I'm going to post next.
As far as the chapter goes, I'm looking for a tentative end of around June 4th so me and Danni can start our co-gm chapter. That gives us about a week or so. As we're nearing the end, I'm going to start up a pm discussion concerning Kei's 'guest' status, and we'll see how that develops. Also, at the end of this chapter we'll have a discussion and review of this chapter to help give me and Fox feedback on this chapter and impressions from people to help improve further co-gm chapters that we can all hopefully learn from and help improve our GMing with.
I will say this already, though.
I would really, really, really appreciate headway being made into planning and talking to me about co-gm chapters, so we can get things properly planned etc before things begin. I think one of the things that has hampered this chapter a little was how last minute planning things were, which has led to some spots of confusion (and a fairly big plot hole arise from it) that, whilst we've done our best to salvage, proper planning and discussion with me etc well in prior advance beforehand could only help make things much, much better. I know Fox is busy with her Midnight Train rp, but if we had more time to have discussed and planned things in advance and finetune details, we could have made this chapter excel a lot more.
For example, Danni's given me details for her chapter like... 3 months in advance. She's given me details on the story arc, plot beats, advancements, npc character details, questions and spots open for discussion and tweaking well, well in advance of when her chapter will begin which gives us the opportunity to clarify and improve things. I'm feeling really confident in our chapter. But on the flipside I've kind of gotten nothing from anyone else so far. I've gotten some concept ideas, but I need more then that. I need an actual story arc, plot, scene ideas, character npc sheets etc since I want to avoid the 'last minute'ness that happened here. I'm giving people the chance here to take control and lead and push the story in a direction they would like, and give their characters the spotlight and development they would like them to have. And if I don't get these details in advance, then I think that person will have to end up having their opportunity skipped.
Help me help you.
