And these already surfaced and were a controversy 6 years ago before the first movie came out. Not sure why Disney fired him now and stood by him back then.

Greg Weisman can do no wrong, as far as I'm concerned. The man is directly responsible for a large percentage of my favorite animated series in the past 25 years. Gargoyles will always be one of my all-time favorite series, and he gave us the amazing and sensational Spectacular Spider-Man. It's just a shame the company executives keep canning his hit shows for idiotic reasons, but at least in this case we get YJ back. Here's to hoping for Spectacular Spider-Man season 3 one day.
