Jeremy sighs. He didn't get it. Normally the young ones were the adventurous ones, and now he found the one kid who was actually NOT wanting to figure stuff out. "Well, If we follow where the feelings go, we might find more people like us. One of them might know what's what. Y'know what I mean?" He had discarded what Dustin had said about being able to fry him. He had a plan, if it came to that. A last resort that would catch Dustin completely by surprise... if his most recent illusory wall didn't start flickering, showing him to be far closer than Dustin had first thought. Aww crap baskets.

If Dustin had been checking his electroreception, he would have immediately noticed there was no shift in Jeremy's bioelectric field, meaning he had considered and planned his illusion mostly upon that, which was why it now began to flicker due to him overseeing a visual error. Illusions were tricky business when dealing with more than five senses, and Jeremy had been rushing to get into a favorable position. He smiled sheepishly, and when he spoke his voice was still a few yards out. "Uhh, pay no attention to the man behind the illusory wall..." This was not the time for references, but he couldn't resist it...

Part of Katherin thought that he was being cheesy. She couldn't image anyone woman falling for them. But an even bigger part of her was doing just that. He was right. Fate had brought them together. She frowed as Kyle described his power. That sounded like a powerful power. One that could easily get out of hand. She might be able to help.keep him on the side of good. Working together benefited them both. "I am glad I was able to find you. It's nice to know that I'm not alone. I think we can do alot better together."

"that voice... there will be ways to suppress it but probably not remove it" Dusk unfortunally states "mainly since it's a part of our gifts" he sighs sitting back "so where is it we are heading to eat?" he asks her. Dusk would remember back to his crazy training sessions. The Vatican would be happy to learn they have another weapon, though Dusk would wonder if he should really tell them in his report.

Sarah nodded. "Suppressing it is all I want to do, just something so I don't hear it all the time..." She told him, then she said, "Well, there's a diner in town I frequent." She flushed in embarrassment. "Mainly because of their sugary foods." Her weakness was sweet things. She ate a lot of those.

Dusk would nod then chuckle some at her embarrassment. "if that's where you like to eat than that's alright" he says to her, smiling. He would take a deep breath and lean back. "considering the unknown amount of others out there... well got a lot of work to do" he states rubbing back of his head. "then again that's just part of the work" he states a bit to himself.

Dusk would chuckle, "Ya it is a strange thing... one that can't really expect" he says shaking his head "I had figured there was more as well. but I couldn't simply act and search them out" he states. "Mainly because I am bound to the church.. I have to follow their orders" he states shaking his head "something it can be to much" he looked out the window to the sky. "though I have a feeling there may end up being a war later on.. between us with these powers." he states with a confidence that it's for certain.

Sarah nodded. She glanced at him and she put her eyes back to the road. She got to the diner and she stopped the car. "Here we are." She put the car in park.

As the sun set those with shards would feel a ripple of energy coming towards them. The vibe was darker then most have ever experienced. They would be drawn towards it. The draw would be hard to ignore. It would be like a magnet to metal. They would be compelled to go towards the south edge of town. None of them would know why although some might suspect. Those how followed the compulsion would see a created like no one has ever seen in real life walking towards them.

Before he can give a proper response, Taka becomes distracted by a sudden spike of energy. This darkness crawls down his spine, giving him chills beyond belief. However, despite feeling nervous about the immediate threat he felt emanating from the southern edge of the town, he also felt drawn toward it. In fact, the distance wasn't very vast. They could probably make in time to see just what it is that has such a looming presence and why it tugged at his very being.
"Well, I would have picked a nice place for this date to continue, but it seems we'll have to go somewhere else less..enjoyable. Hope you can keep up!" The man says as he begins jogging towards the source of the dark vibe, allowing to pull of its force to guide him towards it.

While waiting for Taka to say something, Maxie suddenly felt...bad. Not like she'd done something wrong, or that she didn't feel well, but more along the lines of...danger. Like, something bad was approaching her. The feeling was strong, and extremely hard to ignore. Glancing at Taka, Maxie could see that it was pretty likely he'd felt something similar, if not exactly the same.
"Yeah, okay! I'll- wait, did you just call this a date?" Maxie was briefly confused, but in the end, decided to tackle that subject later, and focus on following Taka to the source of this ominous feeling tugging at their very beings.
Maxie broke into a sprint after Taka, hardly noticing when new animals crawled out of the woodwork that was the city alleys to join her. Specifically, a couple rats, and a black cat with scars and patches of fur missing.

Not many 14 year old girls can shoot a woman in the head from 900 meters away. And even fewer wouldn't be guilty about it. Dawn White was one of those few. She lay on the roof of an old apartment complex, her left eye closed, leaving only her right eye open, which was staring at a middle-aged couple through a scope. The man she identified as her target, yet he was not the man she was told to kill, and the woman was his wife. She didn't know the man's name, nor did she know the woman's name. She didn't know what the man did for a living, or why they were smiling and laughing as they walked together on the sidewalk, or where they were going. And she knew she never would know. But there was one thing she knew: someone wanted this man to suffer. She didn't even know why.

Dawn moved her Barrett M98B along to follow the couple, until they reached a street which they were about to cross, whose street light told them to stop. Dawn didn't let this opportunity go wasted. She lined the scope up so it was on the woman, and she pulled the trigger. The next thing she saw was the woman's head shatter in a spray of blood, and her tumbling over onto the man. The man first puked, then began crying, scrambling to pick up the fragments of her skull as if he could put her back together again. Dawn stepped away from her from the edge of the building, before taking apart the rifle and putting it away in its bag. This bag had two straps, so she wore it like a backpack. Hanging from her right shoulder on her left side was a messenger bag filled with extra ammunition.

Just as she turned around to leave, the door to the roof opened up, revealing a police officer. "Drop your weapon...girl?" he said, furrowing his eyebrows and lowering his gun a little when he saw Dawn, clearly confused by her age. Then, suddenly, a cracking sound could be heard, and he dropped his gun and began wailing. Dawn had just shattered every bone in his hands. He looked down at them, then back at the door, whic had been blown shut by the wind. He looked at his hands, then at the doorknob, then at Dawn, who had taken out her Browning Hi-Power pistol (which had the words Higher Purpose inscribed on the side) and began screwing the silencer onto it. As the officer tried to somehow turn the knob without his hands, Dawn walked up behind him and put the gun up to his head. "You shall die in the line of duty. That alone is a reason to be proud. Good work officer." she said, before pulling the trigger and painting the door red. The body crumpled to the ground, and Dawn stepped over it, going back into the apartment complex. On her way down the stairs, she unscrewed the silencer and put it in her messenger bag. she holstered the gun and exited out onto the street.

As she walked along the sidewalk, no one would've guessed that she was a newly notorious hitman who takes and finishes a new job every day. In her black hoody and black jeans, she looked like every other teenager going to school, with a messenger bag and an oddly shaped backpack.

As she dodged away from the street into an ally. She traveled through the allies of the city for a while longer before coming up on a dumpster. She opened it and took out a purse. She looked inside and found exactly what she was looking for: lots of money. She stuffed the purse into her messenger bag and was about to go back to her small camp in the abandoned subway station, when she felt a sudden pang in her chest. Her heart wasn't beating fast, but it was beating hard, as if warning her. Then she felt it urge her forward. So that's the way she went. She continued to follow it until it urged her out of an alley and onto a street. Then, she felt it. She felt something evil nearby, it's evil aura seeming to go on par with her's. So she followed it, until it brought her to a large, inhuman creature. Dawn pulled out her HP and once again screwed the silencer on. "What are you?" she asked in her normal monotone voice.

@KatherinWinter "I think we could work well together too. I..." he paused. "Do you sense that?" He felt it pulling him. "I think we need to go check this out. It's like what I felt in you, but so much stronger." Kyle threw a $50 bill onto the table, not wanting to upset the greedy waiter in case he needed him later. "Would you like a ride, milady?" He made a slight bow and held out his hand.

Jeremy turns, facing the source of the power wave, a dark well of gravity tugging on his mind. Becoming distracted, all of his illusions fell apart, left now with only his true location. "Well, that seems interesting..." Jeremy remarks, before tearing up the sidewalk, still standing at the mouth of the alley the whole time as his creation had conversed with Dustin. After that electric shock, he knew he had to be careful, and as such he had worked slowly and meticulously to create a perfect mirror of himself that would continue the conversation. It was this mirror image which had been pretending to merely screw around with his powers, making it seem like he was less skilled than he had become. He was lucky that he had been given plenty of time to craft his masterpiece while he and Dustin had been conversing.

Though a month isn't that long when introduced to something brand new, he had come to learn that these abilities had become second nature to him. He just had to trust in the power that piece of glass bestowed upon him. That shock and dinosaur illusion had helped him completely by luck though, or else his copy would not have hidden his bioelectric aura, alerting Dustin to his trickery. Though he had been quick and slap-stick with that addition, it was by sheer luck that he didn't accidentally mess it up on his double. Now, though, he was less interested in investigating Dustin and more interested in whatever this new thing was.

Running at a fairly quick pace, Jeremy thought about what he was just discussing with Dustin. This power wave, to him, proves just what he was hoping for. It really is more than meets the eye. There's something more going on here. These thoughts were what allowed him to so quickly become apathetic to Dustin's unwillingness to come with him. Even if he didn't come now, their paths would cross later. Even though this was just assumption on top of assumption, Jeremy was confident that he was on to something here, and he wasn't about to miss what could possibly be the main event.

Katherin turned her head in the direction of the dark pull. It almost distracted her the lust she had been fwelding towards Kyle. She had been unnaturally attracted to him. She was smart enough to know the attraction hadn't been completely natural. But she wasn't experienced enough to fight it. Without the dark pull she might have done something she would regret. She climbed to her feet. "Yea let's go check that out."
