Like these two should either cancel each other out, or whatever, because they are too vague for a specific situation like this.

Your protection allows you to know where to go, which is really good and all. You nkow in your mind you need to run for the gate or climb that wall, cause why not. But if your senses are out the window, what stops you from walking into a wall on your way towards the gate?

Also let it be noted ir eally didn't want to use something like El Shamak without knowing whether liferusher would allow it. Tho that would surely stop Jiru XD

@6slyboy6 While he wouldn't be able to see, he'd still probably know the gist of where he was going (between the fact that he was running back the way that he had come and his divine protection). I'll agree that he might not be able to sense every obstacle in his path, but I'd still say that escape would be far from impossible at this point.

I'd also like to say that Grian was in a thick cloud of flash powder when it was ignited (by fire magic no less). That would singe him a fair bit (even if that isn't its intended purpose), he'd also have some trouble smelling anything properly for a good bit (you'd know what I meant if you'd ever had any combustible powder ignite a bit too close). It's also more than likely that Jiru would have gone back out the window he came had he made it to the barracks like you said. The front gate isn't exactly a logical plan of escape for a thief.

@Heckno12 Well, Grian ran after Jiru. So even if he did get some damage, he probably wasn't clsoe enough to get serious injuries. If he did, the it is likely Jiru did too tho.

And according to what Maria's post said, correct me if I am wrong, this place was like a fortress, so I guessed Jiru would dash towards the gate before it closes, after all the guards are still in a shock from the explosion. If not then the only way would be to climb the wall, but Jiru wouldn't know what the guards think, right? Thou youa re right, I expect jiru to climb out the window of the barracks, but he still needs to climb a wall from the yard.

As for the Shamak magic, I left you a decision. I didn't say "Jiru was also blinded" or anything. It is up to you what Jiru does, after all Grian is at least as disoriented as him. Maybe a bit less. Either way I achieved what I wanted.

Pretty good, I just notice that the blue head girl in you avater may or may not be trying to mesasure the white hair girl's leg and not something dirty like trying to worship it. XD but seriously is that suppose to be measuring tape the other is wraping around her leg.

Oh, in case you are wondering, this is the full version of that image:



It's meant to be a bit of both, but mostly measuring. It has context within the visual novel where I got this images from, because she really, really fits my idea of Eris to almost perfection.

I thought wiping the blood and talking would've been two minutes, but I simply removed the statement about the body.
Also everyone seems way too natural about being teleported to a new world XD They're all just like 'eh, it happens' XD I imagine it as Avery totally freaking out when it happened to him, but that's just me XD

I actually have a few thoughts on that topic

first off, its hard to write about someone just being shocked and feeling ill for a long ass time (cus thats probably how you would feel if it happened in real life)

second, it hasnt happened to any of us as far as i know so i really dont know an accurate way to make my character feel

third, when i wrote about it I kind of put myself in the position of my character. I thought about at first being very shocked but shortly after realizing how real the situation is and trying to figure out what to do

fourth, thats pretty much how subaru reacts in the show, not saying that everyone would react to it that way, but its what we have to work from, and its what we've seen
