Grane
Location: Magic Council's Aquifer Cavern
"You arrogant boy. I brought the duel here for a duel, not a battle royal against me!" Grane said as he launched his counter attacks against Damian. "One of us better go down or else we both will regret what can happen." A blade slash could then be felt with blood dripping from his cheek. Feeling a bit more enraged, he still noticed Damian attack but tried to flank him. So as Damian leap over to flank, Grane was able to jump and avoid the wave blades to meet Damian with his own attack. "Burning Drill Arm!" His arm was sent ablaze with blue flames spinning around in the form of a drill heading towards Damian.
On impact, when both attacks clashed, the ground beneath them shattered into a large crater and created a few fissures that cracked through the ground, climbed the walls and eventually led to the ceiling as the attack still clashed. From that point, large pieces of rocks began falling from the ceiling and the building hanging from the ceiling met it evidential collapse hitting the side of the lake. With all of the debris falling from above causing the ground to rumble and the attacks dealt on Grane earlier, he could feel his energy slowly depleting. Damian was pushed back from the the clash, but he somehow how recovered with another attack with not just two, but multiple kinds of blades appearing and astonishes Grane by how much magic that the boy still has left. Still amazed, Grane was got off guard when Damian's two blades slashed his abdomen and later a spear hit from behind before Grane could even see it land. Once Grane spotted Damian, the wizard vanished in a blur and all the blades attacking Grane until the last one being a giant blade that impaled him from behind. The power from the strikes left him motionless as he hit the ground, as he tried getting up but found that most of his energy left him when his body barely moved.
He watched as the ceiling collapse into aquifer and sighed as he was lying on the ground. "Not bad, Blade of Phoenix Wing, correct?"He said as he was unsure if that was the name that he heard from what was said to be the guild's blade magic user. "You know, I could of beat you and your guild, but I guess you could say that I felt something when I fought your companions earlier, something genuine in your words. The only thing that I can say now is that it feels like we doomed not just us, but everyone around here."
Wes and ?????
Location: Magic Council's Underground Sealed Chambers
"Although she is kind of like my boss, Angelica being removed from the Council would be great." As the two reach the top of the room and got off the elevator, a tremor rumbled through the room and almost made Wes fall. Argh, things must be serious up there if it reached all the way down here.
One of the fissure from Grane and Damian's attack found its way down as it eventually hit the room that the ball of light was. A cracked slowly formed on the ceiling until a small rock was chipped out and fell into the ball. "Just, the size, I NEED!" A long dark spike stretch from the ball and struck the lacrima that supported the floating ball of light. As the lacrima shattered to pieces, a shadowy figure fell from what was the ball of light. The figure had difficulty getting up as it looked as if it was sleeping for years and it felt its strength and power returning, it clenched its fists. "Finally, I am, FREE!" The said as it laughed with a malevolent tone to it.
Wes could hear the faint from the room and what followed was glass breaking. "Sayrui, cut the elevator's rope and follow me quickly." As he spoke, the door on the floor below was blasted to the other end of the room with a shadowy figure spring to the other end other end as well. Claws could be seen as it tried scaling the wall to reach the top floor where the two were. "Sayrui! Hurry! We need to go somewhere before it follows our trail!" Wes said with a frighten look on him.
