Guin Stark

Location: the Reception
Skills: Basic Serbian
Guin rolled her eyes at Pietro. "Bleh, Happy and Pepper made me take etiquette classes. I've done my best to erase everything related to high society, including ballroom dancing," she explained. Her boarding school also required them to know proper decorum, as everyone there was the child of some famous dignitary, celebrity, or public figure. She knew how to walk like a princess, which fork to use first, and what sort of comments were appropriate at a dinner with state officials. With the exception of the House of M reality, she had made a point to never use that information. Rules and manners were suffocating.

"What do I want to do now... Hmm..." They had a sort of rough schedule of events. They had done the first dance, meaning everyone could start dancing now. They still had toasts and the meal and everything planned. There was the bouquet toss and whatnot. And then, once they were thoroughly exhausted of being around other people, Pietro and Guin would get to run off into the sunset for their honeymoon. "Something spontaneous. Like... say, how about you go pants everyone at superspeed and see if Cap wears boxers or briefs?" Guin joked.

Her smile faded as Wanda rushed over to them, saying something in Serbian where Guin only caught the word here and then pulled Pietro away from her. She knew that Wanda had been on the straight and narrow for a few months now, but seeing her still put Guin on edge, her body tensing up. Guin saw Pietro's face pale and her brain went into overdrive, putting two and two together. She glanced around, seeing the shadow of a person outside of the reception area.

"God damn it, this is why we shouldn't have Wolverine do the fucking security," Guin cursed. "His bones are freaking metal... What could possibly go wrong..." She walked over to a waiter, grabbed a glass of champagne and dumped it out onto the ground. Guin then smashed the glass up against the side of a table, making a makeshift weapon out of the jagged remnants. By some miracle, she didn't even cut her skin. A reasonable, logical person wouldn't have done what she did next.

But Guin was impulsive and a bit reckless.

"HEY, MAGNET BRAIN! YOU WEREN'T INVITED TO MY WEDDING, SO LEAVE OR GET FUCKED!" Guin screamed, marching in the direction of the shadowy figure.

Neil Spellman

Location: the Reception
Skills: N/A
Neil glanced up from his hand of cards as Sara gave his hand a squeeze. He smiled quietly at her. She looked so lovely - the backdrop of a wedding only accentuated her beauty. For a brief moment, he tried to imagine bringing Sara home to meet his aunties, maybe even going back the New York Sanctum to introduce her to his parents. Would his cousin Rebecca approve of her? He hoped that she would. His family was strange compared to ordinary people, but so were the X-Men at the end of the day. And while he hadn't thought about it before, it did matter to him that his family liked his girlfriend. He'd just need to make sure that Sara's first experience with them was something more tame - certainly not Feast of Feasts...

"So now that everyone's played, Allison gets to judge and decide who wins. The winner gets the black card kinda like a little trophy or a counter to show how many rounds they won.... I think you play until someone has won seven rounds. And um, after Allison goes, it goes clockwise as to who'll judge next so... That'll be you, Thor. Oh and after you play a white card, you draw a new white card," Neil explained. He admittedly was super curious to see how the game would go with Thor as the judge. Would he censor out the swear words? Would he understand most of the stuff in the deck? Neil had to guess most of the historical references would go over his head. He doubted they taught about the American Civil War in Asgardian schools... or however Thor had been educated.

Did they even have to go to school on Asgard? Or were they just born fighting?

Neil's jaw dropped, hearing the bride yelling about Magneto while carrying a broken champagne glass. "Um, so we might want to pause and... uh... Magneto is here, I think. Or Quicksilver finally drove Guin crazy."

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Pietro & Guin’s Wedding Reception
Skills: Enhanced Intuition;

Antoinette watched the couple dance to the finality of the song, feeling dreamlike and inspired to paint another portrait of the happy couple. She was wondering how Guin would feel about that when Wanda walked over in a rush and pulled Pietro away quickly. Antoinette was confused, watching this until she saw Guin grab a glass and smash it before she started marching over to something in the corner and threatened the unknown assailant with the smashed glass. Antoinette quickly hurried across the dance floor before knowing what Guin was so focused on, wanting to be there to back her up. It was her wedding day after all and although Antoinette figured Guin would be one of those brides to do one of those trash the dress things, she didn’t think Guin would want it to be with blood.
As she came up behind Guin, Antoinette could see the shadowed outline of a person but not who it was. Guin had called the unidentified person, metal head but Antoinette couldn’t physically see them in order to determine who the name belonged to. ”Right behind you Guin,” Antoinette said, her voice quiet but strong. She would defend her friends and the other wedding guests if that was what was needed. Her blue eye started to glow faintly but she still couldn't determine who the person was.

"Oh yeah it is a lot of fun having to try and breakup Flynn trying to rip out Tinley's throat." Cass said jokingly, though she was friends with both of them, they didn't like each other clearly which was very annoying sometimes actually. "I do have the same clearance now as you do you know. Not that I would go snooping around or anything like that." Cassandra said, jokingly while smirking a little bit though she wasn't going to dig into whatever his current assignment was right now she was more focused on working with her team. "Glad that you are all happy though." She said, she watched everyone a little bit more as they all talked amongst themselves the wedding seemed to be going fine as well.

She was about to ask Agent Romanoff how she was doing, when Cass heard a glass shattering and Guin holding it like a knife making her way towards the edge of the venue, hearing Guin yelling out Magnet Brain. Which she instantly assumed was actually Magneto deciding to crash the wedding. Why he would even want to crash the wedding she had no clue at all, Cass quickly got up and made her way over towards where Guin and Annie were now as well.

"He seems like a pretty cool guy then if he was nice to you." Carolina said giving Lance a friendly smile, she did wish that she could have gone to the same high school with them all it would have been a lot of fun she thought. Carolina watched Elizabeth and Peter talk some more amongst themselves. "So, what kind of trouble did you guys get into then while in high school?" Carolina asked jokingly as she watched Pietro and Guin a little bit more until Wanda broke off from Vision, Bethany and Iris to go and talk to her brother pulling him aside seeing his face paling wasn't a good thing at all.

Carolina's eyes widened a little bit when she heard Guin yelling Magnet Brain, looking over at Lance for a moment, and quickly got up and made her way over to where some of the others started to gather. "I've got your back Guin." Carolina said, of all of the people why did he decide to crash the wedding knowing that pretty much all of the X-Men and the Avengers were here. She was more than prepared for a fight to breakout now as well.

Bethany Bell

Location: - The Reception

Bethany watched as Wanda's eyes glowed red, and the little red whisps of chaos magic on the woman's hands and stared at Iris, the girl really needed to not run her mouth The Scarlet Witch did rewrite reality without any kind of issues at all either. She looked at Vision as he spoke, Beth kind of did hope that Iris did drink herself into a stupor so that way she wouldn't have to deal with her at all then Wanda rushing off to go and talk to her brother. "Are you trying to get yourself killed you dumbass?" Beth said to Iris.

The Scarlet Witch was a former villain. She had a feeling that she wouldn't hesitate to hurt Iris at all, or even her for just associating with her. Bethany stopped what she was saying and watched as some of the others started to converge to one area, looking at Iris for a moment before quickly making her way over towards the others. Something bad or interesting was going to be going down now which was good, as Bethany remained at a distance just in case.

Iris Rivers

Location: The Reception
Skills:

”Ah, that’s...disappointing,” Iris mumbled dejectedly, her lips curled down into a small frown. She didn’t seem to have any visible reaction to the Scarlet Witch’s little show of power. After all, in her new career as an X-Person, she’d seen a lot weirder. She quickly perked up, though, smile pinned back onto her lips. ”Want help coming up with a new name? Since you’re not actually a witch? How about...the Hanukkah Hellraiser? The Deadly Dreidel? The Mighty Menorah? Or if we wanna stray away from religious names, how about the Crimson Caster, huh? That’s a good one!” Iris continued to rattle off superhero names even as Wanda marched away, leaving her talking primarily at Vision and Bethany. She eventually stopped when she realized that the woman was long gone, but she carried on talking to Vision, who just offered her the likelihood of a blackout.

”That, my friend, is a risk I am willing to take!” Iris exclaimed, raising her bottle to him, before taking a particularly big sip. When Bethany proclaimed her idiocy, Iris stopped drinking, giving a shake of her head. ”No, no, of course I don’t wanna die, Crab Cakes. I just wanted to offer my friend’s husband’s sister to come celebrate Yule with me. Celebrating Yule alone is gonna be soooooo booooring!” Iris wasn’t exactly sure what Guin actually thought of her, but given that she’d been invited to her bachelor party, she assumed they were friends. A few seconds past after she quit talking, an expression of remembrance took hold of her face.

”OH, I remember why I came over. Vis, buddy, personal question: do you have a di-” Before she could finish her question, Iris was cut off by the sound of the the bride yelling at the top of her lungs. She turned her head in the direction of the others, eyebrows furrowed. ”Wait, what’s happening?” she asked, not waiting for an answer from the robotic man as she sauntered over with the others who had gathered behind Guin.

”YEAH, GET FUCKED, YOU DICK-FOR-NIPPLES CUNT!” Iris joined in, raising her beer in solidarity for Guin about to stab a bitch. She then looked to the others standing behind Guin for context. ”Who are we yelling at?”

Allison Andrews and Sara Grey

Location: The Reception
Skills: N/A

Things took an interesting turn as Allison debated the cards she was given. They were all funny in different ways. She liked Sara's and she liked Neil's. Thor's was ok and Mira's was all right. This wasn't a game of hurt feelings, though they were trying to cheer up Thor. He looked to be doing fine now though, perhaps he just needed a friend to check on him? As Allison was about to make her choice, she heard shouting coming from behind her. She turned to see Guin yelling at someone. Neil filled in the blanks.

Sara looked over and saw Guin, along with a few others, go follow her towards someone she couldn't see, but even then she could see it was not a good situation. Things were about to get interesting. So far this wedding had been drama free so obviously something had to happen. "Yeah, we may want to break that up before things start flying. Lots of metal around here and I don't think Guin or Pietro deserve any of that today." Sara set her cards down, stood up, and walked over.

Allison nodded and followed suit. Was this a bridesmaids job? Taking care of unwanted guests? She didn't think so but either way Magneto was bad news. She didn't want Guin freaking out on a day that should be about her. Allison met the rest of them. She fought Magneto before, she would do so again. She couldn't quite tell who it was, but surely if Guin was acting this tense, it had to be Magneto. Even Pietro was jumping to her defense. "We'll make him leave if you want," Sara said to Guin, though she was sure Guin could handle him.

Allison did not want to fight and was not prepared to. Would he start something? It was his son's wedding, so she could see why he wanted to show up, but at the same time Guin was there, as well as the other X-men, and there was too much bad blood for things to just be swept under the rug and forgotten. She still remembered the time in Wanda's alternate world. How she felt knowing the truth. Sara cracked her knuckles. She could match up with him if need be. Copy his powers and use them against him maybe?

Lance shrugged slightly at Carolina's question, "I mean Guin's the one who always got into trouble. Her first day in public school she managed to get herself a detention in about 5 minutes, so that's something," he responded to her, before his attention was drawn away by what was going on. "And to think that we all thought we'd probably get one day without problems or anything, that's fun," he commented, walking over towards Guin a bit.

Mary perked up somewhat hearing the chaos that seemed to be ensuing relating to the whole Magneto might have shown up to crash the wedding thing. "Of course he's going to make an appearance, what sort of lives do we have if there wasn't essentially one moment where Magneto didn't really decide to show his face, nope. That would be way too simple and the world wouldn't be laughing at us..." Mary muttered as she turned to look in the direction of the chaos.

"Yeah, putting the game on hold since we have to deal with someone whose uninvited..." Mira said softly to the others, setting her cards face down as she stood up from the table, glancing over at what was going on. This wasn't going to be an easy thing to deal with, at all. Then again, she supposed that Magneto was pretty dumb to show up here, since you had the entire Avengers roster as well as the X-Men, so why would he decide that he could just show up like that was beyond her.

"To be fair I didn't bring him along, pretty sure he followed me," a voice spoke up from somewhere near where Tony and Rhodey were, and it seemed to be coming from a table.

Tony glanced around the area by him, before he eventually just spoke up, glancing over at a seemingly empty chair, "Does that really surprise you Mandy?"

"No it doesn't," her voice said before she appeared sitting in a chair with a glass of wine in her hand, "I mean it is sort of what he does a little bit isn't it?"

"Just a little bit."

"Yeah well I still didn't expect him to see about tagging along Tony!"

Lance was a bit confused as to what was going on with Tony and the random woman who popped up, but that didn't really matter since most of the normal people around couldn't actually see too well to notice who it was that was the shadowy figure in the darkness. Instead of doing nothing, a ball of light appeared in his hand and he flicked it in that direction, and soon everyone would be able to see that it was indeed Magneto who was there.

Wanda stared at the shadowy figure, her expression hardening. She still loved her father - yet she could see his character more clearly now than before. He was proud, a champion of mutant kind, a leader; he was cruel, an abusive parent, a villain. He never really cared for her or her siblings - he only wanted to use them to further his own goals. She felt now that if asked to pick between a world ruled by mutants and the lives of her and her brother, he would not hesitate to favor the former. "If you came here for a fight, I won't hold back... Father."

"I'm with Wanda on this one, get out of here," Pierto spoke up somewhat, though to Guin at the least would notice that he was kind of panicking and likely was working hard to keep his voice steady.

"Oh please, there is no need for that. I am not here for fighting. Can't I just come to my own son's wedding?" Magneto said simply as he walked calmly towards the group.

"...I mean you kind of have never cared in the past so yeah, bit surprising," Pietro muttered under his breath to Guin.

Guin Stark

Location: the Reception
Skills: Unarmed Combat
Most of the X-Men rallied behind her - and if Guin hadn't been focused on getting rid of Pietro's abuser, she might have remarked they had so many girls on the team it really should have been the X-Women at this point. Most everyone was showing quiet but strong support, with Iris yelling profanities at Magneto without knowing that was who she was challenging. She liked Iris even more for that. So many people on the X-Men tried to be polite and proper all the time - it was nice to hear someone else calling Magneto a cunt for a change. "Were you invited, you shit for brain? No! I didn't invite you and I sure as hell doubt that Pietro did. You're an abusive asshole and you have no right to be here, so if you won't leave, I'll make you do it myself, you fucking bastard!" Guin screamed.

She charged at Magneto, trying to kick him in the groin but she missed. She didn't care though. She didn't have a thought out plan or strategy here - she didn't even think about how stupid it was to rush the Master of Magnetism in a wedding dress with just a glass shard for a weapon. Guin swung wildly at Magneto, cutting him in the face with the glass. She then raised her foot and kicked him in the stomach as hard as she could, knocking him backwards. "Now get the fuck out of here before I rip your spine out through your eye socket!"

Neil Spellman

Location: the Reception
Skills: Perception, Telekinesis
Neil got up from the table slowly, placing his cards face down. He didn't want to let the others see what he had in his hand, on the off chance this was a huge false alarm and it wasn't Magneto there - maybe it was just a Magneto impersonator or something playing a prank? His heart sank as Lance sent a ball of light out to illuminate the shadowy foe. Neil hadn't seen Magneto before in person - he had just heard descriptions of him. The cape and the helmet, both were real. The helmet casted the man's face in shadow, making it hard for Neil to get a read on him, to figure out if Magneto was actually here to try to make amends with his children.

At least he didn't seem to be trying to kill the bride?

Neil didn't really know what to do. His heart was beating rapidly. Magneto was THE foe for the X-Men. He panicked, remembering that the helmet kept telepaths from stopping him. Using his telekinesis, Neil flicked the helmet off of Magneto's head, only for the helmet to drift back down and stay there. It gave him a sickening feeling of deja vu with the entire Silver Surfer and the surfboard thing. Why couldn't they have a villain who couldn't summon their key item back to them? Was that too much to ask for?

Elizabeth Flame

Location: The Reception
Skills: N/A

Elizabeth smiled at Peter, he seemed like a genuinely nice guy, a rarity for somebody their age. She nodded, and said, "He's a really cool guy, if you ever get to meet him." She was curious though, turning her head a bit, she asked, "Do you knew Guin in High school? What was that like?" She didn't know the bride that well, but learning about her high school misadventures seemed like it could be interesting, that ewas until, Guin absolutely exploded. She'd never realized the woman had a temper, but hell, it was an impressive one. Clearing her throat, she said, "Actually um, hold that thought."

Following over to the amassing group of super heroes, she kept herself towards the back, besides her lack of experience compared to the rest of them, she knew that Magneto had control over metal, and she very much didn't want her shiny new arm ripped off. Glancing around the room, she quickly understood why Magneto was such an effective terrorist, the modern world has a lot of metal in it, all of which could be weaponized against them. If she were better, she'd try to remedy that situation, but that seemed like it would be ineffective at best. As Guin launched in at him, she kept her mouth shut this wasn't her fight, after all.

Cassandra Reed

When Lance illuminated the area, she instantly saw that it was indeed Magneto who was standing there, she stared him down he was in her own opinion really stupid to come here to a wedding filled with the X-Men and Avengers. Guin managed to land the first blow on him managing to attack him with her glass shard and kicking Magneto as well. "Father or not, it's up to the bride and groom to invite anyone they wanted, and seeing as neither of them invited you, you aren't welcome at all." Cassandra said, as she looked around at those who were there, and then everything that was metal as well that Magneto could use against them as well.

"And we highly suggest that you leave right now." Cass said, when she turned and heard a woman's voice seeing the woman appearing at a nearby table. Clearly Tony recognized her, as the two spoke to each other, her attention turning back to Magneto and glared at him ready to fight him. He hadn't made the first attack really yet which was really weird, in her opinion she was waiting to see if Magneto would attack back though.

Carolina Reed

"And here I was hoping that we would actually have a nice wedding reception." Carolina said mostly to herself and looked over at Lance for a moment, when he illuminated the area a little bit and it was indeed Magneto who decided to crash the party. She could understand wanting to be there for your child's wedding. But Magneto from what she knew was a bad father, though she didn't know any of the details she had a feeling that he wasn't the best father at all.

Carolina paused as she looked over her shoulder seeing Mandy appearing in a chair at one of the tables, she instantly remembered her from when Wanda remade the world in House of M. And the night of the ball after Jakobson and Jade came in and attacked her, and taking her over to medical to get her checked out after they had stabbed her. And then the conversation that she and Mandy had while Carolina spoke to her privately when she was trying to wake her up in her astral form, she had kept the conversation secret since then as well. Carolina turned her attention back over towards Magneto as Guin attacked him. "You really do need to leave." Carolina said.

Bethany Bell

Bethany internally groaned when Iris came over the girl really did annoy her to no end right now, and gave her a little bit of a headache when Iris yelled in her ear pretty much. When Lance used his power to reveal that it was Magneto actually she looked over at Iris and motioned for her to look. "Theres your answer." Bethany said with a slight shrug as her attention was fully turned back to Magneto when Guin managed to land a good hit on him.

"I personally knocked out The Silver Surfer, I could do the same to you. So you should just get up and leave you aren't welcome here just like Guin and Pietro said." Bethany said looking over at Guin and Pietro. "Want me to shadow travel him somewhere else like into space or something?" Bethany asked looking at the bride and groom.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Pietro & Guin’s Wedding Reception
Skills: Enhanced Intuition;

Antoinette startled a bit when Guin charged forward to attack Magneto. Lance had provided a ball of light that lit up the shadowed parts where Magneto stood, so all could see who he was now. There was venom in Wanda and Pietro’s voices as they addressed their father and Antoinette could hardly blame them. Magneto was not a good guy, there was no other possible way to twist that, especially after using Wanda to remake the world. Everyone around the room seemed to stop parting, even heavily intoxicated Iris who was yelling profanities and they came over to support Guin and Pietro in a show of solidarity.
Antoinette’s eyes started to glow and sparkle as she started to think about the new power she had but she didn’t act on it. Guin was already doing the attacking, as she had every right to but Antoinette just wanted to be around for back up. She glanced over at Cassandra when she joined and Carolina before training her eyes back on Magneto. There was no telling what he would do or what he may have already done, even with Antoinette's enhanced intuition, she couldn't tell what he was truly doing here.

"...Okay I can understand wanting to just attack him and all, but this is not going to end all too well..." Mary muttered, not too sure what to do, however with a wave of her hand some of the plant life nearby started to move, as she ready herself to defend everyone that she could from Magneto's attacks.

"Oh? You wish to turn this into a fight? I see how things are, very well then," he responded, before he lifted his hands and everything that was metallic in the area (except for Elizabeth's arm I'm being nice) went shooting upwards and several of the objects instantly went within inches of Guin and Pietro, though they weren't the only ones who were in the crossfire of sorts. Several shards went over towards Wanda as well, before more shot off and surrounded Iris and Bethany. Since Annie was close by to Guin somewhat, metal bits went and stopped within inches of her, and over by where Mira was she ended up getting metal very close to where she was.

Pietro flinched slightly, though the metal didn't touch him at all, Guina, I really am wanting to just take off right now, Pietro said mentally to her. It was clear that he was really just wanting to race off and not be there at all.

Wanda however wasn't having any of it, as her hands started to glow red as she looked at her father. "If it's a fight, you won't win it," Wanda told Magneto threateningly. "I changed the entire world. I controlled the scales of life and death. I wonder what I could do to you with just a thought.... Father?"

"You think you could fight me and win?" he said with a bit of a laugh. Though from over where she was sitting, Miranda stood up and suddenly a wall of sorts appeared between the others and Magneto.

"Erik, calm down, alright? You are outnumbered by a lot, if you truly weren't wanting to cause trouble then stop it and let everything drop, okay?" she said somewhat calmly, crossing her arms somewhat at what was going on right now. To her this entire situation was ridiculous, she hadn't even meant to appear and actually show herself, but considering the fact that Magneto was attacking everyone right now, she couldn't exactly hide and do nothing. She was hoping that he would calm down, that everything would wind down and the two of them could just leave without too many problems. There was one little problem though, and that was that Erik had a bit of an ego.

"See, I wasn't the one who attacked first, I am merely defending myself, it was they who attacked me first," Magneto responded, but the shards of metal weren't moving, just staying suspended in the air around some people there.

Lance unfortunately realized that Magneto did have a point there. He hadn't attacked them at all, he had just shown up. It was Guin who had attacked him first, and someone had tried to get his helmet off of his head. They had attacked him, so how was it that Magneto wouldn't strike back and fight back? It just made sense for him to do that, it's just he wasn't too sure that this was going to work out too well or everyone in the long run. This fighting really needed to stop, otherwise people were going to get hurt and they really didn't need that to happen right now.

"How about you get out of here already?" Tony responded, crossing his arms. He did have access to his suits and all, or at least small portions of it, though he really didn't want to have to start fighting or something at this point. At least not if they really didn't have to.

Iris Rivers

Location: The Reception
Skills:

When Bethany motioned to the now visible man as if it answered her question, Iris looked to the elderly man, decked out in what could only be described as a “villain costume.” Her eyes turned to slits, her lips jutting outward. He looked a little familiar, but as hard as she tried, she couldn’t place his face. Maybe he was a special musical guest; the Starks were rich enough to have a couple of those per event. But then why was Guin getting in his face? But then, Guin attacked him, earning a loud, ”Whoop!” from Iris, which was quickly silenced when metal began to surround her and her wedding buddy. Then it clicked.

”Oh, you’re that terrorist guy! Pietro’s dad! Uh...” Iris’ tone was filled with recognition, but as she tried to pull his name out of her head, she couldn’t seem to find it. She wasn’t sure she’d ever heard it. But then, suddenly, it surfaced to the top of her head: a name she’d heard mentioned since leaving Oregon, but one she’d never associated with the man before. It was only at that moment that she put the name to the face. ”Metallica! You’re Metallica!” Once she’d made the realization, she downed the last of her beer, and promptly began using the bottle to swat at the bits of metal as if they were bugs that acted on their own, and not weapons controlled by a madman. She continued to do so, right up until ‘Metallica’ claimed his innocence, which got a laugh out of her.

“Yeah, no, that’s bull. We’ve got security all around this joint. You had to fight someone to get in here. In fact, I can guarantee that, as we speak, there’s a mean hairy guy with sideburns whining about his bones hurting within a half mile radius of us. Which gives us the moral authority to bring down all the power of the Avengers and the X-Dudes on your fogey ass.” she called out, getting ready to use her tai chi to avoid the metal that would inevitably be thrown her way. After a second’s delay, she glanced over to the Scarlet Witch, adding in “Oh, and the West Coast Avengers too, who both seem pretty cool, even though one is still working on her superhero name.”

Guin Stark

Location: the Reception
Skills: Stamina, Agility, Unarmed Combat, Telepathy (Mental Link)
Guin missed having Cass by her side - while Black Widow had been the one to teach Guin to fight, Cass had been her mentor at S.H.I.E.L.D. She had been one of the first people to see Guin's potential outside of who her father was, someone willing to let Guin test herself out in the field rather than holding her back where it was safe. "How about you send him to the middle of the Sun? It's a big fiery ball of gas just like him," Guin suggested to Bethany. She doubted it would actually kill Magneto, he had been alive for ages now and it seemed almost impossible for him to die. Still, she liked the idea and the image of Magneto screaming in agony as the Sun roasted him was nice.

Go. It's okay, I've got this - and if you do leave, go get me some deep dish from Chicago? I'm craving it. She shot a slight smile over towards her husband. She wasn't going to ask him to stay here and face his abuser. Pietro had to pick what was right for him, just as Guin had to decide what was right for her. And right now, what was right for her was smacking the hell out of Magneto. Besides, it could be a fun bonding activity for Wanda and her, as Wanda seemed to be ready to rip Magneto's spine out through his ass.

She snorted as Iris dubbed Magneto Metallica. Iris was really growing on her - she made a mental note to ask Iris to watch Avatar with her and drink when she got back from the honeymoon. She also had a decent point about Wolverine. They really should have hired someone better to run security - even Morph would've been a better choice!

The bits of metal floating around her didn't scare her at all, likely due to some sort of bridezilla induced adrenaline. She ducked and bobbed around the pieces of metal and weaved until she was on the other side of the barricade that Miranda had made - Magneto's wife (at least in the world Wanda constructed). She was face to face with the master of magnetism. "I'm a New Yorker, I kicked your ass before and I'll do it again. You were asked to leave - not going to ask again, you fucking asshole!"

Guin then tried to kick him in the nuts, figuring she would do the world a favor and ruin Magneto's baby maker before he knocked up some other girl, but he dodged. She didn't let that deter her though, putting the foot she had kicked with down and she used the momentum to kick her other leg high into the air, kicking Magneto in the face. As she planted her foot, she then swung with her fist, clipping his helmet slightly (damn it that hurt like hell!) before connecting with his nose. She looked up with satisfaction as Magneto was bleeding, ignoring the throbbing pain in her wrist. "I can do this all day, motherfucker."

Neil Spellman

Location: the Reception
Skills: Telekinesis
Neil was horrified as Magneto surrounded most of the team with bits and pieces of metal. He didn't buy Magneto's speech about how he had been attacked first and didn't mean any harm - this was Magneto after all. His presence basically guaranteed chaos, strife, death, and destruction. He gulped, frantically trying to come up with a way to help his team, as the bride went out of her way to step in front of Magneto, leaving the protection of the barrier one of the wedding guests had made. "W-what do we do?" he stammered to Sara, his voice hardly above a whisper. He thanked his lucky stars that Magneto hadn't tugged out his hearing aids. Neil wanted to be able to hear everything, to at least get a chance to brace himself for what was coming.

It then occurred to him there was something he could do. Magneto wasn't the only one who could tug on pieces of metal. Neil realized that trying to push the pieces away now would be futile, just as it had been when he tried to remove Magneto's helmet. He began to concentrate, focusing on all of the pieces suspended around the team, until he was telekinetically ready to act. He was going to save up all of his strength and the second Magneto tried to use the metal to attack, he would use his powers to block it - to be a shield.

Cassandra Reed

Location: - The Reception
Skills: N/A

Cassandra turned to look at Iris as she came over and shook her head slightly she wasn't really sure how they got her onto the team, but she didn't really say anything as she was about to charge forward to try and forcefully get Magneto off of the reception venue. She was suddenly stopped by the barrier that Miranda had made, she turned to look at her, remembering that she had been there in the whole House of M reality. Then Guin decided to go and attack Magneto again going around the barrier that she had made, and managed to get a few good hits on him.

She was proud of Guin, and wished that she was still with SHIELD she would have been great for the Secret Warriors as well, Cass tensed slightly as Magneto used his powers sending various shards and utensils that were made of metal around some of the members of the X-Men team. Things were getting really heated, she wasn't going to attack yet but she was going to if Magneto continued to fight however she saw Scarlet Witch displaying her own power now as well.

Carolina Reed

Location: - The Reception
Skills: N/A

Carolina watched as Magneto suddenly used his powers metal moving around the group, just as Miranda made a barrier between them and Magneto, she wished that Magneto would just leave them alone so they could enjoy the wedding. She clenched her fists slightly as some of the metal shards were really close to her friends, and glared at Magneto. Guin made her way around and started to attack Magneto again as well, Wanda showing her own display of power as well.

She had a feeling that they wouldn't really be seeing Wolverine anytime soon since his bones were all made of metal, she watched as her sister was about to attack as well but stopped, knowing that the metal floating near them could easily hurt some of them or worse as well. Carolina shook her head a little bit hearing Iris calling Magneto Metallica which was a little bit funny as well.

Bethany Bell

Location: - The Reception
Skills: Shadow Travel

Bethany flinched slightly just as the metal shards flew around some of them, some surrounded her just mere inches from her face, and glared at Magneto. She looked at Guin, and smirked a little bit even though it would have been really cool to send him out to the sun like that. But she had a feeling that it would be either really hard or really difficult to do, as she looked around for something and spotted a nearby lake. Bethany was about to move forward when Miranda made her little barrier between the two of them and then Guin going around it that wasn't really going to stop her.

Bethany closed her eyes as the shadows surrounded her and then the next moment she was behind Magneto, she wrapped her arms around him. "The bride said you needed to leave." Beth said, as she shadow traveled herself and Magneto, but he was either really heavy or he was resisting her, and only moved about two feet away closer towards the lake.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Pietro & Guin’s Wedding Reception
Skills: Illusion Casting;

Antoinette didn’t waver as the metal shards were thrown at them all. For some reason, this reaction from Magneto didn’t surprise her and so didn’t warrant a surprised response. She lifted her hand and tapped the shards methodically before her attention shifted. Miranda supplied them with a shield but it didn’t seem to be complete as Guin walked herself around and was toe to toe with Magneto again. Antoinette hurried herself over but Guin was already engaged in fighting him.
Bethany appeared behind Magneto and Antoinette smiled slightly as they disappeared but they reappeared quickly and only two feet from their starting point. Antoinette frowned and her purple eye started to glow as she switched tactics. Antoinette conjured up three massive timber wolves which stood between Guin and Magneto. They growled and snapped their very real teeth at Magneto. The lead one pawed at the ground, waiting to attack. ”I don’t believe I sent you an invitation. I did help send them out after all,” Antoinette explained.

Allison Andrews and Sara Grey

Location: The Reception
Skills: Telekinesis (Allison), Power Mimicry - Metal Manipulation, Metal Manipulation (Sara)

Things were quickly escalating out of control. Magneto was refusing to leave despite repeated requests to do so. "Technically, as this is their wedding, they are allowed a say in who attends and, if asked to leave multiple times, refusing to do so grants them certain rights. So maybe just leave?" Allison wasn't a lawyer but law still stood for people. If Magneto continued to remain there was a basis for self-defense provided they didn't attack him first.

Which, of course, they did. Sara knew it was coming. She stood by Neil who was growing concerned. "We defend our friends. Simple as that." Allison feared for the repercussions of this moment. They continued to be painted in a bad light. Was this Magneto's plan? Attend his child's wedding and play the role of doting father only to be driven out by his own child and his bride as they attacked him?

Sara wouldn't let him have the satisfaction of ruining this night. She attempted to copy his powers, which resulted in lots of strain to get through, eventually, she managed it. She gripped the metal shards he had floating and attempted to bring them down. She was managing it, but Magneto was resisting hard. "If you walk out now then that will be the end of it, but I will not let you use those against us."

Allison, meanwhile, used her telekinesis to throw up a shield, just in case. "Don't give him the satisfaction of a fight. That's what he wants. Imagine how it will look to the world that we attacked him first at his own child's wedding. Defend yourselves if you must, but don't let him win that battle." She looked over to the others, especially Guin. She had every right to be angry and to defend herself, but she threw the first punch, as it were. And she knew Pietro, he wouldn't stand idly by and let it happen. They just needed him to leave.

Elizabeth Flame

Location: The Reception
Skills: Gun Arm

Elizabeth was about done with buckethead's bullshit. Crashing a wedding was one thing, but if his son hated him so much that he was willing to leave his own wedding to get away from him, he needed to get his ass out of there. Before she even really know what she was doing, she was around the wall that had been constructed, shifting her arm along the way. She had an idea, and it was going to happen, she didn't care if it blew the dick's head off. "What part of fuck off don't you understand?" She asked, resting the blaster of the gun right under the helms lip, before firing it straight off of him.

Her rage boiling, she started say, "Maybe now you can hear us better," as she reared her arm back, intending to slam her arm right into the back of his head, saying "Now, won't you j-" She found herself cut off by shock, as her harm froze mid-swing. She realized, she had ignored the crucial fact that her arm was made of metal, and she was currently attempting to attack the man who could control metal with his mind with it. This may have been, in retrospect, something that some might argue could be called akin to a mistake. Gritting her teeth, she tried to yank her arm back to get the hell away from him, but she was stuck. A look of genuine fear crossed her eyes as she looked over to Guin, hoping for some form of help.

Pietro wasn't too sure what to respond to Guin with. I don't want to leave you here by yourself though or whatever to leave... he responded softly to her mentally as he followed her somewhat around the wall just in time to see her punch his father in the head. ...Also was that really the best idea? You just hit his metallic helmet, so not too sure what you were expecting to happen if you hit it...

Mary went around the edge of the wall, as vines started creeping up from the darkness and heading towards Magneto at the moment. "I'm with them, get the hell out of here Magneto, alright?" she said, glancing over at the others who were sending a lot of different things at him. Of course, it took her a moment to realize that Elizabeth was more or less stuck because Magneto had a hold of her arm with his powers. This definitely was not a good thing, and if they weren't careful, everything could end up worse.

Magneto more or less just chuckled at the group, before with a flick of his wrist he sent Elizabeth flying backwards onto the ground. "Very well, I will take my leave if that is what you clearly wish," he said simply as his helmet floated up from the ground and back onto his head. "I suppose that I will run into you all again soon." with those last words he took off into the sky, leaving the group and the reception entirely.

"...Gonna be blunt I kind of expected him to start throwing things at us as opposed to him just up and leaving," Lance couldn't help but comment, glancing over at the others in the area. Magneto was a bit prideful, so maybe that was why he left or something? He wasn't too sure what even was going on anymore honestly. Though Elizabeth seemed to be the only one who got hurt even slightly, it was just a few bumps and bruises and all.

The wall that had appeared a few moments ago disappeared again as Miranda looked around the group as well. "I should be going too, I suppose I'll probably be seeing you around elsewhere Tony."

"Remind me again why you hang around him still?"

"Why do you hang around the people that you do?" she countered right back at him, before she more or less disappeared entirely, leaving everyone else more or less back to how things had started out before Magneto had decided to crash the reception.

"Well, now that that is over with, maybe things can go back to normal maybe..."

"Hey Guin... How about you see about sitting down for a little bit and calming down okay? He's gone, so that's something, and hopefully he won't be coming back to mess with us anytime soon. It's your wedding, how about you forget him and try to enjoy the remaining part of it, okay? You hopefully aren't going to have another one ever..."

"...So what do you want to do now Guina?" Pietro asked her softly, standing next to her not really too sure what to really do now.

Guin Stark

Location: the Reception
Skills: N/A
Guin was angry - furious with Magneto for showing up on their wedding day, enraged with each one of her friends who decided to at least partially defend Magneto. She hated Allison's argument that they had to be the better people and they couldn't resort to violence unless attacked first. Magneto had been waging war on Pietro's heart, mind, and soul for years - and she was fairly certain Wolverine had been thrown off somewhere as Magneto arrived, as he had been the one running security. She didn't give quarter to racist, abusive assholes.

Magneto left - as did Queen Miranda. Or whatever her real name was. Guin sure as hell hadn't invited her either and she glanced around, as if daring any further wedding crashers to come on out. "No, I don't need to calm down, Mare," Guin said, brushing her Maid of Honor off. "I'm not some wilting flower. And if my husband's abuser thinks he can waltz in here, well, I'm not going to stand for it. I don't care how dangerous Magneto is. He's a fucking coward under that helmet and deserves to have his ass kicked like one."

She was vaguely aware that there was a proper order to everything - they had done the first dance, she was supposed to have a dance with her dad, Mary and Wanda were giving toasts eventually, there was a bouquet toss and stuff. Guin looked at Pietro. This was their wedding. They should enjoy it as much as they could. It wasn't like she was dreading the honeymoon though - a month or so off from superhero duties sounded amazing. "I really want to hit a pinata and scream like I'm an amazon," Guin admitted. "Do we have a pinata? If not, then I think watching everyone try to lift Thor's hammer could be fun too. Or a Super Smash Bros tournament. But I guess we should probably do the formal shit, ugh..."

Neil Spellman

Location: the Reception
Skills: N/A
Neil didn't relax until Magneto was gone. That entire situation could have gone a lot worse - the bride could have been dead, the groom could have gone crazy, the Avengers and the X-Men could have been locked in a duel against the Master of Magnetism. Neil actually felt a little bit bad for Magneto, a feeling that made him uncomfortable. He knew that Magneto had been horrible to people, especially his kids... but at the same time, Neil didn't really know about the abuse Pietro had encountered. He felt a little bit like Magneto should have been allowed to see the wedding, maybe just from afar.

"So, um... Do you guys still want to play Cards Against Humanity?" he offered, sitting back down at the table. Allison was the judge still. He didn't really know if the others were still in the mood - maybe Thor would even feel better now since there had been some aggression and conflict, even if the prince of Asgard hadn't taken part in it. Was that a symptom of Asgardian depression - not joining in on a brewing fight at a wedding?

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Pietro & Guin’s Wedding Reception
Skills: Illusion Casting;

Antoinette smiled as Magneto gave and left them in relative peace. Now they just had to recover from the minor setback. The wolves Antoinette had created relaxed and nudged up against Guin before they disappeared. Antoinette moved away, giving Pietro and Guin their space and went to Elizabeth who had been flung back by Magneto. She bent down and helped Elizabeth. ”Are you okay?”
She stood with Elizabeth, listening to Guin wishing for something to hit like a pinata or expressing her interest in watching people trying to lift Thor’s hammer. Antoinette thought for a moment before once again her purple eye started to glow. She pictured the pinata in her mind, a giant head of Magneto filled with candy and other goodies. It took some serious concentration but soon there was a solid pinata full of goodies for Guin to hit. ”Make it count,” Antoinette said with a smile.
