Basic Idea
This role play is based on the silly show called O.K. K.O. No; you do not have to have seen it. If you want a quick run-down of the show, just go to YouTube, type in “OK KO” and watch a few random clips. It’s a pretty self-explanatory show. But this won’t be canon. It’ll have its own storyline with a similar premise. If you want to know more, keep on reading.
Setting
You are on a fictional earth where not everyone is human. In fact, people resemble animals and even objects such as a Coffee-Cup Headed Person. This is the normal population on Earth, and so there’s little prejudice. What makes this world even more different than the one we know is that every person has a Power Level, which isn’t like the Dragon Ball franchise. It is more like the basic RPG idea. There will be some super-powered ridiculous battles in this game (when your character gets to that level since Level 11 is apparently very OP in the show), so expect to see crazy-shit like the anime, powered-up nonsense similar to Scott Pilgrim vs The World and (Warning: Cartoon Violence, Blood and Intestines) Bakemonogatari. The technology level is modern to futuristic for there may be some futuristic elements in it but that’s it. The main game is going to start in a fictional city called Lakewood in Texas, USA. You do not have to have been to Texas to RP in it. I really do not care.
Plot
Every character who joins this game works at Lakewood Plaza, a large mall with several stores in it owned by your boss and god, Mr. Gar (I told you level 11 was pretty ridiculous). Within this mall, every character is employed at the Hero Supply Store, which supplies all of the good guy heroes with power ups, weapons, gadgets, capes, etc. Whatever they need we got it! The competing store is Nevermore, and its ran by Mr. Poe (I told you it’d be different). Mr. Poe and his lackeys run the Villain Supply Store, which supplies all villains with whatever they need. Mr. Poe also likes to test new protoype evil death robots by sending them in boxes that air-drop from the sky in the middle of the Lakewood Plaza parking lot. He also will send some of his lackeys to try and mess up Mr. Gar’s nice mall and terrorize its customers. We can’t have that, but that is your day-to-day life. I hope you’re prepared. The minimum wage is $20 an hour, so you’re making some money at least. When characters aren’t working, they can play-out scenes in high school. Lakewood High home of the Llamas—yeah!
Character Creation
Below is a basic character sheet. I don’t care how you design it. You can use 1001fonts.com to get cool font headers that you can put on your CS in the form of a [image code]. Just do not use enormous pictures. Either link them, hide them, or use a photo hosting website such as imgur.com where you can freely edit their size.
- No Enormous Pics
- No Blinding or Super-Dark Colors.
- No Half-Ass CSes.
- No Over-Powered Characters – You’re not there yet.
