Photons are manipulated via connecting protons with the main mass. Can create solid masses of photons that can be manipulated.
Drawbacks, Has an internal battery that needs to be recharged through sunlight, needs to be recharged every two days at least, else lethargy and an inability to use powers will set in. If the core mass of photons is wounded they can regenerate through prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Quirk Ability: ( Passive: when used on self) An aura that extends 18in out from his body. Aura can be extended or reduced. Quirk allows him to sense anything that comes in contact with his aura and its relative information like speed, trajectory, relative force. Drawbacks: If aura is extended too far it can result in sensory overload from too many stimuli, resulting in headaches, dizziness, and blackouts. Can also be extended to a singular object (leaving him uncovered) giving him information about the structural integrity of object (also applies to people).

Looks: 5’9” Dark skin tinged with copper swirls, golden colored eyes,athletic build, black hair shaved on sides with twist on top. (similar to kilik from soul eater sans glasses). Generally can be seen with a serious face.

Brief Bio: While both his parents have Quirks that would have allowed them to pursue a career as a Hero, they chose to work in the civilian sector, and became very lucrative and influential from it allowing them to establish worldwide connections. Yasuke was of the same mindset focusing on how his quirk could be utilized in the civilian sector. It wasn't until he experienced a traumatic event (will be detailed later) that he began to turn his focus to Hero work. As his quirk is mostly passive, Yasuke seeks to increase his natural fighting ability. With this in mind he convinces his parents to move to Japan in order to learn martial arts from the source and make a bid for the prestigious U.A. .

Looks:

Brief Bio: Nicholas Rand was one of the few people born without a quirk and this made him an outcast among his peers and the but of many jokes. But unlike other quirkless individuals Nicholas fought back against the jokes. He would get into fights at school and break the teeth and bones of any student with a quirk who messed with him. He took joy in fighting and beating those who poked fun at him for not having a quirk. Nicholas even loved to humiliate those he fought. Many of his classmates feared him and some called him psychotic. After several suspensions from school and violent altercations with students, Nicholas got kicked out of school.

His parents were furious with him and he was sent to live with his uncle Ivan who had a history in the military with the hope that Nicholas would be taught to control his aggression and be a better person. He didn't know much about his uncle and wasn't expecting his uncle to change his life in such a major way. His uncle was indeed a veteran, but he wasn't interested in making him a normal member of society and instead wanted to help him channel his rage and anger to do some necessary good for society.

His uncle had a quirk that granted him the power to find riches and treasure, which he used to amass a secret fortune throughout his life. Ivan was extremely well read and decided that the world needed more righteous champions willing to purge the slime from the earth. And that's where Nicholas came in. He was to be this new breed of hero who worked outside of bureaucracy and make evil tremble in fear.

And so Nicholas was put through vigorous training and pushed to his limits. He was trained in several martial arts and was especially superb at boxing and street fighting. He was also trained in marksmanship and the use of gadgets. After years of training, Nicholas asked his uncle why he had chosen him to become this new type of hero. Ivan explained that he was dying of cancer and didn't have much time left so he took him under his wing to make his dream become real.

Nicholas was upset at the reality that his uncle was dying, but he was also told that he would inherit his massive fortune and the mansion. And so for the next several years he would spend his teenage years going to train with his uncle for the entire summer as well as winter and spring break. When he turned eighteen he moved out of his parents house and went to live with his uncle to help keep things in order until he died.

On his uncle's deathbed, Ivan told him that he was ready to become the hero that society needed and handed him his will leaving everything to him. Right before he died Nicholas told his uncle that he would do what he wished and purge evil from the world. His uncle then died and Nicholas went on with their plans. Crafting himself a suit armed with gadgets and guns, he was ready to go to war with criminals as The Vindicator.

Nicholas began his bloody crusade against crime and he took extra pleasure in taking down villains with quirks and finding sadistic joy in their suffering. He is now a crusader that works outside of the law and bureaucracy to bring justice to those he deems a plague on society.

Quirk Description: She can slide in and out of people's dreams and mess with them and she releases a gas which puts folk to sleep.

Bio: She gets carried around in a iron maiden since she can't control the gas so she rarely is released unless it's dire. She's was put in there since her quirk manifested and it was activated when a group of boys scared her and she put them into eternal slumber.

Bio:He's been a servant to Night Terror for many years since she was locked away in the iron maiden and carries her on his back at all times.

Quirk Ability: The ability to gain information from spirits/ancestors only she can hear. Her Clairaudience quirk can only be used when her palms are pressed to the ground, but her telekinetic quirk can be used freely. Too much usage of these quirks combined results in hallucinating, severe nausea and possible seizures.

Brief Bio: Aneko, who was originally born in South Africa was orphaned at the age of 3. She was adopted by Yoyo and Han Mayuzumi, who then decided to name her Aneko. By the age of 7, Aneko realized that she could hear voices every time she pressed her palms to the ground. As a quiet, shy child, she always had a hard time explaining to her parents what was going on. When she turned 12, in a dream she was approached by an Orisha, who told her that she had been blessed with the gift to obtain information from her ancestors. She's had issues channeling it, but with the help of her teachers, she's made a lot of progress.

Quirk Ability: Reality Manipulation for himself. Can utilize writing to temporarily boost his physical attributes for an hour. These are confined within the limits of peak human conditioning. For his powers to work they have to be written on some sort of surface. They dont work if the written words are destroyed. And powerups dont stack, but he can scratch his words out during battle and replace them with a different powerup which will use the remaining time. Switching however, greatly fatigues him.
Looks: 5'10 Burly (muscular fat) (320lbs) low fade, thick five-o'clock shadow. Simple black glasses. Always has a thick but weathered leather journal for combat purposes. Always dressed in black and white and grey. Jogger pants, track jackets, simple tshirts and vnecks.
Bio: was formally trained as a poet in college, but never received recognition for his work. Discovered his quirk late while writing poetry as the world shifted around him. Seeks to handle justice his way by any means necessary even if it requires killing. The more he writes the more he increases his power's time limit by a minute per page. But he has to write every day in order to maintain his growth. Trains and competes as a boxer in his free time and writes for a living.

Quirk Name: Metal Mastery

Quirk Ability: He has the ability to create, absorb, shape, and manipulate any metal and metallic objects. He mainly uses this ability to forge armor, equipment, and weapons for himself and others. By absorbing a sufficient amount of metal, he can transform his body into a black steel-like substance. This greatly increases his physical strength and durability. However, he can currently only use this technique for 7 minutes at a time before he suffers extreme fatigue and iron deficiency.

Brief Bio: Kojiro’s family has been widely regarded as the greatest blacksmiths in all of Japan for generations. So being able to manipulate metal with his quirk, it seemed he had no choice but to go into the family business. While his parents were content to live secluded in the mountains, hammering their lives away, he had bigger plans in mind for himself. As soon as he was able to, he left his old life behind in order to find his true purpose in life.

He traveled the world learning different styles of swordsmanship and martial arts as he went. During these travels, his eyes were opened to just how cold and harsh the outside world was. With his empathetic nature, he couldn’t stand to see so many people suffering and in need. It was then, that he decided to spend his life in protection of others and vowed to become a hero.

Quirk Ability: Aurora has a duo type quirk that is more of a passive or active kind of like a switch flick one on but one off. She can not use both at once.
3rd Person: The user's vision is disconnected from their eyes - they can choose any point in a radius up to 20 feet around themselves and use that as the focal point for their vision. An added use of this quirk is by touching someone before using it, she can emit what she sees to the one she is touching. In this quirk buildings and people become outlines with different colors filled in.
The Other half of her Duo Quirk she calls Gatherer:
This tends to be active when 3rd person isn’t. This is more of a passive in the sense she has no way of turning it off other then using 3rd person. This quirk is purely touch base of living people. By touch, she can gather basic information of name, birthday etc. However, the longer she touches the deeper into older memories she can gather along with darker, deeper secrets within her target.

Brief Bio: Both of her parents works for the city police finding their quirks worked best there. Both really kept Aurora’s Quirk hidden but it was her choice to join the academy against their wishes.

Quirk Description: He imbues either his body parts or an inanimate object with hard light to increase their offensive and defensive capabilities. The longer he uses it, the weaker it becomes. The window of maximum potency is 15 minutes. It can be increased with training.

Looks: Brown skin, red-orange eyes, curly black hair with a "halo" of silver-blond stretching from his temples to the back of his head, 5'7", lean and cut

Brief Bio: He discovered his Quirk during a game of baseball with his friends. He pitched the ball to the hitter, it caught a bright glow, and splintered the bat on impact. He was scared of his Quirk at first, but his mother convinced him that it was just a natural part of him. Eventually, he tested into and got accepted at UA. He's an easygoing kid that looks up to pro heroes like Eraserhead and Kamui Woods.

Quirk Ability: She has the ability to create whatever she can imagine as long as he speaks it into reality. This ability also allows her to warp reality to what she pictures it to be for a short period of time. It was a trick she frequently used to get out of trouble as a child.
The drawbacks to her abilities is that her living creatures take a great deal of concentration to control properly and any damage they sustain chops away at her own stamina. Also, her ability to warp reality has a backlash that renders her unconscious for atleat 15 minutes to 2 hours long.

Brief Bio: Koyuki grew up watching heros and villains battle quite frequently from a rather unique seat. Half of her family were labeled as villains, though to her, they were cousins who babysat her and kept her company when she was sick. The other half of her family aspired to be heros and often joined the rescue organizations that aided with fire fighting and police work. This left her straddling the fence for years as both families called for her to join their side. This year she finally had the courage to make a decision and chose to apply for UA. Unfortunately, in the midst of her first exam, she was forced to leave due to a family emergency and was unable to finish her entrance exam. It turns out, her cousin was scheming to make her fail in hopes she would see it was a mistake to join a hero school when her powers could benefit the villain coalition so well.

Now, she waits for her chance to reapply for the program while trying to keep her abilities under wraps as even her family doesnt know the full extent yet. She comes off as a weird combo of shy yet oddly chatty as she hates awkward silences. She loves books and anime as well. She enjoys taking things apart to see how to put them back together again and she is surprisingly clumsy at times. A little goofy, she loves the arts in every form though her true passion is anything music related.

draw back : quirk can be activated involuntary, once poison only the user or users blood can stop poisonous effects.
overuse of this power makes the user becomes pale and weak and the 5 senses begins to fail causing body to shut down.

Quirk Ability: Temporal Manipulation: Kazuya can manipulate the flow of time on scale that varies depending on his adrenaline. When calm, the limits are vast; able to reverse and stop time for entire cities, but when excited the control is more limited, only able to manipulate his own time for limited durations)
Drawback: Kazuya's Quirk is tied to his heart rate. If it jumps even slightly, his powers weaken considerably.

Brief Bio: Kazuya is a Pro Hero who has a penchant for finding the most exhilarating battles to satisfy his insatiable appetite for excitement. Despite his bombastic personality, Kazuya is very wise and perceptive. Some assume this is because Kazuya is both a bookworm and a fighter. Others assume Kazuya's Quirk has made it so that he hasn't aged in over 30 years and continues to live throughout time as a Hero and observer. Kazuya neither confirms nor denies either story.
