@Elevation If we're talking marines, they would likely be either a Staff Sergeant or a Gunnery Sergeant if enlisted, or, if they're an officer, anywhere from a 2nd lieutenant to a captain.

I would assume, with a squad of 10 as Ozymandas stated, you could go either way with whether the squad leader is an officer or a sergeant.

By that i mean he can contribute his side of the conversation via PM so you can grant him permission to land all in one post rather than leave him with only one line of dialogue to work with.
