Ascot realized he was in deep shit, and Markus' talking gun was making things worse. Yes, Taura was attractive, but so was Drasil, not that he'd blurt that out loud and risk offending people. Actually, he preferred Drasil, looks-wise, but he won't say that out loud, either. Thankfully, honesty would work this time, because the truth was that Taura's looks hadn't entered his mind. So he would try it.

"I...I wanted to ask this 'Ushi-Oni's' autograph because I heard a lot about her people's sheer power and battle prowess," parts of that were true, "and also because I'm interested in history, especially history of battles," even more true. "And there's no reason I can't ask for an autograph from both of you; I mean, both of you have proven that you are awesome and badass."

Why was Drasil so angry? After all, Ascot hadn't done anything as offensive as casual flirting yet, and will refrain from doing so because he wasn't suicidal and because he wanted to earn the two Celestial Spirits' indifference to his future actions. Then, Taura actually gave him his autograph, then tried to talk down Drasil, giving Ascot the opportunity to withdraw.

"Yeah," said Ascot, "I have to go to my room as well," he then pulled out the dorm paper, and held it out, allowing Taura and Drasil to glimpse the number on the document. "It seems I have to go to [Insert Dorm Number Here], hopefully, my roommate would be okay with me wearing My Little Pony pajamas."

Well, it was nice to be reassured that she could maybe eventually make such simple things last longer. That said, she had been doing this for three hundred years. To make a simple thing like the fox last longer than a few hours, she'd need to put more than a little energy and time into doing it. It was rather annoying and somewhat depressing, honestly. Foxes were adorable...she wanted to pet one. And to have one as a pet. Also maybe a spider or two. Spiders were oddly adorable to the ghost. More on topic though, Odette had no idea where to even start looking for the dorms.

The ghost looked towards the ground in thought.

She had honestly did her best to not get lost on her way to the auditorium. She had no idea how to even read a map or how to go about finding something like the dorms in a place like this. She supposed she should ask someone, buuuut...that would probably not go over well for her. It'd probably be the easiest method though, and, well she did say she would help so she could do it! Just a simple sentence of asking someone!

Not that hard at all!

"...ask someone." Odette said quietly. She could totally do it! Not that hard at all, nope.

Odette quickly looked around for someone she could ask about the location of the dorms.

Lily stood there, still annoyed that Edward seemed to be taking his time waking up. She'd thought a blow like that would send him back to the world of the living right away, but here he was, looking seemingly unharmed. Another reason why she thought he wasn't just a normal human.

She then saw him going to his trenchcoat that he had put over her. Really, what was the point of that? The room wasn't cold at all and dragons weren't bothered by cold anyways. He then took out a piece of paper from it and handed it over to her without a word, before going back to his bed and burrowing his head under a pillow.

Lily looked at the piece of paper, and she immediately realized how it was the paper that showed them where the room they would be staying was. She looked at the name; it indeed said his name; and then the room number.

...Wait, this number... it's this room's number!

She quickly went to her dress stored in the wardrobe. She then took out her own paper to compare the two and indeed, they both said the same number.

T-this means... me and Edward... we're in the same room?!

Lily's eyes widened at the realization as her mouth gaped open. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. She, staying in the same room with Edward, a boy?

T-this must be a mistake! Y-yes, a print error or something!

Rationalizing that, she stormed off the room, intending to go to the faculties to tell them her complain. Really, how could they get this wrong? She was lucky that Edward (seemed to be) a good boy. A pervert would've checked her out and even touch her while she was sleeping.

But then, after she was in the hallway, she realized that she was still in her sleeping garments. Blushing, she quickly returned and put on her purple dress. It was near night time and it would be odd to wear a school uniform at this time. She glanced at Edward, making sure that he was sleeping before she undressed herself.

Now ready with her purple dress, she for real stormed off this time. Someone should be there in the faculties, seeing how this was a boarding school and all. She could ask them for a temporary room at the very least, if the matter couldn't be resolved right away.

“M-My tails? Y-You want to touch my tails!?”

Hinako thought for a moment. A moral dilemma was before her. Though she did not like others touching her tails, it wasn’t as if it was something that she lost anything out of in the event someone were to touch them.

To a goddess, a debt is sacred. The debt of her magnanimous actions towards her followers were received well through their worship. It was the basis of her sect. Equal exchange, as it were. Though humans tend not to realize the strength of worship, even but a simple prayer holds the more power than most could realize.

If she was not to hold herself to this fiscal responsibility, then who would trust her? It wasn’t like what the other was asking was impossible. In fact, it wasn’t as if it was really unpleasant of a feeling to have her tails and ears touched. Her mother used to brush her tails every day for her, and she felt that the feeling was one of the most pleasant she had experienced within her elongated lifespan. It was simply something she felt was embarrassing. It was something so meaningless, yet meaningful to Hinako. After all, a Kitsune’s tails were her lifeblood.

“I-I did promise anything. I guess you could touch my tails a little bit if you really wanted to. B-But don’t do so for too long!”

It was still something that Hinako considered … strange. Perhaps her observation regarding humans and their appreciation of things that are fluffy was not unfounded. Corelia might not have been a natural “human”, but there is a reason why it is called “Demi-Human”. If they are merely monsters, they would be referred to as such. They weren’t “humans”, but weren’t at the crossroad to “monstrosity” just yet. Some closer to that end-horizon than others, but naturally therein existed “humanity” within all.

Kyoko just had the sweetest of dreams. While she fainted from the sight of the catgirl in her room, the resulting short sleep, even if it was very short, resulted in her having dreams about cats and more catgirls. Honestly, she would have never expected to have so much luck with her roommate that she would get a neko as a roommate!
Soon her dreams came to a quick wet and though as Karu simply decided to pour water over the poor girl´s head. Immediantly waking up, Kyoko lifted up her upper body to look at Karu. Realizing her situation once again, Kyoko stood up and pounced at her to give her a tight hug.
"Ohhh my gooooood! You are so adorable!" Kyoko said all while squeezing the neko tightly and rubbing her cheek against her´s.
The witch let her go after a few moments to finally greet her properly.
"Sorry about that... My name is Kyoko! It is nice to meet you. I was just very excited to have a catgirl like you as my roommate, I hope I didn´t scare you away or anything."
The witch then proceeded to slowly reach out her hand and pat the girl on her cat-ears. She wanted to touch her all over her body!...
That sounded more perverted than Kyoko thought. But there were no such intentions! She was simply so into catgirls... it was her life and her dream to have one as a friend. This is truly amazing!
The witch kept petting the girl on the head, unable to resist her urge to do so. "I...I am sorry! I can´t resist petting you~"

She got to know a little bit more of Zac hearing that he didn't read that often. Well it was pretty obvious still. Boys often only play games and liked rough sports that required strength and made them dirty, she herself didn't know much boys that actually read books or were as fragile as basically any girl.

Shortly after, Reina fell against Zac with no way to stop herself. Luckily for the both of them that there was a wall behind them. Zac fell with his back against the wall and could stop Reina in time before she fell against him. Reina let out surprised yelp and looked wide eyed in front of her for a moment. Her eyes slowly drifted up towards his as the surprise died down a little. Reina only started growing more red though. She was so close to him so suddenly, it would take any girl to the tip of her toes being so close to a guy.

"S-sorry!"

Reina pushed herself away from him and took a few steps back to create a small gap between them. She had one of her arms behind her back as her head turned the other way. Her other hand shyly covered the lower part of her face. This wasn't his fault, he couldn't help touching her just now, calm down.

Zac tried getting them out of the awkward situation right now, he looked rather calm about this whole thing now she caught a glimpse of him. He had kindly asked her if she was okay and if she wanted a new drink from him, the drinks were free and close by but it was still nice of him to ask. Reina gave a soft nod of the head and softly spoke.

"Y-yes I'm fine, I-I think it w-was an accident... Uum.. If you would be so kind hehe."

Kurou said that he will try to learn more about vampires later, finally some wise words could be heard from him! The blonde flashed him a pleased smile. Perhaps she should try to fix up a film for him to watch. Something with a lot of blood and jump scares. A really scary one so he would be scarred for life next time he sees her. Hikari grinned evilly at her own thoughts like she was gonna pull a prank on him. Hikari had to get one later at some point it would make for a good laugh.

The boy didn't sound all too pleased about her saying that he had a nut for a brain. Off course it was just a joke she wouldn't actually be so mean that she would call him stupid or an idiot... probably... Hikari gave him yet another teasing smile as she tilted over her toes again.

"Oh! didn't you know yet?! It is a disease actually, brains as small as a nuts. They keep shrinking untill there is nothing left. Only very few people have it, I would let yourself check up on that before it is too late. Most people won't notice that they have it on time so it takes a lot of innocent lives each year. Don't fret though! They have a cure for it so the brains don't shrink anymore!"

Hikari viciously moved her hands around as she spoke mostly pointing at her own head and at him to indicate her words. After she had finished talking she glanced away from him for a moment to keep the teasing smile for her own. She only had to hope he believed in her.

Short after her small terrible joke she had asked him if he wanted anything to drink or eat. Instead of her fetching some for them he would rather go with her to get some together. Hikari gave him a short cheerful nod of approval and started walking already with both hands held together behind her back. It was a short walk towards the side wall of the hallway. There were a few tables lined up together all filled with bowls and plates of foods and drinks. There were some rice balls all different kind of sushis and some wraps with chicken fillet and lettuce but there also were basic candies and chips. Anything that could be eaten cold really, for some reason there was a guy standing behind the table with a plate full of hot burritos. That was a little strange but whatever.

Hikari gave the guy a look as if he was being serious but chose to mostly ignore it at the end. Hikari stuffed her face with chips and different kind of foods before she came back to her senses again, she got herself a drink from the table and faced Kurou again. She poked the straw in the package of tomato juice and gave him a bright smile.

"Stuff yourself! There is plenty! Oh perhaps we should actually get some decent food in the canteen instead later!?"

Aha!

There was a person!

She looked like she was in a bit of a hurry though, but Odette was certain she could catch up with her and ask her a simple question at least! Not hard at all. Before Ash could stop her, the ghost seemingly poofed out of existence within the blink of an eye. The next thing Lily would notice is that the air around her suddenly became much cooler followed by Odette poofing into existence right in front of her quite suddenly while wearing a serious, blank slightly hostile seeming expression and quite easily invading her personal space.

"Hello, good evening! you wouldn't happen to know where the dorms are would you?" Right, shouldn't be too hard to articulate that single sentence.

"...g-gooo..." Get a hold of yourself Odette, say something this shouldn't be that hard! "...D-dorm...you."

Lily hurried on along, her mind focused on one thing. To tell the staff that they had misassigned Edward to her room. Or maybe it's the other way around, she got misassigned to Edward's room...

Hmph, it doesn't matter. I'll gladly take another room as long as I don't have to share it with a boy.

If Lily had walked with her usual pace, she would've noticed the air changing in temperature and would've put on her guard at once. But now, when her thoughts were on somewhere else, she was caught entirely by surprise when Odette just appeared out of thin air right in front of her. And to make matters worse, instead of properly introducing herself, Odette only said something that sounded like your typical haunting ghost sound.

"Gooo...."

"K-kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"

Lily's heart would have jumped out of her chest if it was able to. But for now, only her body jumped backwards as she immediately put a distance between her and the appearing ghost.

"W-w-w-who are you and what do you want?!" was the first thing she blurted out in response.

And when her surprise receded, it was replaced with a blush as she realized she just let out another really girly scream due to her being scared of something. That's twice today. A dragon wasn't supposed to be scared by anything, especially a petty jump scare like this. Fine, she could be afraid of a Great One. But just a surprise like this? It was terribly shameful to her.

Now she eyed the appearing person in front of her with an angry glare, though with her blush still on her face creating more of an adorable appearance than a threatening one.

Asherari "Ash" Dehl

As soon as the ant woman got all of her equipment situated away and got up to turn back to her ghost buddy, Odette told her to ask someone or spoke aloud what she would be doing. After telling Ash what she was going to do or what to do, the ghost girl poofed from Ash's sight and disappeared the ant looked to her left and right looking for Odette she cupped her hands to both sides of her mouth." Odette?!" She called out for her ghost friend.

" Guess I'll catch up with her, there must be a bulletin board telling us where our rooms are." The Ant girl spoke aloud to herself." I hope I'm roomed up by myself then my experiments won't need to be worried about by others."

The ant woman gripped up her briefcase and began heading back inside, as she entered the atrium of the school, her attention went straight towards a large bulletin board and soon noticed her name next to Odette. Quickly she noticed the map as well telling her where the dorms were Ash facepalmed." I gotta tell Odette when I see her, so she doesn't go scaring everyone asking where the dorms are." She spoke aloud before heading off in the direction of the dorms.

Coralia then looked a bit unsure when she hesitated. She wonders if it was true her moral compress was pointing in the right direction. "Are you sure...?" She asked her calmly. Once Hinako reconfirms consent Coralia found herself hopping slowly behind Hinako and then gently and hesitantly she grab hold of her tail and begin feeling it with her fingers. She could help but blush cause of how soft it was. "huuuu...it so soft and clean." Coralia said in delighted with sparkles in her eyes and a face beaming with heavenly bliss, and yet she was gentle. "It feels so heavenly, you must really be a goddess" She comments as she began to rub her face gently against it. Worshipping her tails. after 20 seconds she then stopped herself. "Wept i thing 20 seconds is enough," She said with a disappointed look on her face. She felt that continuing would be a disproportionate reward so instead, she bow to her in a japan like fashion.

"I am humbled to be in your presents..." Coralia said proudly and respectful. "Say..." Coralia told her before she moves the tip of her tail in front of her. "Do you wish to feel my tail?" Coralia asked her feeling that it was only fair to let her tail her tail since she touches hers. "Just be careful around the end cause it pretty sensitive." Coralia warned her. Of course, she didn't know that human exact interests in touch fish tails then they are touching the tails of a fox. Thought she did read that human found their specism beautiful to the point where they would risk being drag down into the sea in which they can not survive under.

Odette screamed, though it was drowned out by Lily.

Unfortunately, the perpetual blank look her face was always in didn't exactly give off a hint of surprise. Instead, she just stared for a few silent, uneasy seconds...floating. Above the ground. She had completely botched up that attempt. She hadn't meant to scare Lily at all. Ack, she should say something! Anything! But what could she say that wouldn't come out even worse? She glanced towards the ground, trying to collect her thoughts in a timely manner, but ultimately came up with nothing to reply to Lily with that wouldn't be just as bad or worse.

So she just floated there.

Awkwardly staring in silence.

Ugh, this was terrible. Maybe if she just stayed still and didn't do anything she wouldn't think she was a spooky scary ghost? She liked to think she was the exact opposite of that...at least, she never made any deliberate attempt to be spooky or scary.

Even though Lily had asked her, the suddenly-appearing girl merely stood silent, staring at her. Lily noticed that she was floating, her feet not touching the ground at all.

Connecting two and two together, Lily realized that she had to be a ghost. That's why she could just appear in front of her right that out of nowhere. The floating, and the sudden loss of temperature which she just noticed could also be explained by that.

So this little ghost thought of scaring her, huh? Well, she'd show her how much dragons could be scarier!

"So, you're thinking about scaring me, huh?" Lily said to her haughtily, crossing her hands below her chest, "Well, too bad! You only managed to surprise me with your sudden appearance! And now, I'll teach you how you properly scare someone!"

Lily instantly brought out her wings and tails, as she turned into her half-dragon form. Then, she immediately rushed towards the ghost, before letting out a loud dragon-like roar right in front of her face, showing off her pointy dragon teeth in the process.

Oh, it wouldn't harm her obviously, since she was a ghost and all. But it would surely scare the crap out of her. Any ordinary person would have fainted right away.

"There, how about that?" Lily bragged after she returned to her former spot, a confident smirk showing on her face.

Zac simply smiled softly, giving her a slight nod. He wasn't sure why she got so embarrassed, neither of them were hurt, and it certainly wasn't her fault. "I'll be right back. What do you drink?"
He waited for the answer before walking over to the snacks table, pouring them both a drink, ginger ale for himself, if they had it, and whatever Reina wanted. Before returning, he filled a small plate with an assortment of the different snacks from the table, snacking on a donut himself.

With a drink in one hand, the plate of snacks in the other, and the other drink held his chest by an arm, he walked back to Reina with a smile, handing her drink to her and motioning to the plate. "Here ya go! I brought some snacks to. I was getting kinda hungry."
He chuckled a bit before taking a sip from his drink, quickly trying to think of a conversation topic, and failing, resorting to lamest cliche in the book. "So, Reina, tell me about yourself?"
He mentally cringed at himself a little as he said it, though outawrdly he wore a warm smile. Oh well, it's better than awkward silence.

Markus only stared before turning in the direction Taura had indicated. After all, this was a still a school and classes had to be taken in order. There was no doubt his firearm would drop a sarcastic remark or two along the way but he kept his gauntlet firmly over the holster. It not only gave him some solace of peace but to everyone else in the area as well. Probably.

Drasil on the other hand continued to stew with irritation, glaring with crossed arms. Granted the wind was beginning to die down so the bull girl’s words must have affected her somehow. “Yeah, fine, whatever. I wouldn’t want to be late to my first class anyway,” she said with a huff. Yet even as Markus went on, Drasil couldn’t help but stop when Ascot addressed Taura.

“Oh what is it now?” she said, waiting for Ascot to finish his words already. But as he made his request, a smirk rose upon Drasil’s expression. “An autograph from yours truly? Well now, you should have said something sooner dear,” the Celestial Spirit said. She then snatched the paper back, only to scribble her own name next to Taura’s sloppy signature with a pen before shoving it back into Ascot’s waiting hands. Evidently, her name was written much bigger than Taura’s.

“There you go, one signature from Drasil,” she said proudly, ignoring whatever look the bull girl might have been giving her. The next action surprised her though and she looked at Ascot’s dorm papers curiously. What followed was a shrug. “Nope. Maybe you should ask a teacher or something. And what’s a My Little Pony?” Drasil said.

Kyoko Sakura

Both Kyoko and Karu kept talking for quite a while in their room. Every now and then Kyoko took her time to properly pet and pat the catgirl, fullfilling one of her lifetime wishes. Karu seemed flattered by it and both got a long quite well. Talking about their origins, their passions and their characters. Both seemed like a good fit with each other, they would become friends for sure. And the witch was quite happy about that, since they would be roommates for a while. After they were done talking, getting to know each other, KYoko was done freaking out over the catgirl too (for now) and got to fully unpack her things. She put up pictures of cute witch-idols on the wall, cute catgirls and way too much more cute stuff. Honestly, it might even be a bit cringy for some. Good thing Kyoko did not care! She loved it so she did it.

Once she was done though she heard her stomach making weird noises... it sounded like gozilla had just awoken and was ready to lay waste upon this world. In fact, it was just her being hungry though. She had not eaten for so long! She was glad that it was meal-time at Pakora soon anyway so she stood up, said goodbye to her new feline friend before quickly changing her clothes. She was sort of tired of her school uniform, so she decided to actually wear her witch outfit for once. The black top with the cute skirt and black boots, together with the pointy hat was still her favorite. She took her bag with her, containing her grimoire and then she left the room to go explore some more and hopefully find some place to eat.
So now Kyoko was walking through the corridors of the girl´s dorms, whistling a melody cheerfully.

No no no, this was bad! She hadn't intended on scaring anyone at all. Ohdearohdearohdear. She tried to say something, but as usual words caught in her throat and all she could manage was a blank stare. When Lily rushed at her, all she could do was sit there and stare blankly back. If it was possible for a ghost to die of fright, she'd have done it. When the dragon was done, the ghost merely floated to the ground, small tears forming on the edges of her eyes as she looked towards the ground, turning her head slightly away from the dragon.

"Just...dorms...meanie..."

"Just wanted to find the dorms, you meanie!" But it came out a lot less forceful than she had intended it too. Instead, she wiped a hand against her eye, pouting and trying to stifle a small sniffle as a single ghostly tear tried to roll its way down her cheek. She realized she had been a bit...well, horrible at this whole introduction but she hadn't honestly been trying to scare someone!

Ahh...being undead was never fun at all, sometimes...

In his room, Cerdic Wessex was reading more about Pakora's world, appreciating the differences between it and his native one, where magical and anti-magical terrorism filled the news every day. Here, the worst cases of prejudice against Demi-Humans were historical, and most 'incidents' today were of the mischeveous sort. In his universe, attempting to prank someone with a Noble Arm would have caused a police intervention; then again, his perceptions have been shaped by the incident which had happened to him.

The only way people with innate power can co-exist with those who do not is only if the 'narrative laws' of the world are different, were his thoughts. Well, if you discount symbiotic relationships, but neither Noble Armsmen or normal humans would accept those in this climate. He had been convinced of that after seeing the faces of his dead schoolmates, and their killers as well. Looking at the bracers fused to his skin, Cerdic would look at them, considering himself marked, nay, cursed.

"I have a new life now," he whispered to himself. "I'm going to live it."

And so he shook his head, trying to get rid of the shadows of the past...

Lily blinked. She certainly didn't expect the ghost to have this kind of reaction. She had expected her to act like Bea did, especially with how her expression looked as nonchalant as the latter.

A heavy weight of guilt immediately settled down in her heart, as she saw her eyes quivering, tears building up in its sockets. She certainly didn't mean to make her cry! S-she's not a bully after all!

"Just...dorms...meanie..."

"Just wanted to find the dorms, you meanie!"

Her heart broke after she said that with such a pitiful expression. She had made a terrible, terrible mistake.

"I-I'm sorry!" Lily quickly said. "I-I thought you were trying to scare me so I scared you back. I-I didn't mean to make you cry, h-honest!"

This was a rare occasion for her. A proud dragon like her rarely apologized, and even if she did, she would do it with a huff, throwing away her face while blushing. She never apologized this earnest before.

Seeing how the ghost was still in such a vulnerable state, she quickly approached and gave her a warm hug, trying to calm her down. She didn't know why she decided to do it, only that she simply had to. She couldn't leave her in such a state.

It was certainly an odd sight, as the ghost was quite taller than her. She could've been her senior, and she would be the one to comfort her. But alas, the fact was different, and her bonnet ended up awkwardly touching the ghost's face as she hugged her.

...Her scent... it's... nice... Her body felt cold though... Well, as expected from a ghost...

After about ten seconds or so, Lily released her, looking closely at her face to see whether or not she had calmed down.

"I-it's alright, I-I'll accompany you to the dorms," Lily said. Her guilt still weighed heavily on her mind and she wished to make it up by helping her out. She just hoped that the ghost would be willing to receive it.

Edward tried to sleep after Lily left. He really did. But sleep didn't come back to him easily, and after turning restlessly on the bed for a good sleeping position, he simply gave up. Groaning, he sat himself upright and sighed deeply. Looking at the time, he realized it was fairly close to the night party - not that close, much to his consternation, but it meant that if he couldn't get any sleep now, then there was no point since he'd be getting up soon anyway.

Scratching his head, he got off from the bed, and thew on his trench-coat, leaving open at the front and not really bothering to wear anything underneath; it was dark out, and his coat was thick enough that it wouldn't be cold, and in case his chiseled abs affected anyone's sensitive sensibilities (coughLilyandHinakocough) he could always just button it up. He walked out and decided to get some fresh air before the party.
