🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Camp Half-blood: the Shrines
Skills: N/A

Leda dipped her sponge in the water Kiera had conjured for them, before getting to work on scrubbing the shrine. It really did impress her sometimes how easily the shrines got completely filthy. Maybe they needed to institute a no shoe policy in an effort to cut down some on the dirt. She paused for a moment as Kiera started asking her questions about her mother, taking a moment to think. "I've seen her on four Winter Solstices, although that's really just seeing that she's there, she's always darting around, messenger goddess and all," Leda shrugged. "Met her once personally though," she mentioned.

She paused for a moment, reaching into her pocket and pulling out her lucky silver drachma. "Got this from her. She gets loads of drachma, from Iris Messages and all. I dunno. I keep it, think that it's a bit lucky, it's gone with me on all my quests and I've always come back in one piece," she added with a shrug. "Mum's nice and all, but not super huge on contact... I think she wants us to sorta make our own way in the world. That or she's a tad upset all her kids tend to fight and all, as she's a huge pacifist. I dunno. What about your dad? You get on with him?"

☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: Camp Half-blood: Dining Pavilion

Nancy took the pad and pen from Niah, her brain feeling like someone had just put it through a blender. There was only one sensation in the world she found worse than a hangover and this was it - the post prophetic 'glow'. She never had bothered asking why prophecies were always so hard on her body compared to others, largely since she had come up with her own answer for it. She didn't accept the prophecies - it had to be forced on her. Alexandra and other seers, they accepted them, so they didn't have seizures as a fun bonus gift. Maybe it was her father's way of punishing her for hating his 'gift.' She'd only met him once, so it wasn't like she had been able to get confirmation from him.

Her brother was cradling her head, causing Nancy to internally go aww for a second - it was very sweet of him. Niah was offering her water. As much as she hated the public display of this, and how everyone was probably closer to just writing her off as a seer and not a living breathing person, it was nice to know that she had friends who had her back. But it also made it that much harder, knowing she was going to be leaving them. Mads was pressing some napkins to the back of her head, and Nancy frowned, seeing a very aesthetically appealing blonde boy in his 20's come in.

Despite meeting him only once, she recognized her father. She hated that he knelt down and healed her. She would have rather kept the wound. "What do you want?" she asked him harshly, lifting herself up into a sitting position and then standing up from there. She crossed her arms defiantly, still holding Niah's paper and pen. "And why do you only show up now? We could've used some divine power at New Rome, if you weren't too busy staring at your own reflection to notice children were dying - some of them yours, even." The anger was creeping into her voice, but she wasn't anywhere near as angry as she could have been - whether or not Nancy erupted would depend on what Apollo did next.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Bunker 9
Skills:

Demetri looked towards the area that Lauryn was pointing at, searching for the barrel as he began to make his way over. He wasnt sure what he was expecting from having agreed to help on the Argo III and in all honesty he should've realised it was going to be a lot of small grunt work. All in all he didn't mind it though, it was for a good cause and on top of it he got to help Camp Half-blood out in the process. Demi stopped short of the barrel and looked back towards the door they entered through, wondering how Andy and Arthur's snowman was going. They were so sweet together, the closest of friends and even better family. He looked back at the barrel before him, squatting down and gripping it from both sides before lifting it up with his legs and turning around. "You much for reading comics Lauryn? Maybe I could get my mum to send me my handbook copies of Kami Garcia and Piccolo's versions of Raven and Beast Boy. Let you borrow them for a good read."

Demetri made his way back towards Lauryn, careful not to trip over any tools, or materials laying around. The last thing they needed was for him to spill a barrel of fuel. Especially when he didn't even understand how the fuel even worked given it was a wooden boat. He placed the barrel down next to Lauryn, watching as she opened up a compartment that seemed to be for where the fuel would go. Demi leaned against the barrel for a moment, thinking. 'Well...it's an acoustic guitar so most likely just wood. I figured if anything it could have some cool designs painted onto it or Woodburn or something." He instantly thought towards the Iris kids. If anyone had paint it would be them. He hoped his skills were good enough to do some depictions on the outside and where the fretting goes. Something similar to old Greecian vases. He just started and already there were several stops he needed to make. Between here, the Hecate cabin, and now potentially Iris. "Need me to fill it up? Or how's this work?"

Ezekiel Kel

Location: Dining Pavilion -- Camp Half-Blood
Skills:

Ezekiel started to feel the temperature warm around them as Mads explained it was a common thing for Nancy to seize when she was experiencing a vision. That was bloody awful. Zeke was glad that didn’t happen to him. Often his visions appeared in his dreams like last time. The skin started to crawl on the back of his neck and he turned to see his father. Zeke groaned and nearly slapped Apollo’s hand away from Nancy’s head. He healed her far quicker than Ezekiel ever could and that only served to piss him off more. Once Nancy sat up, Zeke shifted and stayed beside Nancy but joined her in glaring at their father.
”I’ll tell you why he is here. So he can show off his glory and be praised for coming at the right time, healing you and relieving us all from the deep freeze. He’s probably here because whatever you just saw Nanc, he already knows. This is some other stupid quest, isn’t it?” Ezekiel asked his father, the glare not lessening. His father only showed, at least in past experience, for his children to either bail him out or further his glory. Most recently Apollo had been turned human but it looked like he was back. How wonderful.

Arthur Stanford

Arthur nodded and waved at they were passed by Leda and Kiera, he knew he should probably talk to Kiera more, but most of his time at this point was spent with Andy and Dem. It still nagged at him though, maybe the Big Three kids should stick together? They'd probably be a force to be reckoned with if anybody attacked them, but he really didn't want to start building his friendships around the most effective ways to not die. He liked his friends, and wanted to keep that part of his life semi-normal, if only to just let him have a semblance of a regular childhood.

Arthur smiled at Andy, she was sweet, and very protective. He didn't mind that though, he liked knowing he was cared about, the only thing that worried him was dragging her into a fight she didn't need to be in, and her ending up hurt. He didn't want her to die for him, but he knew that wasn't fair, because he, when it came down to it, would probably throw himself on a sword for her. "Well then, it's settled, where you go, I go. Deal?" He offered with a smile. He didn't want things to be one-sided in their relationship, and if that meant risking his life, he'd do it.

She paused for a moment after Arthur spoke. Then nodded. "Deal." She wondered if this was something Niah could feel. They weren't swearing on the River Styx. It felt like a promise though. Something they both meant. Even if they weren't swearing or really promising.

The snow around her started to melt. She frowned and looked around as the puddle was forming. She stood up so she wouldn't get soaked. "What is happening?" She looked around wondering if Mr. D was back and had done it. But then she was a spaceship descending. Then she realized it was a car. The guy stepping out of it said it was his bad. But not actually apologizing. Andy knew he had to be a god, but she didn't know which one. "Who the heck? Come on, let's go find out who that is." She said and started back to the Dining Pavillion.

Location: Dining Pavilion
Skills:

She was irritated with Apollo showing up. It seemed timed just to draw as much attention as possible to Nancy. She knew Nancy would hate that. At least the Apollo healed the wound. She understood that a lot of Demi-gods didn't care for their parents. Niah didn't mind her own though she was distant. Niah knew that Nancy hated Apollo. She didn't know what Zeke thought of their father though. That changed quickly.

Zeke spoke and she could hear the disdain. She didn't say anything. Whatever tiding Apollo was bringing couldn't be god. No god descended down like that to tell everyone they were getting ice cream. Well maybe Baccus but he would have also made it rain wine or something.

Stella looked at Kristin and then to Jason and Janelle, then back to Kristin. "Your mom is Athena? That's pretty cool. She's like wise right? Does that mean you're wise? What does it mean to be wise? Like, I keep being told that you get wiser as you get older but is that true? Also who's their parent then? Are they twins or siblings? They look similar. Does that mean they have the same godly parent? I mean that's pretty cool if so. Does that mean that I might have siblings too? I've always been an only child so I don't know what having siblings is like. Also food would be nice, as I have been running for a while."

As usual, Stella's curiosity made another stream of questions roll out of her mouth before she truly knew what she was saying and she could tell that everyone was looking at her again. "Sorry. I'm always asking a ton of questions and I can't help it." She sighed a bit at that as she looked at the three of them and then to Chiron again. "Is it okay for me to go with them to get food? I really am hungry and I don't think I had breakfast? Did I have breakfast... no I didn't. We started running the moment the satry with me woke me up. He was nice. Is he going to be okay?"

Jason and Janelle Gauger

"You certainly ask a laht o' questions, but dat sahrt o' din is a good din. It's always fun to ask a whahle laht o' questions, dough Kristin is de one who prahbably knows a whahle laht mahre den we do," Janelle said towards the sound of Stella's voice with a bit of a smile. Stella certainly an interesting young girl, that much she could tell right off the bat. She had a sort of picture in her mind of what Stella looked like based on the description her brother had given her and the girl's personality.

Jason wasn't too sure what to think with regards to what was going on near him. Stella seemed like a somewhat hyper and curious girl, which really wasn't all too surprising given how old she appeared to be. She kind of reminded him a bit of Janelle when she was that young, of course without the obvious thing being that Janelle didn't have her eyesight at all. She was energetic and everything, and he wasn't sure what sort of questions they should answer first with her complete bombardment of questions.

Thinking about her question though, at least the ones regarding him and Janelle, he laughed slightly. "No, we aren't twens. We're 'alf seblings, but naht in de typical way dat seems to be de case around 'ere. We 'ave de same nahrmal mahrtal mahther, but defferent gahdly fathers," Jason said to her with a smile. "We grew oehp initially in Ireland, but eventually ended oehp livin wit our uncle 'ere in de states. And dat eventually lead to oehs endin oehp 'ere. My father is Ares."

Listening to her brother, she nodded along in agreement, "As 'e said, we're naht twens dough you aren't de first persahn to dink we might be. But me father is de gahd Hypnahs," she said still smiling, as the suggestion of getting some food seemed to interest the girl based on what she was saying. "Stella, I dahn't see a reasahn why you'd need permession to get sahme food, so 'ow abooeht we get goin and get you sahmethin to eat?" she commented, motioning in the direction that they had just come from towards the dining pavilion.

"Haha very funny, she was already on my last nerve so like I care," she said to Bryan with an eye roll. Though right now she was more then content ignoring Leandra's entire existence in order to ensure that she doesn't snap again. At the moment she was walking towards the Dining Pavilion, still not caring that Leandra and Alexandra were heading that way too, when she noticed the sudden change in the weather. "Huh, who turned up the heat?" she muttered under her breath.

Typically, the weather wouldn't change so drastically, the snow should really be staying, so why wasn't it? There weren't many options as to what was going on and what could explain it, but something seemed to be going on by the dining pavilion, so she headed that way. Boy was she surprised to see that apparently Apollo had decided to pay the camp a bit of a visit. It was kind of random in her mind, but she didn't say anything as she was just looking at the scene in front of her, wondering what was going on.

Bunker 9:

"I'm more of a Marvel person than a DC kind of person, but if you want you can lend them to me." Lauryn said with a slight shrug as she took her sword out and then pushed the barrel slightly forward towards the small compartment was where the fuel would go. She cut a small opening as the weird looking fuel mixture started to pour down inside of it. "Well if it's an acoustic guitar we just need some wood, and some guitar strings, and some metal. Did you want any special features on it or anything like that?" Lauryn asked Demi as she leaned back slightly. "We are good for now we can work on your side project now if you want to."

Kiera Donovan

Location: Camp Half-Blood, The Shrines
Skills: N/A

Kiera started to scrub off the dirt and grime as best as she could with the sponge and cloth that she had on her brushing some sweat off of her forehead turning to look at Leda as she mentioned more about her mom and mentioning the silver drachma that she had. "Maybe we can make a lucky charm for ourselves later to, that way if we are on a quest or something we could know that we are alright or something?" Kiera suggested giving her girlfriend a smile she finished cleaning off her father's shrine making it as spotless as she could and stood up. "So who's next Zeus or Hades?" Kiera asked as she grabbed the bucket of soapy water.

"Poseidon seems pretty cool we got along pretty well first time meeting him though back when we visited Olympus. He sometimes talks about his other son Percy he's in college now I think to or something like that with his girlfriend." Kiera said, she hadnt met her half-brother yet and was curious since he is talked a lot around camp from the sounds of it to as well.

Kristin Reynolds

Location: Camp Half-Blood, The Big House -> Dining Pavilion.
Skills: N/A

Kristin smiled at Stella as she suddenly was bombarded with questions about her mother. "I'd like to think i'm wise, a lot of Athena's kids are pretty smart as well to. And yes as you get older you do become a lot wiser as well to" Kristin said to Stella, looking between Jason and Janelle as they both introduce themselves letting each of them answer Stella's questions. She looked over towards Chiron and he gave a nod towards Stella. "You are welcome to get food the dining pavilion isnt to far and your guardian will be alright he's with the other Satyrs filling in the Council of Cloven Elders on what's been going on." Chiron told her.

"C'mon lets get some food in you and don't worry about it I had a lot of questions as well to when I first got here. Maybe you'll get claimed there soon, and you'll find out who your siblings are as well to." Kristin said as she offered a hand for Stella to take and started to make her way out of the Big House and back towards the Dining Pavilion noticing that it was a lot warmer now as well to. She noticed a fancy looking car parked in the middle of camp and had a feeling that Apollo was in town. Just as she entered the Dining Pavilion that was answered as she saw Apollo talking to Nancy and the other Roman's looking at Jason, Janelle and Stella. "Thats Apollo there." Kristin said gesturing towards the blonde haired guy.

Madalyne Crane

Location: Camp Half-Blood - Dining Pavilion

Apollo frowned slightly as he stood up looking between Nancy and Zeke holding his hands up. "What I can't come and visit my two favorite kids?" Apollo said sounding offended and sighed looking at Nancy for a moment as he held out a small package in his hand. "I was gonna give you a late Christmas present to help with what's going to happen, buuuuuut I guess you don't really want it though." Apollo said setting it down on the table, he of course was going to give it to her regardless. "And I was kinda tied up getting in trouble with pops again for something stupid I would have helped if I could."

Madalyne remained quiet for the most part eyeing the package, she had no idea what was actually inside of it as she gently rested a hand on Nancy's shoulder to try and comfort her. She wasnt sure what Apollo meant what was to come but it must have been with something that Nancy had seen. "Is there anything else you need Lord Apollo?" Madalyne asked, she mentally cringed calling him lord, since Apollo always seemed immature really. "If Nancy Nanc has any questions I could answer, but thats about all really I do need to get going pretty soon, the sun doesnt move itself really." Apollo said.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Demetri watched in amazement as Lauryn simply cut the barrel open and had the liquid just spit right in. There was a dopey smile and childlike wonder in his eye, as if he'd just seen a pirate stab open a barrel of rum to have it pour him a pint. "Wicked" Demi went back to the matters at hand, pulling his attention away from the barrel and back towards Lauryn. "Sure thing, I'll see if I can get me mum to send em over. They're a good read with great art by an Ace artist. Been following them since they were just doing fanart and now they got deals up the wazoo with DC."

Demi continued to lean against the barrel, now resting his head onto his arms folded beneath his chin. "As for 'special features' if it's possible I'd like to have it be able to collapse. Be cool if it can go from a wristwatch to an acoustic guitar with a click of a button. Aside from that, just some cool designs, something along the lines of art like the old grecian vases where there were depictions of heros and what not. Think it's all possible?" When it came to things like this, Hephaestus cabin was the sure fire way to go. Demetri was convinced that they could make a pen into a 20 ton tank if they wanted too. Nothing was out of reach for their imagination, but he still liked to ask incase his head was too high into the clouds.

Cassian Rudenko

Location: Cabin 12 > Dining Pavilion
Skills:

Cassian had a bit of a late start that day. Rolling over in his bed before finally opening an eye and seeing that his cabin mates were gone. He slid out of bed and grabbed his clothes, getting dressed in his soft attire, finishing off the look as he reached down and cuffed his pants ever so slightly above the ankle. He pinched his cheeks, letting them naturally rouge more than they usually did, and ran a hand through his curly brown hair to ensure none of it was frizzing out of place. He stared at his box of tea and contemplated making himself a pot, before finally deciding he could easily have one at the dining pavilion.

So Cassian slid on his white low cut converse, tapping his toes onto the cabin floor to ensure they were on all the way, before finally making it out the door. His sweater helped a little in the way of keeping him warm, though it was mainly a floridian sweater, thin and meant to be used in the sun for aesthetics more than practicality. His fingers ran across the metallic reeds of his pan flute as he walked towards the pavilion, deciding what it is that he should do today. All of that went out the window however as he slowed his steps, seeing the expensive sports car, and the scene that was unfurling before him.

Cassian hardly needed to hazard the guess, he could think of only one god that was a tool enough to have decided to appear like this. That and there was a massive spot on the ground now missing snow and who better to melt it than the sun god himself. He didn't want to meddle in whatever affair was happening, instead opting to grab two glasses and thinking of honeyed milk for one and a nice Earl Grey for the other. His food materialized before him, a lovely breakfast salad consisting of Greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, granola, and a drizzle of honey right on top.

Cassian arched a delicate brow as Apollo placed a present onto the table by one of the Roman girls. Eating his food slowly, almost artfully, as he continued to enjoy his new Soap. His hand fell absentmindedly onto his gift that Dionysus had given to him. One he'd learned to cherish everyday since having it. He took another bite of his food, turning his attention to Zeke, the camp asshole from what he'd been told, and wondered if he was just stupid enough to his a god in the face. He certainly didn't seem wise enough not to run his mouth, but then again it could be a familial thing.

At any rate, Cassian found his hand slowly moving his instrument off of his lap. Placing the celestial bronze onto the table with a small ping and drawing his attention towards them. He then realized the sudden itch that he had to play them. He didn't think that this scene needed any help, but just imagine how much better it could be with a little chaos. His lip curled into a devilish grin as he thought about it. After all his grandmother had started a war with a simple apple in the presence of the gods. How bad could a simple note do in a room full of demi-gods with Apollo right by, his children already irritated by his visit. But no, Dionysus would most likely disapprove of this love, especially when the Big Three were already fighting one another. And so Cassian remained there eating his food, tapping onto his flute with his free hand.

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Camp Half-blood: the Shrines
Skills: N/A

"An actual charm or just a pretend charm? Because I'm not sure how Bex's siblings would feel about helping me make a charm for my girlfriend," Leda pointed out. The break up with Rebecca hadn't exactly been amicable. Rebecca hadn't wanted to end the relationship - and Leda had been too scared to do anything but end it. She was tempted to kiss Kiera, but she knew that the gods could be extremely touchy when it came to people kissing in their sacred places. That's how Medusa had been formed after all - and it had been the downfall of Atalanta. Still though, she couldn't deny how beautiful Kiera looked, even with the dirt and grime.

"Hmm, let's do Hades next? Save Zeus for last," she suggested. From her limited awareness, Zeus and Poseidon were the ones with the huge rivalry - Hades seemed more content to do his own thing. This way, just in case any gods were somehow being annoyed, Poseidon could argue first was best and Zeus could argue last was best. "Have you heard anything from your brother yet? He's a bit of a legend around here," Leda recalled. Percy had been before her time, but she still had heard tons about the son of Poseidon - he was a modern day Hercules after all.

☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: Camp Half-blood: Dining Pavilion
Skills: N/A

Nancy supposed it was inevitable that one day, she'd be forced into the role of the old woman who could see the future. This moment felt like a small taste of that fate. It was sour. Nothing good ever happened to oracles and rarely did they make the choice to be one - it was always thrusted upon them. Her father wouldn't understand that. He had given her this curse, along with a magical deck of cards that were supposed to help her to control and channel it. She hadn't been compelled to draw cards this time - the vision had been enough. She didn't hate her father. She was deeply angry with him - but she didn't hate him. It would have been simpler that way.

Her eyes narrowed at him, seeing the 'gift' he set down on the table. It felt like a bribe - like a way to magically erase all of the abandonment and neglect with one sweeping, meaningless gesture. She had known people like that in Las Vegas, who would scream and hit people, and the minute they wanted something, came back with something expensive as if that washed away all the pain. The last time she had seen him, he had given her gifts to 'apologize' for not noticing she had been trapped in the Lotus Hotel and Casino since the 80's. She didn't count when he showed up to New Rome, stuck as a mortal - she hadn't interacted with him, being too angry.

"Thanks," she said dryly, picking up the gift. Even if it was a bribe, at least it'd be something to hopefully keep Mads safe - to stop the future from coming true. She opened it up though and her jaw dropped. "This... You're... you're giving me...?" she asked, absolutely gobsmacked. She didn't finish her sentence. She was holding the Physician's Cure. It could reverse death. It was absolutely forbidden by Jupiter. She could save one person. She purposefully didn't voice what it was - she didn't want someone to steal it. "Can we talk in private?" Nancy asked. Despite her (now famous) screaming matches in the Senate Chambers, she was a private person when it came to more emotional matters.

Ezekiel rolled his eyes when Apollo said he was going through something with Zeus. What else was new. That man child was always mad at one of his siblings or children over something petty and ridiculous. He groaned when Madalyne spoke up, calling Apollo a Lord. ”Oh don’t do that. It’s going to go straight to his head.” He looked back at Apollo, smirking slightly until he saw a box revealed and set on the table. Apparently for Nancy as a late Christmas present. Well, where the heck was his?
Ezekiel watched Nancy take the box and peered at it curiously, trying to get a good look at it. He wasn’t expecting her reaction though so he thought it was probably something pretty not good. It was rare that the gods actually gave one gifts you wanted. She suddenly announced that she wanted to speak with Apollo alone. Zeke frowned.
”Nanc, are you sure? I could come with,” he said, glancing at Apollo warily before looking back at his half-sister. There was a bit of jealousy Zeke was feeling but whatever Nancy had received had something to do with whatever she had seen.

Arthur Stanford

Arthur smiled as they made their pact. He didn't think it would be enforceable if Chiron or anybody wanted to oppose it, but the thought of them at least trying to stay together. However, his gratefulness for this newfound arrangement was dwarfed by his concern that the weather was suddenly changing. This probably wasn't good, even if it gave them a welcome break from the chill. He nodded at Andy, before saying, "Sorry we didn't get to finish the snowman, but yeah, we should see what's going on." Whatever had come, he had a bad feeling about it.

Walking with Andy towards the Pavillion, Arthur did let himself relish the change of weather. He disliked the snow so much that this slight break from the torrent of snow and cold that had been attacking them was most welcome. His hair was wet with the snow that had fallen on him turning to water, and he kind of shook his head a bit, doing what he could to make himself semi dry and presentable. Entering the pavillion, he looked on to see Apollo, and immediately shrunk back. He wasn't going anywhere near a god, and he really didn't want Andy to approach him either. He still felt scared of them, with all the power they help, and all of their apathy for human life.

"We can try again later." She said. Getting to the Dining Pavillion she saw the face of the cause of the drama. Apollo. Zeke's dad. He was a god of the sun so that explained the melting. "He is the god of the Sun." She said informatively. Leda had taught her that when she had helped clean the shrines one time.

She sensed that Arthur was nervous, so she stayed behind with him not getting any closer. "Why do you think he is here?" She watched as he was talking to Mads, her friends, and Zeke. Apollo's attention was focused mostly on Nancy. Andy didn't know Nancy very well. Anytime she spent with her aunt Mads the others weren't usually there.

Niah wanted to know what was in the box, but reading Nancy's body language told her now was not the time or place. She bit her lip. She wanted to get involved, but she knew better. Niah looked into the box and saw the bottle. It took her a moment and the name of it came to mind. She kept her mouth shut though.

She knew it was forbidden but nothing else. Niah paled a little. If Apollo was giving Nancy the Physician's Cure there was a good reason for it. She wondered if it could break Mads' curse. She didn't know what the cure did, just that Jupiter had forbidden it.

Stella looked at Jason and Janelle and blinked a bit as they spoke. Growing up in San Francisco she had heard a lot of different accents but theirs was unique and sometimes a little hard to decipher in her mind. She got that they were siblings, same mom, different god dads. She was wondering how often that happened and was about to ask that before her stomach gave a loud growl once again reminding her that she had skipped breakfast to run away from the manticore. "I figured ask just in case. I dunno if the food is available all the time. Better to ask than get there and find that I missed breakfast."

Stella took Kristin's hand and smiled up at the taller teenager as they walked together in that little group. She did notice two strange things as they walked. One, it was warmer than when she had arrived, and she didn't think she would feel like that going outside from a warm building. The second thing was a car, in the middle of the camp, far away from anywhere any normal person would park a car, and it was a convertible with the roof down to boot. So, that was strange, and she wanted to ask about it.

However the questions were answered when Kristin told her that the tall blond that seemed to radiate warmth was Apollo. "Wait? The Apollo? The sun god? He's here? Why is he here? What is he doing in the dining hall? Is that common? Do gods come down a lot to visit us? Is that his car? Is that is why it got so much hotter? I mean that doesn't make sense since the sun is up there, and he's also here? How does that even work?"

Bunker 9:

"I'd like that then." Lauryn said as she watched as the last of the fuel started to drip out and into the tank she then kicked the barrel away and closed the hatch. She crossed her arms over her chest and started to think a little bit on the material before looking over at Demi. "So it'll have to be an electric acoustic guitar, since wood wouldn't last to long that way and it could break so it'll have to be made of celestial bronze." She said as she went over towards a nearby work station where there was a note pad and started to write down what she needed, before handing it over to Demi.

"So, here's what i'll need there should be some guitar strings at the camp store, if you need drachma for that i'll give you some. There should be some stencils and whatnot with some paint over at the arts and crafts center for the designs. I'll get the metal ready and just meet me at camp forge and we can get started." Lauryn told Demi there was loads of spare celestial bronze in the Hephaestus cabin that was going to be scrapped and melted down again for other projects.

Kiera Donovan

Location: Camp Half-Blood, The Shrines
Skills: N/A

"Real charms, we could ask the Roman Praetor maybe if Annabelle or the other Hecate kids refuse to, whatever makes you comfortable though love." Kiera said to Leda and gave her a smile, she didnt want to have her girlfriend do something that she didnt feel comfortable doing with and she remembered Leda had told her about the breakup from Rebecca. "Have you heard from her or anything anyway?" Kiera asked, since Rebecca had gone off to Circe's island to learn some magic and left them all behind. Though she had a feeling that Rebecca didnt make contact with Leda or anyone really either.

"Sounds good to me lets go over there now." Kiera said as she knelt down and grabbed the cleaning supplies and made her way over towards the Hades shrine setting the cleaning supplies down and looked up at her girlfriend and shook her head. "I haven't met him yet, though dad did give me his mom's address if we are ever in the area I could meet him, since it's winter break he's probably there now I think." She said as she started to clean around the shrine and made sure that the dirt was swept out of the shrine itself.

Kristin Reynolds

Location: Camp Half-Blood, The Big House -> Dining Pavilion.

"Yep thats him." Kristin said as she waved for Stella to follow her and took a seat at the Athena table for the time being she reached over and grabbed an empty plate and glass and handed it over to Stella. "They don't really come to camp to visit that often, the only god you really do see here is Dionysus. Though he goes by Mr. D for short here to. As for why Apollo is here I really don't know i've only met him once while going on a quest with Zeke one of his sons and a girl named Leda a daughter of Iris." Kristin said as she looked at the present that was on the table for a moment near Nancy and wondered what it was.

"So to get food, just think of whatever you want and then the food will appear on the plate same thing if you are wanting to drink it's usually always something that is your favorite." Kristin instructed Stella giving her a smile, as she looked at Jason and Janelle motioning for them to come and join her at the Athena table.

Madalyne Crane

Location: Camp Half-Blood - Dining Pavilion
Skills: Greek/Roman Mythology

Madalyne stared at the box as Nancy opened it and saw that it was the Physician's Cure her eyes going wide, it was something that was completely forbidden by Jupiter and knew that it could bring back someone from the dead. The only time that it was used ever in recent times was during the final battle with Gaia Leo had used it to sacrifice himself to destroy Gaia. Though she wasnt sure where he was now other than he did help with Apollo a few times in the past. Madalyne looked at Nancy for a moment wondering why she wanted to talk to Apollo privately. "Are you sure about this Nancy?" Madalyne asked her, she wasnt sure what she wanted to talk about with her father privately, Nancy never really did like him to begin with.

"I'll give you a present next time I stop by next okay Zekey?" Apollo said teasingly as he ruffled Zeke's hair and looked towards his daughter and nodded. "Sure thing, we can talk in my chariot." Apollo said as he started to make his way towards, just as Apollo was about to pass Stella Demeter's Symbol appeared over Stella's head, one of the older campers stood up and pointed to Stella. "She's a commie!" The camper yelled as a few children of Demeter turned to glare at the one camper who yelled it out, it was some sort of weird joke that happened quiet often when a Demeter child was claimed now. Apollo chuckled slightly as he made his way towards the Sun Chariot once he was there he opened the door for Nancy to get in so that they could talk privately.

Jason and Janelle Gauger

Location: The Big House
Skills: N/A

Jason was more or less silent when he followed after Kristin as she continued to explain how things worked for Stella. It was easier in the long run for him to just let her explain everything, not like he was any good at that sort of thing. He really was only good at giving descriptions of things, and that was only because of the fact that his sister was blind and he was used to having to explain things to her. Of course, Stella seemed beyond curious as to how everything worked around here, and it seemed like at the moment she had some down time or whatever before chaos potentially happens to learn things.

She was following along, and using her cane to lead the way, this being since at this point Kristin was leading Stella places, and even though if she wanted to she could have held onto her brother's arm, she was more in the thought process of being independent, so she was allowing herself to lead herself around. The area was a bit warmer then she remembered it though, and that was something that she easily took notice of. "Apahllo? What does 'e look like? What's goin' on?" she asked instantly, her head tilting to the side, waiting for someone to maybe give her some sort of description.

"Well, 'e showed oehp in a fancy car in de meddle o' de dinin pavilion it looks like, blahnde 'air naht all dat surprisin 'ahnestly, just kend o' seems like a nahrmal din. o' course always goes wit de question o' why 'e's 'ere," Jason answered his sister. Sure, they had gone up to see the gods and whatnot not too long ago, but they could change their appearances on a whim if they wanted to, so her asking for a slight description wasn't all too surprising to him, he just wondered why Apollo was here.

"I mean we could joehst ask, but I dink dat wouldn't be a good idea..." she commented, as Kristin explained to Stella about how the food and plates worked. It probably seemed like an entertaining idea, actually at times all of the magic seemed to be overwhelming, but also interesting to think about. She also had already eaten food, as had Kristin and her brother, so she wondered what they should do now, aside from letting Stella get some food. Oh the adventures, especially since there apparently was a god who decided to pay a visit now.

Marygold Isley

Location: Dining Pavilion
Skills: N/A

She was still wondering a bit what the hell was even going on, but then when she actually stopped to notice the car and everything she realized that it only really meant one thing. It meant that Apollo had decided to pay a visit to the camp for some strange reason, and that was not necessarily a good thing. When the gods showed up it usually meant that they wanted something, or to just cause trouble. It was a bit of a toss up half the time what it was that people wanted or what, she just knew that most people didn't have the best relationships with their godly parents.

"Well this is interesting..." she muttered, before she glanced over and saw Stella with Kristin, plus Jason and Janelle, and she sent a smile her way before moving over to see them. "Hey there Stella, how's everything treating you so far?" she asked her. This sort of thing could be a bit overwhelming to people who weren't entirely used to everything. Then again, Stella wasn't quite like most usual people when she first got to camp, she knew how to use at least one of her abilities, and that wasn't just something that most new demigods knew.

Ezekiel Kel & Demetri Howell

Location: Dining Pavillion/Bunker 9 ---> Cabins -- Camp Half-Blood
Skills:

Demetri moved away from the barrel as he watched Lauryn go to kick it. Placing his hands in the air as if to surrender. "Just a regular Badass huh?" He followed her towards the work station, watching as she wrote some things down onto a notepad and then snapped back as she turned to hand it to him. Demi gave it a cursory look, checking to see what all he was going to need to get before folding the paper up and placing it into his pocket. She ran through everything that was needed, as well as where to get the items. He couldn't help but smile the whole time and nod as he got the feeling that it was finally happening.

"Right, thanks. Oh uh, but I will need those drachmas please." Demi said, almost ashamed to need to be asking for money. He wasn't the type to have others cover for him, and if he could he would usually cover for others when needed. Luckily Lauryn had already offered to do so, fetching out some drachmas she carried on her and handing them to Demetri so that he could get going and gather the supplies. "See you at the forge then. And Lauryn...thanks again." He offered her a warm smile before heading off, thinking about what the quickest route might be.

Ezekiel batted his father’s hand away and fixed the beanie on his head. He hated how much his father tried to be a father and teased him with the idea of a gift. ”Ya, sure. I’m sure it will be another lovely quest to go and die on for you. Hope you enjoyed that steak old man,” he said. Zeke looked back at Nancy when Apollo walked away but she seemed ready to go and talk to Apollo alone and there was nothing Zeke could do about that. He stood, annoyed and frustrated with the entire situation. He didn’t even get a good look at what was in the box. He looked at Nancy’s friends. ”If she wants to see me or whatever, I’ll be in Apollo cabin,” Zeke said before he sulked off.

Ezekiel normally enjoyed the warmer weather but now it was just an annoyance. He glared at the obnoxious chariot as he passed on his way to the cabins. Zeke was struggling with a mix of emotions. He wasn’t the only Apollo kid at camp but it seemed Apollo had come around to see him the most and now, he was here to see Nancy and Nancy suddenly didn’t want to deal with Zeke either. They had bonded over the hate and Zeke hadn’t felt close to anyone here at camp in a long time but now he was feeling a degree of rejection and inadequacy.

Demetri had finally decided the quickest route to get everything done was to go through the Cabins. It was a fairly straight shot from Bunker 9 past the Cabins to get to the Arts and Crafts center. From there it was only a matter of heading down to the Big House for the shop and then looping up to hit the Forge. To say his pace had quickened was a massive understatement. He already walked fast for most people, his long legs helping with that endeavor, but the exhilaration of making something for someone got him moving.

He made a mental checklist of everything that was needed on the list, running through it several times as he walked. Demi counted each item on his fingers over and over again, everyone once in a while stopping to recite
The cow as white as milk
The cape as red as blood
The hair as yellow as corn
.
For whatever reason mixing his list to that song allowed his mind to focus more on what was needed and made it harder to forget, granted he still had the slip in his pocket just in case.

Ezekiel made his way to the cabins even with his mind racing with thoughts about Apollo and Nancy. He didn’t even stop to look up as he followed his feet in the familiar direction of his cabin. He ran into something hard and snapped. He shoved the person back.

”Watch where you are bloody well walking!” He glared at the person in front of him, seeing red before black hair, black beanie and the rest of the picture filled out. Zeke deflated quickly and cursed. ”Demi, what the hell?”

Demetri was so focused on his hands and his recitation that he hadn't paid any thought that there may be others in the area. Before he knew it he had cleared half the camp and was abruptly reminded about the other campers as one slammed right into him just before shoving him even more. "Watch it jerk!" He said as his eye flashed towards his assailant only to realize it was his jerk.

Demi immediately switched gears, a clear look of regret in his eye as he began to apologize to Zeke. "Sorry Z, kinda in my own headspace at the moment trying to remember a checklist I'm getting. But...while I have you I actually have a question for you...if I can." Demetri looked about really quick to try and gauge who was and wasn't around them. If anyone asked he would lie and say it was about his new eye.

Ezekiel sighed, looking away and stared at his cabin that was only a couple feet away. ”Sure, because I don’t have anything pressing on my mind either. What is it?” Annoyance very clearly filled the tone of his voice and he looked back at Demetri, waiting for the oh so important question.

Demetri followed Zeke's gaze towards the Apollo Cabin. He hadn't known about Apollo's grand appearance, or what had gone down at the dining pavilion. What he did know was that Zeke clearly wasn't in a good mood. His hand twitched slightly forward, wanting to comfort Zeke, but he stopped himself and crossed his arms across his chest to stop himself from doing anything in public. He gave Zeke a sympathetic look as if to say we can talk about it later when we're alone.

Demi chewed his bottom lip for a moment before finally asking his question. He knew the longer he drew this out the more annoyed Zeke would get. "I was just curious...what were your favorite parts of the Odyssey...and well, is it just the Odyssey or do you like the Iliad as well? And if so, what parts?" He continued to chew his bottom lip, shoulders slumping down as he stood there both concerned for Zeke as well as worried how mad he may get at the current questions. But he needed to know which stencils to grab.

Ezekiel’s eyes shifted down when he recognized Demetri’s signature twitch of him wanting to reach out and take Zeke’s hand or comfort him. Zeke let out another sigh, feeling himself relax a little. It was Demi but he at least cared, in his own strange way. Ezekiel focused on Demetri, listening to his question which completely took him off guard. Zeke looked at Demetri with confusion. ”What? Why?”

"I-well-um." Demetri didn't want to give away the surprise and hadn't exactly expected for Zeke to question him. He bit his lip a little harder, feeling a bit rip off slightly as his nerves kicked in. "Just...curious is all. Please? Just...humor me you jerk." He felt as if he couldn't say too much because of how public they were right now, knowing Zeke wanted to keep up pretenses outside of the infirmary or private moments.

Ezekiel smirked when Demetri called him a jerk, although this time it was fine. ”Alright, bitch.” He thought back to the Odyssey and all the different times he had read it and the things that had stuck out most for him. ”Well, I like Penelope’s dedication to Odysseus but I also like his strength that he shows his men. I like when he’s trapped on the island with Calypso and when his son goes out to care for his father’s land. As for the Iliad, I haven’t read it yet.”

Demetri tried to think of what he could do for the sake of designs across the side of the guitar. He had a few ideas in mind now but it all came to a crashing halt when Zeke mentioned he hadn't read the Iliad. He had assumed anyone who read one had read the other. They were always, at least in his surroundings, referred to in the same breath. The Iliad and The Odyssey. "You...you haven't read the Iliad yet? Any reason why mate?" Demi had stopped biting his lower lip, now focusing on what Zeke was saying.

Ezekiel shrugged, trying to avoid the truth to the question. ”Just never have. I want to. I’m sure they have a copy around here that I can get my hands on but I don’t have much time for reading outside of my medical texts,” Zeke informed Demi.

Demetri opened his mouth as if to speak, stopping short of vocalizing anything before closing his mouth again and thinking. Zeke and Demi had spent months reading together and spending time together, and although he read his medical texts usually, Demi didn't see why he could do some casual reading as well. He tapped his finger on his lip as he thought and finally decided to just shrug at him. It had given Demi an idea, a double dose of gifting. One for the birthday he had so clearly missed, and another for Christmas. He owed him that much at least he figured.

"All right then, keep your secrets." Demi said, quoting Frodo with a bit of a grin. "But seriously that's fine then Zeke. If you haven't had time you haven't had time I guess. I really appreciate you taking time to answer my silly questions." Demetri glanced about for a moment, balancing his weight onto the heels of his feet as he rocked in place awkwardly. "Wanna talk about what got you all heated up later? I need to pop by the infirmary anyways to have you look at something for me anyways so…"

Demetri was one to talk about keeping secrets. Zeke had a feeling his question wasn’t just casual conversation. If it was, it likely could have waited. Zeke was ready to leave, to be done with this too long conversation but after Demetri stood there awkwardly, he asked Zeke a question he had been grateful for. Zeke nodded, feeling like it would be better if he talked about it, unless he saw Nancy first and got some answers.

”Ya alright, I’ll see you later,” Zeke said before he walked away and entered the Apollo cabin.

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Camp Half-blood: the Shrines
Skills: N/A

Leda gagged. "I'd rather not ask the praetor, she has a blood stick so far up her ass it's a miracle she can walk!" Leda complained. All of the Romans were so uptight it was downright nauseating. She didn't understand how anyone got along with them - except for maybe Kristin, but that was largely since Kristin was also a bossy know-it-all. She wouldn't have been shocked to find out Kristin was secretly Roman all along. She shook her head at Kiera's next question. "I haven't heard shit from her. If I had to guess, she's enjoying her little magic academy experience, not caring at all that the world is on fire and may end."

Perhaps it was a bit harsh of Leda, but she believed it. She had seen the darkness in Rebecca and she didn't think that her ex actually cared about anyone besides herself. It was always about Rebecca's dream of becoming an immortal sorceress, remembered alongside Medea and Circe. Leda picked up the rest of the cleaning supplies and trudged on over to the Hades shrine. It was basically a completely different vibe from the Poseidon one. "You think you'll go or nah?" Leda asked, dusting the little tributes and whatnot that were in the shrine.

☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: Camp Half-blood: Dining Pavilion -> Sun Chariot
Skills: N/A

Nancy didn't really even fully know what she was going to say to her father, as she nodded at her friends and left the dining pavilion, following him to his chariot. She swallowed slightly. She'd never been in the chariot before. She tried not to look too interested in the flashy car, even though it was very much exactly her style. She got into the shotgun seat, before turning and looking at her father, taking a slight breath. "What the fucking hell is your problem?!" she then blurted. "We were dying, we lost New Rome, and now you show up with the most ominous gifts in the history of everything, acting like we're all good? Is this a bribe to make me like you? Is one of my friends going to die?"

Apollo went and sat down in the driver's side seat as he turned to face his daughter as she suddenly laid into him, he didnt show any sign of pain as she yelled at him. "I may be the Sun God but I cannot be everywhere at once. I was in Tartarus looking for my shrine that ended up somehow falling down in there. It's not a place that isnt exactly easy to get out of. And the gift isnt a bribe it'll become very useful, and I am not sure it could possibly happen if events change."

Nancy's left eye twitched slightly. She wished he would have had something more of a reaction, rather than this peaceful and passive nothingness. It was so grody she couldn't believe it. "Oh I'm sure you couldn't do without one of your shrines, that definitely sounds like an emergency," she said sarcastically, even though she knew that the shrine was relevant to the prophecy and all she had seen.

"Hey it's one of my favorite shrines to visit!" Apollo protested and stared at Nancy knowing that it would probably get a rise out of her as he leaned back slightly in the car seat and faced her. "But seriously there is something big going on down in the Pit, why do you think the Big Three are even fighting right now?"

"Oh wow, your favorite shrine! This must be so fucking hard for you! It's not like you have a THOUSAND OTHER FUCKING SHRINES TO VISIT! BUT NOOOOO! THIS ONE MOTHERFUCKING SHRINE IS IN THE PIT, EVERYONE STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING, APOLLO WANTS YOUR SYMPATHY!" Nancy shouted. She was angry about Mads - angry that Mads was cursed to spend her life as a werewolf. She was angry that her father didn't actually care about her or any of her siblings. She was practically daring her father to yell back at her, to smite her, show her some of the anger she had inherited from him.

Apollo looked a bit hurt as Nancy started to hurl more abuse towards him, but knew that he most likely did push one of her buttons as he glared at her. "I am here to help you in what I could you are my daughter, you need to understand giving you the Physician's Cure Zeus or Jupiter whatever you wanna name my pops would have my head for even finding out that I asked Asclepius to make a new one."

Nancy hesitated, completely confused and bewildered - her father actually looked hurt. Was it some sort of ploy for her to go easy on him, so that way instead of shouting at him she'd just sing his praises? She knew he wasn't lying about Jupiter's wrath - the Physician's Cure was forbidden after all. She stared at him, counting to ten in her mind as she tried to not scream at him some more. "But why are you here now? You've literally never been there for me. You.... You gave me this fucked up power of prophecy, this curse," she then said, her eyes watering slightly.

Apollo thought about just putting a comforting hand on Nancy but thought that she might end up blowing up on him again, maybe it was because when he was mortal last he didnt want to become more like how his father was. "I want to be a better father for all my kids, I know that I can't be there for you all the time and trying to make up for that. I know that the power of prophecy is a curse for some but it is something that is needed for the months ahead."

Nancy clenched her jaw. She knew that there were horrible things on the horizon. The fall of New Rome had just been the start of something bigger. The vision she had seen, with Mads falling into the Pit... It was horrifying. She knew that they'd end up chained in the shrine of her father, the one that was in the Pit. She didn't know if they'd get out of it all alive. They'd already lost so much, they couldn't bear to lose anything more. She clenched her fist. "Did you give me the Physician's Cure because I'm going to die?" she then asked quietly, looking straight ahead.

Apollo looked down for a moment he really couldn't see what was going to happen or who was actually going to live or die this time as he turned to look at Nancy. "I honestly don't know I can't see what will happen, I gave the Physician's Cure in case something did happen to you use it on yourself or someone else or don't use it the decision is completely yours."

Nancy nodded slightly, turning and looking at her father. She was scared for her friends. She really wanted to be angry with him, but instead of rage, she just felt tired and weary. "Can I ask you for another favor then? Since you want to be a good dad and all, and don't worry, this one won't risk Jupiter gagging you with a spoon." It had been something she thought about from time to time, a question she hadn't been willing to ask Diana, but one she was willing to ask Apollo. Maybe he had changed.

Apollo looked towards Nancy for a moment as she asked for a favor, if it was something that was in his power to he would do it. "What do you need?"

"If I die, turn me into a tree," Nancy requested. "I-I can't go to the Underworld. The Isles of the Blest, Elysium... It'd be too much like... like the Casino." Her voice was shaking and her knuckles were bright white. She of course was assuming that she'd be judged as a hero if she died, that she wouldn't be instead be sent to eternal punishment - but to her, the rewards for heroes were really the same. "And I'm not going to go for reincarnation, since I-I already know what it's like to feel like I've lost myself," she then admitted quietly, referring to the horrific night of her sexual assault.

Apollo nodded towards Nancy knowing what she had been through and wished that he could have helped her back then and then pulled her into a hug, feeling like she needed one before letting go. "Of course, i'll make sure that it'll happen for when the time does come." Apollo said to her and smiled for a moment. "Don't tell anyone that I was being super nice." Apollo said trying to get her to smile some.

She flinched slightly at first, hesitating, before hugging her father back. "I'm sure no one would believe that," she said sarcastically. She wiped her eyes on the sleeve of her sweater. "But fine, as long as you don't tell anyone that I hugged you. I want to join the Hunt, it'd seriously damage my rep."

"My lips are sealed, it won't leave the Sun Chariot. If Pops found it he'll probably never stop bothering me about it either." Apollo said with a laugh. "Is there anything else that you need?"

"Do you know if there's a cure for Mads?" Nancy asked, figuring that if one existed, Apollo would likely know about it.

Apollo thought for a moment, he knew that the curse was originally something his father created to punish Lycaon way back then, as far as he knew there wasn't any known cure. But maybe his son Asclepius would be able to he was the one to create the Physician's Cure that could reverse death. "It's a curse made by Pops there isn't a known cure sadly but If you get me a blood sample of hers I could get it to Asclepius to look into it."

"You'd really do that?" Nancy asked, surprised. She had always figured that her father only cared about himself and his own image. It was easier to be angry with him that way. "Um, yeah, I can definitely get you some of her blood."

"As long as you can keep it a secret he can't find out about it. I also can't guarantee that Asclepius will be able to make a cure either." Apollo told her it would be a long shot to get a cure for the werewolf curse.

She nodded again. "I can keep it a secret - I swear on the River Styx," she promised earnestly.

Apollo smiled and nodded back, he tended to break the whole swearing on the River Styx thing though. "Also don't tell Zekey either. Just gather that sample for me and i'll be on my way."

Cassian Rudenko

Location: Cabin 12 > Dining Pavilion
Skills:

It seemed as though things were beginning to wind up. Nancy opened the box, her jaw dropping at whatever was inside. Several people were expressing concern for her sudden want for privacy, and Cassian was eating it all up. Leaning forward on the table, but making sure his elbows were never placed on it, he ate his food slowly and watched with anticipation. Waiting to see it all go down in flames. His eyes glimmered, a mixture of purple and golden hues swirled in the irises of his eyes as he could practically feel his powers wishing to lurch out. He could hear a voice behind him, a small girl by the sounds of it, asking what Apollo was doing here.

Cassian raised one finger in the air towards the girl, not even looking in her direction, as if to say Sshhh my favorite part is about to happen. But it never came. Ezekiel stormed off towards his cabin, clearly having a bruised ego, Nancy walked away with her father, and everyone just kind of let it falter out. Cass's right eye twitched. This scene wasn't right, this wasn't how it should've ended. Annoyance ran through him as he ate another bit of food, poured some honeyed milk into his tea and tossed everything but the cup of tea into the offering for the gods. Cassian made his way towards Andy, having recalled seeing her near the lanky pale kid of Zeus.

"I was hoping he was here to stir up some trouble. Who knows, he very well may have but it's all offscreen now." Cassian answered with a shrug. "Apparently he had a gift for our lovely Roman friend over there, I'm sure the Apollo kids loved that. Other than that he mentioned he was in trouble with Zeus for a while, which Duh." He said as he pointed towards the sky. It was no secret the Big Three were fighting, and chances were gods would take the blame or join some sides. Cassian took a drink of his tea, eyeing Arthur and Andy, trying to figure out why they kept their distance instead of moving in closer to get the details.

Arthur Stanford

Location: Dining Pavilion
Skills: N/A

Arthur had to keep himself from glaring at the God of The Sun. He didn't quite think he hated the gods, but there was a kind rage brimming within him towards them. He didn't even know if it would be fair to hate them for the mere fact that they were deities. A kind of cosmic racism felt wrong, but at the same time, they were the things who could wipe him off the face of the Earth with a thought, so apprehension towards them still felt meritied. In any case, he didn't want it to be obvious, lest he be turned into a worm.

He crossed his arms whispered back to ANdy, "I don't know, but I don't want anything to do with it." He was trying not to sound scared, but his voice came off as monotone and flat. As he stepped off to be alone with Nancy, Arthur noticeably relaxed. It sucked that these gods would be a regular part of his life from now on, most people got to live their entirety of their lives and not even know they were real, but now they would randomly show up at what was practically his front doorstep, and he couldn't do anything about it. If he left,m he might be less likely to run into them, but then monsters would surely find him, and besides, he liked it at camp, and really didn't want to leave.
