Once both Ozzy and the creature were done examining each other, the latter swiped some food from a trap to offer to the former, having thought that Ozzy wanted some food since he motioned to his mouth. Ozzy took it in stride though, glad at having found out that the creature was a compassionate one.

Haley cringed, though, when Ozzy accepted the food gift, a rotting carcass of a rabbit, and bit off of a very tiny part of it. She understood, of course, that it had to be done.

The creature's attention then shifted to the Siren, admiring the purple colors of her plume. Haley, despite being unsure about this white beast, indulged the curiosity and spread her wings. The Siren smiled a teasing grin as she showed off her wings. "Like what you see? Sorry, but I don't swing that way." She told the creature. Haley knew her words would not be understood, it was just a little remark.

"Can we keep her? She'd probably eat the guild out of house and home, but the job said Identify her. I still have no idea her species. This would call for more research. Maybe we discovered a new species. She's a brand new, first of her kind. We can name her Georgia! Maybe we could show them that she's friendly. I mean if-"
Ozzy Skyway

"I don't know, Ozzy. Even if we could convince them she's friendly, I doubt they'd just let it go. They might demand payment for the lost properties. Are we willing to pay them in exchange for allowing us to keep her?" Haley formed an idea and suggested it. "We can just lie. Tell them we dealt with her and collect the reward. She's not gonna terrorize the farmsteads anymore anyway although I guess she can't head in Ambran's direction anymore."

"Georgia, huh? Where'd that come from? If I may ask?"

"Greetings. I'm from the Guild, and one of the newer tenants. I was just taking a look around and seeing the area. If it's not too troubling, may I look at the inside of the church? I've never been into a church."
Yang Bethlehem

"Ah, you're from the Guild? Of course, of course! Come inside!"

The church's interior was a whiplash. The Order's influence was still there; Holy symbols engraved on the walls and pillars, bright colors of blue and white and gold painted the surfaces and inspired holiness, the stained windows depicted holy and saintly figures bathed in beautiful light. On the other hand, there were busts and statues erected within that showed off the forms of voluptuous women in obscene poses. Portraits with erotic images hung on the walls. The fusion of these two things made the place appear more awkward than holy or lewd.

"Like I said, we're not done converting it so all of this feels a little off, no?"

"Well...How should I say this? It has just been a rough time for me. I failed an old lady, couldn't stop or help a man from crashing to his death, and even the success I had is making things strained between Guildmaster Bart and Neil."
Yang Bethlehem

The Dark Priest frowned, sympathetic. "Mmm, sounds like a string of failures. Just one after the other." She replied. "You know, there's a saying. 'When it rains, it pours'. It basically means that bad times tend to come together, rather than interspersed with the good." The Dark Priest adviced. "But surely you had done some good meanwhile, right? While you cannot ignore your shortcomings, you must neither ignore your victories."

"I hope my advice has helped." The Dark Priest finished. "Do you have a partner? Nothing raises the spirits like being in the arms of your beloved. Or having your beloved in you." She giggled.

"But that's enough of me, I don't suppose your church has anyone practicing martial arts and such? I was hoping for a friendly spar or such. Even those lizardwoman or salamander would be a good test."
Yang Bethlehem

"Oh, we don't practice martial arts here. We practice... other arts." The Dark Priest winked at you. "Although I hear there is a retired warrior here in Boreal Port. Nero, I believe his name is."

Vivian & Sylvia Altissima

@PaulHaynek

"Well, we accidentally got some nectar..." Vivian began explaining to Talia before Neil suddenly appeared. "Oh hey, speak of the devil!" Vivian greeted Neil, but kept her eye on Talia, keeping her thoughts to herself. She listened as Neil explained what had happened.

"I'm sorry to hear that Vara has gone back. I didn't know her for very long, but she seemed level-headed." When Neil asked what they were up to, Vivian turned to Sylvia who seemed tongue-tied, and elbowed her. "Oh! We're preparing an herb garden. We're also integrating it with the kitchen, and planning on maybe a greenhouse as well. So I can make medicine, and Vivian can make pastries." Sylvia seemed a bit flustered, but was able to put on a professional veneer. "We've spent a few nights at the Guild and really haven't contributed much in the area we were supposed to, so it's high time we started. Fortunately, Talia's help has been indispensable."

The white creature watched with a curious expression as Ozzy accepted her food. Even though he seemed to be really glad by that, he only took a small bite, which made her a bit confused. Maybe he wasn't really that hungry, only a little peckish? Since he seemed to be happy by her having offered him food though, it was everything ok for her. As he extended her hand to her, she was did look at it first, wondering what was he going to do but the second he patted her head, she smiled gently at him.

When her attention shifted to the other bird person with pretty, colored wings, Ozzy started talking about her. While she didn't really understand his words, she was able to know that she was called Haley. Judging by his expression and his tone when he said her name, they both knew each other. With her attention still fixed on Haley's bright colored feathers, she watched with an innocent curiosity as she spread her wings showing them to her before saying something. Paying no attention to her words, the white creature's eyes were shining with curiosity as Haley showed her wings to her. She had never seen such bright and pretty colors before. The moment she made a motion to get closer to her, Ozzy started discussing something with her.

Curious about what they were saying to each other but unable to understand much, she merely kept looking to one then to the other as they spoke. She did understand they were talking about her, judging by how Ozzy looked at her, almost as if analyzing her, which made her look to herself a bit before going back to curiously stare at both harpies. When Ozzy extended his hand towards her, she tilted her head confused, was he trying to tell her to go with him? According to what she was able to understand, they would take her to this 'Georgia' place. Maybe it was the place they lived? She wondered if there was meat or other tasty animals for her to hunt at this 'Georgia' place. As the white creature gently grabbed Ozzy's hand, she looked towards him and then to Haley with a puzzled expression as she waited on the same place, probably waiting for them to guide her.

Since they didn't seem dangerous, tried to attack her nor were armed, the white creature was pretty relaxed nearby them. Part of that maybe was due to her curiosity and to the fact that if there was any danger, she could probably just use her camouflage and run away.

He shrugged. "That works." Ozzy having again a pretty lax attitude when it comes to things like deception. If it caused the least amount of harm, he was more then willing to lie about it. And this time it helped the guild and protected Georgia so who was he to judge. "We can take her north towards the swamps. Plenty of game up there and away from everyone."

He turns, looking at her though, a soft smile. "A real shame though. She seems so intelligent. I bet with a little bit of work, she could learn our language. Maybe even become a member." He then sighed. "But that would be forcing a whole new lifestyle on a free spirit. That wouldn't be right." He did giggle. "She's still staring at you. She obviously has exquisite taste when it comes to pretty girls."

Feeling the repercussion of his little comment he answered her other question. "Oh, no reason. I just don't want to call her a creature. She's not an animal. She's a girl that lives in the woods and hunts and disturbs farms. But still a girl." He looked back to her, a grin. "Maybe she can pick her name. Hmmm... Let me think." He pointed to her, studying her expressions. "You need a name." He turned around, walking backwards. He pointed a finger to his chest. "Ozzy." Then to Haley. "Haley." Then to her. "Camilla? Rose? Ada? Violet?" He began naming off things, trying to stick to maybe flowers or colors. It was a fun little way to pass the time as they led her to a nicer place across the kingdom.

He stopped his naming to remind Haley. "You think she'd freak out of we had to fly her?"

"Maybe she can pick her name. Hmmm... Let me think. Ozzy. Haley. Camilla? Rose? Ada? Violet?"
Ozzy Skyway

"Can she even talk? 'Cause it doesn't look like it." Haley remarked, lowering her wings. "And I'm fine with Georgia. I was just asking. Although, I think I like Ada."

"You think she'd freak out of we had to fly her?"
Ozzy Skyway

"Yeah, probably." Haley bluntly answered. "I mean, unless you can explain to her that we'd be grabbing her by the limbs, lifting her a couple of leagues into the sky and taking her somewhere unknown. Oh and you'll also have to explain that it's not a kidnapping." The Siren's sarcasm was sharp.

"Anyway, I agree that we should take her to somewhere where she won't bother anyone. However, the swamp up north isn't exactly devoid of souls. I'm pretty sure there are monsters that are living there but I think they'll be okay with Georgia over here." Haley remarked. "Although, they might... influence her. You know, make her more... monster-y. As in, teach her to look for a guy to bang and all that."

~@Stern Algorithm~

"Oh! We're preparing an herb garden. We're also integrating it with the kitchen, and planning on maybe a greenhouse as well. So I can make medicine, and Vivian can make pastries. We've spent a few nights at the Guild and really haven't contributed much in the area we were supposed to, so it's high time we started. Fortunately, Talia's help has been indispensable."
Sylvia Altissima

"I see. Can't wait to try out your pastries..." Neil told Vivian. "...and your medicine will help a lot, Sylvia. I don't know if you know but the Guild gets quests that involves a lot of trouble. Serious trouble, ones that might leave someone needing a lot of medicine." He then told Sylvia. "Anyway since I'm here, I might as well lend a hand."

"Huh, why?" Talia asked. "I mean, I appreciate the offer but don't you want to rest first inside?"

Neil shrugged. "Well as you know, me and Bart aren't on... good terms yet. It's just gonna be trouble with each other nearby." He explained. "So, what can I do to help?"

------

Much was done with the extra pair of hands and the herb garden's fences were nearing completion. During the work, a couple of wagons filled with men arrived. They were the crew that Bart had hired to fix the guild building's entrance. They focused on their work and left the Liliraune's group alone.

By late afternoon, the garden's fences were complete and it enclosed a good size of land. Now it was time to work on a shed to store tools and the like. "We'll need more materials to build the shed. Let me talk to Bart about this, maybe see if the construction crew can spare us some. Meanwhile, you three should get some rest for now." Talia then left Neil and the Altissima sisters alone.

Neil sunk to sit on the grassy soil. His face was red from exhaustion and was silently thankful for the break. "Oh man. I did some heavy lifting back home but this is something else." He panted. "Still glad to have helped though. Finally did something rather than stand around and watching others do their thing."

He looked over to the Altissima sisters and his gaze was once again drawn to the giant flower that appeared as the pair's 'feet'. "I never thought I'd see you. Your kind, I mean." Neil began. He looked up to Sylvia and Vivian but then looked back down again with flushed cheeks, unable to look at the Liliraune's main bodies without being bewitched by their innate beauty.

He cleared his throat before continuing, his gaze now to the distant horizon. "You-- There weren't any monsters where I'm from. We... We always guessed what you looked like, what you did, but we never saw one. Not a single one." He sighed. "So, you know, this is quite the experience for me. Seeing so many monsters in such a little time. Heck, being part of a guild that's like, half monsters."

"But I'm glad you guys aren't harmful. Very, very glad. Thank God." Neil finished, glad to have let all that out.

~@BKBurke~

You were gone for a day or two due to some personal errand. By the time you got back to the guild, you see a whole construction crew doing repairs on the hole that used to be the entrance to the building. Wagons were parked nearby and stone materials were piled at places, ready to be used.

Sounds of hammers and construction permeated the air as Bart approaches you. "Hey, you're back! I'm glad because a lot of our previous members had errands to run and never came back. Good to know you're not one of them." The guild master patted you at the back. "As you can see, the crew I've hired has come and has begun working on our entrance."

"Why don't you lend them a hand? I also want you to be our eyes on them, make sure they don't do anything sneaky on us. I can't be everywhere at once." Bart requested. "Well... unless you have something you need to do."

Yang Bethlehem

"...Well, I certainly was expecting something." Yang eyes glanced at all the lewd figures, clashing heavily with the opposite saints and modestly dressed one.

But in a way, she found it nice. The contrast was so whip-lashing that she actually like it.

Hearing her words lifted her spirits slightly, and Yang relaxed herself.

"Me, a partner? Nah, it's not going to happen anytime soon. They got to be strong, if not, stronger than me just to keep up." Yang grinned and pointed a thumb to herself confidently. Completely missing the dark priest double entendre and adding her own. "I'm a wild horse after all, if they can't handle the ride I'll gladly buck them off."

She winked to the dark priest as a gesture of confident to herself. Though she did felt a little silly doing it but still, she felt like doing it and so she did.

"Retired warrior Nero? Alright, I'll take a look at him." She dusted her pants, flipped her short hair back and with a skip in her steps, headed out for the exit.

"Oh, by the way? I didn't catch your name?" Yang stopped and asked for her name. Once getting her name, she turned around, hand over fist and bowed to her respectfully.

"Thank you."

Like a switch, Yang turned that demeanor of respect into a playful one with a smile. "I'll come here from time to time to help you out since you did me a favor. Don't hesitate to drop us a request, anything you need, I'll be right on it. See ya!"

"Alright, time to see what this Nero guy can do." Yang slammed her fist together, feeling a little tension in her body as she kept it at the edge of her mind. It's been a while since she has done a little something naughty like picking fights.

Apologies. Yang corrected herself, sparring, that's what she meant. With a Cheshire grin, she moved out and to find this retired warrior.

Vivian welcomed Neil's aid, and wondered why Talia suggested that Neil rest; after all, he had just come back from an aborted quest so he really shouldn't be tired. Vivian was starting to guess that Talia might be interested in Neil as well, and not just because of music from his room.

After a morning of work, the sisters were exhausted. Sylvia was idly pulling herbs that were occupying her pot and replanting them in the ground. The sisters listened to Neil talk. He mentioned 'back home' and that there weren't any monsters where he was from. he also 'thanked God' at the end, making the sisters wonder if he came from some human city that adhered very strongly to the Church, raising some alarms. Ultimately, it was Vivian who had the courage to ask, "Where exactly are you from?"

Yes, things were complicated. I apologize for my absence, I assure you such matters have been taken care of and it will not happen again. John looked up at the group of workers that were attending to the hole in the entrance of the building. He glanced at Bart when he was told to keep an eye on them. Do you not trust the people you hired? It wouldn't be good to hire people you dont trust to build the front door to your home. John would wait for a response before continuing.

I have no issue giving them a hand. Construction was my profession for a time. I dont have much to do but I do have a favor to ask. You see, I haven't actually spent time with other guild members aside from Talia. If you have a quest on the board that fits my expertise then let me know please. I'm jot shy for a fight either so if that's all that is available then I don't mind taking it.

John then secured his tool belt and walked over to a group of workers carrying lumber for the entrance. He helped carried it across to the others. It wasnt exciting work or any kind of adventure but John was actually comfortable in this kind of setting. Being able to help others build reminded him of when he was younger building houses for his small town. He would be sure not to get to comfortable though. Keeping an eye on these workers was his priority and his eyes could spot any fault in their construction.

The white creature looked at Ozzy and then at the other bird woman as they talked to each other. Despite her obvious curiosity, her expression was more than enough to tell them that she was still confused about what they were talking about. She did know they wanted to 'go' somewhere, but where exactly? Were they going to take her with them? Despite the many questions in her head, it was still really amusing to her to watch the many changes in Ozzy's expressions and the words he and the other bird woman said. Standing still, the white creature simply watched and listened, trying to take in everything she could both about the two strangers and what they were talking about.

When Ozzy turned back to her, pointing at his own chest and then to the other bird woman, she finally understood what they were probably talking about. He was called Ozzy, she already knew that, but the other bird woman was called Haley. While she was glad to know the other bird woman's name, when Ozzy pointed towards her, saying a few names, the white creature was a bit confused. While she knew what he wanted to know, nobody ever said or asked anything like that for her before nor she had ever been named, other than a few words some humans screamed at her when seeing her, which she was fairly sure weren't good ones. The concept of having a 'name' was just... new to her, since she never needed one. It was, in fact, the first time someone was interacting with her so closely like Ozzy and Haley were. Differently from most others, they didn't run, tried to harm or capture her.

While she didn't know what a few of them were, the moment he mentioned Rose and Violet, her eyes opened wide in a clear expression of 'I know what those are'. Dashing away from them in a surprising burst of speed, she went inside the forest for a few moments, coming back just as suddenly as she left, with two flowers on her hand. One was a red, thorny flower that she had seen a few people taking and heard what they called it. It was a Rose. The other one was a simple, yet beautiful flower with a vibrant color. It was a Violet.

Looking at the both flowers in her hand and then to Ozzy, she showed them to him, with an innocent smile on her face. Looking at the purple flower, she pointed towards Haley, more specifically to her feathers, stating that the flower had a vibrant and pretty color just as her feathers. Smiling innocently to both Ozzy and Haley, she extended her hands towards Ozzy, handing him the flowers she had taken from the forest.

Still, she wondered if they were going to leave her there or if they were 'going' somewhere with her, maybe to that Georgia place Ozzy mentioned? It was the first time she was interacting that much with others, so she didn't really wanted to part ways with them just yet.

As they were talking, the white creature surprised Haley by suddenly dashing off to somewhere. "Wha-? Where's she going?"

The creature then came back with two flowers, a Rose and a Violet. It clicked on Haley that the flowers were brought because Ozzy had mentioned them earlier. The Siren chuckled at the realization before seeing the creature point the Violet at her. She quickly realized that the flower's color matched that of her feathers'.

"Pretty similar, aren't they? Not exactly the same but close." Haley approached and extended a wing to compare her purple feathers to the flower. "Say, do you like that name? Violet? I mean, there's nothing on you indicating anything violet but no one's stopping you. You could be Rose too and that name has grounds 'cause your eyes are red like a rose."

"Aaaand, I just realized you probably don't understand me."

~@Stern Algorithm~

"Where exactly are you from?"
Vivian Altissima

Neil bit his lip and looked downwards before answering. "If I told you, you wouldn't believe me." He raised his head to look at the Liliraune. "Just know that I come from... somewhere very, very far away. I guess." The answer was vague, and suspicious, and Neil knew that. "Well, let's put it this way. If you think I come from somewhere you know, I'm pretty sure I don't come from there. I-Is that better?"

"You guys are pretty knowledgeable, right? At least well-read?" Neil suddenly asked. "Have you guys encountered any uhh, stuff about uhh, otherworldly realms? You know, different dimensions and all that?"

~@Restalaan (YNG)~

"Oh, by the way? I didn't catch your name?"
Yang Bethlehem

"My name is Riñas Chavez. I must say, you are much more polite than your other guildmates." The Dark Priest remarked. "Although, he may not be... open to your ideas."

------

Asking around for a 'Nero', you were pointed to a dairy farm in the outskirts of the port town. Despite the port town being filled with monsters, the farm that greeted you was not occupied by Holstaurs but by normal cows. The moos of the bovines were absent, they were busy feasting on the hay laid out for them by their farmer: A man with short-blonde hair, eyes of clear blue and had a muscular body. One that fits a warrior.

Laying down the last of the hay, he noticed you and approached. "Well, hello there. You look like you're from somewhere far away. What brings you here?"

~@BKBurke~

Do you not trust the people you hired? It wouldn't be good to hire people you dont trust to build the front door to your home.
John Clarke

Bart got close to you before whispering. "How can I do that when I can't even trust my own guild members." He told you before backing away.

John Clarke

"I'd let you go but again, I'd like a pair of eyes over this." Bart gestured to the construction. "Besides, most of the quests today has already been taken by the others. I think it's better for you to just wait for the next batch tomorrow." He was then asked aside by Talia the Cyclops but you were on your way to the construction crew then.

------

The crew was friendly to you as you and they worked on the guild entrance. The Dwarven design of it was difficult to replicate but you and the crew did your best. The new entrance did not match the overall design at all, at least up close. At a distance, it would be hard to tell. The work took all day and it ended by dusk. The construction crew invited you to their break before they set off.

"You're good with a hammer and nails, Clarke. I almost forgot you weren't part of us." A grizzled, muscular fair-skinned man congratulated you. You knew him as Lazarus, or Larry for short.

"Here's to Clarke, for taking part in our last job in the sane world." The man's words were ominous as he raised a cup of alcohol. You knew him as Sal, just Sal. He was younger and less muscular but still well-built. His skin was pretty pale but it was nothing unusual.

"Come on, it can't be all bad. Certainly not as bad as we have it right now." Larry retorted.

"I know that. But still, Varjo's Varjo." Sal replied, and revealed some information.

Larry sighed and turned to you. "What do you think, Clarke? We're down in the dumps and can't find work anywhere. This one's probably gonna be our last. Me and others were thinking about heading south, towards the lands of Varjo and find us something, anything there." He explained. "Do you think that is wise? I mean, we know Varjo's a dangerous place but it's also a land of freedom. Anything could happen there."

"I also like Ada." He concluded when Haley agreed with him. "Its simple. It's identifiable and it's unique." He said pointing a finger up in the air. He was going to turn and do the whole Ozzy, Haley, Ada thing again when Haley kept talking.

She talked about the north and that brought back bad memories of his first day among the 'wild' monsters and he almost ran into an unfortunate fate. "Oh no." He said making light of it. He swung a fist into an open palm. "We must protect Ada's innocence." He then thought about it. "She might not talk but she's smart enough. Give me a few days and she might even be just like us. Lets take her back to the Guild. I'll ask Bart if she can stay a few days. We might have a fast and clever scout for some jobs. Need to get her some clothes though." She was stark naked but Ozzy knew better. It was just biology.

Again he was about to address Ada, but then noticed she seemed to run away. For a moment he thought all his talk of taking her somewhere scared her off. Then she came back and she had a flower in each hand. A violet and a- Ozzy's realization at her word association made his eyes light up. She even smiled back. It was just like the meal. She wanted to show them that she could understand them. That she wanted to be friends and that she recognized them based on colors. It was a simple act, a child like act but it meant the world to him.

"Ada... you are the sweetest-!" He accepted the gifts of her flowers and let Haley finish before he spoke up. "Those are wonderful ideas, but I think for now she might get confused. But honestly the more we talk to her, the more she learns." He offered Haley the Violet since it matched her wings. "This is proof of that. If we call her Violet or Rose she might think we want more of them. She deserves something all her own. So that when someone says it, she knows they are talking to her." He pointed at her a big grin as he brought the flowers to his chest. "Ada. Your name is Ada." He couldn't help himself. He put his arms around her shoulders and brought his head over hers in a very quick hug, his fluffy eyebrows tickling her brow. "Our wonderful new friend Ada."

He let it go, taking her flower and pressing it into his journal, a way to dry the gift and make it last longer. "I can't wait to show her." He walked backwards away from Ada and then his wings held him aloft. "We could fly, she'll be able to keep up. We're going to show you our home. You'll love it. Way less bear traps." He made sure she got the idea before he turned and began to fly keeping low to the ground so that it wouldn't look like he was flying away.

Yang Bethlehem

"Haha, well I had politeness beaten into me at a young age." Yang sheepishly said and rubbed the back of her head.

Though her mind did ponder if she being normal was considered courteous then how the previous members before her treated or acted towards Rinas?

"Ah, he'll be fine. I promise not to beat him up that bad." She jested and waved her hand, a grin on her face as she exuded confidence in her words.

Frankly, so long she gets a good fight and exercise. It was a win for her.

Looking around as she made her way to Nero, she hummed a tune and observe the area where he was rumored to be. Seems to be a pasture as cows gathered to feast on the hays laid out to them.

Her eyes saw a figure that laid down on a hay stack, Yang slowly made her towards him and wondered if it was the person she was looking for.

That's when her sharp eyes caught the build of the man, muscled but also used and steady. It was not one that came from simply working the field but fighting.

Fighting a grin from appearing on her face, she approached and greeted him respectfully.

"Yang Bethelehem, I hail from the Guild." Yang slowly said before smiling and looking upwards to him, a fire burning within her eyes and a tension that built between them. "Today, however, I'm not that. Right now, I'm simply a wanderer that seeks to test oneself against another."

"I ask of you, have a bout with me." Yang went right to the point, her head inclined towards him but keeping her eyes trained for any sudden movement. With a insistent tone and not willing to take no for an answer, she pressed on. "I shan't take much of your time."

Yang eyes were similar to that of a predator now, her breathing steady and calm. This time, being more on the defensive side first rather than offense. Still, she inched forward closer and closer, until she was 10 steps away from him. The best distance for both of them.

"Please, Master Nero. Would you care to dance for a bit?" Yang's wide grin was evident on her face as she was eager to simply fight and spar despite her best effort to maintain her facade of calmness.

"I'll let you take the first move." She offered.

But if Nero didn't, then Yang will be the first to do so with a fast snap kick towards him.

"Are...are you from...Varjo?" Vivian asked with shock and suspicion in her voice, "...no...because if I think it is, then it's not it...? AAGGHH!" She ran her hands through her long, pink hair in frustration.

"...O-other worlds?" Sylvia repeated. "You mean...like the realm of the gods?" Sylvia considered the possibility that Neil was an angel, but like monsters, male angels were incredibly rare, if not entirely non-existent. Then again, this guild did seem to have a propensity for attracting male monsters. And if Talia was hearing music from Neil's room without evidence of an instrument, it might be heavenly, angelic music. But the more Sylvia dwelt on the idea that Neil was an angel, and imagined him in shining armor wreathed in light, the more her thoughts deviated from the question at hand, to the point that she grabbed her face in a fluster and had to be shaken out of it by a nudge from Vivian.

"Sorry, my knowledge is mostly baking, and Sylvia's is mostly medicine," Sylvia apologized, though she looked at Neil with skepticism. "You're not...keeping any of that 'Huwana' stuff, are you?"

The white creature watched curiously as Haley extended her wings to compare their colors to the flower she had just given Ozzy, smiling to them shortly after. As Haley continued talking, she looked at her and then to the flowers when she mentioned their names. Much to Haley's surprise, the white creature did understand what she was trying to say, to a certain extent of course. Even though she was a bit confused a while ago, when Ozzy made the hand motions a while ago, she became aware they were talking about names.

That said, since she never had a 'name', she didn't know what to think nor which one to choose. As such, that choise would be left for them. When Ozzy called her Ada, thanking for the flowers, she smiled in return. She was fine with having any name, as she didn't know the importance they had. As long as Ozzy and Haley could communicate with her, she was happy.

When Ozzy came closer to her, hugging her, she stood completely still, not knowing how to react or respond to the hug. She knew it was a demonstration of affect, but it was the first time someone hugged her. There were a few times that she woke up on the forest just to realize that a small animal was using her tail to protect itself from the cold night, but it was nothing like a hug. When he let go of her, she smiled at him with a kind expression.

As Ozzy started flying low to the ground, the white creature, whom now apparently was named 'Ada', knew what he wanted and followed him. Even though Ozzy and Haley could fly, they would soon realize that Ada was easily able to follow them on ground due to her speed. She also apparently had quite a lot of energy, so the trip back wouldn't take long.

Bart got close to you before whispering. "How can I do that when I can't even trust my own guild members." He told you before backing away.

John took that as a bit of a personal insult but disregarded it rather quickly. He waited for Bart to finishing speaking before asking one final question.
You didn't tell then anything about me did you?

John would wait for a reply before walking over to help the workers with the construction of the entrance.

Working with the crew was nice. John felt almost at home while he worked with them. It reminded him of how he grew up doing this in his town and even about the artisans guild he had joined some time ago. Despite this, Johnade sure to keep an eye on them.

"I can't say I've been to Varjo so I'm not sure about work down there. Though a group such as yours are hard working and hard to come by. There are plenty of guilds I'm sure that would love to have a group like this work for them. So forgive me if I sound confused about trying to find work. When I left my field of work, I simply started my own business. If you can't do that, there are plenty of artisans guilds around, I feel a group like yours should do just fine if you tried to join one. John stated as he grabbed his tools. He ensured he wasn't missing a single one and definitely made sure to look over the work they had done on the entrance.

If your group wants to go to Varjo then that's up to you all. All I can say is that you guys need to make that decisions as a group. If you're set on it then go for it. Just make that decision together. As long as you all stick together, I'm sure you will be fine.

Haley smiled and nodded at Ozzy's words. "Well alright, she's Ada then."

"Not sure if Bart will agree though, but I'm all for it. I'll vouch for you guys." The Siren said before taking to the air too.

It did not take long for the trio to make it back to the guild headquarters. Ozzy and Haley's flight and Ada's innate swiftness allowed them to cover a great distance in a short amount of time. Still, they would arrive at the guild by nightfall.

~@Stern Algorithm~

"Are...are you from...Varjo? ...no...because if I think it is, then it's not it...? AAGGHH!"
Vivian Altissima

"W-What?! I-I'm not from Varjo! I'm very not from there!" Neil vehemently denied. "Besides, Varjo is not very far from here. I told you I came from somewhere far, far away."

"...O-other worlds? You mean...like the realm of the gods?"
Sylvia Altissima

"Err, not really... Maybe?" Neil replied, unsure. "I mean, I'm not a god but if they live in another, completely different realm then I guess it's kinda like that? Although, I'm pretty sure I don't come from a heavenly realm or anything like that. I come from a more... normal realm." He realized the slip and covered his mouth as if that could undo that moment, to take the words back from the Altissima sisters' ears.

"Hey, you two! Don't-- Don't tell anyone about this, okay?!" He told the sisters in a loud but hushed voice. "I-I don't want this b-blowing up and-and sp-spiraling out of control. So just-- keep quiet, okay?" Neil demanded of the Liliraune. Flustered, he stood up. "I'm just trying to find a way back home, is all. Just-Just keep quiet about this and if you-- n-never mind. I'm going back inside."

Upset at having accidentally spilled his own secret, Neil went back inside the guild and saying a brief 'Hello' to the returning Talia. "Neil seemed... agitated. What happened?" The Cyclops asked upon arrival.

Neil had asked them of discretion, which was the opposite of Talia's request. The Altissima sisters must make a choice.

~@Restalaan (YNG)~

"Please, Master Nero. Would you care to dance for a bit? I'll let you take the first move."
Yang Bethlehem

Nero was completely unamused by your request. "No. I left that life behind. Go away." He said before turning back.

Taking no for an answer, you attack him with a snap kick. You now knew for certain Nero was a warrior as he quickly blocked your kick with his arms. Annoyed and irritated, Nero faced you. "I'm telling you again, I'm not fighting you. I'm done with fighting. I fought my whole life and it never made a difference. I only wasted my time. Is that what you want happening to yourself?" The seeming cow farmer told you off.

"Now go away. If you want a fight, Varjo's just south of here."

~@BKBurke~

You didn't tell then anything about me did you?
John Clarke

"No. I haven't." Bart's made a short reply before heading off.

------

If your group wants to go to Varjo then that's up to you all. All I can say is that you guys need to make that decisions as a group. If you're set on it then go for it. Just make that decision together. As long as you all stick together, I'm sure you will be fine.
John Clarke

"Well, you haven't been keeping up then. These guilds you're talking about? Most of 'em are full up. The ones that aren't are pretty elite, gonna be hard to get in." Larry sighed. "And that's not counting the monsters who're better at this than we could ever be."

"But you're right, Clarke. If we stick together, I'm sure me and the rest of the crew'll pull through. Thanks for the advice."

------

Once the sun had fully set, the construction crew said their goodbyes and left. You decided to hang around the newly-repaired entrance a little bit, long enough for the other guild members to arrive.

~@13org (FYR & ADA), @ShwiggityShwah, @Restalaan (DIT), @BKBurke~

Once the incident between the kaijus was resolved, Rodan had revealed some important information about their kind which forced Morgan and Titanica to say their farewells to the guild for now. Nagare decided to come with them too and said her farewell as well. Thus, Freyr and Ditzy must return to the guild with less of their number.

Upon arrival, the two of them would meet the still-outside John alongside the repaired entrance to the guild headquarters. The entrance appeared off compared to the rest of the Dwarven-designed building but it was certainly better than having a damaged, empty hole.

Just after the arrival of Freyr and Ditzy, Haley, Ozzy and Ada appeared. The two Harpies landed while the white creature ran up to join them with almost lightning speed. "S'up people? Guess what we brought back with us?" Haley announced, gesturing to Ada.

Noticing Freyr, Haley flew over. "Hey Freyr. How's the bit with Titanica?" The Siren scanned for the kaiju and noticed that she was missing, as well as the other kaiju. "Umm, where is she? And Morgan? And Nagare? Did they...?" Haley made a slicing motion with her wing to her neck, assuming the worst.

Haley then noticed the new entrance the guild has. "Whoa! It's fixed now?! Thank the gods!" She admired the repaired structure. Turning to John, she asked. "Was this your work?"

After the group of workers left, John stayed to inspect their finished work. Comparing it to the rest of the building, he certainly felt embarrassed. "Well damn that looks like shit. Guess it's better than nothing though. John continued to examine the doorway. The more he looked it over, the more he didn't like it. The result of the crew and John's work didnt do the dwarven construction any justice. If anything, it just showed how bad the team was compared to them. "Bart's probably gonna lose his shit when he sees this.

John spent so much time worrying about how the entrance looked, he didnt notice the others approach.

Haley then noticed the new entrance the guild has. "Whoa! It's fixed now?! Thank the gods!" She admired the repaired structure. Turning to John, she asked. "Was this your work?"

John turned his head toward the siren though he didnt look her in the eye. He figured when she actually had the time to get a good look at, she would compare to the rest of the building.

Huh?...Oh yes I guess. The group he hired and I put this together. No need to tell me how bad it is, I'm sure I'll hear it from Bart when he sees it. Doesn't take a trained eye to see it doesn't match everything else and with that group gone, I'm gonna get all the shit if he doesn't like it. He also seems to be in a bad mood so that's certainly going to make things better.

John was silent for a few seconds. He realized he didnt actually know who he was talking to. My name is John by the way. I was busy with some personal things and was gone for a bit so I guess this is technically my second day here....how have things been?

Ozzy talked most of the trip back. "We succeed on the job and if we can get Ada to learn something, she'd be a valuable asset to the guild. Everything's going to work out and everyone's just going to love her." He made sure to check back with her and fly at Ada's side so she wouldn't get lost. He talked to her, telling her about the others of the guild, particularly Bart, Yang, Morgan and the others, though he was fairly sure it wasn't going to go over her head, but he didn't want to set the precedent of talking down to her. If he had his way she would be just like everyone else. Unique and wonderful.

The forest gave way to roads and open plains. "See! You can run as much as you want out here Ada!" He laughed seeing how she managed to keep up. He kept the pace until the Guild House came up on the distance. He flapped his wings and landed on the road, finally slowing down and coming to a stop. "Easiest job ever. Though we still have to let the client know that the 'problem' is resolved."

He smiled at Ada and he waved his arm. "Ada. Welcome to the Guild. It's our home. It could be yours too" Before he approached the door.

Yang Bethlehem

Yang eyes widened significantly when he blocked it, she wasn't pulling full weight but she wasn't holding back either in speed.

That elevated the man strength in her eyes and stoke the fire even further within her. She barely controlled herself in just simply not rushing this man down with full strength.

His words, however, brought her attention back and she halts herself for a while.

Well, I'm kind of like the bad guy now. She thought introspectively to herself before sighing, dusting herself and bowed her head and arms forward.

"My apologies, I didn't observe proper etiquette," Yang said before she looked upwards to him. "I shall make it up to you, do you have chores for me to do?"

She offered to help Nero do any work he has for the day, if he didn't then she'll simply nod and leave before making one last offer to him. "If you ever fancy exercising or getting back into form, please inform me. I shall gladly help you."

The day ending, Yang made her way back to the guild. Job done, met a new person and found someone worth fighting. It was a good day.

So when she reached back, she saw the new door and admired its work despite the clashing architecture. She entered the door and was about to close it when she heard noise from afar.

That's when she saw the rest of the remaining guild members coming back to them. Most of all, Ozzy was also in the lead.

Grinning mischievously, she closed the door and waited until he got close. Once she was sure and heard of Ozzy standing in front of the door. She moved with her plans.

@ShwiggityShwah

The door flung open just as Ozzy finished introducing Ada to the guild entrance before she then quickly scooped Ozzy up into her embrace.

"Hey! Disciple! So how's your quest?!" Yang smiled as she hugged Ozzy before ruffling his hair and feathers. She also spun around once before putting him back on the ground. "Did you get this mysterious beast?"

@13org

That's when Yang finally noted the new presence of Ada, which had her slowed down her enthusiasm and raised an eyebrow. She took a moment to process this new beast before raising a finger but slowly dropped it down. Her mind figuring out exactly what and why before coming to a conclusion.

"Dear disciple, why did you bring back the mysterious beast that you were sent to investigate?" Yang deadpanned as she looked at it with a wary and studious eye. It didn't seem to have any hostile intent for now, that Ozzy and Haley were back in one piece is proof of it but one can't be too sure. "Do we even know what it eats? Or how about its family? I can't imagine such a creature would not have family looking for it. Particularly if it's a young one."

Hearing Ozzy explanation only made her sigh as she knelt down closer to the creature. Wary but also careful to not show anything threatening that can be interpreted wrongly.

"Guildmaster Bart will decide on whether she will get accepted. If this one turns out to be a big eater, you're probably going to have to work harder to feed it." Yang then gently stroke the top of the beast head gently and affectionally like how she does to a cat or dog.

---

Ditzy Stoneclub

Ditzy wasn't fine, at all, if anything he had his head downcasted the whole time. The usual spirited smile of his was completely gone even as he was accompanied by Freyr at his side.

@PaulHaynek@13org

Ditzy hadn't even noted the new presence or newly repaired door, not really in the mood until Haley landed in front of them and asked what had happened.

That set off an even more somber mood from Ditzy as he looked away from Haley, shoulders lowered, listless and eyes that was red. He sniffed briefly before rubbing his nose.

Ditzy didn't bawl out loud but he took it hard with all four of his newfound friends gone.

"They went to do things. Ditzy don't know, didn't listen." Ditzy shuffled his feet and allowing Haley to see that he was utterly covered in dirt and grass. Completely messy and brown from it but with no physical injuries at all. If anything, he suffered a severe mental blow.

"It's not fair." Ditzy shuffled his feet and headed to wash himself up. Sandbag trailing and dragged by him. "I found friends to play with aside from Mama and they leave."

With that, Ditzy washed himself and headed straight for bed, forgoing dinner as he was too exhausted for the day.

Vivian & Sylvia Altissima

@PaulHaynek

As Talia approached, the sisters didn't know how to answer, Sylvia was being quiet and reticent, while Vivian gesticulated in a flustered manner before settling on, "H-he wanted to help and took one of the hand shovels to dig, and umm...he cut a poor earthworm in half. You can imagine his remorse and disgust, right?" Vivian nudged Sylvia for an affirmation.

"Uh...oh yes, it was very upsetting," Sylvia added, "But that's just the nature of working with...well, Nature. We'll talk to him later to make sure he's okay." Meanwhile, the sisters continued to migrate the herbs in their pot to the small fenced-in yard.

@BKburke @ShwiggityShwah @13org @Restalaan

By the time they finished, it had gotten dark, and as the sisters headed in, they noticed a crowd gathering outside the repaired hole. "It kinda sticks out like a sore thumb, doesn't it?" Vivian stated, rather callously.

"Don't be like that Vivian!" Sylvia chided, "Repairing is very difficult. Imagine if you baked a cake and someone took a chunk out of it. You can't just patch it up with dough, nor can you bake a portion of cake to fit the missing piece perfectly, now can you?"

"I suppose you have a poi...Oh! Who's this?" Vivian began, but her attention was drawn immediately to Ada.
