Jarvis
Jarvis wondered for a moment whether or not to tell this version of Mayt that she was a man in his word. He wondered if that would go down well. But, what if some of the other members of the guild were here? What if that included Mayt? Would it be better to give this Mayt a heads up?
Jarvis didn't know. But at least he knew that Female Mayt wouldn't hurt him, given that she seemed alright, and friendly with his Edolas version. So he shook her hand, and said
"This is Amelia. In my world, I believe she's just joining the guild." he said,
"I assume you guys have a Phoenix Wing guild here? A Master Jamie?" If Edolas's version of Jamie was anything like their version of Jamie, then Jarvis figured that he could figure out what was going on here, or that she had some basic ideas. Plus, he thought it best to get out of the way, away from people that might find it curious that Wizards from Earthland were here.
"Your Earthland Counterpart is actually of the male" Jarvis added
Sasha, location:Edolas
Sasha didn't know if she could do it. Didn't know if she was capable of it, or if she could even get passed the fact that her brother was alive here, or what it meant. Did it mean that if she didnt have magic, her family would be alive? How could she live with that? She didn't know.
She took a deep, shaky breath, rubbed her eyes, and turned back around.
"Hi, Ben" she said softly, as he watched her. He looked so much like their father, it made her heart ache. She tried to smile, and succeeded some what.
"What's with your clothes?" Ben asked,
"Did you rip your clothes again?" God, what kind of person was she here?
"Or have you just taken Mother's advice finally, and started wearing more covering clothes?" Sasha's cheeks reddened at the implications of that. Did her Edolas self were more revealing clothes then she herself did?
Maybe she didn't want to meet her Edolas self, now.
"Of course not!" Sasha said because it seemed to be expected,
"I was doing my job, and, well, it got messy. I had no choice but to grabbed whatever clothes I could!" She looked to Lazarus, to Joshua, but no one seemed to recognise either of them. Was that a good thing, or a bad thing? What was Lazarus here? Obviously he wasn't part of the guild. SHe hesitated, and said
"These are my friends, Lazarus and Joshua. I'll show them around the guild. It's been a long journey for them, and I'm sure they want to find somewhere to rest"
Mother. Her mother was still alive then, here too. She swallowed back painful tears. Then reached out, and ruffled Ben's hair, like she had done when he was a boy. He got a strange expression on his face, but let her go. She was immensely thankful for that, as she didn't know how much longer she could stay there, speaking to him. The inside of the guild was pretty much like their guild hall, and Sasha made her way up the stairs, towards what was still dorm rooms. She found hers, and stepped in it.
It was nothing like her room back in Earthland. Oh, no. It was more....adult, and yet more childish. Bright colours, and clothes were strewn across the floor.
"oh, gods" she pressed her hands to her eyes,
"Who am I in this world?" She picked up a dress that was green and silver, clearly short and revealing.
"Oh, gods. Oh, gods! Seriously?" She threw the dress on the unmade bed, and looked about the room once more ,before looking to th two boys.
"Well? What do we do now?"
Penny, Location: Earthland
Penny wondered who these person was, this Rian Darkwalker. Obviously they were important to Karn, but she couldn't figure out how. Did they rescue Karn from his father? She didn't want to ask, so she merely listened and watched. But she could reassure Karn. Obviously this was important to him, and perhaps that meant that this Rian had left, giving him no indication where he/she was going.
"Sometimes Karn, those that we care for do things to protect us. We don't have to understand that, nor do we have to accept it. We just have to know that they are there, looking after us. This Rian Darkwalker, they are probably following your movements, following how you are going, and they are probably proud of you. And thats all that matters" She said softly, still watching the crowd, but no one tried to get passed them anymore, for which she was thankful.
Edolas Penny "Pen", Location: Edolas
Pen finished his report, folding it up, and leaving it on his desk, knowing that the King would find it sooner or later, especially when Pen didn't come to report for the night. It was a common occurrence that Pen didn't turn up, and it pleased Pen that he was essentially given free Rain. The old King didn't seem to notice Pen's expenses, or if he did, he didn't seem to care.
Pen made a stop on his way out of the castle, knocking on the door hard, like always.
"Lazarus! Are you there?". Pen had learned that is was always good to have a back up. Or a fall guy.
