speeds. It's called the Cerberus as it has three different firing modes. It has a long range mode where it can fire a charged shot with great accuracy and range, even causing an explosion upon impact. This mode is best for sniping or being used against heavily armored opponents. It's second mode is more automatic, either fully or semi, and instead of one powerful shot it instead fires a burst of weaker bullets. However while each shot is individually weaker than the other modes, they have a sort of incendiary property that allows them to continuously burn opponents who were hit. It's third mode is essentially a shotgun mode, where it fires a multiple bullets at once. Roughly as powerful as the first mode but with a shorter range, the purpose of the third mode isn't damage but impact: even at medium ranges it hits with enough force to dent most armors, and against small, lighter targets, if the blast itself doesn't kill them it will certainly knock them off their feet. Additionally, other accessories can be attached to the rifle for additional combat effectiveness, from anything a simple as a bayonet to even another gun.
Pulsar Gauss Pistol - Similar to the rifle, this pistol uses a miniature electrical field to fire bullets. An emergency weapon, it simply has a fully auto function that fires high impact bullets. It has a decent range as well, making it essentially a weaker fusion of the three forms of the Cerberus rifle.
Charge Blade - What appears to be a simple combat knife is actually an advanced plasma weapon. While it functions as a regular blade in it's dormant state, when activated it can emit a powerful plasma edge that would melt through nearly all types of organic and inorganic materials.
Hibiki's Gear:
Biotic Rifle - A sniper rifle that shoots a bullet made of nanomachines. When they hit an enemy, they not only pierce them as much as they can, but they also break apart and corrode any physical matter around them. When they strike a friendly unit (Friendly being programmed prior to battle), they instead disperse into a mist right before striking the friendly unit, and the naomachines would instead repair equipment and heal any wounds covered by the nanomachine mist. The nanomachines are also covered in a sheath or energy that disrupts magical barriers and essence, allowing them to harm incorporeal beings and those who are normally resistant or immune to mundane weaponry.
Bastion Turrets - These are automatic turrets that Hibiki can place using a deployment package. Hibiki can leave them where they're at to attack anyone she deems an enemy, as well as see through their sights to maintain a surveillance in an area. She can control them either remote or manually as well. Bastion Turrets also create a forward shield that protects everything directly behind them, leaving only their turrents directly damageable.
Tricky Bombs - A variety of explosives that Hibiki uses to lay traps or attack her enemy. She has simple ones such as bombs that explode into fire and shrapnel, but she also has some that create slick oil, a sticky glue, bombs that create a heavy gravity to bring down flying opponents, bombs that implode, and much more. Hibiki get's these bombs from a specialized bag on her waist that creates them on the spot, though they do require raw material to make, which Hibiki typically gathers before hand or on the battlefield.
Shizuka:
Power Fist - A fusion of Shizuka's Rocket Sledge and Force Shield, this armored gauntlet is equipped with rocket boosters near the elbow as well as a force field generator, allowing Shizuka to create the same wide-shield as before or sheath her gauntlet in energy to disrupt physical matter that comes into contact with the fist. Thanks to Shizuka's limitation removal, she can easily use this gauntlet without additional equipment to assist her.
Seier - An ornate sword Shizuka obtained from the Valkyrie Gwynn when she fell in battle. Seier is now bound to Shizuka, thus it will return to her should she ever lose it upon death. Additionally, Shizuka can now use her magic to change the size and shape of Seier. She can make it into a dagger for tight-corridors or assassination, it's original size, or even into a large two-handed sword suitable for a mech.
Azazel - Essentially a heavier and more powerful version of the Cerberus. The rapid fire mode is the equivalent of a heavy anti-material machine gun, the shotgun mode becomes a veritably shock cannon capable of seismic damage at close range, and it's sniper mode is effectively an anti-tank rocket with the same speed but greater power than a bullet. This weapon is actually suppose to be used by mechs, but has been built into a weapon compact enough for Shizuka to use on foot.
Equipment:
Both Sisters:
IM-0RT4L Combat Armor - Combat armor that the sisters wear in battle. Not only do they provide them protection from attacks but also environmental hazards, allowing them to survive environments that lack air, are deathly cold or hot, or even toxic to life (at least for a short time).
Nereid Aquatic Operation Armor - Combat armor that the sisters wear for underwater missions. Despite it's form fitting figure, the armor has everything the sisters need to fight in and underwater: it can filter water into breathable air, withstands the pressure of the ocean from any depth, allow the sisters to swim and maneuver through the water with ease, see in the dark, and they're color coordinated. Shizuka's armor is a light blue with more armor than her sister's, as Shizuka's armor is meant for melee combat and speed. Hibiki's armor is a vibrant pink that, despite what one may think, can actually camouflage itself underwater very well, especially in light. While underwater, Hibiki's armor actually wraps the light around her, causes her to vanish as long as she is still. Her armor further helps Hibiki hold her position even in the harshest conditions: her long "Hair" is actually a fin that helps her stabilize and maintain her position. Additionally, Hibiki can fuse her legs together into a single mermaid like tail, which allows her greater speed to escape foes who get too close to her.
Hibiki:
Stalker Cloak v2- A collar that Hibiki wears around her neck, the Stalker Cloak can generate a small field around her body that not only turns her invisible, but also silences any noise that originates from within the field to anything outside of it. So while Hibiki can still hear things perfectly fine, no one will be able to hear her. The stealth field also removes any traces of heat, aroma, or even life within it's area of effect, allowing Hibiki to go completely unnoticed. Additionally the Stalker Cloak has been given additional upgrades, including greater durability to allow repeat use, as well as a new feature: instead of just turning invisible, Hibiki can break down her body and equipment into a flying mass of nanomachines, assuming a semi-incorporeal form. This form is controlled with Hibiki's mind and allows her to slip through hazards and barriers she normally wouldn't be able to, however in this form Hibiki also can't directly interact with objects, only move around or avoid them. She has to reform if she wishes to do anything else aside from move.
Repair Drones - Hibiki has a bandoleer of what appear to be grenades, but are actually small robots who can help repair machines for Hibiki. While durable, they are not suited for combat, however they are almost as good at repairing machines and robots as Hibiki is, and can often undo damage done in a matter of seconds. Hibiki carries three of these.
Shield Generator - An upgrade from Shizuka's usual IM-0RT4L Combat Armor, it effectively gives the same benefits but without the need to equipping armor Itself. It takes the form of a back-mounted generator with bracelets and anklets to help shape the barrier to a more humanoid form.
Matter Replicator - Using the resources from Alt Signia, Hibiki has improved the nanomachine technology she utilizes. The pouch she uses that once was only used to make her explosives can now replicate any equipment she feeds to it, including weapons from a battle. She can also create instant replicas of her equipment using it, allowing her to be ready for battle at a moment's notice.
Shizuka:
Gwynn - A formerly unnamed shield of the Valkyrie Gwynn, when she died defending the Eliticor from demonic hordes, Shizuka took up her shield in honor of her memory. It is now bound to Shizuka. Useful for blocking projectiles and deflecting blows. Like the sword Seier, this shield is capable of changing it's size and shape to suit Shizuka's need. Currently it serves as Seier's sheath, and should it be needed Shizuka can equip the shield in battle.
Other: Hibiki and Shizuka's outfits for repair and mechanical work is their maid uniforms. It helps with moral.
”What do you want? You’re in my way. Unless you have something to say, move.”
Name: Krinsa Hellhalf
Title: The Fallen Angel, Dark Angel, Half-Hearted Killer
Age: 46, it seems she stopped aging in her 20's
Gender: Futanari
Allegiance: Reluctantly, Demons.
Race: Half-Demon/Half-Angel (Dark Angel as she was called)
Height: 5’11”
”No hard feelings, I don't want to kill you . . . But I must.”
Personality: On the surface Krinsa seems to be a cold person as her main focus is survival and her current (and overarching) goal. She is just a blunt person, typically saying what is on her mind, though this should not be confused with a lack of discretion. She is a nice enough person. If someone were in trouble she’d be likely though she would also expect compensation of some sort. Her loyalty to the Demons is. . . troubled at best.
Krinsa’s beginning is an obscurity. All that is known to Krinsa is that her mother, an angel, was held prisoner by a Demon that defiled and impregnated her. Somehow, she escaped back to Heaven where she gave birth to her child. It was then that they were disturbed by the growth of both types of genitals on the baby and exiled it to the world below, figuring she would die on her own. Of course, this would not happen.
As time went by, she was raised as a weapon by a group of scientists in the Machina of Man for her abilities as a descendent of both Angels and Demons. Of course, Krinsa only understood what the scientist told her for the first 16 year of her life as she underwent experimentation and training in a multitude of weapons, though she had more of an affinity for melee weapons. Perhaps something from a raging demonic heritage they assumed.
Over the next few years, the experiments and training continued and another “test subject” was brought in. This time, a full fledged angel that the scientist had somehow gotten their hands on. Locked in the same cells, the angel quickly felt the mix of blood in Krinsa and spoke up about it and telling her a story of a half-blood baby sent to the land of machines years ago. . .
The next day during her training section she got her hands on the newly created Arkshock Blade. They instructed her to cut the angel in half with it, wanting to test it on a live subject. Krinsa couldn’t bring herself to do it and instead used her uncontrolled power to escape the facility, grabbing a cache of weapons and leaving a trail of destruction in her wake.
With that, she escaped with the angel and the two returned to heaven with Krinsa attempting to do so with peaceful means. Of course, she was denied with the excuse of her blood being a blemish on her existence. She’d have no such luck getting in. . . Not that she didn't expect that. It is why she took the cache of weapons. There was little chance of getting back in to the Machina of Man so that left her one choice. . .
Powers: Heaven and Hell: An ability that she uses in combination with her Arkshock Blade. The electricity coursing through her blade becomes filled with holy light and the blade itself burning as the flames of hell.
Dark/Light Orb: Krinsa creates an orb of Dark Demonic energy or Holy Angelic energy. Each do a slightly different thing. Dark Orbs explode on contact with anything. Light Orbs slightly expand and then implodes on themselves. For the most part, these move slowly when she throws them so it is best done at a very close range.
Dark Flight: Normally, Krinsa has her wings hidden. She can call them out to give her the ability of flight. Her wings are similar to an angels, just black.
Mixed Heritage: As a being of mixed heritage, she has a bit of the positives of both sides. The innate abilities of the angels and the slightly heightened physical abilities of her father.
Weapons:
Arkshock Blade: The Arkshock Blade is Krinsa’s weapon of choice. In short, it is a katana with a massive charge of electricity coursing along and off the blade of the weapon. It was originally made to be a weapon for Krinsa by the scientists that imprisoned her. It’s electrical flow can obviously be turned off.
Dual Exploiters: A pair of semi-automatic handguns that shoot out slightly inaccurate explosive bullets Best used at medium to close range.
Changing Repertoire: Not a weapon exactly, but Krinsa has a changing repertoire of weapons that she can use from rifles to grenade launchers.
Equipment: Among some other things, Krinsa carries a few grenades around.
Personality: "You are beneath me, but you will bring me great pleasure~ >:3"
History: Someone long ago decided it would be fun to make a sentient robo-cat. Well, that didn't quite happen as all they had to start out with was a bundle of string. Never-the-less, Noire was made and brought into this world to tear into the hearts of man the terror of their own desires before the war came and shifted around the priorities of the world. Now she fights to prove her dominance over all being of the universe.
Powers: - Ever expanding tail that can double in girth and secrete a subduing liquid to biological units. - Can turn small bits of self into threads of string with neigh indestructible durability and control them as part of her body.
Weapons: - Reinforced fangs and claws that can tear into the toughest of metals.

A Example of his power is when he attacked a Village of Humans. He entered the Village by himself and stood in the center of it looking out across it. This was in the middle of the night his preferred attacking time. As he watched a village elder came out and looked at him with horror in his Face. Aidoneus just smiled and lifted his hand up and unleashed a Shadow ball into the mans chest. He then walked over to the location of the mans Home and entered it to see scared children and a wife. He smiled at him and then turned away as his men dealt with them all the while screams could be heard. Throughout the night he repeated the same thing screams could be heard all over the village and he smiled at it all. Enjoying the screams of terror. Name: Omega Title: The Divine Deputy Age: Unknown Gender: Male Allegiance: Heaven Race: Spirit Height: 6’ Weight: Does spirit energy weigh anything?
Personality: Omega is a stereotypical cowboy. Kind and soft spoken always ready to lend a hand or gun to whoever needs it. Speaking of, his weapons of choice are a bit of a controversy among him and the angels. While they swear by the sword, Omega feels they could easily turn the tide of the war if they just started utilizing technology and often speaks openly about this. Nevertheless, the hosts of heaven are his people and Omega will fight to the end for them.
History: Not even Omega knows how he came into being. When asked he simply says one day he “woke up”. He had no memory, no family, and no name. What he did have was a ghost town and an intact collection of old western movies and memorabilia. He learned everything from them and adopted the persona of a wandering lone cowboy as he identified with those characters the most.
After much time had passed Omega longed more and more to find more of his own kind. He began traveling long distances searching for signs of life. Eventually, he happened upon a Nexus portal and decided to enter. It was here he found a land under heavenly control brimming with life. While he was clearly not one of them, the angels who lived there accepted him and even gave him a name based on the symbol that replaced his face. While he learned their culture and way of life, he stuck to his cowboy motif simply because at this point it was who he was.
Though he had been told of the war, he never really felt the drive to fight in it since it wasn’t really his war. That was until the demons launched an attack on his new home. Watching the only people he had known and cared for be slaughtered was more than enough motivation for Omega to take up his guns and fight back.
Powers: Heavenly Light: Omega emits a power light that temporarily blinds anyone unfortunate enough to be looking at him at the time.
Ethereal Form: Lacking a real body or true form, physical attacks such as regular bullets and weapons have little effect on Omega. However, he is more susceptible to magic and energy based attacks.
Charge Shot: Channeling his energy into his guns, Omega can fire off a more powerful shot that deals more damage the longer he holds it.
Weapons: Truth and Justice: Twin revolvers of Omega’s own design. Made from celestial silver and infused with holy powers. They fire spiritual rounds capable of slaying demons and piercing armor plating. When the fight goes hand to hand Omega can still use them as each one had a blade on the end just as sharp as any other heavenly sword.
Equipment: N/A
Other: Omega is ambidextrous which is why he can use a gun in either hand to full effect.
”Balrog will crush all puny weaklings!”
Name: Balrog Title: The Juggernaut (Bitch!) Age: 300+ Gender: Killer Allegiance: Demons of Hell Race: Murder Beast Height: Big Weight: Crushing
Personality:
Balrog isn't the smartest and even has trouble speaking, but that doesn't matter to him as he lives for one thing, war. His thirst for battle and blood is unquenchable and has never turned down a challenge, even facing impossible odds (which may have been the reason he got captured before). He is loyal to hell simply because he fully embraces their brutal tactics both on and off the battlefield and has respect for those who show strength in combat. Other than that, no one owns Balrog, which is why he has nothing but resentment towards the Machina for trying to make a slave of him.
History:
One day, some scientists from the Machina decided “Hey, if hell can corrupt and control us, why don’t we do the same?” Then some other guy was like, “That’s a great idea!” Then they high fived and drank some beers or something. They began their experiments small, captured imps and lesser demons that would do great as fodder, and eventually moved to bigger and badder ones that could actually do some damage on the battlefield. In time they had enough mind controlled demons for a small army and were ready to unveil their secret project to Queen Eos, when the opportunity of a lifetime came their way in the form of Balrog.
Mortally wounded but still alive the Machina had him in cryostasis in the hopes of keeping Balrog from dying and thus respawning, but the group of scientists had a better idea. Fix him up and make the colossal demon their greatest weapon yet! They gave him life support systems, replaced any missing limbs with state of the art weaponry and gadgets, and plated it all in the strongest armor they could. Truly they had made a demon that could rival even some of their greatest mechs, and hey, as long as it had its compliance chip, what could go wrong?
Lots. Lots could go wrong. The scientists didn’t account for Balrog’s berserk ability overloading and shorting out the compliance chip. Free of their control, Balrog went on a rampage destroying everything in his path. Desperate to stop him the scientists released every demon they had; none of them survived.
The scientists dead and their research lost in the facilities destruction, Balrog became the only remaining cyberdemon and returned to hell stronger than ever, and ready to rip and tear like never before.
Powers:
Berserk: Unleashing all his power and rage Balrog goes into a frenzy attacking everything in sight. He becomes stronger, faster, and ignores most light damage. Be careful, not even those under hells banner will be spared if they get in his way.
Bloodlust (passive): Killing a powerful enemy (PC/Important NPC) empowers Balrog and rejuvenates a portion of his health.
Weapons:
The Death Cannon: The Death Cannon was originally manufactured for a Grafdakka model, but rather than spend the time custom building a new arm for the new Machina demon, it was repurposed and given to Balrog. It comes with four rocket launchers that can be fired independant of each other or simultaneously. Surrounded by them is a particle cannon that rapidly fires plasma orbs perfect for taking down groups of infantry or shielded targets..
Arm Claw: On the other hand, literally, Balrog has as very large shell like claw that works great in close quarters combat. Being nearly hard as steel it slices unarmored opponents like butter.
Reaper Beam: Mixing his natural hell energies with the power of his robotics Balrog fires a focused beam from his chest that rips through even the most heavily armored enemies. All that raw power does take time to charge (01 turn) and the cool down makes it impossible to fire consecutively (03 turns).
Equipment:
Leg Mounted thrusters: The amount of fuel it takes to lift Balrog would do jack all to let him fly, but it is enough to propel him at ramming speeds.
Other:
“Your pitiful spells won’t save you now.”
Name: Joseph Wolf Title: The Inquisitor Age: Unknown Gender: Male Allegiance: Machina of Man
Race: Superhuman.
Height: 7’ 2”
Weight: Not sure. The scale broke when we tried to find out.
Personality: Wolf’s mind is a cold and efficient one. A firm believer in the ends justifying the means, he will go to any length to complete his assignments with ruthless efficiency. His years of conditioning to fight magic has given him a deep hatred of it; viewing it as the crutch that has doomed the other factions and as such detests when his own kind turn to it. Between his strict personality and his robotic armor, it’s easy to see why many have mistaken Wolf as just another machine and not an actual human.
History: Though it’s origins are unknown, it is speculated The Inquisition started out as an order wanting to learn magic; much like The Knights of Winter. However, when such orders began to fall apart, it became clear magic was not something man would be able to out class its enemies in. Thus, The Inquisition instead turned from trying to control it, to eradicating it.
Using what they had learned about magic, they discovered that those with psychic abilities could connect with the magical essence of the Nexus and, theoretically, alter it. The power needed to do this though was exponential and the only way to achieve it would be to enhance a natural born psychic with neural implants. Of course doing so often resulted in the subjects mind being fried from an overload of power, but The Inquisition wasn’t about to give up. After spending years perfecting neural technology, The Inquisition finally saw their first success in Joseph Wolf.
Though he was only a child at the time, Wolf was the only subject whose mind could tolerate and use the high amounts of psychic energy. From there they began his training, teaching him how to control his powers and use them effectively in combat. As he grew older he was enlisted in one of the Machina’s super soldier programs, undergoing genetic modification and further combat training.
Equipped with the latest Power Armor and weapons, Wolf is now ready to show the Nexus why it should fear any warrior of The Inquisition.
Powers:
Incorruptible (passive): With the mind of a fortress and the increased defense of his power armor, Wolf is immune to possession, hypnosis, hallucinations or other metal attacks of any kind.
Magic Detection (passive): Wolf’s psychic nature enhanced by his power armor allows him to detect and pinpoint any nearby magic and identify if it is holy, demonic, or perhaps something else?
Dispel: Using his powers to disrupt the energy of a spell, Wolf is able to essentially cancel and destroy even the most advanced spells. Requires at least medium proximity.
Disruption: Focusing on a specific target, Wolf can break their focus and blocking their magic essence, canceling any active spells while preventing them from casting anymore. Target can resume casting once Wolf’s concentration has broken.
Telepathy: Self-Explanatory.
Weapons:
Inquisitor Halberd: There are few weapons out there that match the quality of Inquisitor weaponry. Forged from pure adamantium and crafted with a celestial silver edge, these weapons are made to be unbreakable and able to cut down any foe. For added damage, there is a high powered flame unit installed at the back of the blade. It not only unleashes or torrent of fire upon its enemies, but also engulfs the blade giving it’s already devastating swings a lingering burn.
Arm cannon: Mounted on Wolf’s off hand is a high powered double barreled machine gun. While it’s low fire rate prevents any real crowd control, it’s damage output makes it than capable to handle stronger units.
Equipment:
Power armor: Easily the most important part of The Inquisitor’s equipment is their power armor. Designed to look like the Paladins of old, this hulking suits of armor is anything but ancient. The pinnacle of neural technology, The Inquisitor armor links directly to the users mind allowing full movement with thought essentially eliminating any sacrifice to mobility. Much like the rest of the Machina, the armor has a direct link to Eos for power and communication purposes. Top it all off with drastic increases in speed and strength and you have one of the most deadly warriors the Machina has to offer.

The Despised

Gender:
Male
Allegiance:
Demons of Hell
Race:
Incubus
Height:
6’4” - 193cm
Weight:
162lbs - 73.5kg
Personality:
Haven given up on subjugating Hell, let alone the Nexus, Sliske abandoned his surname in favor of a title that fit how the universe saw him; a scoundrel, trickster, pest, whatever you will. He no longer lets petty words bother him, instead embracing every slur, every cuss sent his way. Rather than fight this tide and try and portray himself as noble, he's allowed the rapids of insults to overtake him and destroy his image. Then he started from the ground, rebuilding himself around the one thing he could never control: Rage.
He loved his new, independent mind more than he ever did the welp that came before. Sliske Arkilius may as well be dead, Sliske the Despised has taken his place, army of amalgamations in tow.
History:
Sliske Arkilius, his name chosen by himself, doesn’t remember much of his childhood. And who could blame him? That was almost a millennia and a half ago. What he does recall, though, was that his mother was a succubus and his father, like him, was an incubus. In a place like Hell, that was a common pairing, two demons that could match drives often made a long-standing couple, and he was the result of that. By that logic, he was dispositioned to have an affinity for corruption as it sat, and for some reason, it came to him easier that it should’ve.
Moving forward to around the time where humans began rising in power, the incubus found himself to have quite a relationship with the dark and mysterious workings of black magic. He took his time and decided to expand upon this newfound strength, quickly gaining a strong grip on these powers, all while realizing something. Why reanimate the fragile, corporeal body when you can ensnare the soul instead? A cruel thought, but it was nothing that hadn’t been done before. Many a Hellborn necromancer had taken this approach in the war that was raging, and they had failed. Sliske, though, had a different method for his procurement of malleable spirits…
He approached the town in broad daylight, a small place that had gone far beyond the limits of human society in the Nexus… no one would miss the poor bastards that lived this far off the grid. He stuffed his hands into his pockets and walked right in, his tall, lanky figure drawing the attention of a large number of the dwellers. By the time he had reached a fountain in the center of town, the men and women of the place were waiting, all of them armed with pistols, shotguns, and everything in between. He raised his head from the floor and laughed to himself, showing off the sharp, white teeth that solidified his demonic impression. ”Ladies, gentlemen, is that any way to treat your humble guest?” Ever the showman, the demon took his hands out of his pockets and raised them to the air, dark clouds forming in his palms. As the magic built up there, he turned to the side and raised several fully stocked buffet tables in the square, smiling as the poorer folk of the area dropped what weapons they had and ran for the tables, stuffing themselves. ”I come offering peace. Hell doesn’t wish to drag you into our war, we only ask that you ready yourselves before the forces of Heaven come to slaughter and enslave you. To them, you are imperfect, fit only for the most menial and repetitive of labors.” He was lying through his teeth, and the humans of this forsaken place were buying it. One by one, they approached the tables, hesitantly tasting the offering, and diving in soon enough. ”You may know me as Sliske, Ambassador of Hell.” The incubus disappeared into the shadows at the moment, going as quickly as he came.
From that moment forward, his plan was set into action. Three years passed before he set his claim to that area, casting a form of ethereal net over the place to ensnare the souls of any and all who died. Each and every single death in his domain brought him more power, unbeknownst to those that thought highly of the demon. Soon enough, he returned to the square to the applause of the humans. He had done much for them, fed them, kept the dangers of the war far from their farms and factories, kept sickness at bay… now it was time to redeem his prize. A devious smirk graced his lips as he shot a hand into the air, the net solidified into a dome in an astounding display. The light caught his teeth as he disappeared into the shadows, removing himself from the scene and letting the humans figure out what had happened for themselves.
They did soon enough, and a long ten years passed before the death finally stopped, the souls of those who died of starvation, suicide, and whatever other method now counted into Sliske’s power. Alone, he was simply a demon with an affinity for the twisted, torturous ways of the afterlife. With several cities worth of spirits adding to his reserves, he’s a master of persuasion and dark magic. Simply put, he is not a demon to cross, for you may end up a part of his own little motley crew.
He ended up as a Demon Lord under King Rufus soon after that one city he ensnared. Though that one is a story for another time.
At some point during a massive power vacuum in Hell, Sliske Arkilius died by the hand of a lucky demon that showed once and vanished afterwards. During yet another period of time where he could contemplate what got him killed this time, he decided enough was enough, and struck his surname from existence. Sliske the Despised took his place, moving to isolation for awhile to hone both his body and mind. When he came back to his manor, he resumed his rule with an iron fist and bolstered the army under his watch. Rage now fueled him, which only helped to cultivate his superiority complex. In his own words...
"My era begins not with a quite takeover, but with Hell being razed in shadow."
War History:
The Battle of Ruthria: Killed through a combined effort of the Angels Omega and Tartys.
Alt Signia: Conquered a Machina agricultural planet in the meantime.
Hohenheim's Palace: Killed by Omega.
Arcadia: Reinforced Hell's borders. Killed by Gregorovic.
Powers:
Changeling – A trademark of his race, Sliske can change his form at will. The more power he accrues, the more varied these changes can become.
Mystic – With a masterful grasp of most forms of magic, Arkilius can cast a wide variety of spells.
Shadow Poison – A dark, poisonous gas released from Sliske’s hands. It causes a form of drug-induced hysteria, causing what is basically a horrifying acid trip, along with a dangerously high adrenaline rush in which everything is viewed as a hostile. Demonic creatures are unaffected.
Riftwalker - Sliske can open dimensional rifts at will to cross vast distances and between planets. An entrance and exit pair cannot be in close range of each other.
Weapons:
Claws – Sharp bone protrusions on the tips of his fingers. Dangerous indeed.
Bonesword - A favorite transformation of Sliske's right arm. His forearm gets changed into an unnecessarily sharp sword that's capable of slicing through lower-quality armor like a hot knife through butter.
"No matter how crafty you are, how strongly the Nexus favors you, I will not let you lay a finger on my people!"
Name:
Syphax Gallus Aquilus
Title:
Knight of the Southern Winds
Age:
34
Gender:
Male
Allegiance:
Angels of Heaven
Race:
Eagle Harpy
Height:
6’1” – 1.85m
Weight:
105lbs. – 47.63kg
Personality:
Syphax, like most harpies, is a bit of a self-righteous prick. The twist is, he has the abilities to back it up, and will do so without hesitation. He is absolutely fearless in combat, and while he has no particular allegiance to Heaven, he fights on the behalf of his race. He is widely considered to be the greatest warrior the Harpy race has ever produced, and the claims are well-founded.
History:
They came under the shadow of a moonless night, killing the sentries stationed around this Angelic fort with a few well-placed shots. Then they charged, a horde of well-equipped humans and mechs storming the walls and waking those in the barracks. Among them was the Knight of the Southern Winds himself, who had been enjoying a night of lust with a female of his race. The outer wall came down just to interrupt their love-making, and this spurred Syphax to action. He launched from the bed in seconds, equipping his armor and his weapons with unmatched haste. With a kiss on the cheek and a fleeting promise to return soon, he was gone out the barracks door before anyone else had even gotten out of bed.
The slim silhouette of a single, male harpy stepped into a one-sided fight. The lasers of distant snipers were already trained on him, one of them standing out as a bright cyan rather than the normal red. A hundred guns and rams were pointed at his chest, every single finger behind a trigger itching to end the monster in front of them. With a crack of his neck, he spoke with a thick, Norwegian accent. ”Good. A fair fight.” He launched into the air with a heavy thrust of his wings, the sheer force of the jump forcing even the Machina mechs to stagger back. Each sniper took a shot at him, all except the one behind the bright blue dot.
From the sky he rained hell, bolts from the warrior’s crossbow hitting every mark he chose, tearing through the soldiers below. Moments later he slimmed his profile, diving head-first into the army sent to take the fort with a flurry of steel, lacerating everything that got close. They fell in droves to the ferocity of Syphax, the ground soon tainted red with human blood and littered with corpses. The snipers were next, each dying a thankfully quick death to the hellish creature that had been unleashed upon them. Only one enemy escaped that conflict with their life. This enemy left before the entire force had been killed and filed a horrifying report, much to the dismay of the Machina.
The Knight of the Southern Winds, his fort defended and enemies wary of him now, retreated back into the hold as the rest of the soldiers poured out. Finding no threat, they all nodded to the passing hero before tending to the decimated field. He then made it a point to return to his lover, continuing the night as if it had never been interrupted in the first place.
At least, that’s how the tale goes. Some believe that he was the last one out of the barracks, that he only killed a single enemy and lost most of the guard. An engraved bullet he later noticed and dug out of his right arm defends his original story.
War History:
The Battle of Ruthria: Not present.
Alt Signia: Remained in Celestia for the duration of the battle with Dorafraki.
Hohenheim's Palace: Conquered the gauntlet and used his wish to liberate his race from Hell.
Arcadia: Killed by Ira after significantly weakening her. Hildr cucked his kill.
Powers:
Adrenaline – While in combat, Syphax is highly unlikely to notice flesh wounds until after the fact. This makes him especially dangerous when on the field.
Flight – Wings that enable flight, aerial attacks, and a host of other devastating talents.
Whilrwind - The sheer power behind Syphax's wings create a forceful gust of wind whenever he takes flight or lands, and prevents enemies from flying close to him. This will stagger most opponents.
Weapons:
Armadyl Crossbow – A powerful crossbow said to be used by the patron goddess of Harpies herself. Bolts fired from this weapon often penetrate light armor, and pierce flesh like paper.
Featherweight – An extremely light greatsword with unnatural maneuverability and extreme durability. It’s lightness is credited to being created from titanium and cobalt.
Infernalbane – A dagger that’s particularly effective against infernal beings, such as demons.
A mythical spear imbued with ice magic. In the right hands, it moves unnaturally quickly and flash-freezes whatever it cuts or stabs. Needless to say, it has found the right hands.
Aiglos can be used to create full-blown hurricanes and tornadoes if wielded by a Harpy.
"I wonder... Do I fight on because I want to win? Or simply to drown out the howling of the dead?"
Name: Alexi Robsdotter Title: The Knight of Winter Age: 26 Gender: Female Allegiance: Machina Race: Human
Personality: For one who fights for the Machina, the Knight of Winter was an exemplar of many of the virtues of an angelic knight. Unquestioning loyalty born of honor and oaths, rejection of modern technology for chivalric steel and sorcerous will, a grim and serious demeanor. But the loss of her order has twisted seriousness to the hint of madness and turned grimness to fatalism that gnaws away at her heart. In a more idyllic time, Alexi would enjoy the pleasures of a roaring fire, hearty stew, and copious amounts of cheap beer and ale.
Personality Evolution: In practice, I settled on a far more deranged version of her personality. Aka, she used to be as above, but now she's plenty far further gone, while also gaining a sort of childlike aspect.
History: Humans have never been the race with the greatest sorcerous potential, but that does not mean they have none. The short lifespans of humans could never master magic to a degree that would allow them to fight in the war between Hell and Heaven on a mass scale, and their breakthrough came in the form of machines. There are occasionally those with the genius and natural potential to in a short life amass the power to fight, however, even if perhaps the playing field still isn't quite even.
The Knights of Winter, was once an order, living near the peaks of a snow-covered mountains, honing ice magic beyond mere manipulation of cold, and preparing their skills for when they were needed once more. When they were found and drawn into the conflict in the Nexus, their hearts were roused by the plight of humans seeking independence from both gods and devils, and they launched a crusade to aid the Machina. But they were few, and many were of only human talent, and they made no difference in the war at large. Especially due to the fact that the Nexus didn't seem to agree with them.
Alexi became The Knight of Winter with a capital T because there are none left of her kin or fellow knights. None of her oathbrothers have ever been reborn by the magic of the Nexus, and what was once a righteous crusade quickly became a lone warrior. Gifted beyond her years in skill, but more importantly in simple fate that left her the last of her kind.
Powers:
The Knight of Winter has ice themed powers. Shocking. However, her LITERAL ice powers are... Lackluster. While she can summon misty fogs, icebolts, and walls of ice, they simply lack in sheer power compared to angelic or demonic magicians, or even normal Machina technology such as guns and shield projectors. While bolstered in an cold environment or weakened in a hot environment, neither makes much of a difference to the fact that her literal cryomancy is little more than a support and utility power save in the most absolutely ice or fire aspected areas.
But her true powers are thematically related to "freezing" and slowing things, and the rebound when things revert to how they were meant to be.
Inviolability of the Mountain Peak- This creates an aura which places a "maximum speed" on all physical objects within a short distance of Alexi. Bullets become dodgeable, allowing martial combatants with the skill to parry arrows the potential to parry bullets. Momentum is however left intact, because magic says so, so the objects become no less deadly. If something enters then exits, it resumes appropriate speed.
Frostbourn Steps/Avalanche Strikes- Alexi can store up her speed, momentarily slowing her steps, to gain a great burst of movement, a "dash move". While her overall speed, does not change, sometimes it is useful to be much faster for a critical moment at the cost of slowness when you can afford to. Likewise, she can charge up a swing of her sword or some other strike, pushing and exerting her muscles, but her blade not moving until she releases the energy all at once in a strike that hits like ten. The weakness of both these abilities is that she cannot change the direction of the energy. Going right cannot become going left, and a thrust cannot become a swing, and being interrupted from focusing wastes the charge.
Dazzling Snow- Alexi can "freeze" the light coming off of her, to slow its travel from her body. When combined with fast movement, this can leave afterimages and leave the opponent a moment behind if they rely to much on their eyes and reactions.
Weapons: Her Oathblade is a magically augmented steel, that has served her well. It holds a keen edge and has not broken or blunted yet. It is also cursed or booned with the souls of all her fallen comrades. She does not know this, and thinks the pained voices are simply her own trauma, and not the fact that the Angel of Death has been futzing around to try and turn the otherwise worthless Order into a real force. The Oathblade currently draws upon the souls inside it to be very resilient, but if a necromancer with mastery of souls rather than just bones and bodies got ahold of it, or Alexi learned it's true potential, the power would be quite something.
Equipment: The Knight of Winter is well equipped for the snow. But otherwise doesn't carry many of the useful gadgets like grenades or guns that other Machina aligned characters might. Theme:
"Awww.. Does somebody need a big fluffy hug?"
Name: Sapphire Pink Title: Has not earned one. Age: 36 Gender: Female Allegiance: Angel Race: Woof
Personality: Sapphire has a lot of sympathy for all the pain and suffering in the Nexus. She doesn't, on the other hand, have much in the way of empathy. She tries to understand it intellectually, but there's only so much you can empathize with something you've never experienced. With her unique feeding mechanism, it's impossible for her to feel bad, or anything negative at all. No matter what the circumstance, she can't help but feel at worst neutral about a situation, even if she is being skinned alive. No hard feelings about that, Pink literally can't hold a grudge.
As such, Sapphire is perfectly happy to be in the Nexus, as there's an abundance of food, and she gets to make people happy by eating! Win win. Her goal is to eat as much emotion as she can, and there's ever so much of it. Except with those weird Machina, who are probably the closest things to something that can irritate Pink, as many of them don't have ANY emotions whatsoever for Pink to eat! Those metal people just plain confound her.
She'd like to learn whether those Machina are feeling emotions and she just can't eat the, and how to eat Machina emotions, if they do have them. She'd like to know what those emotions she eats actually feel like, just the once, to know. She'd like to eat and eat until she becomes such a singularity of emotion that she can eat all the negative emotions across the entire nexus, and make everyone "happy".
History: Sapphire Pink arose spontaneously from the complex tangled emotions of the Nexus. And she hooked up with Heaven because of her natural alignment. She's not all that powerful yet, even though she continues to feed. But maybe there'll be some particularly delectable suffering in the bigger fights.
Powers:
Negative Emotion Eater- Sapphire is fueled by negative emotions. In that she consumes and destroys them to generate energy. Getting a hug from Pink will always make you feel better, because she will literally start eating any emotion that is making you feel bad just by touching you. Note, this is emotions that are making YOU feel bad, not some arbitrary universal standard, so if the emotion of say, happiness, causes you physiological pain, Sapphire will eat that right up.
Mirror of Desire- Sapphire can transform herself into whatever inanimate object or appearance someone else desires. So, if someone else wanted her to look like Juno (and that person knew what Juno looked like), Sapphire could use this to look like Juno. Similarly, if someone was like "Ack, I need a sword!" Pink could transform into a sword. However, she doesn't do both appearance and inanimate object at the same time. So, if you want a sword, and use Pink, it's going to be extremely pink. She can still use her magic while in object form, and can communicate telepathically with anyone touching her. Her limit is her mass (she couldn't look like Jormundgar or tranform into a Longship) and for inanimate objects specifically, she has to understand how to transform into them, so she can't turn into a Chevalier suit for example.
Sapphire, of course, does not count as someone else to be able to copy her own desires.
Negative Emotion Sensing- Pink can sense the general direction of nearby negative emotions. It seems to somehow be connected to her sense of smell.
Power of Heart- Sapphire primary attack is beams of intangible holy energy that harm demons and phase through anything else.
"People who say you can't make friends with science just aren't trying hard enough. Isn't that right, boys?"
Name: Cassiopia Julienne ??? (Last Name Unknown) Title: She makes her minions refer to her as "Captain Cassidy" or "Captain Julie", occasionally with some extra flourishes on the end. Age: 111, she's actually pretty happy with the numerical symmetry there. Gender: Female Allegiance: Demon Race: Slimecubus, Succubed, Succubus/Slime, she tries to maintain the ruse that she's purely a Succubus though.
Personality: Cass doesn't like going outside much anymore. Surrounding herself with her walking fortress and minions is a defensive mechanism to not have to fight the world herself. Despite her desire for friends and attention, she finds herself unwilling to put herself at risk to earn them. She hides behind her persona of a cruel Pirate Captain or her outgoing cyberspace Profile. She tries to pretend she's got everything going on, that she's a high class succubus who's an elite hacker, has a giant battleship, and armies of undead following her charismatic and bold leadership. In truth, she's mostly just insecure and follows what everyone else tells her obsessively. But she'll still totally call down a massive artillery barrage on your house for headshotting her in her favorite FPS.
History: Whoever bore Cass gave her a nametage, and then cast her out. Fortunately, survival was not difficult, even as an infant, with her ability to simply slorp along the ground and eat whatever. However, by the time she could read the nametag she bore, it had apparently been marred, and the last name was torn off. Still, she called herself by the two names she was at least half sure were hers. Being not a particularly impressive personal fighter, she went to college to study a type of spellcraft to be useful on the battlefield. How she found a college in Hell is anyone's guess. It makes no sense.
There, she fell afoul of a "sorority" of other succubus and generally got teased and hazed mercilessly. One time she even got stuck in a reinforced waterbed for a week. As much as she would hate to admit it, that was kind of nice as it let her just entirely relax and let something else other than her own effort be her skin (nowadays, like a Vampire sleeps in a coffin, Cass sleeps inside a waterbed) Still, she broke free and pursued her studies. She sought necromancy in order to create friends, and when she mastered the art of necromancy, she made sure to put that sorority to good use in her thesis project. Or that's what she'd like to tell you. Instead she just tried to keep her head down and avoid ticking them off.
Eventually, however, she "mastered" necromancy, and realized she couldn't really make willing and intelligent friends without willing souls. Which required friends. Which presented a circlular problem, because she had a cripling fear of people now. Retreating to the online world, Cass started hacking her way into the Machina network via her ghosts, and started learning everything she could relating to machina, hoping now to create a robot companion. While she has not yet succeeded, she has learned much, and is created an ever expanding hive mind with her networked minions and herself. Eventually, she hopes to steal enough parts and enough knowledge to create true artificial intelligences to be her friends.

Succubed:
Online Persona:
Powers:
-Slimebody to Love- Cass is both a slime and a succubus. Given that particular combination, her shapeshifting natural ability is VERY good, as both slimes and succubus have mutable forms. Cass generally uses this to appear to be a pure succubus. Unfortunately, it's also a bit tiring, as maintaining a non-gooey form takes a lot of focus, and when she vegs out, she tends to just start goo-ifying. She has very impressive damage resistance, in that most attacks tend to splatter her around rather than hurt her. Her particular goo she is constructed out of is extremely heat resistant, having fed during infancy near and eventually in lakes of hellfire, but freezes easily, and being frozen damages her cells. As she is mostly made out of goo, most attacks specifically targetting the living, such as poison gas, don't work. Her strength and speed are pretty good, though she doesn't particularly excel in either of them like say, a Succubus like Fran. As a succubus, she naturally can sense emotions (particularly lust), twist people's emotions (particularly to lust), send telepathic messages (particularly lusty ones), and create illusions (particularly lew-ok, I'll stop now). However, she has not focused training on these abilities, instead focusing on her necromantic and technological endeavors, meaning these are generally more instinctive and passive than intentional, other than Telepathy and Illusion. Telepathy she's ok at but not with great range. Her illusions tend to be wonky enough that they're easy to tell that they're illusions if looked at carefully, but sometimes that's fine. An illusion of fog still blocks your vision just as much as real fog even if you know it's an illusion. Slimecubus Powers: Very good, but tiring shapeshifting, extreme durability (though not necessarily cohesively), near fire immunity (ice vulnerability), immunity to metabolic hazards, succubus mind stuff (Emotion sense/manipulation, telpathy, illusions) though not trained that well.
-Necromancer of Machines- Cass's actual effort in life, rather than the natural ability handed to her by birthright, has been towards the disciplines of necromancy and machina, and synthesising that into necromancy on machina. First in college, she studied traditional necromancy, but then she herself brought her love of machines into play, and learned hacking and then started coming up with unusual combinations. Necromancer Powers: Soul Echo, Ghosts (with Hacking), Zombies (Networked), Skeletons (She can, but doesn't generally), Abominations (Necrolimb Armor), Corpse Explosion (Revengeance!), Shades Soul Echo Manipulation: Necromancy is a risky prospect in the Nexus, and thus Cass has put a bit of an effort in to make her necromancy more palatable, and not fall apart when the animated being is resurrected. Her creations are animated by flesh, magic, and the echo of a being's soul, rather than the soul itself. While Cass does know traditional bind the soul necromancy, she doesn't dare use it. Ghost in the Shell: While an adept hacker, even the best of hackers need an "in" or an "exploit" to start getting their mojo on. One of Cass's favored tactics is to send tiny ghosts to insubstantially slip into the enemy's circuits and give her a direct start at corrupting those 0's and 1's to her desires. Corpse EX Echo- Revengance: The Machina and Angels have some absurdly powerful attacks at their disposal, and Cass would love all too much to return that power right at them when they abuse her Crew. Rather than just normally causing explosions from corpses by burning the energy of their remaining mass and lingering echoes of the departed soul, Cass can cause also tap into the spiritual echoes of the attack that killed them, launching a corrupted version of the attack that killed her minions. Or whatever corpses she finds. The Dead Network: Zombies really have a lot of brainpower going to waste that they don't need, for all they moan about how much they want brains. Cass installs her minions with networking chips that communicate back with herself, creating an enormous distrubuted computing network to increase her mental capacity, while also allowing her to instantly give sychronized orders to all her minions. This also allows her to tap into her minions skills, which she has overly relied upon, having more or less 0 personal fighting experience if separated from her network. Her abominations are also part of this network. Necrolimb Armor: As any proper necromancer of class, or specifically of the Advanced Animations: Abominations class, Cass can create abominations, twisted amalgamations of dead flesh that never existed in life. Apart from the general combat brutes, mount-type, or ships crewmen abominations that she has created, her prized abomination that approaches being a friend is her Necrolimb armor that was her first creation in that class, which helps protect her, keep her in a mostly cohesive physical form rather than splattering and gooping everywhere, and boosts her physical capabilities from "alright" to "ouch". It has many limbs, eyes, horns, teeth and tongues, like any proper abomination, and this one even has a fair bit of intelligence. When expecting battle, it will usually be outfitted with shields, guns, and other assorted weapons. While her Necrolimb armor is part of her Dead Network, its connection is merely communication so they can synchronize in battle. It really is the closest thing to a friend she has, so she doesn't want to lose that, even if it would increase her fighting capability, as by the time Cass is personally fighting, she's probably lost most of her Dead Network and thus fighting skill. Shades: Cass would really love to have some friends and such that weren't part of her amalgamated networked hive mind. Maybe pretty too. So, she's learned how to make undead that are intelligent, appear mostly human with no icky rotting flesh, and generally are shadow instead of blood oriented vampires... But she's never had the opportunity to make one, as it would require a willing soul and friend to do, being impossible to achieve with just a soul echo. Machina Powers: Expert Hacker (she has intense amounts of brute force processing power from her Dead Network), Machina Reanimation, Salvaged/Improvised Machina Weaponry, the Restless Warband, and the Scrapyard of Insufferable Arrogance, which gets its own entire category. Machina Reanimation: Cass has mastered how to resurrect Machina. A broken body is not so different from a broken machine. There are parts missing and a lingering will of what those parts were once supposed to achieve. Even the most plain tool has someone who wished it to fulfil a purpose for them. When Cass reanimates Machina, her demonic magic bridges the gaps. If ammunition was missing, demonic projectiles will be fired, in the semblance of what those ammunition once was. Reactors come alive again with cursed flames even with gaping holes in their chambers. Salvaged/Improvised Machina Weaponry: Like some of heaven(and the machina) uses technological artifacts enhanced with holy magic, Cass often supplements what tech she reanimates or salvages with demonic magic or ingenuity. One simply doesn't use a balista in the modern age unless you've spiced it up with maybe some hellfire or icey alchemical madness. A common thing she uses is Hellfire Lava to replace gasoline, which seems to work wonderfully for the flamethrowers the Restless Warband love. Restless Warband: Sometimes the Scrapyard is just impractical to bring to the fight. It's slow, it can't turn, and it's really REALLY big. For those times, or to provide picket defense when it is being fielded, Cass turns to the Restless Warband, which is her collection of Undead that seem to just naturally be more enthusiastic about killing than the others, due to their unusually potent soul echoes. But why this is under Machina, is because the Restless Warband crew a fleet of motorcycles, buggies, trucks, and other light vehiculars, garishly retrofited with necromantic and demonic paraphanelia. Basically, undead demon Mad Max warband.
-Scrapyard of Insufferable Arrogance- Cass has an army of undead networked with her to draw on her mechanical skill, and the boneyards and shipwrecks of an eternal war across an entire dimension to utilize, with her ability to resurrect machines to patch the gaps, and with that she has created the Scrapyard of Insufferable Arrogance, a hulking monstrocity, being to a battleship what an Abomination is to a human. It is created from mechs, ships, airvessels, trucks, and tanks, hulls welded onto hulls onto hulls, creating an undead mockery of the Machina flagships like the Elicitor or Contender.
While of comparable or even larger size, depending on how rich the hauls have been of late to those vessels, it falls completely short of those in battlefield performance. It is incredibly slow and unmaneuverable, as wheels, legs, and engines, and even an occassional sail of all things, all of mismatched sizes and technological eras, struggle to push it forward. The idea of turning around is nigh laughable. Its armor is composed of scrap from vessels whose armor had already been defeated and deformed by enemy fire, and might have been left around rusting for a millenia or three, and that armor is patchy and unstable, full of weak points where the superstructure of whatever vessel makes this part of the hull couldn't hold much armor. Though, at the same time, it can easily shrug off the losses of huge portions of its structure, as it is more or less of a fleet of resurrected machines welded together rather than a single whole.
Its gun coverage is unreliable and spotty. Its fields of fire are often blocked by wonky parts of its own construction, its weapons mismatched as balista and missile ports stand side by side in the same battery. And, unlike the Machina creations, made as a new whole, none of the salvaged destroyed vessals composing the Insufferable Arrogance bear any weapons worthy of being called anything near the main gun. For a "ship" its size, the Insufferable Arrogance's range is extremely low, bearing the main guns of much smaller things rather than a true proper weapon. But it does have one particular trick. Many of the guns on the Scrapyard are pointed inwards, being on points of the hull of whatever machine was being salvaged into the Scrapyard, that ended up pointing towards the inside of the Scrapyard. Naturally, firing such a gun would normally be a BAD IDEA. However, the Scrapyard has channels inside of it, ensorceled with enchantments, that when activated, gather all the shells and lasers and flame and arrows fired into these inward channels, gathers them at the central part of the ship, hexed into a swirling ball of purplish demonic corruption, which then fires upward and lobs itself at whatever Cass decides needs to die, to shower them in a rain of corrupted munitions. These enchantments take a turn or two of recharging after firing.
All in all, the description of "Mockery" is the most appropriate of the Scrapyard of Insufferable Arrogance in comparison to the Machina creations it apes. It cannot match them in any metric, defense, offense, or maneuverability. But it is created by a singular Demon's passion, out of the Machina's own failures and losses, to say "Oh look, I can do it too, it's not so hard!" And to someone who is NOT a machina created battleship, the very size of the Scrapyard of Insufferable Arrogance may be sufficient intimidation to hide the flaws of what is essentially a thousand dilapidated wrecks reanimated and fused into the tortured semblance of a battleship.
"Let's all get along everybody! Oh, dear, except you, sorry, I'm gonna shoot you a lot."
Name: Tsukuyomi Goddess of the Moon
Age: 999 Gender: Female Allegiance: The Angels of Heaven Race: Goddess Height: 5'9" Weight: Ah, this armor makes me look fat doesn't it? It's not me, really!
Personality: Shy and personable at the same time, Tsukuyomi loves being with others, but is never quite brave enough to take the forefront unless her sisters are with her. When her sisters are with her, she can let that shine forth and be bubbly and active which occasionally leads to her going a little too far with Amaterasu. She hates to see either one of her sisters distressed and tries to make peace between Susanoo and Amaterasu, or solve her own trespasses against Amaterasu as quick as she can. Outside of combat, Tsukuyomi loves taking care of her pet rabbit and cosplaying duo with it, even if she's generally too shy to show anyone. Some might think it's strange for a rabbit to have a pet rabbit, but Tsukuyomi loves her rabbit Rabbit anyway.
History: In the distant past, Amaterasu was slain by her brother, Tsukuyomi, out of jealousy and hatred, who later came to the realization that life wasn't all that great if he didn't have his sister. Out of depression and sadness, Tsukuyomi eventually committed suicide, rejoining his sister in death, much to the dismay of Susanoo. Susanoo fell into a depression that eventually led to his death, in a sense. While the depression was not the exact cause of Susanoo's death, it is believed to have played a big part as Susanoo charged against armies, willingly fighting until he would eventually fall in battle.
Much later, the three deities were reincarnated into their forms, at roughly the same times. Acting as a unit, the triplet trio of Godly Sisters was born into the Heavens, retaining their knowledge of their powers and strengths, and tasked with the goal of keeping the Heavens safe from any harm.
The middle triplet of the Godly Sisters (by one and four minutes respectively) was born with half heart. Her sister Susanoo had a whole heart, and Amaterasu barely had a heart, but Tsukuyomi had half one. In order to prevent himself from ever harming Amaterasu again, Tsukuyomi had sealed his jealousy, anger, and anything else he thought might cause him to harm her inside his bow. This lead to Tsukuyomi's emotional dependence on her sisters.
Powers: Flight - Tsukuyomi can fly, shifting the tides of her personal gravity and flitting about on wings of moonlight. Lunar Manipulation - Tsukuyomi is able to manipulate her connection to the moon in all sorts of ways. She's all over the place. While the most prominent ability is ice, Tsukuyomi is not as adept at ice as Amaterasu is defensive with sun and fire, or Susanoo is powerful with lightning. But she has a broader range of abilities, and in particular most of her non-ice abilities give her unpredictable maneuverability.
[+] Sliding Ice of Trickery - Tsukuyomi can create spreading ice sheets from under her feet that somehow helps her skate where she wants to go even faster and easier than usual. For anyone following her, it seems to be a trail of regular ice. Right up until it stabs you by suddenly spiking upwards. [+] Frost Armor - Tsukuyomi can't dodge everything, no matter how much she tries, and so has an elemental armor like her sisters. It doesn't have any neat rider effects like Susanoo's attack booster or Amaterasu's reflection though. [+] Chill of Death - Tsukuyomi's arrows need a little extra umph, and this is that umph. She enchants her arrows to, upon striking, unleash ice into the tiniest cracks the arrow creates, expanding the crack and tearing what she hits apart. Hopefully. If it doesn't breach, the ice will just create a frozen shell. [+] Shifting Tides - Tsukuyomi can manipulate her personal gravity and momentum for sudden shifts to unexpected directions. She also uses this a lot to help her balance while doing Taekwando in midair while holding a bow, and that particular use of it has become instinctive. [+] Erratic Orbit - Tsukuyomi can designate a target that she will suddenly begin orbiting around, just one more way to unpredictably move. She can also do this for her arrows, allowing her to curve her shots. [+] Totem of the Rabbit - Tsukuyomi can call upon the power of rabbit-ness to gain additional speed, especially on the ground. It also raises her kicking power a fair bit. Any allies nearby that are willing to gain ephemeral bunny ears also gain a little bit of a speed boost. [+] Bunny Shaped Rice Cakes - Tsukuyomi carries with her little rice cakes that she swears give you the energy to run forever. While perhaps hyperbole, they still do seem to regenerate stamina, though not magic or wounds.
Weapons: God Kicker Boots - Tsukuyomi's boots are enchanted like weapons, because on Tsukuyomi's feet, they definitely are. Nearly unbreakable, and conductive to heavenly powers. They also shift slightly to accommodate the changes to Tsukuyomi's feet when she uses Totem of the Rabbit. Counting Bow with the Fate of Death - When Tsukuyomi draws back an arrow, a mirror arrow is created near each ally that stands (or as is more often the case flies) with her, allowing her to turn everyone in her company into an archer. When performing an arrow barrage like this, while including anyone who is not her sister, Tsukuyomi cannot enchant any of these arrows. If the only partners involved are her sisters, she can still enchant them. When one of her sisters perishes, Tsukuyomi is made aware of what killed them, and can fire arrows through her link with her sisters and the nature of death, from the tip of her bow to the space within a meter or so of her sister for one vengeance barrage. This bow is summoned by her heart whenever Tsukuyomi makes to draw back an arrow with it.

"What happens when an unstoppable spear meets an immovable shield? Lots and lots of radiation. Kinda boring, actually."
Name: Cydone Title: The Unstoppable Blade Age: 563 Gender: Male Allegiance: Angels of Heaven Race: Angel Personality:
Relaxed: Cydone doesn't care too much about winning or losing generally, so he doesn't see much at stake.
Enjoys a Good Time: Cydone enjoys a drink and enjoys a fight, and if the opponent's a bit too weak, then maybe he'll do both at the same time to even things up.
Appreciates Zeal: What matters is that you tried your best. Not in a grand cosmic scheme, no, giant space monsters will still crush your face in, but on a personal level.
History: Not the most ancient angel, Cydone's the product of a long family line of warrior angels. These angels, perhaps humorously, follow an ancient style of cowboy dress due to their heirloom weapon passed down along the line. Sometimes clinging to an old style doesn't always look like regal and pristine robes. Cydone's a veteran of relatively few battles, after each defeat secluding himself to train up a counter to his perceived primary weakness.
Or so he says. He often seems to be found in bars while supposedly training. And he doesn't seem to ever come back with a new move. Ah well, such is life in the nexus, where everyone from skeletons to hammers wants a drink.
Powers: Inertia Manipulation - Cydone's primary power is to manipulate the inertia of objects, capable of rendering it so low that they zip off at incredible speeds if nudged, or so high that it will come apart at a molecular level before they change velocity.
Flight - Wings not included in picture, but let's pretend.
Reflexes - Cydone can move pretty dang fast in a straight line with Inertia Manipulation shenanigans, so he's gotta have the reflexes to keep up with himself and not splat on landing.
Triple Engraved Chakra - Cydone can spend a little bit of life energy and some extra time to make his inertia magic much harder to dispel.
Reality Check - As a mage of the "altering physical laws" type, he's learned to sense when other people are messing with them too. If you're twisting time, space, or such, Cydone'll know. He might not be able to do anything about it, but he'll know.
Heirloom Blade - Cydone wields a revolver gunblade, which is a pretty damn old relic passed down through his family since before the Machina were a meaningful faction and the mechanical implications of electricity were realized, much less robots existed, made by a loyal human retainer as a tithe. Generations of Cydone's family have enhanced this blade when they finally passed on with a more final version of Triple Engraved Chakra. Cydone's really not sure of all the enchantments that are on it*, but it's hard enough that it's never broken when he slammed it against something with maximum inertia, it doesn't need sharpening, it seems to have anti-demon corruption stuff and other general holy magic enhancements, and it's got a nifty trick where it unleashes wind slashes that Cydone can enhance. Making his own ammunition is a bit of a pain though, given how old it is.
Equipment: Plenty of reloads for his revolver, as well as some shuriken and buckshot rounds that he'll explode in his hands for surprise close range shrapnel bursts. He's also got some wire he'll spool around his blade or attach to grapnels for more inertia manipulation shenanigans.
Main Theme:
"You're gonna have a bad time, partner."
*hint hint this is where new abilities will be added in the future because he's too lazy relaxed to train.
Removed From Existence:
"And so they say, he wished to the Alchemist of Genesis that the Nexus had more cute animal girls in it, and poof, her wish was granted..."
Name: Artoria Title: Master of the Maniacal Menagerie Age: 62 Gender: Female Height: 277 cm. Allegiance: Demons of Hell Race: All of them. ALL. Personality: Demented and obsessed. Artoria has ONE thing she cares about, and that is turning the entire world into cute animal girls.
Artoria has some weaknesses towards people who are already animal girls, but usually not ones of the cute type she is oft to transform people into, perhaps oddly. This seems to also/particularly be the case for snake types.
Artoria seems to swing wildly between cowardice and fearlessness, depending on how badly she wants to transform the particular target she has latched onto.
One thing Artoria has in particular wanted to try is assimilating is the power of the gold and silver eyes. But she hasn't bested any silver or gold eye users in combat yet to use her Khimaira Protarchikos on.
History:
The opening blurb about sums things up. Artoria's life before becoming who she is now is relatively uninteresting and unimporatant. And who she is now is relatively simple, a person who obsessively punches people into cute monster girls, steals their powers, and then runs off, not knowing what to do with someone once's she's finally caught them.
Powers:
Manifest Destiny - It is Artoria's personal mission in life to transform everything into cute animal girls, whether they originally be giant robots or insubstantial energy beings, and her sheer force of unstoppable will has granted her the capacity. Upon inflicting what would otherwise be damage* upon a being, Artoria may instead transform them into a cute animal girl in proportion to the damage they would otherwise do. Machina seem to be particularly vulnerable to this, transforming more than they should based on the rather minimal damage punching a giant robot in the shin should. Angels seem rather resistant. Machina also tend to lose more of their power upon such transformation, as they tend to lose a lot of important techno-gear when they cease to be a robot and become flesh and blood, while Angels are frequently already animal people and all their powers still work upon transforming. *this ability also causes attacks to be treated as type appropriate before considering whether they would do damage. Ghosts, pure energy beings, and immaterial concepts can all be punched into cute animal girl-ness by Artoria's reality warping obsession.
Khimaira Protarchikos - Artoria proved a far more potent Chimera than many many other experiments by Hohenheim, seemingly through sheer will and spiritual compatibility, because her initial physical form was entirely lackluster and ordinary before transformation into a Chimera. Artoria seems to be absolutely insatiable in her ability to assimilate new forms and powers simply by witnessing them, activating them on or off at will with shapeshifting. Even such legendary beings as dragons and the Leviathan don't seem to even require her to stretch her capacity. Of course, for some reason, they seem to have to be in animal forms that Artoria finds cute before she can steal abilities from them, with the odd exception of the Leviathan.
Equipment: No.
Main Theme:
Left the Nexus:
"I wear glasses to correct my vision. Pride in my natural abilities is foolishly misplaced to a hilarious degree in that regard. I'm going to wear THIS suit of armor, to correct dying from bullets and shrapnel before even reaching the enemy and being unable to breach their armor upon arriving. Pride is for archangels and dragons. Which I'm sure you'd prefer, but you'll have to make do with me. Victory is my pride."
Curiosity: The reason why she loves engineering and machina and meeting new people. With her Angel Loyalty, Drive, and other stats at lows, that's why one of the first things she did when she got to Hoho's castle was to try and science out how the edge of the Nexus and other things worked. But that got stopped immediately.
Loves Attention: Of pretty nearly any kind. The primary reason she likes Henry is because Henry has frequently paid attention to her. Despite that attention being that of an obsessive desire to make her a possession without any consideration to her own feelings. And when Juno and Dora basically told her "stop whining and fight", despite that being appropriate, Miyu nonetheless felt like they weren't paying any attention to her or her problems, which was another hit against her Angel Loyalty stat. Similarly, when Deva granted her a gift that seemed inappropriate to the situation, it felt to Miyu like Deva wasn't really paying attention (and to be honest, she's probably got a ton of calls to take) and just threw a power up at her to try and make the problem go away and stop bothering her.
Loyalty to the Angels: This used to be really strong, but it's taken huge hits from the conversations with Iona, Deva, Juno and Dora. It's still there, but it's hanging by a thread.
Drive to Win: At first, she was fresh off battles where she was a big fish in the small pond and was really making a difference. And then in the following battles, she was absolutely crushed in succession and was arguably more harmful to the angels than to anyone else (her one point capture destroyed half the angelic forces, and while she took out demon grunts, she also bombed Alt Signia). She started to feel like a coward first for how she wasn't willing to kill herself to avoid capture, and then second how she wasn't willing to let herself be captured to help the angels. So, her self-confidence and drive were at a low, so she tried to cheer herself up by throwing a party and playing to her "Sees Good in Everyone" stat. And while asking Iona for gift ideas.. Iona told her that the war is designed to be an endless battle for the amusement of mysterious beings with no escape and that peace even through victory is impossible by design. (Now, that may not be the message Iona meant to communicate, but it's what Miyu understood, and when Miyu repeated it back to make sure she didn't mishear, Iona didn't correct her, so she assumes that's the truth.) That hit her loyalty to the Angels pretty hard and absolutely crushed her drive to win. She feels worthless and that her contributions are meaningless.
Sees Good in Everyone: Miyu likes Balrog, and thinks he's a nice guy. BALROG. She thinks his violent destructed tendencies make sense in a world where people come back from the dead, and that he directs his anger at valid opponents, but was a remarkably good friend to his allies. Miyu likes people, and wants to see the best in them, and to see them succeed (and have them pay attention to her). Her desire for peace springs from this. A lot of her drive comes from the thought that winning the war for the Angels would bring about the best form of peace. Now with what Iona said, that seems impossible, and that angelic high command doesn't deserve to win if they've been supporting a meaningless war.
Revolver Ocelot Syndrome: Miyu betrays people, things, and herself. This is not a natural part of her personality with ebbs and flows and reasons like the others. It just is there, a compulsion that she doesn't even realize. On a smaller scale, her fighting style is all about trickery. On a larger scale, even with how Miyu was starting to like Henry, she would have still betrayed him, even if her loyalty wasn't to the angels.
In summary: She's nearly but not quite lost her loyalty to the angels, her drive to win has been utterly crushed, seeing the good in everyone seems impossible, no one's paying attention to her (in Miyu's self-absorbed mind), and Juno punished her for trying to indulge her curiosity. She's running on a scrap of loyalty and Revolver Ocelot Syndrome. That's all she got left.
History: The event that changed the course of destiny of Miyu from a low ranking noble of a family that long since lost its warrior blood to a lonely blade anathema to her own people, was not some great betrayal, or tragic death, or even inspiring mentor. It was when she saw a shiny piece of glass, fallen on the street of a human world, and tried looking through it. She could read letters from far away! She was nearsighted.
This little thing trickled down, changing her perspective and world. This little invention allowed her to finally see the world clearly, but her parents did not allow it to her for the sake of pride. A nearsighted angel? Miyu saw this as folly. Weren't her swords a tool, because she didn't have claws? Armor because she lacked scales? Where should the line be drawn between a righteous tool and unrighteous? Her family was weak and getting weaker, but they refused to innovate or adapt, for honor and pride.
That would not be her, Miyu resolved. Miyu frequented human worlds in secret, easily passing for human with the addition of a cloak (ok, she may have restricted her visits to costume festivals), and acquiring her most previous possession, her glasses. She learned something of human ways, and found many aspects admirable. As evidenced by her picture, she is still not a complete master of human clothing.
It was in a later battle against the Machina of Man that the final change took place, though her decision had long since been made. The numerically inferior garrison-quality force of an unimportant world dealt absurd casualties to a supposedly superior angelic host. Lack of willingness to adapt to enemy tactics and the enormous disparity of equipment allowed what should have been a decisive victory to become a Pyrrhic one. When fiefs were awarded to the noble houses participating in the assault, Miyu took for her own a smog drenched industrial holding that none of the others wanted. Because inside it was a factory for the Daimyo V Battlesuit. Even without workers or further supplies, the resources already there would allow Miyu to equip herself for quite some time, as she was a lone soldier and not a regiment.
Adopting the ways of war of the Machina was not without political repercussions. Miyu lost her family name, was dismissed from her unit, and generally an absolute outcast of angel society. But she is still determined to prove the worth of technology, roaming hopeless battlefields and saving or turning the tide when angelic commanders have no hope but to call on any and all assistance to win the battle.
Daimyo V Battlesuit: That's a V, not a roman numeral five. It also looks like this.
As you might note from the combined facts of "no wings" and "angel legs don't bend like that" this is less of a suit of armor than a piloted mech, being 16 feet tall, Miyu piloting from the chest of the mech.
Apart from a standard-grade hyperedge blade, the Daimyo V is loaded entirely with defensive measures. Heavy armor plating protects the Daimyo V from most attacks, the heavily armored shoulder and back pads easily capable of tanking airstrike and artillery rounds. There are some vulnerabilities from below in the heavy armor, the back pads are shielding exhaust vents for the primary reactor. Numerous micro-missile anti-missile systems are secreted about the Daimyo, their detection systems are mostly effective when given a specific arc or target to defend against. They can also be placed on anti-infantry, but are not terribly effective. However, most importantly, is the AEGIS VII (that is a Roman Numeral this time) shield system. The Daimyo V has no energy weapons or flight systems, allowing it to spend exorbitant amounts of energy on its shields, proportional to its size. When all shield power is focused on a single arc, it provides nigh-invulnerability against weapons of the Daimyo V's weight and tech class, and the front arc is even stronger than any other arc. One weakness to this system is that, while the back and rear shield projectors are shielded under the heavily armored pad and smaller, the front arc shield projector is vulnerable (see that green orb?). While it's not a super "shoot here you win" weakpoint, it is a "shoot here and the front arc is sans shields".
Unfortunately for Miyu, the Daimyo V, while a fine piece of technology, is not some super wonder prototype with performance off the scale. It's a mass production model, albeit, a quality one.
Mantle of Unconquerable Sun: A basic angelic spell of shielding your weapons and armor from demonic and other magical influence. No amount of magic resistance is very useful if your opponent can turn your armor into an iron maiden or phase right through your weapon. Low level angels like Miyu who often have to make do with less mystical or legendary weapons must learn spells to provide their weapons and armor impromptu enchantments. Given Miyu's armament... She has taken this spell above and beyond the scale it was originally intended for, though the strength has suffered somewhat, the Daimyo V still vulnerable to mystical assault, though more resilient than normal Machina. Her specialization and effort has afforded her much more skill in it than most other angels of her class, though, and unlocked another effect, that of "unifying" the armor and weapon. Armor piercing attacks have their penetration power nullified as the impact is diffusely spread across the armor, and the Daimyo V's blade can clash edge on edge or strike heavy armor without blunting. This obviously doesn't do anything to attacks that are already diffuse, like explosions. This spell combines quite well with the naturally defensive Daimyo V to make Miyu irritatingly difficult to put down for normal troops on the battle field.
Mantle of Unconquerable Sun has had... weird interactions with the Daimyo V's AEGIS VII shield systems. Several attempts at getting them to work together has resulted in both the spell and shield failing in a very showy explosion of light mana and shield shards. Miyu feels like she's close to unlocking some sort of offensive ability that relies on this interaction, and she could use it as a kind of impromptu holy frag grenade, but it seems very weak for the cost of causing both the AEGIS VII and Mantle of Unconquerable Sun to burn out for a few minutes, leaving the large target of the Daimyo V critically vulnerable to armor penetrating attacks. For now, Miyu uses the Mantle of Unconquerable Sun only on the direct components of the Daimyo V.
Miyu's also gotten pretty good at feint swordsmanship. Many of her hardest opponents have outclassed the Diamyo V two to one or worse in agility due to their smaller size, leaving her with only the option of tricking them into a premature dodge if she wants to land a hit.
Weapons: Outside of her mech, she has two blades. Also a pistol she's still learning the hang of. While military grade, these are not anything special otherwise. Equipment: Glasses. Very important. Other: Favorite Quote: 'Yea, and though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil, for I am driving a house sized mass of fuck you.'
Probably Dead and Probably Not Important Enough To Resurrect Characters:
"Come on, let's enjoy this."
Specialty: Reflexes (Kitty Totem) Weapons: Spear, bolt action light anti-material rifle (think a sawn off scopeless sniper rifle for medium range)
"Me and Serah'll show you the true power of effort!"
Name: Atarah Title: Has not earned one. (Ruxen's Annoyance?) Age: 18 Gender: Female Allegiance: Hell Race: Dodo Harpy Demon
Personality: Atarah has three primary loves. Serah, her one companion and friend, through everything she has been through. Even if Serah never actually says anything and just looks around with her googly eyes. If Serah was at risk, Atarah would be putty in the hands of whoever held Serah. No matter how much Atarah says she wants to be the best, and prove herself, and that she's an independent birb who don't need nobody, especially stupid other harpies, she still couldn't bear to be parted with Serah.
Maximum Effort, a fight's not a real fight unless you're giving it your all! Atarah knows she's not strong enough to be taken seriously by the Nexus, practically nameless. But that's only who she is today. She has faith that she'll burst through her limitations and show the world the power of her effort. She just knows someday she'll be taken seriously, and have a cool title that people will whisper to themselves in fear as she dramatically strides into the room.. Oh, wouldn't that be lovely?
Flight, no matter how much she pretends she's fine how she is and proud of her body, the fact that she can't fly in the skies burns in her heart. She has plenty of nightmares of finally being able to fly, only to suddenly fall.
History: Born and raised in captivity, Atarah was a slave who, unlike the rest of her kin, could not fly to try and escape the harshest punishments of their masters. She could only crawl in the dust and hope it would hide her. When she saw their feared masters, she could not help but feel jealous of the fear they inspired in her? Wasn't she like that? Between her flightlessness and her desire to be like the demons who enslaved them, Atarah wasn't exactly good at making friends with the other harpies, but she made one, Serah. Serah had tasted the freedom of the sky, but had her wings clipped after her first attempt at escape. Together, they tried to survive. But they didn't. Serah died.
Rather than having faith in some stupid male harpy who was supposed to be so great and save them, or some Deva who was supposed to take care of everyone who prayed to her (fat load of good that had done Serah), Atarah was determined to climb her way up in the nexus. She voluntarily joined the "foreign legion" of slaves who were used as cannon fodder in battle. She was not as good as she thought she was. Amidst the broken bodies of the damned, Atarah barely kept her mouth above the river of blood. Machina artilery and weapons had literally materialized out of thin air and light and pounded the slaves into the dirt, to clear the field of those who were not real fighters.
While not as strong or great as she thought she was, she was still stronger than those other slaves by sheer determination and she rose from the corpses after the battle had passed over her. Only to hear a little squeak. Turning her head, she found a little bouncy ball of a demon struggling to keep its head above blood level. It had apparently been shielded from the blasts by the body of an emaciated dragon that had served as a mount for the fortunately ill-fated "sergant" of the slaves. Unable to pass by the only other survivor of the group, Atarah took in the little googly eyed squeeking thing. She presumed it was some kind of demon, as it had demonic energies. And she named it Serah.
When Syphax "rescued" all the harpies by sheer luck, Atarah was enraged. Serah hadn't come with her. Tearing towards the demonic lands as soon as she was back in heaven, Atarah did not stop until she had clawed her way back into hell and found Serah again. She swore they'd never be apart again, and was so sorry that those mean angels had stolen Atarah away from Serah. She'd show those stupid harpies what she thought of anyone who would tear Atarah away from her REAL family.
Powers:
Soft Shadow Style- This "creatively" named style is Atarah's anti-Hard Light and Nanomachine technique. These constructs are machina staples, and Atarah has trained specifically to be be able to punch through them. She sends out a pulse of demonic energy which corrupts nanomachine code, and creates and marks weakpoints in hard light. Upon then hitting with another attack, this style shoots energy through the fracture points of an impact with a weakpoint, disrupting hard light into regular light. Against other stuff, it just lets Atarah know where her targets are after she lets out a pulse.
Serah, the Earthshaker Lance- A tiny little bouncy ball of a demon, Serah is capable of transforming into a earth moving lance, capable of causing localized "earthquakes" (with video game physics), burrowing through the ground with rapid speed, and small scale earth manipulation apart from those specific applications. But most of the time she just nestles in Atarah's cozy chest feathers, as any sort of extended exertion is beyond the baby demon(?).
Rare Earth Skin- Atarah's skin and feathers are pretty brutally tough, and not just physically, but also possessing demonic energy fields that work via corrupted magical magnetics to deflect or diffuse metal and laser based attacks (as long as holy magic is not involved). Unfortunately makes her vulnerable to magnetic fields in return, and she has accidentally deflected herself right off a machina airship when she wasn't paying attention. Just another way in which the Nexus, for all the gifts it has granted her, refuses to let her fly. She developed this power after Serah started nestling in her feathers, and it seems to be getting stronger all the time.
Maximum Effort- Dime a dozen physical boost at the cost of energy/life limit ability. Atarah really wants to win, and she's willing to put her body beyond her limits to achieve that.
To go even Further- Atarah's true power is to able to steal extreme effort. She thrives off people pushing themselves past their limits, including herself, a psychological obsession that has manifested a latent reality warping power. When someone uses an ability that has a significant stamina, reserve, charge up time, or life or what have you cost, such as Maximum Effort, Atarah spontaneously gains stamina/life/excetera equal to half of the resource spent. This doesn't do anything against normal attacks or such, only abilities that truly push someone past their limits. Thanks to how math works, this doubles the duration or power (depending on how Atarah allocates her power) of Maximum Effort. Which could be truly frightening if she was a powerful race instead of a harpy. Instead it just kinda maybe sorta gets her on par.
I want that. I want that a lot... This is the part where I pry it from your cold dead hands.
Name: Henry Pearl Avaritia The 2nd
Title: Spawn of Greed, Hoarded One, Silver Conqueror, Tartarus' Gatekeeper, H2 (by close friends)
Age: 547, appears to be 18-20
Gender: Male
Allegiance: Machina, formerly Demons
Race: Demonic Prince of Sin
Height: 5'0, claims to be 5'6
Weight: It's rude to ask royalty of their weight.
Personality: Henry is as his father was, he wants everything he does not have and is willing to do anything to get. That is what everyone knows about him, but that is only one fact. He tends to be somewhat rude to people he doesn't know, not because he's a spoiled Prince, but because he's just kind of a jerk. He does not use his title as a crutch, instead using brute force to achieve his goals. When brute force doesn't work he will attempt to think out his problems, but he's no strategist. As a friend he's still somewhat of a jerk, but he is loyal to a fault. As for his reason to participate in the war, he used to want the kingdom of Man for himself, along with its technology. Nowadays after defecting from Hell he seeks to take down the Faction Leaders and bring an end to the war one day.
History: In Hell, royal titles are often ignored due to the heavy emphasis on freedom and power that demons adopt. Henry Pearl Avaritia said fuck that and claimed himself to be a Demonic Prince of Sin, aligning himself with the Sin of Greed.
He went out to prove that he was worthy of such a title by taking what he wanted and destroying any who challenged his title. Over the course of a few centuries he was officially recognized by the King of Hell, Rufus. After that he decided he wanted a bride, so he sought out the best one he could find. From that marriage was born Henry Pearl Avaritia The 2nd.
Henry wasn't very well raised to be honest, constantly shown the wrong ways to act by his father and rarely seeing his mother. His father stole whatever he wanted, showing Henry the tools of the trade when it came to stealing. Henry never really understood the finer points of thievery, instead choosing to just take what he wanted in the most direct ways possible as quickly as possible. He could never be patient when it came to his greed.
Henry was quickly taught to never rely on his title at the age of 117 when he was beaten by a group of rowdy demons, mocking him after he proudly claimed to be the Son of Greed and demanding their weapons. His father disposed of them handily and Henry never again used his title as the primary way to take what he wanted.
Come the age of 500, Henry grew impatient. He wanted all of his father's possessions, and he was not willing to let time claim his life. So he challenged his father to a duel, with the winner claiming the loser's life and possessions. Henry had built up a sizeable hoard of loot at this point, so his father naturally wanted it. What the senior did not know was that Henry had invented a completely new magic to store his hoard. Without this knowledge, Henry Pearl Avaritia The 1st was soundly defeated and both the hoard and his life was taken. With this being done Henry Pearl Avaritia The 2nd was recognized as the new Demon Prince of Greed.
Powers: Gates of Tartarus: The Gates of Tartarus act as a doorway to an infinite pocket dimension that only Henry has access to. He has stored away his entire treasure in here and can pull any of them out through the form of a glowing red pentagram that he can summon. As of right now the pentagram is only big enough to store the equivalent of a large royal throne, however Henry is always working on making it bigger and being able to summon The Gates of Tartarus faster than before. One day he hopes to be able to eject weapons put of it so fast that they work as massive bullets. The one thing it cannot store is organic material.
Silver Eyes- Silver Eyes are to to manifest creation itself, able to craft and make into shape various tools and weapons with great ease and care. With Silver Eyes, one is able to unlock their Whole in the form of Gestalt, a state of being that coats the user in a mighty set of armor, often of a knight's motif which grants absolute defense. But with lack of strength comes lack of definitive power to defeat one's enemies.
Weapons: Henry has many weapons stored in The Gates of Tartarus, however only a few of them have innate magical properties.
The Cheater's Blade: A katana the length of Henry's body, enchanted to be able to cut through everything but the strongest of materials and magic. Some say the original owner could cut through time and saw his own future, thus avoiding his demise for decades. But you can only cheat death for so long...
Mjolnir: After an intense battle with the heavenly host, Henry looted this magical hammer off of the general of the opposing army. After decades of exposure to demonic corruption the mighty hammer has become blackened and cracked, summoning black lightning to fry all who Henry wishes to conquer.
Equipment: Chen has many things inside The Gates of Tartarus that he constantly forgets about, only adding them to the hoard because he can rather than finding an actual use for them. You would be hard pressed to fix something he doesn't have in the infinite space he has in his dimension.

Background-It's a long story...
Utada Mitsuda Tear Jerker Idol Princess of Hyperion
Age: 548 Gender: Female Allegiance: Machina Race: Android Height: 5'9 Weight: 160 Pounds Personality: Kinda mean to most people, making crude jokes or insulting others viciously. On stage she's the complete opposite, with the usual idol personality of pleasing the fans. But really she just likes to have fun whether it's in battle or in the club. She takes a little bit of time to warm up to people, but she's super nice once you're actually friends. History: Originally created as an entertainment android for soldiers in the Nexus, she was accidentally given extensive coding for combat including handling a large variety of firearms, melee weapons, explosives, making her an amazing soldier. Yet she still retained a large amount of her idol programming, so she figured she might as well do both. Now she works at the new club that opened up in Hyperion, The Nile. She's pretty popular, so it's not unusual to see her on stage or behind the DJ booth pumping some tunes. Powers: EMP Shielding: After an embarrassing defeat at the hands of a certain demon with a mass EMP grenade she has since upgraded so she herself is not shut down by EMPs. A majority of her equipment is still affected though. Eyes: Her eyes have been upgraded several times so she can track enemies through heat, motion, and electricity. Can be shut off by EMP tech, however her normal vision will still work. Upgraded Sense: Most of her senses in general are finely tuned, with the nose of an experienced bloodhound, the ears of an elephant, etc. State of the Art: She has reflexes and strength beyond any human, able to lift a full car above her head and react to bullets being fired at her from less than 5 feet away. She's also much more durable than any human, due to her 'skin" being made out of a highly advanced titanium cloth hybrid. She still biologically identical to a human though, in all the ways one might think... Weapons: The Mic: Assault rifle with armor piercing rounds, underbarrel is a grenade launcher. She carries a variety of grenades like any good Machina soldier, but her favorite are the incendiary grenades. Vinyl Scratcher: A gladius about 29 inches long, made with micro blades on the edge that vibrate rapidly to cut through armor. Micro blades can be disrupted with EMP tech. Turntable: Plasma shield mounted on her left forearm, normally 18 inches in diameter but can be quickly held in front of her and expanded to cover her whole body from enemy fire. Can be disabled with EMP tech. Sliders: Dual energy pistols which fire shock rounds. Kept holstered on her hips at all times, even outside of combat. Equipment: Auto Hacker: Jacks into most electronic security, taking a minute max to hack into whatever. Breach Charges: Charges to break through what can't be hacked, can be remote detonated or set on a timer. Other: Wears this on stage and on the battlefield. Theme Song
Angels of Heaven
Chen Praesidium
God's Royal Guard
"Defiance Leads Only To Death."
Age: ??? Gender: Male Allegiance: Deva Race: Heavenly Guardian Height: 5'7 Weight: 160 Pounds Personality: A cold machine, loyal only to Deva. Once upon a time he had a heart, but now all that is left is his loyalty. History: Once upon a time, in a shattered world, there was a man named Chen. He fought against a tyrannical kingdom, traveling the lands in search of magical artifacts which held the powers of legendary heroes. He found one such Relic, which granted him immense power of plant life and allowed him to fill his mana and mend his flesh from all but the most fatal of wounds. But in the end he was only one man. Due to people and events far out of his control, he was forced to serve under a cruel Imperator. With the power of the Relics and a mad Jester's help, the shattered world was obliterated. The Imperator ascended to Heaven, taking Chen and a few select people she favored with her. Countless eons have passed, with the man named Chen serving his Imperator loyally, time stripping away his personality until he has become but a mere shell of the hero he once was. All that remains is the Holy Guard, Chen Praesidium. Powers: Relic of Green: A Relic holding the power of a Master, a being even greater than a Vassal. The Relic of Green grants Chen advanced regenerative abilities, whether it be speeding up the growth of plants, healing his wounds and the wounds of others, granting him a near endless supply of mana, he is limited only by his creativity. And he has had eons to think about the best way to defend God. This Relic takes the appearance of a green gem that has been engraved into his left hand, a part of his holy flesh that is inseparable from him. Winter's Touch: A tome from his past, rarely used in favor of the power of the Relic of Green. It grants him control over and generation of ice. A white snowflake pin engraved into his right hand, inseparable from him. Weapons: Lux Lator: A simple rapier that comes with the Relic of Green, normally the Relic turns into the rapier but due to the integration of the Relic into Chen's body the rapier is now a weapon that he can manifest at will. "Let the revels begin!" Tsukuyomi Goddess of Thunder
Age: 999 Gender: Female Allegiance: The Angels of Heaven Race: Goddess Height: 6'0 Weight: Do you wanna die?
Personality: A warrior who lives to fight, she finds joy in battling the strongest the Nexus has to offer. She always has a cheery smile on her face whether she be in battle or eating a delicious meal in Heaven with her sisters. Amaterasu and Susanoo clash occasionally due to Suasnoo's overbearing personality, but she never means any harm by it and is often confused whenever she upsets her. She will always try to make up with Amaterasu, but Susanoo just doesn't get it without Tsukuyomi's help. Outside of combat Susanoo loves to drink. A bit too much really, many of the problems she causes are because she had one too many flasks of ale and decided that Amaterasu's stuffed animals were looking at her funny.
The oldest triplet of the Godly Sisters (by about a minute) was born with her whole heart intact. Her sister Tsukuyomi had only half a heart, and Amaterasu barely had a heart at all! Susanoo does not remember much of her past life, but the residual feelings behind her past depression has caused her to commit to protecting her sisters no matter the cost.
Powers: Ride The Storm - Like any self respecting goddess Susanoo can fly on wings of lightning. Eye of the Storm - Susanoo is a Goddess of the Storm, wielding powerful holy lightning and the ability to conjure storms out of nothing. She rarely does so because it doesn't synergize well with her sisters abilities, but when she's all by herself she goes all out.
[+] Thunderbolt - Susanoo falls from the sky shrouded in lightning, exploding upon hitting the ground. The power of this strike depends on the height Susanoo is falling from with small explosions being created from simply jumping, up to massive building busters when she falls at terminal velocity. [+] Thunder Armor - An armor of lightning forms around her, giving all of her attacks lightning attributes as well as the ability to shoot lightning out of her sword. [+] Thunderclap - Susanoo claps her hands together as hard as she can, producing a deafening noise to everyone around. Tends to avoid use unless there are no allies around. It also kinda hurts her hands, so she can't do it too often. [+] Lightning Strikes Twice - Can boost speed for a few hits by overclocking her nervous system with electricity, giving her faster reflexes and attacks. A telltale sign for the most observant of combatants is when blue lightning arcs and flashes in her eyes. [+] Strength of the Storm - Rejoice! For Susanoo can buff allies with a mighty war cry which raises attack. This is a visible buff as those affected are given a purple aura to strike fear into their enemies.
Weapons: Blade of Totsuka - A mighty katana forged of powerful Celestial Steel, practically unbreakable. Is also highly conductive of heavenly powers, making it the weapon of choice for the trio of Goddesses. Susanoo uses it mainly, but her sisters can pick it up and use it if Susanoo has fallen.

Demons of Hell
To find Truth, one must be willing to do anything. Jubilee Faustus aka Mephistopheles, Seeker of Akasha
Age: ??? Gender: Female Allegiance: Hell Race: Great Demon Height: 5'10 Weight:Some knowledge is unobtainable Personality: Always yearning for more knowledge, willing to commit any number of atrocities to reach her ultimate goal. Otherwise a pleasant person to be around, so long as you don't annoy her. Nothing is free with her though, if you want something than you have to make a deal. History: On a world like Earth but not quite Earth, she simply appeared. She offered power to those who signed a contract with her. Men could become irresistible to women, become the President, gain fame and fortune beyond their wildest dreams. All they needed to do was make a deal with Jubilee Faustus, one that often resulted in them losing their very soul. Every deal she made extended her life further and further until eventually she was functionally immortal. Millennia passed and she grew bored of the pathetic rock she lived on, hurtling through space with no purpose. So she decided she wanted to be stronger. 'Knowledge is Power' one human had told her, so she decided to obtain all knowledge. Once she obtained all knowledge she could figure out something else to do, so she began her research. A few centuries passed, eventually she learned all she could on the planet she lived on. All that was left was to go somewhere new, somewhere with infinite potential. She found out about the Nexus, a place described as ever changing and full of potential. Supposedly a path to Akasha lay there, the place where all knowledge that has ever been or ever will be is stored.
Another century passed and she made deals with every major power on her world. Little did they know they had doomed their planet to oblivion. Every single person on that planet died, half the population's lives used to create a one way portal into the Nexus. So with a blood red stone in hand, Jubilee stepped off the lifeless rock and into a world of Chaos. She quickly found her place in the Nexus, offering foolish Demons incredible power in exchange for various things. She eventually got herself set up in a nice quiet(ish) corner of Hell where she could do her research. She would go out to search for the way to Akasha for years at a time, eventually returning to her lab to refuel and rest for a bit. On one of these adventures she found out that she was not the only one who searched for Akasha. Someone else had already found it, a powerful figure by the name of Trismegistus. Jubilee was infuriated by this, for someone to grandstand her like this was unacceptable! Now her goal has expanded. Not only will she find Akasha, but she will obliterate this person who would dare reach her goal before her!
Powers: Wrathful Shell: Jubilee is perfect, if you disagree then you're obviously an idiot who needs to die. With superhuman strength and amazing endurance, she can duke it out with most combatants in the Nexus and take any punishment they have to give. She is by no means invincible however, she just isn't frail like the humans she's consumed over the millennia.
Covetous Hands: All she touches is dirty and full of sin. When she grabs something she can corrupt it in battle, whether it be a sword that grows sharper with every cut it inflicts, or a gun that fires bullets that automatically seek out targets to tear through. She can also corrupt Machina soldiers, but this cannot be done in the middle of a fight, she needs to capture them first.
Clawing for Knowledge: Jubilee hoards all knowledge she can get her hands on. She can be taught by anyone and learns extremely quickly. Whether it be a master of magic teaching her all they know or learning everything a swordsman has to offer within days, Jubilee is a sponge for knowledge. The only rule is that the person must be teaching her on purpose, she cannot copy things she sees in battle. This does not translate to being willing to teach her, if she's drugged you into revealing everything you know then she can learn that way. There are also other exceptions, some things simply cannot be taught.
The Shadows Hunger: The darkness eats and tears, ever ravenous for more. Jubilee controls darkness, shaping it into physical objects that eat whatever it touches like an acid. It takes time to consume something fully of course and the darkness can be driven away via physical means since it has been made physical. The biggest weakness this power has is Light, for it can instantly banish all shadows it touches. In order for the Light to affect the shadows it must have purpose, something as simple as sunlight will not affect the darkness. Unless the sunlight was made with the purpose of driving away Jubilee's darkness it will not affect it.
Shortcut to Greatness: Care to make a deal with the Devil? Jubilee loves to make deals, granting wealth to the greedy, power to those who seek revenge, she can usually provide it for a price. Sometimes that price is your eternal soul, but she finds that's a quick way to piss off those above her now that she resides in the Nexus. So she won't trick you into selling your soul, she makes it very clear when that is an option and it is your option to take. However she is willing to bargain. If you want to learn some sort of forbidden knowledge than she may demand knowledge in return. If you want some sort of magical artifact you will need to offer her something in return. But if you want something insane like Golden Eyes... well some things just can't be bought.
Envy My Craft: Jubilee is quite the skilled crafter, making magical artifacts, altering someone's body to give them wings, enhancing armor to absorb fire magic, she can create and change many things. She can do certain changes to herself on the battlefield, like giving herself wings or gills, but complex changes like enchanting weapons take time. She will of course need materials, you can't make something out of nothing. Unless your name is Henry
Weapons: She keeps two daggers with her in battle, one which carries a disorienting poison and the other fries electronics it comes into contact with. These are both last resort weapons, they're used more for stunning a foe to get some distance rather than actually killing someone. Not to say they can't. Theme:
Why not laugh? Your life has been a joke and death is the punchline! Thomas Insania aka The Deranged Devil of Hell
Age: 547 Gender: Male Allegiance: Hell Race: Vampire/Demon Height: 5'6 Weight:Who has the time to stand still on some scale? Personality: To Thomas, everything in life is a joke. Whether it's the War, Factions, even the Nexus itself, nothing can be taken seriously. Why should he, his actions have no true consequences in a world without death. So he chooses to do whatever he pleases, which in this case is to spread as much mayhem and misery as possible in his pursuit of power. History: One day a very important Demon was born and taken away from his mother. But the story of Thomas begins one hour after this. The Demon burst from his mother with a strange look in his eye. One could tell from the moment of birth that something about him was distinctly off. His mother died shortly after he was born, leaving him with only a name, Thomas Insania. Nobody would claim Thomas, so he was quickly thrown out into Hell, left to fend for himself amongst the overwhelming chaos of a dog eat dog world. Against all odds, he flourished. He managed to find someone to take him in and raise him until the age of 6, at which point Thomas killed the fool and burnt the home to the ground. He wandered from village to village, finding suckers to take him in and then killing them after he had driven their lives into the dirt. From the momene he learned to walk, all he knew was that he wanted to destroy everything he saw.
This continued until he turned 18, at which point he began wandering the battlefields for fun. He would taunt dying soldiers, offering to help them and then slitting their throats just to see the looks on their dumb faces. One soldier had a little more kick to him however, a dying vampire managed to bite Thomas to dry and heal himself. Thomas lashed out in a fit of rage, smashing the vampire's head into the ground over and over until nothing was left but a pile of mush. Then he began laughing as drained the corpse of all blood, a vampire had been born.
Hundreds of years passed and Thomas began to mature somewhat. No longer would he destroy simply for shits and giggles, no his tastes had matured. Now he planned things out to cause as much pain as possible, slowly poisoning a town's water supply, cutting off limbs one by one to hear the victims scream as much as possible. It was during one of these excursions that he met a fellow psycho by the name of Harley. She revealed to him the truth behind his birth, how she had tampered with his mother during the pregnancy and injected her own DNA into him while he was but a fetus. He cared not, he had no true connection to his parents. She then revealed that he had a brother who was a prince, who had managed to rise above the rest and kill his own father. This caught his attention.
"What fun it would be to kill my own brother! The despair in his eyes as he realises that his life has been ended by his own blood, the cruelest joke of them all!" Harley took Thomas under her wing with the promise of power, enough to kill his brother as long as he remained loyal to her alone.
Powers: Cruel Joke: Thomas is an undead Vampire, meaning that he has no true vital organs. Any wounds he suffers are purely cosmetic, the only way to kill him is to completely destroy his head or sever it in an instant.
Punchline: But the joke doesn't end there, he regenerates from wounds he suffers slowly while regenerating even faster if he can get his fangs in some warm body with blood in it.
Absolutely Batty: Thomas can sprout bat wings to fly across the battlefield at high speeds.
Knock Em Dead: Thomas packs a real punch as well, without the limits of a fragile living body he can punch as hard as he wants and run as fast as he please. This makes him into a terror on the battlefield as he runs from squad to squad, tearing each one apart like confetti paper.
Weapons: Shadow Glaives: A matched pair of mechanical glaives, enchanted to return to their owner after being thrown and capable of spinning at break-neck speeds. Their blades are capable of poisoning anything not venom-resistant should they break skin. Edge of Insanity:This axe defies all logic. He can seemingly pull it out of nowhere, it weighs practically nothing despite it's immense size, and is never damaged. No scratches, chips, dents, the only reason you can even tell it's been used is because of the bloodstains that cover every inch of it. Cutting Remarks: Two daggers just as hungry as their owner, able to drain blood and hold it inside themselves like a syringe. This does nothing for the lethality of the knives, but it makes an effective quick heal for Thomas if he's ever in a pinch. Every cut drains a little blood from whatever wound they make, while a full stab can fill the knives up to capacity very quickly. Theme:
Name: Levi Gerr Title: The Swift Age: 16 Gender: Male Allegiance: The Machina of Man Race: Human Height: 5'6 Personality: Cold and Calculating History: Levi's entire family was killed by a Demon, and though he knows our machines are weak against them, he believes in slaughtering all of them. As a kid, he exercised quite a lot, running through the cities, astonished at the great machinery and architecture. Him and his brother had always planned to join the war, but when his brother was killed, Levi was even more determined. Most of the time he doesn't care what they say about the Angels, his enemies are the Demons. His parents had taught him how to fight when they learned of his desire(this was before they died, of course.)and they did it quite well, seeing as Levi's father was a soldier. Powers: Levi is astonishingly fast, not quite to a superhuman degree, but not too far from it. While many would think he uses it to flee his enemies, he uses it to fight them, running circles around them and dodging to an extraordinary degree. As well as using it to make quick jabs with his spear, weakening them to the point where he can make the final blow. Weapons: A spear, that he made specifically to grow accustomed to his speed. It has a small, hard blade, but in the thick of battle it is very useful. Equipment: Steel-toed boots, and a short black cloak. Appearance: Levi has short, black hair, with pale skin. He has a lean body frame, as he is athletic, and works out frequently. Surprisingly, his legs are not very long. He has a scar by his lower lip, after the encounter with the demon. He wears a black button-up, with grey jeans Other: Theme song is 'Wolf In Sheep's Clothing' by Set It Off
Name: Sabium Flos, "The Flower of Death" Title: Frontline Captain Age: About 75 Gender: Male Allegiance: Heaven Race: Fallen Angel Height: 7ft
Personality: The decades of war have worn down Flos. Entering as someone wanting to end the fires of war, now stuck in a never-ending cycle of death and killing. The war has made him stoic, narrow minded, calm, and sometimes arrogant in his speech. His fights against his enemies has become routine to him, and while he clamours for a challenge to change the monotony of the war, he is fine dealing with wave after wave of enemies in order to at least maintain the status quo. His deep voice continuously portrays that of tiredness and grit, with a hint of determination. He has become tired, and sometimes feels disillusioned by the Imperator's orders and motives.
History: Flos entered the war after a disastrous operation that captured his sworn brother, hoping to breach the gates of hell and rescue him from what he imagined to be a never ending nightmare. He immediately took to the frontlines, demanding he take part in the charges that would possibly bring him closer and closer to his end goal.
Over the years the constant cycle of death and a fluctuating frontline has taught the angel that there is a possibility that he may never be reunited with whom he previously held dear. Demanding that he try to sneak into Hell itself, it was rejected instantly due to the potential dangers another prisoner could do to the Angels of Heaven. Ignoring the demand to maintain a defence, Flos instead took to the field and placed himself deep behind enemy lines, where he fought for several days against the race he hated, and the machines who though themselves higher than what they were. Flos continued fighting for what felt like several months, not stopping, still killing, and infusing the lessons and equipment he got into his own arsenal.
The fighting came to a conclusion when the frontline finally arrived to Flos' location, though the angel they saw was very different to who they previously saw. The bloodlust and the continuous combat spread doubt into the relative young angels mind, and thus started feeling alienated from those who he previous considered masters at their craft. His wings turned black, and the fusion of everything he learned and gained made him a black sheep of the pack.
Despite this, the fight he put on gained him a nickname that spread throughout the field, the Flower of Death, and those who encounter the fallen angel will likely seek death.
Powers: Slash - The power requires Final Gaze. It allows the angel to send out a wave that would cut through enemies, providing that they are caught in the deadly but narrow effect. Unfortunately it requires a noticeable buildup that brightens up Final Gaze before firing. The longer the buildup, the more damage the slash causes.
Shockwave - Like the slash, a power that Flos requires Final Gaze for. It involves a shockwave being emitted from the blade and requires such a buildup. The wave can blast enemies away from the source, and depending on it's charge up can cause significant damage to foes.
Shield - Developed from his experience fighting the Machina during his slaughter. The combination of lower technology and the power of the fallen angel. Raising his left arm activates the shield, which allows the angel to not actively focus on the ability, with the side effect feeling like he is carrying a heavy load.
Control - During the continuous fight Flos took part in, he learned how to control lesser thralls which would put a strain on his mind everytime he would use it, due to it's demonic origins. The power only effects weaker minded demons, and commonly leads to Flos getting exhausted.
Weapons: Final Gaze - A bastard-sword length angelic weapon that is used as his primary weapon against foes. While out of combat it is kept hidden, but when a one-on-one counter is inevitable, or should Flos need to utilise it against a horde of enemies, it will materialise. The white haze that leaks from the sword shows what side it is on, in contrast to the black haze that Flos reeks of.
The Sisters - A pair of miniature scythes on Flos' person. He normally wields one of the two since his dominant hand is focused on his primary weapon, but does wield the other when it comes to close quarters combat.
