Physical Description:

Jonathan is 6β1 "and has a very thin, almost sickly-looking body. Most of his body and head are heavily disfigured. Apart from the disgiugrement comes with many scars, burnt marks, old stab wounds, and old bullet wounds. His skin is pale white, which makes him look quite sickly. If one would see his face, they would be given quite a shock. Something quite noticeable about his appearance is his baby blue eyes. His other eye was milky white with a scar from the eyebrow to his cheek. He has tufts of dark brown hair on his head.
Jonathan wears a long, black, ragged looking coat with a hood and black pants that seem to be too short for Johnathan. He also wears black combat boots that look as ratty as his other clothing. He also wears black gloves and a gas mask that covers his face.
Enhancements:
*Neuro-Link: Neuro-Link taps into neural-enhanced quantum processing, accessing vast data streams from the userβs brain, external surveillance systems, and predictive AI models. It doesnβt see the future per se, but it processes probability waves so fast that it can predict near-future events with terrifying accuracy.
* Cyberoptics: A pair of cybernetic eyes that gives the user various functions, like telescopic and night vision. They also have motion detection, which lets the user use motion detection to detect anyone in his eye line.
* Ear Implants: With these implants, the person gains heightened hearing and can differentiate different sound levels in his varsity.
*Voice Synthesize: This implant allows Jonathan to change his voice to hide his identity.
*Arosol Spray: Jonathan created a glove that will allow him to spray someone with a mild hallucinogenic drug. Doing so would give Jonathan a chance to escape.
Abilities:
*Stealth: Years of scavenging and being part of the criminal underground gave Jonathan a leg up in staying hidden. This skill allows Jonathan to remain hidden in the shadows, moving silently and creating distractions to trick his enemies. However, he is not totally hidden while sneaking around.
*Fungiculture: This is a skill Jonathan developed during his life. With this skill, Jonathan can identify and harvest certain mushrooms/fungus, telling what is poisonous, edible, or has hallucinogenic properties. Using his knowledge of fungiculture to create hallucinogenic drugs.
*Drug Creation: Because of his fungiculture skills, Jonathan has learned how to create different kinds of hallucinogenic drugs.
*Scavenger: Jonathan has developed the skills to scavenge for various junk and old-world items for many years. He is able to identify and know the value of an item he finds.
Status:
*The Ratman: As the Ratman, he is seen as an eccentric figure by whom many people seem annoyed by. Jonathanβs persona as the Ratman is well known to be a skilled scavenger and drug maker/dealer. Ratman's name was given to him because of his behaviour and scavenging in the tunnels.
Weakness:
*Weakened Body: Due to malnourishment and past injuries, Jonathanβs endurance is low. He tires quickly in combat and struggles with prolonged physical exertion.
*Chronic Pain: His extensive burns and past wounds cause severe chronic pain, requiring him to self-medicate
- Drug Dependence: His use of hallucinogens has affected his perception. He occasionally struggles to separate reality from delusions, leading to paranoia and mistakes.
Cybernetic Weaknesses
*Neuro-Link Limitations: Instead of making near-perfect predictions, it could only provide probability estimates, sometimes misleading him due to incomplete data. I would recommend putting a d20 roll on this and saying if he gets an even roll, he successfully predicts something. An odd roll is a failed prediction.
*Radar/Motion Detection Interference: The implant might struggle in highly populated areas, be vulnerable to electromagnetic interference, or consume too much power if used continuously. I did recommend you take radar and sonar off but this still stands for motion detection/lock-on programs. In high areas, it would be going haywire.
*Cyberoptics Malfunctions: Maybe his second-hand or poorly maintained cybernetics glitch, causing temporary blindness or distortions in his vision. This is a big possibility especially if he doesn't take care of himself or the upgrades.
*Stealth isn't Perfect: Heβs good at hiding but not immune to detectionβadvanced security systems, trained guards, or infrared scans could expose him. He would be a sore eye for people who are categorized as dwellers/burrowers such as Pilka.
*Limited Combat Ability: While armed with Mantis Blades, he is not a trained fighter. If forced into direct combat, he struggles against more skilled opponents. This might make him try to do ambush/surprise attacks more.
*Low Pain Tolerance: His injuries make taking hits more debilitating than they would be for a normal person.
*Unhinged Reputation: People donβt trust him, and his erratic behavior makes it hard for him to form alliances or get help.
*Obsession with the Supernatural: His belief in the occult might lead him to make irrational decisions, chase hallucinations, or trust in things that donβt actually work.
* Rats over People: He may prioritize scavenging or his personal obsessions over survival, making poor decisions in high-stress situations.
Backstory: Jonathan was born in Esille and lived with his parents. During his childhood, he was known as the weird kid. He keeps to himself and participates in morbid and strange games. Some of his games included playing in the tunnels and starting fires. As a teenager, he and his parents were kidnapped by The Cult of Darkness to be used as sacrifices. His parents were killed by the creatures in the darkness, but Jonathan escaped, but not before being disfigured horribly burnt. Luckily for him, a group of scavengers found him. During the inbetween of adolescence and adulthood, Jonathanβs mind further descended into madness. Jonathan started to believe in the supernatural and taking various drugs further warped his mind.
As an adult, he would occupy his time by scavenging for random items, being interested in old-world objects. He soon discovered that he was skillful at finding hallucinogenic fungus. He used his knowledge of fungus to make various drugs, selling the drugs he made to the Grey Market.
