Discord might be a good idea.

Personal Information
Name:
Icaros Moriah Jones
Epithet:
Storm Surgeon
Race:
Skypiean
Gender:
Male
Blood Type:
X
Age:
27
Height:
6'3
Weight:
170 pounds
Role In Crew:
Sniper
Bounty:
25,000,000
Dream:
To live with the least fear possible
Personality:
Icarus is a bit up in your face, to say the least. I mean, when you're defeated, that is. Any other time he's most likely up on the mast, taking electric potshots at his and the crew's enemies, while trying not to hit anyone else that is on his side. It's no big deal if he does though, or so he thinks, being very carefree about his fighting style and always finding new ways to fight using his very unique powers. He is however, a very good talker and can usually discern the motives of those he speaks to using his acute Observation Haki.
People who try to seem smart often end up making him kind of pissed off, and anyone that would come to pirates for help expecting them to just drop whatever they are doing to assist will get a piece of his mind. He has a special hate for marines, as he was born about two weeks before the time Portgaz D Ace was and got to see his mother brutally killed by a Marine overly excited to do a good job and kill any woman that had given birth to someone so near the time given as to the birth of the son of the King of Pirates. He doesn't understand the stigma pirates face, instead seeing himself, his friends, and what he does as just another activity. A way to live life that would let him have the fun he always wanted. To have a real family even if they really aren't related.
His favorite activities are break-dancing, singing, and shocking other people using static generated by his power.
Biography:
Ok so he was born. (I would have loved to gone into deeper detail about why but it doesn't matter because that part doesn't add anything to his personality or do anything related to the story, so I'm skipping the filler)
Combat Information
Combat Role:
Sniper
Devil Fruit Name:
Shock-Shock Fruit/Shokku-Shokku no mi
Devil Fruit Type:
Paramythia
Devil Fruit Breakdown:
He can summon lightning from his fingertips, and control the length as well as the height. Using more than one finger powers up the attack by how many fingers he uses. (for example, one attack that needs two fingers would have 2x the power) There is a lot he can do with this, and various hand movements are vital to the usage of them. This has a cooldown, as once he uses a finger too much, it will become blackened and unusable without medical attention.
Haki Prowess:
Buso: C (Can use Haki to extend the use of his fingerguns, and is also vital in the use of Coated Thunder)
Ken: B
COC: None
Physical Capabilities:
Can breakdance and flip, which leads to some of his most powerful moves.
Fighting Style:
Sniping
Equipment:
Has a couple of unactivated sonic bombs which can release an ear-piercing sound that on beings with elevated hearing can break Observation. Activated by electricity, but you are able to move them and they become unusable in water
Special Techniques:
Coated Thunder/Kōtingu sa reta sandā: Coats his hands in Haki and shoots through a hole he makes with his fingers (think of the O.K. symbol), coating his bolts in Haki and adding to their power and piercing.
X-Wave/Kurosuu~ēb: A move in which he charges his lightning to maximum length and releases them, resulting in two sideways waves of electricity
Static Boom/Seiteki būmu: A move where he charges electricity in both hands, makes a fist shape with them, and slams them together. That releases a electric wave that paralyzes anyone with a lower Haki level than him, but the recoil is so strong that it breaks at least one of his hands as of now.
Turntable Shock/Tāntēburushokku: A move where Icaros does a spin while rapidly shooting, does an X-shaped handstand, then pushes himself up from it while releasing a powered up X-Wave.
Radiance/Kagayaki: Charges his hands all the way up, coats them in Buso, and then jumps, only to bring down his hands upon the head of his opponent. To give you an idea of what this means, imagine he did this to an elephant. The elephant would fall over and be unable to move for a good 5-10 minutes. This is a last resort, as while it doesn't fry his hands, it makes his power unusable for a long time. Since it is a physical attack and he is not physically strong, it can be blocked by Buso Haki higher than C Tier
Unseen Electricity/Mienai Denki: He unleashes a bullet with the weakest charge possible, and in doing so it becomes almost unseeable. When it hits, however, since it is weak it only causes momentary paralysis and can be completely negated by Busoshoku Haki no matter what level.

Yeah... I get that this is a WIP, but there are already glaring problems with it.
...
I'll address the fact that you put Sniper in both roles first. If you want your guy to strictly be there as a sniper (which I'm guessing you do), then your crew role would be Enforcer. Just so you know, the Enforcers are the primary combatants of a crew, and they're there to engage the enemy, protect the rest of the crew etc.; in other words, they're pretty much the muscle.
I won't harp too much on the fact that you also just put Sniping in the Fighting Style segment cause that does scream placeholder, although I will say that if you don't expect your guy to fight all that differently from the usual sniper, you might be better off removing the field in its entirety.
...
The second issue is your mention of Portgas D. Ace. I'm not sure how I feel about canon characters even being referenced in a cursory manner, and I'm certainly against the idea of them being personally interacted with. I'd suggest removing all mention of Ace just to be safe :/
...
That's all for now. If you need any help, just ask
What do you really want in a fighting style. I mean, I thought sniping is how a sniper fights, but maybe I have a couple of ideas.
Ok so he was born. (I would have loved to gone into deeper detail about why but it doesn't matter because that part doesn't add anything to his personality or do anything related to the story, so I'm skipping the filler)
Aight, review time.
@Duthguy I like this guy. He's cool.
...
That's all the review you get. Go ahead and add Zerry into the Character tab.
@Squashedquatch Sorry I didn't get back to you as fast as I said I would. I've only just now had the chance to take a proper look at everyone's apps.
I appreciate that you fixed what I told you to, truly. That's exactly why I'm mad at myself for not seeing this earlier.
<Snipped quote by Squashedquatch>
I... honestly don't know what I can tell you about this statement in particular, except that it's cursed. For the future, you really should just throw in bits and pieces of detail into your apps anyway, even if you don't believe it to be relevant to what a GM asks of you, or whatever else. For the moment though, I don't care whether or not you replace the quoted statement with anything; I'd rather just not have to see that it's still there, for my sanity's sake.
I feel as though there's a continuity issue here too, within the bio itself. The Honorstar Garrison Raid was an extremely chaotic battle; realistically speaking, everyone would be too busy fighting for their own lives to pay much attention to one lone guy's mad sniping. What you could do is have your guy had sniped off who he could in the fight, bailed upon spotting the reinforcements and later chanced upon the other survivors as he entered the tavern, using that opportunity to offer his help instead. That should fix the continuity issue I'm getting here, hopefully without interfering with what you wanted.
@ColouredCyan You certainly have the interesting character in the making. If not for the few things here and there, I'd be more than happy to accept it.
Re-Appropriator is not a crew role that I had thought of; I'd just assumed that the cat burglar aspect was something Nami did on the side, prior to officially joining the Straw Hats. Unfortunately, Re-Appropriator is also not a crew role that's on the list. I'll need a moment to consider how such a role would actually help the Sea Reaver Pirates overall, niche applications aside.
Judging from what you've written for the field itself, I'd class Poppy's combat role as a Corsair. They're more focused on quick-draws and rapid shooting than lining up their shots. You can always transfer what you've written in the Combat Role field to the Fighting Style field on the off-chance you wanna save it, but I'll leave that up to you.
That's all for now. I'll establish a due date for apps to be completed when I've finished setting things up.
Good day, die. (Have a good day, dear friends and comrades. Do be careful not to injure yourself, especially in this sea. It's no calm belt but there's still the possibility of a sea king and thus, you may die.)
Personal Information
Name: Shirotsumi Karasu
Epithet: Tengu
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Blood Type: X type
Age: 17
Height: 175 cm
Weight: 70 Kg
Role In Crew: Enforcer / Infantry
Bounty: 300, 000, 000
Dream: To go back to Wano Island for payback
Appearance Details: While dressed consistently in his Wano-style armor, Karasu does don the normal brown hakama when he's in his own quarter.
Personality: Often quiet and at times stand-offish, this is mainly due to Karasu simply being awkward in trying to talk to others. He often constructs lengthy sentences before trying to blurt it out all at once, often resulting in just one word being said. Further not helped is that he often has his arm crossed around his chest.
Though that being said, this attitude lends well to his duty as an enforcer and infantry. Where he'll often be leading from the front and as the vanguard from time to time. Having little to no fear as he dives into the thickest of fights, inspiring others to do the same and also spurring others for fear of his wrath turning on them should they be found wanting.
Karasu is often found training and honing his skills during his downtime to a religious degree. Swinging heavier weights stuck to his sword with one arm, then the other before training both together with double the weights.
Biography: Hailing from the land of Wano and cast into the treacherous sea at a young age. It was merely luck that Karasu survived what would've been a trip to the bottom of the ocean as he stowaway onto a pirate ship for weeks before managing to land on a habited island. From there on, he managed to make his way from the New World, into the Grand Line and finally, the South Blue sea.
From there on, joining Sea Reaver Pirates initially to dodge the marines that he had preyed upon by stealing their supplies, ship and blackmailing them during his early forays in trying to leave Paradise. He soon rose as a fearsome and strong enforcer for their crew. From there on, Karasu slowly turned his eyes back home after a long decade, Wano.
Yet in the end, it was not to be as during the Honorstar Garrison raid, what was supposed to be a routine operation, turned out into a major disaster. At the heart of the fighting initially before trying to cut a path out for their captain to retreat as the rearguard, Karasu fought desperately till the end but proved to be useless as ultimately, the captain chose not to retreat.
With that, Karasu saved whatever remnants of the Sea Reavers he could before bailing out himself. The sea proved treacherous but compared to what he had seen and gone through before, he eluded capture and regrouped with what was left to decide their next course of action.
Combat Information
Combat Role: Swordsmen
Haki Ryuo Prowess:
Observation - D
Armament - S
Conqueror's - D
Physical Capabilities: Possesses an immense physical strength born from his travels and training of Ryuo. Karasu's strength exceeds most of the crew and was contended only by the elites and Captain Magdalena amongst the Sea Reaver Pirates. Capable of moving and striking as if he was a blur, slicing bullets mid-air after they're been fired was a common sight for him.
While a notable member in South Blue and Paradise, Karasu is well aware that he's still nothing compared to the New World.
Fighting Style: Karasu main sword style is the Jigen-Ryu, focusing purely on using a single sword with two hands, its entire purpose is to cut an enemy down with a single strike. Outside of it, he utilizes his bow and infuses it with Ryuo to allow him to strike through stone and even steel.
Equipment:
- A large great bow
- His single katana sword, ungraded but is made from well forged steel.
- A single-shot pistol that he carries out of emergency.
- The Wano-style armor that he stole from a collector out of nostalgia.
Special Techniques: Hearing stories of the legendary hero Ryuma Shimotsuki and his sword, Shusui, Karasu focused on imbuement specifically that during fights, his sword was always a black sheen. This was partly the reason why he earned such a fearsome reputation as being able to cut overconfident logia users and hardy marines like paper aided his meteoric rise.
Miscellaneous Information:
Karasu isn't from the Shirotsumi clan, he comes from the Kurozumi clan.
