Alright, seeing as we have quite a team built up here I am going to start trying to formulate an intro post to draw us all together. I just need one last bit of information from you guys before I start this: What area do we want to start in? Metropolis, Gotham, Star City, Key Stone, or do we just want to start in a real world city?

While he may have a difficult time keeping up with some of the other characters, even Batman, Nightwing, and Robin faught with no powers. APPROVED

@Master CrimAlright fair enough I'm not intentionally trying to dodge questions, nor do was I intending to make my character overpowered. I appreciate that you tried to understand how Greg was supposed to be. However despite that it just seems my character, and his powers by extension, are not fit for this roleplay. I wish you all the best with this roleplay but I will withdraw my character to make it easier for both of us.

I never specified where exactly my character found the time travel device. It could be in a partially ruined JLA facility. Then it could contact people, or my character could just land in the middle of a busy place and stupid humans start a firefight with him for no reason other than being a scary robot which leads to a hero or more showing up to "save the day."

I would assume D.C. is a safer bet if only because the Hall of Justice and JSA can be found there, but I'm cool with any location.

Thanks everyone for your input, and Burning Kitty for your great starting idea. I work close today so I don't have much time before I head off, and then work the morning shift tomorrow. @_@ Oh how I love when they schedule me like this. I have the weekend off, and not a lot planned other than replacing the Fuel Censor in my car if I can get about 220 miles on the trip meter. I will be hoping to collaborate with you all then to find the best way to tie us up into this RP and start it by next week!

So just to get everyone else's input so I can do whatever I want just to know what you all think would be best, here is my idea for a startup. I rather like the idea of calling the amateur heros from a recently discovered/long time forgotten JLA facility. It will allow you all to start your characters at home and give the others a feel of where you come from, and provides a great point for a game setting monolog, surprise contingency recording. Our time traveling friend may be the discoverer of such facility, but at the current time I haven't cemented anything as far as that goes.

What do you all think?

@Master Crim I like that idea too, sounds pretty open for us to introduce out characters how we want.

I have worked out a lot of the beginning post leaving it open for you all make an entrance how you wish. Now I want to remind you all that while there is going to be main missions and an over arching story to follow, there will be no rush to get it done. I am a person that will give you something to do, but I see character development and player interaction as more important that getting to the end of the story. I have a lot planned for this RP and intend to introduce my own character when I can get around to making them, but don't get your hopes up for a happy story once we get into it, like I have said before, the story follows a dark time for the JLA. Their will be a lot more criminal activity as well as more resourceful villains with the lack of the Justice League. Thanks you all for you interest and patience!

@Burning Kitty There is a specific mentioning of things for your character's entrance I will PM to you to see if you are okay with, time travel is not an easy thing to prep for.
