@LaXnyd: Demons can have a secondary ability that's unique to each one of them, and basically those secondary abilities can be something mentally themed (perception, illusion creation, mind reading, possession, etc.)

Oh, and another thing I forgot to mention but will add to the Important Info area. Pact Bearers have a "Spirit Relic," which is the very artifact that they are given when they create a pact. It can be any kind of inanimate object (like how my character's Relic is a Pendant), and the catch about the Spirit Relics are that they're both the key to using the affinity's powers and the very thing that holds your soul inside. If it breaks, your soul is released and you automatically die, so it adds a bit of weakness there.

Personality: For a demon keeper, Akira isn't as engrossed in death and despair as one might think when one hears the term "demon". Akira is instead simply an entity who lives each moment to the fullest, not allowing anything nor anyone to restrict what she wants nor get in her way. She seeks "fun" and frequently has a smile on her face, although through her entire existence the only thing that had ever been "fun" to her was the concept of gambling: a scenario in which, no matter how skilled you were, no matter how close the probability is to a hundred, the probability will never truly be one hundred - there will always be a possibility for failure, and it is the existence of this possibility that excites Akira. Although she is a demon meant to use negative emotions, there is still always one golden result she will always respect: The luck of the draw - those who cheat in anything such as games or competitions of chance will have triggered one of her - admittedly few - anger buttons and she will bring her full rage down upon the offender.

Her motivations for being involved in the whole affair of spirits versus demons is one that she actually thought about, much to the surprise of fellow demons who only ever see her as a compulsive gambler. Her reasoning for her involvement in the war ultimately this:

"We demons are sentient, and as such we are merely fighting for the same rights as the spirit - the right to observe and interfere with the living world in ways that we, as a species, wish to, much like the spirit world interferes with and interacts with the world of the living as they see fit.

Or, alternatively, if we are indeed slaves to some sort of primal desire for evil as some claim, then that simply means that we are only fulfilling our natural role in the grand balance."

Despite her reasoning, however, ultimately she has one rule: She will prioritize her gambling over her participation in the war. Although she will frequently visit the living world, she will mostly only do so in order to visit grand casinos around the world. While she will still defend herself - fiercely too, in a fight befitting of her place as a rank holding demon - she will be willing to ignore even pact bearers so long as they don't bother her in the game of blackjack or poker.

Short Bio: Having been a demon for quite a while, there was one thing that described Seras for quite a while: Bored. Absolutely bored. For the longest time in her memory, because of her power she had always tackled problem after problem with ease, winning challenge after challenge and rising to the rank of IV among countless demons. She had been about to challenge III, II and ultimately I when finally, during an incursion into the human world she had found something that shattered her boredom.

A gambling house.

No matter what she did, no matter how many powers she used she could not control the result. Granted, this could be because her power was limited to self-teleporation but she still felt excitement for the first time, easily becoming addicted to this new form of entertainment (and money waster) known as "gambling". Although she still had her duties as a death keeper and demon, she managed to find some time off and made something completely unprecedented: She introduced gambling to the demons of the underworld, opening her own casino down there so everyone could go and participate in the vice of gambling.

Abilities: Self-Teleportation - She is able to teleport to any location within her vision. In addition, she is able to teleport to any location she has once visited by utilizing a five second spell - the latter method would be completely useless in a fight, but the former is what makes her a ranked demon.

Weapons: a small revolver that she keeps concealed with her at all times. Casinos are scary places; a girl could never be too careful.

Other: She runs a demon Casino in the underworld named "La Étoile Millénaire" (The Starry Millenium)

She can think of the worst of things....and make jokes about it. She's one of those pricks, though everyone loves them, because they're usually comic relief. And that is the role for her. See, sometimes she says things that she will soon regret, because those things unintentionally insult others. So, she's pretty much like the Yosuke Hanamura of this RP.

But yeah. With a crude sense of humor, and a bit of a snarky attitude and sarcastic tone, she is the perfect type to make insane jokes and get hit all the time. See, she's learned how to take lots of hits, and she can do that now. So, she's almost like a punching bag for her friends, and so she is perfect for comic relief. Though, she can easily pass out if she gets hit way too many times, and sometimes that's the case.
Short Bio: An avid writer for both songs and the maker of a comedic novel, she usually finds herself either writing in her diary, or writing in her diary.

Also an immigrant from Scotland.

A city girl, the daughter of a semi-famous female poetry writer, she has been raised in a middle-class hotel room. Saying this, and being the daughter of a SEMI FAMOUS POETRY WRITER, you think that's inconsistentcy and a terrible writing style. But, her mother thought it'd be nice to live simply in a hotel. And it was. Honest to god, it was amazing. Her mother actually helped her with vocabulary by reading some of the poetry and explaining the words. So, soon, she had adept reading skills and used great vocabulary in her school writing as well.

Then her mother decided to move to Shibuya, when she was 11. She decided to move because, she thought it was a good idea to write some stories there. Caia was originally against the move, being the stubborn pre-teen, but it soon proved to be amazing too. She took an interest in the graffiti, which seemed to be creative. She also took an interest in writing. So, she went down to Dogenzaka. Simply because, she heard it was a good place for novels to start. So, her one story took place in Dogenzaka, and was released when she was 19.

That's the gist of it.

Abilities: From her pact made with the lightning spirit, she gets Electricity Manipulation. With that, she can generate and increase amount of electricity, and use that to get small amounts of energy by absorbing it. Also, with enough concentration, she can charge weapons of her choice with electricity. With this, she gets it to explode on impact with some.

She also gets Electromagnetism, and she can, obviously, survive some electric shots, that aren't too high voltage.

Weapons: So, she has only charged one weapon with electricity, and that weapon is...a yoyo. A toy, said by some. Though, this is a weapon that I like to RP with, and it is a weapon that is very deadly, when used right. She can make it explode on impact with most solid objects, except for humans and the like, so she can use it.

Other: all of my characters are either homosexual or bisexual apparently. This one is bisexual.

Personality: Micah is a very level headed being, rarely showing much emotion. While this stoic display can create odd moments, they're generally fine to be around. However, they can be very bitter and resentful, with grudges lasting eons if they don't kill over it. They prefer to sit by and watch things unfold, and because of this are a more passive member of the war, but are still involved. The few times Micah does talk, it's usually something important; with friends they'll add in a snide or sarcastic remark if they have one. They can be gruesome, once provoked, they've a record of impaling souls that gave them an odd look. The demon has an air of intimidating they've worked on for centuries.
Short Bio: Micah had always been an unsettling demon, not gaining many friends and people generally avoiding them when possible. Eventually they started impaling, putting the bodies in the garden in front of their home and letting the fauna overtake them. The display was seen as an act of arrogance and provocation by some, who challenged them and paid with their lives. While this was more of a phase than anything, and they have since mostly calmed down, it earned them the title of a ranked demon.
Abilities: vague precognition, they can't see into the future forever and only have a general idea of whats going to happen. They can focus on certain points in time to understand more, but it still doesn't become crystal clear.
Weapons: a halberd with ivy covering the handle
Other: it's easy to persuade them to do something for you if you give them porcelain figurines or exotic flowers.
