As compiled on basis of the 11th corps intelligence gathering, including pictures❖ Appearance--Kazuki has a well toned athletic body, which he developed through years of dedicated training and following a strict nutritional regime. Something he feels that every shinobi who is serious about their proffesion, should do aswell. His skin is slightly pale due to him spending the time not training mostly indoors, often helping in the hospital when he has free time. Kazuki often has a gentle look in his green eyes. His hair is kept relatively short, dyed and at first glance wild, but it's a look he has on purpose.
Kazuki wears a tight form fitting black t-shirt over which he wears his chûnin vest. He wears a dark blue cargo pants with half a dozen pockets which he normally fills with storage scrolls and first aid equipment. Kazuki wears his confederation headband around his forehead. He also wears black fingerless gloves with a metal plate on it with the confederation sigil on it. On his lower arms he also has bracers wich protect his arms, while he has several senbon hidden in the lining of the bracers at the bottom of his arms. He wears a pair of black ninja sandals.

❖ Personality--Kazuki is a bit of a bookworm and nerd due to his constant need to learn more about iryô ninjutsu (medical ninjutsu), so he spends some of his free time with his nose in books. He has always believed that close friends would make you stronger, which is why he would do anything for his true friends. But at the same time he has learned the harshness of the shinobi world and the rule under the confederation, so he has become a bit jaded towards the outside world. He has become a bit more anti-social then he was allready and he can be a rather rude and tactless person, for those who aren't allready used to it. He always believed in the kindness of people and that only a few people would want to do him harm, but after that fateful night several years ago, he has learned the true outlook most people have. Which is apathy towards anything not directly involving them and a general lack of care for other people's well being.
During a mission or a fight Kazuki is a different person, he turns into a cold and calculating person who would use any tactic to defeat his opponent. No matter how low or dishonorable the tactic seems to be, he would rather be known as someone who would do anything to complete his mission then dieing due being honorable. He firmly believes that if you wanted to be a honorable and fair fighter, you should have become a samurai. In his mind, a shinobi should have the mind set of doing whatever is needed to complete the mission. Even with this mindset he still believes shinobi can show compassion on the battlefield and defeating a opponent doesn't always come down to killing them. Kazuki would much rather avoid killing his opponents if he can, but he wouldn't hesitate to do it if he believed there was no other way.
❖ History--Kazuki has had a relatively normal upbringing. Two loving parents who cared alot for him, while they didn't want to push Kazuki in a certain direction. Eventhough his parents did have a plans for him, his father wanted him to become a doctor like him. While his mother wanted him to become a shinobi, like she was. They both agreed though that it would be smart to teach him the basics of chakra first and see if he possed the chi sôsa (blood manipulation). They started his training at age 5, what allowed him to have a some control over his chakra, which gave him a small advantage during his academy days. The confederation take over didn't have much of a influence on Kazuki, he actually liked changes in the curriculum. Although his parents made sure he would keep his mind open and look at everything logically. During his days at the academy, Kazuki showed a apptitude in learning theoretical study's, but his physical trainig and ability's were average at best at that time.
Shortly after graduating from the academy Kazuki started to take his training more seriously, his mother had made sure that he knew all the risks of being a Iwagakure genin. He was placed in the team with Ikeda Akane, who was a 12 year old girl who wanted to be the greatest kenjutsu user ever. His second team mate was Maeda Hiroki, who was a 12 boy who dreamed of one day taking the postion of Ryuunosuke Hamajo and leading the confederation. Kazuki wanted to become the greatest medical ninja there ever was. They all had big dreams back then, but this changed over time as they were exposed more and more to the reality of the world through the missions they completed. At first they were only doing simple D rank missions, but as the team grew more experienced over the months/years they would take on gradually harder missions. Starting with simple message delivery missions with no or hardly any real dangers to mission where they would need to clear out a small local bandit camp. Kazuki can remember the day vividly, the day he had to take his first life. It was during their first mission where they needed to investigate a rumor of bandit activity close to a small town. They had just arrived at the town, when word reached them that he bandits had kidnapped several people. His sensei decided that they had to act quickly, so he took on the job of finding the bandits hideout. After they had arrived, their sensei orderd them to kill the bandits. Usually they kept them alive so they could be arrested, but that wasn't a option this time. Their sensei attack the camp first and thus drawing almost all of the bandits to him, he left four of them for his team. Kazuki and his team were able to take down the first bandit quickly since they underestimated them since they were kids, but the other three were more cautious. After a difficult fight his teammates were able to kill one bandit each, while Kazuki managed to subdue the last one, not wanting to kill him. After the fighting, their sensei forced the last bandit on his knees and put a kunai in Kazuki's hand, ordering him once again to kill the bandit, saying that it was something he needed to learn and it would be easier to deal with if he went through it at the same time as his team mates. After hesitating for a while, he managed to drive the kunai in to the bandit's heart, wanting to make it a quick death. After he looked back on the events, he was glad his sensei forced him to do that. All three of them dealing with the fact they killed someone, at the same time made, made it easier to talk about and deal with. Over the years of the killing has become easier, but Kazuki stills prefers to subdue his opponents rather then kill them.
At age 14 Kazuki was able to become a chûnin on his second try in the exams, his live seemed to be almost perfect. That was until that fateful night. Kazuki had just returned from a mission, when he was arrested and taken in for questioning. Unbeknownst to him his parents had been arrested due to helping a rebel escape the city and were being held on the account of treason. For days he was being interrogated by the 11th corps officers in his possible involvement in the crime. They finally decided he was innocent and released him. Kazuki expected the same to happen to his parents, because he knew that they would never do anything like this. But after weeks it became clear that they would never be released, until this day he doesn't know exactly what happened to them. But he decided on that day, that he would make a difference, he would join the rebels and take down the confederation. He stayed for one more month in order to clear anymore suspicions, since he was certain they would keep a eye on him. Furthermore he made sure to withdraw all his money and stock up on the items he needed before he fled the city and joined the rebels.
❖ Familial ties--The Oshiro family is a very small family, which is mostly devided at the moment. Many years ago, before Kazuki was born there was a fight between his fater Katsuo and Hideki who is his uncle. The fight started just after Kazuki's grandfather, Masaki, had passes away. Masaki hadn't made a will, it was left to his two sons to handle everything. The real reason why they fought, if it was money or the inheritance or something else, has been forgotten over the years. But until the day Kazuki's parents were arrested, his father and uncle refused to talk to each other. Even after his parents arrest, Kazuki had no contact with his uncle, not due to lack of trying though.

❖ Dreams, short term goals, and fears.--Kazuki's wants to develop his kekkai genkai further so that he will be able help people better. He wants to increase the name of his family, eventhough it's a small one, especially since he doesn't see his uncle's side of the family as real family. He wants to become known as a just as great of a medic like Tsunade was in her time, he wants to make positive changes in the Iryô ninjutsu (medical ninjutsu) field. But Kazuki feels that he can't really follow these dreams until the confederation is put out of power. He wants to do everything in his power to destroy the confederation and thus has joined the rebels to accomplish this ideal. His biggest fears are being caught by the confederation and being unable to save his friends in the coming conflicts.

Gathered based on exercises, training routines, and combat experience reports❖ Combat style--Kazuki is a medical ninja, so while he has some offensive capability's. His skills mostly revolve around avoiding close combat and giving mid to long range support. His routine consists of several offensive jutsu, but mostly the usage of ranged weapons (shuriken, kunai and senbon) to deliver some of his specially made poisons. Where needed he will heal the wounds of his comrades while using his sharp mind to analyse the situation and come up with a plan.
❖ Kekkei Genkai--❖ NameChi Sôsa (blood manipulation)
❖ DescriptionChi Sôsa is more of a defensive kekkei genkai, not that it doesn't have some offensive uses, but those are alot harder to use. Chi Sôsa allows the user control over the properties of blood which has been infused with the users chakra. A few examples are:
- Increasing the amount of platelets in the blood, so wounds close faster. Though depending on the sort wound this would be used as a stop gap method until he is able to invest the time and chakra to heal the wound correctly.
- Letting blood congeal in veins/arteries to close them off, to either prevent bloodlose or the spread of poison. Although depending on the area of the wound this could have severe consequences.
- Increasing the amount of white bloodcells in order to fight of poisons/toxins.
- Increasing the blood generation.
❖ StrengthsChi Sôsa users are also know as the perfect blood donor, besides the fact that most members of the Oshiro family have a O- type blood. They can also use their own chakra to make the blood more receptive for the person who receives the blood. The blood could hold Kazuki's chakra for about a week before the infused chakra dissipates. Due to the control over his amount of white bloodcells, he is almost immuun to poisons. Atleast aslong as he knows in time that he has been poisoned. He also uses his own chakra infused blood to combine it with strong neurotoxins or strong paralytics, which allows the poison to spread faster in the enemy's body since the body's immuun system would react slower to Kazuki's blood. Kazuki is also capable of infusing his opponents blood with his chakra in order to control it, but it would require a physical connection (close to the area which would be effected) over a extended period of time (depening on the goal it could range from 30 seconds to several minutes).
❖ WeaknessesIt's very hard to stop a Chi Sôsa user from using his techniques on his own body, but his control over the technique equals the amount he can focus on completing the task. For small tasks it would be easy enough to combine with fighting. But bigger tasks, like temporarly closing a large wounds (for example a sword wound) would require alot of concentration. Besides the amount the user needs to concentrate, the chakra usage also increases exponentially as the severity of the wound increases. In order to stop a Chi Sôsa user from effecting you as a opponent, all you need to do is prevent prolonged physical contact with the user. Even if the opponent has Kazuki's chakra infused blood in his system (for example through a blood transfusion), it would still take some time and physical contact in order to manipulate that blood.

The user of this technique channels their chakra through the bonemarrow of their target, drasticlly increasing the rate with which blood is generated. The user can either use this technique on themselfs and keep it going aslong as they are channeling chakra trough it. If used on someone else, the effect will remaing for several minutes before the chakra dissipates enough that the technique would end.

■ Description
The first and so far only original technique created by Kazuki himself, one that he has worked for years before completing it. This technique combines his use of Chi sôsa (blood manipulation) and his Shôsen no jutsu (mystical palm technique). Kazuki first makes a cut in his palm, which allows him to add his own chakra infused blood to the patient's bloodstream. Which helps as a focus in the jutsu. The jutsu allows Kazuki to use his Chi sôsa to temporarily close wounds and increase the blood generation while he uses his shôsen no jutsu to heal any wounds. While this technique allows Kazuki to heal most types of injuries, the two major downsides of this technique is that is has a large chakra consumption and the user is mostly helpless while using it.
❖ Weaponry and tools
Two vials of poison. One is a strong neurotoxin which is mixed with a small amount of Kazuki's blood. The second one is a strong paralytic which is mixed with a small amount of Kazuki's blood. All of Kazuki's weapons are coated with either of these two poisons.
