Your OOC mentioning that the tree did technically survive the blast gave me a bit of inspiration~ Should I roll Nature for that, and would Mending do anything? Cure Wounds says it has to target a creature, so I doubt that will work, and Mending seems to require an actual break or tear to actually do anything, which makes plenty of sense, but I figured I'd ask for your input anyway~

Hmmm... you know what, you can use Mending AND roll a Nature check. Depending on the roll I'll tell you how successful you are.

Hmmm....

I'll say that doesn't do anything notable, but Tanrith does feel something when using that spell.

Like, I guess the way you can describe it is that Tanrith has thrown a rope into a deep dark abyss, and he feels something that might be tugging on the other end, but it's very, very weak, like it can't properly get a hold. It'll need something stronger, something that's beyond Tanrith's magic as an artificer.

Tanrith doesn't want to ascend to godhood! He's just here to spread the good vibes and makes sure a happy time is had by all!

I mean, if he can get as good as the Wonderbringer at making things, which is his passion, then he'll happily take it, but he doesn't want a job that comes with as much burden as "god" of anything. Too many responsibilities weighing it down

Zaraknvyr is dumb enough to think he might some day be able to take control of at a bare minimum, some immense empire that may or may not exist in a place that is both Under and Dark. But he’s the conniving and malicious sort of opportunist who will gladly ‘pull the ladder up behind him’. If he managed to become Overlord Of The Gods he’d do something idiotic like outlaw violence because clearly if he could do it, someone might do it to him, and therefor violence must be controlled.
