@Asura I think historically in the canon, the female kages were among the most powerful ones too. But all the female side characters were rather mediocre, which pains me because Hinata is easily my favorite character in the entire anime.

To be fair, Hinata and Sakura were leagues above other side characters. Maybe they sucked some power from Naruto and Sasuke's doodles. :v

I want permission to exclude birth name and all family information.
My character doesn't know it, the anbu of Kirigakure destroyed all written evidence of them and most certainly no one in Konoha knows anything about it.
I believe the names aren't that necessary except for more back story.

And about the metal wires/kunai and ninja stars. Should I add them in the weapons category?

Also about the E and D ranked techniques. It says we can perform them an unlimited number of times but how much of these techniques do we actually know?
If I don't have a definite number I'll just take it that it includes all D and E rank techniques withing my 2 chakra nature categories.

So if you agree with my previous points, all that's left is a picture and JUTSUs. I would request that you review my character so I don't waste time with techniques only to make a new one.

@Asura Sakura's only point of shining was versus Sasori, and she was being controlled by an old hag. Though she was definitely above all other side characters (Kiba, etcetera) mostly because, well, she was in a team with Naruto and Sasuke, so naturally she'd be somewhat similar in calibre. Though if she was to truly represent the female side character Naruto/Sasuke deserved, she'd be more strong I imagine. Now she just seemed like an emotional damsel in distress. Just my opinion, of course.

@Bishop If you wish to exclude these.. rather basic information pieces.. then you had better come up with a reason why Konoha would even consider letting in someone that is A) foreign B) undocumented and C) possibly a spy, and/or dangerous.

It says you can have as many of them as you want within reason, not that you can perform them unlimited times. It also states that you should add them within reason, as in 'not every technique'.

Character is decent, but the fear doesn't make sense. What family can he lose. You make a large point out of the fact that everyone in his clan is dead (Sasuke much) but then you say his family dying would be a fear. There's no family.

There is no kekkei genkai name. It needs more explanation because I can't understand what it does. You mark someone for lightning and then any lightning attacks on them are more powerful? Doesn't sound like a kekkei genkai, sounds more like a hiden, or even a regular jutsu.

Hnn. I'm assuming her defection should also occur before she is officially crowned a Genin? So y'know, she isn't strung up for being a spy. Although I suppose suspicions would always remain, even if using a spy with a super rare and noticeable bloodline is silly as sin.

Especially if it inconveniences Kirigakure, who were enemies of Konohagakure during this time. So, if they can somehow obtain her and extract any information from her, that'd be good.

Of course they'd test her first to see where her loyalties are. If she acts suspiciously, she'd probably not get allowed into Konohagakure unless it was with escorts and stuff. (As in, she lives there, but is always imprisoned in her own house, or so).
