Name: Scion

Race: Lizardman

Age: 32

Gender: Male

Profession/Role/Position: He is a former mercenary assassin for most anti-government terrorist groups.

Appearance: He is a humanoid lizard creature with a face similar to a Velociraptor's. He has a darting tongue. Long scaly tail. Purple eyes. He wears a long sleeved cloak with a hood, darkening his face.

Equipment: His cloak is filled with various small items such as small flash grenades, smoke grenades, and some small throwing weapons. He also has a silenced sniper rifle which he doesnt often take with him during asassinations due to the extra weight.
His main weapons however are a pair of energy blades. Titanium blades that create energy strips along the edges of the blade so it can cut through even softer metals spretty quickly.
Scion however relies on finding weak spots on his victim like an uncovered part at the neck or an opening in his helmet,rather than brute force stabbing.

Implants: His assassin blades are implanted just below his wrists so he can readily use them.

Magic: Lizardmen are experts in poisons, enchanting daggers and stealth. Scion was briefly trained in the art of stealth magic, allowing him to turn invisible if he stays still in a dark spot.
He has a poisonous bite that slowly kills his victim if he doesnt get any treatment. He himself is immune to poisons and drug effects.

Personality: Very cold and quiet. Bitter experiences caused him to be bitter aswell. He fights against the government but hates the fact that innocents have to be caught in the way, causing him to quit from the terrorist organisations. He is a swift killer and doesnt think twice about stabbing someone in the head when needed but prefers to escape from forces such as the police. He believes the police are just as innocent as the rest and want to protect their homes and families from extremists.

Bio: He was born in the big city, among the crowd. His family was poor and died when he was very young. He still doesnt know how. He had to steal to survive. He quickly learned to get out of sight and quickly disappeared. He went from group to group, who took advantage of his abilities and used his first as a spy, then as an assassin.
After the attack on the Mayor, with all the suicides and lives lost, he decided to quit once and for all.

Misc:

Company/Organization: he is now looking for an Anti-Gorvernmental group that will try to protect the common people and only hurt the government without sacrificing lives.

Name: Ethan Parker Jr.

Race: Human

Gender: Male

Profession/Role/Position: Official reporter/journalist for the government. Whenever press is involved, Ethan is the one to write the articles, hold press releases in the stead of an official, if need be, and he works with the local media outlets, mostly the newspaper outlets. He basically writes propaganda and reports on the changes made to law and policy.

Appearance: Ethan has chin-length black hair that he keeps neatly combed to the side away from his face when he’s working. His doe eyes are bright hazel and he has lighter olive complexion, but can tan very well. He's not tall, 5'7”, nor is he particularly fit. When he’s not working, the suit comes off and the sweaters come on. No matter the weather, he prefers to wear long-sleeved tops and jackets because of a faded self-inflicted scar he has on his forearm. He has a few others on his inner thigh and the side of this stomach. He’s older than he looks by a few years. If he smiles, it lights up his whole face.

Equipment: He has a notepad and pencil on his person at all times and two cellphones, one for work and the other for his other connections. He also keeps a small, handheld recorder. He has one handgun in case of emergencies.

Magic: None. Every once in a while, he’ll dabble in new age magical medicine.

Personality: Ethan experiences strong emotions and feelings of anxiety, but he keeps it all bottled up inside. He would like to trust people, but he keeps his distance and spends a lot of time alone because of his own out of habit. In one-on-one situations far detached from work, he’ll loosen up, often with the help of alcohol, and socialize like he wants to. Sometimes, he’ll go through bouts of depression, but otherwise he’s determined and focused. He’s an excellent actor when he’s not under pressure. Lying is a skill he developed to survive in this town.

Bio: Ethan’s father, Ethan Sr., is a government official and has been in politics for as long as Ethan Jr. can remember. From childhood, he was groomed to follow in his father’s footsteps whether he wanted to or not, which he really did not. He made a few attempts to escape and follow his true dream of becoming a romance novelist, but it never worked out. Some of the worst years of his life were before Operation Freedom and anyone who knew him during that time would know him to be very quiet, very stiff and antisocial from being at his father’s beck and call.

When Operation Freedom came into play, he went searching for them and offered them some information. Over time, he earned their trust and became the eyes and ears on the inside.

Misc: He’s a known regular at the Houston Library and works with the Texas Times. It’s likely he would have visited most venues and businesses in town as well as the Police Department for an interview for whatever article he’s writing or if they’re the type to keep up with politics, they would have seen his face during press releases.

Company/Organization: The Government and Operation Freedom.

Equipment: touchscreen secure phone with the latest and greatest in user security. a lethal poison-dart pistol with plenty of ammo, holds three in a clip. Two Wonder Woman style gauntlets, her left gauntlet holds a three round burst machine gun and her right holds a double barreled shotgun. The weapons are burried into the gaunltes so that it looks more like a thick pair rather than having gun attachments. Personal credit account, off shore. A variety of outfits, fitting any role as needed.

Personality: Keeps to self unless on a mission. Fulfills mission as needed to any extent.

Bio: No history once main mission accepted. Not even this is on record.

Misc: Knows all basic information of all texas government layouts, structures, numbers, and relations as of the time of accepting this assignment. Has no contact to US, but phone is set to receive new input from US.

Company/Organization: A member of the United States Government. After Texas succeeded from the union, the US fell hard and fast as the majority of its security no longer was availible. Problems quickly arose and the only solution was to get the two nations back together.
