I wanna point out I don't accept green as an answer, as someone with a lot of willpower a lot of heroes fill that requirement. Though if we're going with the "Man without fear" idea. Then yeah, I'll accept it.

There's nothing necessarily wrong with Felicity as a character until the writers started shoehorning her into every plot like Lana on Smallville and forcing her romance with Oliver.
