Stel Nexx stands at five foot seven inches, with black hair that is dyed red in places. She is nearsighted and needs glasses, so she tends to wear contacts, specifically ones that change her normally hazel eyes to grey. She is in amazing shape for a non-athlete and is quite strong physically as well. She tends to wear casual clothes if she can.

Personality:
A carefree girl with a live and let live attitude, Stel is only ever serious when she's angry, out of money, or during a battle between Armors. She tends to make jokes often, if not very good ones, and her reliance on music to keep her concentration outside of her mech makes it hard to get a real grasp on her abilities as a whole. Growing up mostly in a mechanic hangar, she finds talking to Mobile Armors much easier than conversing with other people, which she tends to avoid doing if she can. She's also spent much of her life fluctuating between wealthy and poor, causing her to develop a tight grip on her money.
Stel has a bad habit of over-analyzing things that don't matter and not paying enough attention to things that do, with the exception of finances. Despite this, she lets go of grudges easily and tries not to form them in the first place. She almost always has headphones on, as a life of listening to music to concentrate has made her dependent on it. She mostly prefers the rock music her home is known for, but she likes most genres from Earth, with a distaste for those developed outside of it as being, ironically, "too spacey."

Skills:
- Mechanic work: She is capable of both repairing and building many types of machinery if given the tools and materials necessary. She isn't as good as the Plutonian mechanics, but she's always improving.
- Computer work: She is able to both write and edit in several of the modern and quite a few extinct programming languages, including the unique language that the Angel Unit OS uses. (Unfortunately, the new generation of prototypes do not use this OS.)
- Basic combat: She is in very good shape and knows how to throw a punch. She's also decent with a firearm, though they somewhat scare her.
- Art: She is able to draw very well, including but not limited to designs for new machines or improvements to them as diagrams and blueprints. She prefers drawing living creatures, however.
- Language: She knows the most common language of each planet from Sol, not counting the shared common language of all of them, which she knows as well.

Flaws:
- Inexperience piloting most Armors: Due to her upbringing she has had very little exposure to piloting actual Armors other than Angel Units, so her training is lacking for other mechs. Combined with the fact that her Augmented Armor is one of a kind and she's had little practice with it other than walking it around on Pluto's surface, she is usually overwhelmed by Red Power.
- Fear of deep water: She gets scared when she can't see the bottom of a body of water. While the potential creatures that live there fascinate her, the thought of meeting one in person terrifies her.
- Slight OCD: She has a need for order and symmetry in all things, and dislikes (though will tolerate) physical contact with another person. You will find her belongings organized specifically and with preference towards the left direction or equality in each direction if you pay close attention.
- Terrible at history: She knows very little of history both of her own planet and the others. She also has a hard time grasping important dates or even the general order of events before her lifetime. This bleeds over into her everyday life by making her forget upcoming events very easily as well.
- She hates formality with a passion and will likely get in trouble by not properly addressing people. This combines with a dislike of authority for a potentially disastrous mix.

Brief History:
Stel is the heiress apparent to a rather unique set of circumstances. Her mother, Eve Nexx, is a Augmented Armor designer and mechanic working for the UEC out of Pluto. Stel's father, Nyx Bronson, is veteran pilot who took part in the Universal War only as a member of the reserve forces left behind to defend the Sol system, and saw little to no actual combat during the war. While still technically part of the service, he is not on active duty now that the war has ended, and has married and begun working with his now wife Eve. Eve has spent most of her life working for a small Mobile Armor production outfit before being given an opportunity to work directly for the UEC 28 years ago, a year before the Outer Colonies were given their independence. During the time of the Universal War, she was therefor among the "front lines" of weapon design. It was during this time that she met her future business partners, a group of three other engineers who helped develop groundbreaking, if not strictly useful technology for use in Mobile Armors. With little of the war reaching Sol, they built faux-civilian Armors, mostly for the purposes of busting/mining asteroids. Their design principles became synonymous with "Pluto Mobile Armors," and they dubbed their creations "Angel Units."

Nineteen years ago, Eve, with help from her future husband Nyx, gave birth to a daughter whom they named "Stel." As Stel grew, she was taught engineering and mechanics by her mother and not much at all by her father, who was still actively "defending" the Sol system. When the first Augmented Armors were officially deployed, the four great engineers of Pluto began shifting their work towards creating them instead. Each of the four developed unique spins on the Angel Unit, known as the "Archangels." Each Archangel Unit was suited to a particular task, such as reconnaissance or sniping, and was a great leap forwards from the now almost outdated Angel Units. The first four Archangels were created by a sole designer each from the group of four; Eve's was christened "Samael," and was built for the purpose of transmitting messages from long distances. Samael was the fastest of the four Archangel Units, and had the best comms system, allowing it to fit a courier role among the planets of Sol and the nearest other solar systems. It was thanks to these four Archangel Prototypes that their makers were able to procure the funds to found a business, contracted to the UEC, and to produce the second generation of Archangels in which the four worked together to design and build them. This was 2366, and Stel had grown into a precocious mechanic. Her father had returned immediately upon the ceasefire being declared, and began helping his now wife as a test pilot.

Stel was taught the basics of Mobile Armor piloting by her father, and became rather proficient with Angel Unit operation, as well as their maintenance. But the contract with the UEC could only go so far, and the funds that had been amassed could only be stretched so thin. After the creation of the first three "real" Archangel Units, the only way the fourth could be made was to make it into a war machine, rather than a support unit. While "Uriel" was a defensive Augmented Armor, it was the most battle-ready of the three. "Gabriel" was meant for undersea work, and "Raphael" was suited for space exploration. However, the fourth Archangel has yet to be born into creation. Instead, the prototype for it has reached its seventh iteration.

The "Red Power" has only just entered the final testing phase recently. And unfortunately for Eve, the temperamental experimental OS, the only version that would actually run on the damn thing, rejected every would-be pilot that applied. Except of course, for her own daughter, Stel. After a few dozen highly heated arguments, Stel was allowed to travel with Red Power to Bifrost, where it would be given a real test. But money is tight, and the UEC doesn't want any possible connection to the Pluto engineers being made public, so Stel is on her own with a Augmented Armor that literally talks back to her in battle, a lack of funds, and a mission to personally work out the kinks of the machine and its combat abilities in real time. The only problem is that she's only spent a few hours in the Red Power, and while its controls seem to come almost naturally to her, the large difference between it and the standard Mobile Armors she has experience with presents a problem.

Armaments:
- Golden Light of God, Plasma Grip (Prototype No. 2)
A set of special parts in the right arm that allow for several functions utilizing plasma. Both hands of the Armor are able to release plasma, but the right arm is able to produce much more energy than the left. It's also able to create three blades of plasma from the blue lines on the back of its hand, and the blue box behind them serves as a nail to drive through the palm into a target, housing within it a directed EMP generator. The golden portion of the arm is the housing space for energy canisters, each of which can fire a powerful blast of plasma via the Plasma Grip up to fifteen meters away. The arm can hold seven (7) canisters before needing to be reloaded, and use of the arm without a canister will drain energy from the Matsuzawa Drive faster than it can produce it.
- Gomorrah Wings Pack (Prototype No. 8)
A backpack armament that houses plasma-based thrusters and fifty (50) energy canisters for the Plasma Grip, as well as six missile launchers. Each row holds a different type of payload, the first being medium-sized EMP missiles, the middle being a barrage of small heat-seeking explosive missiles, and the bottom being chaff to allow for an easier escape.
- Spiral Saber (Combat-Ready Model)
A standard high-vibration edged sword with the special functions of A) disconnecting the blade to be used as a ranged weapon, and B) forming a plasma blade along the center or in place of a disconnected main blade.
- Brimstone X-12 Gatling (Prototype No. 14)
A massive Gatling that fires traditional rounds as well as plasma blasts. The plasma blasts take a moment to charge and fire one at a time, unlike the normal rounds that fire as a traditional Gatling.

The "Seat of God" Operating System. This OS contains advanced AI that, unfortunately for all involved, is the only workable OS for the Armor. This OS is a bit of a "black box," in that nobody can figure out exactly how it works since a good third of it was written by the AI that it houses. Removing even single lines from its code would brick it when its programmers tried to contain, erase, or overpower the AI. Said AI calls itself "Adam," and though it takes on a feminine voice when speaking, it considers itself to not have a gender due to its status as an AI.

Unit:
The Red Power Unit stands at 18 meters tall and is a speed-based Armor designed for one-on-group fighting and run-and-gun tactics, which the OS installed in it tends to fight against the idea of using. It is, as one can tell by looking at it, not an Armor built for stealth. It has many powerful sensors of various kinds all over it, allowing for very fast reactions by the pilot due to the predictive data analysis. The cockpit is built to be a gyroscope with reduced gravity, allowing the pilot to survive the extreme speeds and maneuvers that the unit can reach in flight.

Standing in a 5'5" with a slim build. Despite her size, she is rather lithe and its clear she keeps in shape.

Personality:
Energetic and amicable, Sara is in general fairly fairly easygoing and playful, with a calm and clear speaking voice. Rather perceptive, Sara has an eye for detail and can be surprisingly insightful, despite lacking military training. Sara's demeanor is generally confident, though not as cocky as one would expect from stick jockeys. Cool and calm while behind the trigger, Sara is generally reliable and doesn't panic easily. She is generally pragmatic as far as politics goes, but tends to favor things that would help the people of Bifrost. Not necessarily concerned with the money- but would rather have more instead of less if given the option.

Skills:

• Aerospace Pilot - Formerly a stick jockey, Sara is quite familiar with the control of a variety of fighter craft, which transfers over to her preferred method of combat behind the controls of an Aug.
• Spatial Awareness - Sara possesses an impressive degree of spatial awareness, whether it be the wingspan of her craft or the positioning of limbs. She understands trajectories and aerospace physics to a degree that helps her track even the fastest movers.
• Eagle Eyed - Sara has a very sharp eye for detail, allowing her to quickly notice possible threats and adjust accordingly. While not possessing a photographic memory, she does have fairly good memory recall as well.
• Valkyrie of Bifrost - A woman of the people, born and raised on Bifrost, Sara is well known and liked by many of the locals on Bifrost. She has the status akin to a hometown hero or local celebrity, and the luxuries and scrutinies that entails.

Brief History:
Sara was born in the midst of the Universal War on the planet of Bifrost, to a UEC pilot and nurse. With the planet of Bifrost serving as one of the UEC's primary portals to the stars beyond, it was unsurprising that the planet became something of a staging point for UEC forces. Most of Sara's childhood was spent aiding the UEC war machine, be it schooling to learn the history of the UEC, to afterschool work in the various factories, putting together goods for the soldiers passing through.

Unfortunately, it wasn't long before war came to Bifrost. The fires of war ravaged the planet, littering it with corpses and wrecks of LTS and UEC alike, while those like Sara cowered in underground bunkers, hoping to see the next dawn. By the time the fires had ceased, Bifrost was no longer a UEC colony, now it represented the heart of the Neutral Zone- which in a stroke of incredible irony was anything but neutral.

Like many Bifrost natives, Sara took it upon herself to join the planet's reconstruction efforts, along with the UEC remnants and the abandoned LTS forces. Learning underneath her father, Sara found herself behind the stick of one of the few remaining aerospace fighters, spending her teen years as a militia pilot, supporting the planet's hodgepodge defense forces in fending off pirates, scavengers and scrappers keen and picking through what was left of the destroyed world.

During a routine patrol, Sara would happen upon a shipment of LTS Augmented Armors, it's transport having gotten hopelessly lost after being waylaid by a band of pirates in the neutral zone, and crashing onto the surface of Bifrost. It's complement of armor more or less intact. Sara returned the treasure trove back to the Bifrost's defense forces, keeping one of the Augs for herself.

Armed with her new weapons, and entering adulthood, Sara quickly became an icon amongst her people, a Bifrost native, born and raised, defending her people with the weapons that razed their planet. Now armed with an Aug, Sara found herself able to take on tasks too difficult for the regular defense forces. Finding herself working alongside mercenaries more and more, Sara eventually began to form a sense of respect for the freelancers, even if she never fully trusted them.

Eventually, Sara would find herself drawn to the more lucrative work provided by EINHERJAR, as a means to an end to provide for her people. Sara enjoys the freedom provided by EINHERJAR, and the the pay isn't bad either.

• XBR 75mm Multi-role Autocannon - The XBR is a multi-barrel cannon fitted into the frame of an assault rifle. Designed for general combat, this cannon is a versatile weapon that deals consistent damage at most ranges. The XBR fires in semi automatic, 5 round burst, and fully automatic, and has two selectable firing speeds of 1000 RPM and 2500 RPM.
• T-2 Combat Shield - A medium sized, lightweight shield of hardened alloys treated with anti-beam coating provides the Chevalier with limited directional protection from oncoming fire. Mounted to the forearm instead of the hand itself, it can be rotated and shifted on the Chevalier's arm, leaving the hand open to carry other items- though usually not weapons. In addition, the T-2 combat shield features a pair of scatter-beam cannons, for potent shotgun style blasts of energy at close ranges.
• (Alternate) D20 Munitions Launcher - For strike missions, the Chevalier often forgos the T-2 combat shield for a D20 Launcher. Essentially a mech sized rocket launcher, the D20 uses a rear fed 4-rocket magazine. These rockets are only slightly guided with path correction capabilities as opposed to homing capabilities. Packing a powerful explosive warhead, these rockets are designed to incapacitate heavily armored combatants.

• Chin Mounted XM921 Rotary Gun - Mounted on the chin of the AS-64 Chevalier is a XM921 6 barreled rotary machine gun. Firing 20mm shells, the XM921 is generally ineffective against AUGs and other heavily armored targets. It is used primarily for point defense and anti-personnel roles.

• Serpent AA Missile System - An advanced missile launcher system used by the Chevalier. Launching 3 Serpent Missiles from each wingtip, these fast, highly maneuverable AA missiles pack a surprising punch, able to make 90 degree turns, and capable of knocking most flying targets out of the sky with a single missile. While not particularly devastating, these small guided missiles are extremely difficult to avoid and are more than capable of crippling an airborne unit's flight capabilities, essentially spelling death for other fliers. Against ground targets, it is rather lackluster in damage when compared to other heavier missiles, and lacks armor penetration. Serpent Missiles are impact safe, allowing them to be safely carried.
• Cobra ATG Missile System - A robust missile launcher system used by the Chevalier. Launching 5 Cobra missiles from under each wing, these powerful AGM missiles pack a mean punch and are designed specifically for targeting ground armor and other ground based assets. Cobra AGM missiles have a difficult time targeting flying units and are primarily meant to take on heavily armored ground AUGs. Like Serpent missiles, the Cobras are impact safe, allowing them to be safely carried.
• Adder Semi-guided Swarm Rocket System - A 'semi-guided' rocket system used by the Chevalier. Carried in pod launchers mounted underneath each wing are 35 Adder rockets, totalling 70. Shortly after firing, Adder rockets split into 4 micro rockets to saturate areas with fire. These micro rockets feature light guidance to keep them generally on target, but lack the ability of dedicated locking missiles. Acting similar to dumbfire rockets, Adders are fast and cheap, and have moderate power, but lack significant armor penetration capabilities and are generally only moderately effective against heavily armored targets such as AUGs. These rockets are primarily designed to attack lightly armored targets and installations, or to supress hardened positions. Like it's cousins, the Adder has a minimum safe distance and are impact safe when not in use.

• Advanced Countermeasure System - Designed to combat anti-air systems, the Chevalier ACS is essentially a miniature missile launcher mounted to it's back skirt, that detects oncoming heat signatures and launches guided munitions to counter and neutralize the oncoming threat, along with a spray of flares and chaff for pesky micro-missile style weapons.
• Supercruise/Afterburner System - Advanced propulsion systems allow the Chevalier to maintain supersonic 'cruising' speeds at Mach 1.5, and at full burn can temporarily reach speeds of Mach 2.

Specifications:
Straddling the gap between light scout/reconnaissance and a general purpose combatant, the Chevalier is a fast moving unit generally designed to be used in a method similar to lightly armored cavalry, or as a skirmisher. Unfortunately, the Chevalier finds itself both lacking the staying power of a dedicated combatant and the intelligence gathering capabilities of a dedicated scout. While this lack of focus in either role turned the Chevalier into something of a liability in the LTS forces, it's versatility makes it a good fit for the mercenary type in the Neutral Zone, where it's modest staying power and nimble frame allows it to fill both functions adequately enough for the needs of most mercenary units, which often lack the numbers to field dedicated scout units.

The Chevalier boasts high maneuverability and full flight capabilities, faster than most AUGs in the air, and only really surpassed in a straightaway by fixed wing aerospace craft. In combat, the Chevalier functions as a close air support unit, delivering precise strikes with it's missiles and strafing runs with it's cannon, before darting away to avoid reprisal. Due to its lack of staying power, the Chevalier is only rated for light duties while solo, better serving as fire support for other mercenary units.
