Once in the town it was quite pleasant. The trick idea was a good one but she wondered if in this game world people would give gems..rupies wanst it to someone performing tricks on the street. It was sure worth a try, and help with the circus thing.

There was going on a commotion, and once pointed out Key sighed. They werent even a HOUR in this world and some idiots managed to get spears pointed to them.....Somehow it wasnt surprising to her. Listening to the fight happy kitten Talija moved on her tip toes and petted the top of the Taofkas head. '' Nah, its better if pretend we dont know them. If they end up in prison I can dig them out there in a minute or so. Plus do you think people who happily show off their weapons want to be saved by... '' At this Key turned and pointed at each of them. '' A moon lander, a girl with hula-hop, a short yellow girl?....well you can pass being like a battle cat. The point is in a lot of movies I watched there was always this pride thing going on....so lets buy bandages for when they end up hurt and happy.''

She turned around from them and eyed th people wondering which would be good to talk too. '' I am more for getting a quest for slaying the local monsters. ''

Samus nodded, giving it some thought for a moment. From what little she heard, the Gorons were a proud people, so it was likely they would respond to power. Power was something the group had plenty of, but that begged the question of morality. Would it be right to strike fear into their hearts? It seemed only natural to Samus to come to the decision to climb Death Mountain directly. "Let's climb it. My shielding can handle a few rocks, and if that proves too much, Hypermode will work just fine." She wished for a moment that she had her Speed Booster, because that would really let her power through those rockfalls. When the group reached the top of the stairs, something else seemed to start happening, something the group in Castle Town would also notice. The avatars found themselves unable to move, and everything around them raced as though time were sped up. Castle Town was raided, causing people to leave. Undead creatures then popped up. Kakariko started expanding to accomodate the Castle Town refugees, and that's about when the event stopped. However, the more organic nature of the new Hyrule also meant a new guard was posted by the gate, and the gate was closed again after being disused for so long. When he noticed the avatars approaching the gate, he came to attention and said, "What business do you have in Death Mountain? Nobody goes there since Ganondorf swept the entire Goron race off to who knows where. People are saying he fed them to a dragon, can you believe that?"

Rawk turned to face Samus. Before he could speak, he felt... that something was off... Something. And then, in the blink of an eye, everything had changed. Kakariko was larger. Rawk looked around in confusion. The buildings that were incomplete seconds ago were now fully completed structures. "The hell? Did we just go to the second half of the game?" Rawk asked. Then, the guard spoke to them, telling them about the Gorons. "Fed to a Dragon? Volvagia?" Rawk asked. Upon seeing the guard's positive head nod, Link stepped forward. "We're here to try and free the Gorons from their plight." Link said. He'd hate to incapacitate the poor guard. Link glanced around. He just hoped his 'ancestor' wouldn't show up. That... might cause issues.

The thin dust thrown up by her accidental attack cleared, and from it, came the guard, spear lowered intent to strike. She dodged the first blow - twisting her body away from the point - and the second in much the same way. Then the guy wised up, and grabbed a handful of the silly, fluttery cape she had on. This, he yanked down, pulling Cheshire off balance, and then stuck his spear into her stomach.

For a direct hit, she was surprised to find it didn't really hurt that much. Well, it hurt, certainly, but not as much as she would have imagined something like that would have hurt. Nevertheless, her vision was growing dark and swimming, like she was falling further and further underwater. She embraced it - the numbness was a relief from the resonating pains in both her head and her abdomen.

As Cheshire fell, numbly, she felt as if something - someone, perhaps - was rising to take her place. Well, not that it was any of her business. Whoever or whatever they were, they could do what they liked out there; she was done.

The others might have noticed the change in expression on the person who had, up till now, been Cheshire. They might have noticed the change in posture, too. But mostly, they'd likely have noticed the large, wolfish head which had replaced most of the right arm. Which had its mouth wide open, the interior of which was glowing brightly.

Understandably, Bass was rather grumpy; not only had he had some pathetic interloper running about with his body, she'd gone and gotten him into some fight that she didn't seem to want to win. But that was fine. If she was too weak to go through with it, then he'd simply have to use more direct means. He'd blow off this man's head, perhaps followed by killing the rest of them if they proved to be troublesome, and then he'd find some way of going home. He'd been summoned here for a reason, certainly, but he was about as interested in that as he was in delivering humanitarian aid to the children of the world.

Before he could do any of that, however, something else happened. Something bizarre; though he could not move, everything else sped up, as if somebody had pressed fast-forward on a remote that controlled time. People came and went, and things changed until there was almost no semblance of the things that had been there before. How odd. With a little luck, it wouldn't affect his getting out of there...

The guard looked like he was trying his best not to laugh, but he managed to keep a straight face, if just barely. "Look, kid. Much as I hate the guy, I need proof that you have Ganondorf's approval to go there. He doesn't exactly want people-" He was interrupted by a high-pitched whining sound and then a rising bass as Samus charged her Power Beam and pointed at the gate before releasing a Super Missile. The gate was blown open thanks to the rewrite of the world, with plenty of space for them to get through. She turned to the shocked guard and said, "There's our proof. That enough for you?" The guard nervously nodded and stepped aside, letting them pass.

Bass would notice the room was much darker now, lit by dim lanterns. On a prison-like cot sat a figure, which was difficult to tell the gender of. A single beady red dot shone from underneath its hood. Above it, in a cage of sorts, flames with faces on them were kept. Whenever they tried to drift out of the cage, the figure would whack it with a stick, and they'd rush back into their cage. It then seemed to notice the group there, as its single red eye turned to them. "Care to purchase a Poe soul, or do you have some to sell, perhaps?" The voice was so raspy they still couldn't tell the gender of the figure.

As soon as the guard mentioned Ganondorf, Link had his sword out. However, a few seconds later, he felt the wind of something whizzing by him, followed by a huge explosion. Link turned to see the gate destroyed and the guard scared out of his wits. Well, whatever this robot-thing had done, it certainly did the trick. Link sheathed the Master Sword and continued on wordlessly. Rawk stared at the ruined gate, raising an eyebrow. "Impressive. Remind me not to get on your bad side, Samus. I'm sure you won't take it so easy on me." Rawk said, looking up at Death Mountain "Now that we're in the future, Goron City should be abandoned. We can head to Darunia's chamber and get to the Fire Temple the easy way." He then followed Link, heading up to the start of Death Mountain Trail. "In before the boulders that roll down are explosive or something." Rawk muttered, more of an after thought than anything. He still drew his Cyber Swords. He then focused his concentration, calling forth two Pawns. "So, that's what that does..." he muttered. The Pawns flanked Rawk, ready to defend from a threat.

"Fascinating," The N1-L3 transmitted. [b]"I do believe that we've traveled forward in time. Man, I wish that I'd had more sensors engaged to record the event. I mean, let's see, you'd have to, what, scrunch spacetime up really hard to make it seem like we're traveling really fast for a bit. Or something. But, wait, I didn't record a gravity shift. And it appears to have affected all of us... travelers. So it's both very focused and widespread. I'd say whatever did this is a good chance of being what we're looking for." It paused for a moment, computers crunching. "Although, honestly, whatever caused this event seems less powerful than whatever caused the high-definition resolution event. I mean, whatever did that affected the entire universe."

Did it actually affect all the travelers, though? What about the group that went to Death Mountain? Happily, one of the instruments provided back in the LOK orbiter was a telescope, and swinging that around revealed some people going up a path with a broken gate. The N1-L3 recognized Samus and Link, at any rate. They were making their way up a volcano, past some rolling boulders (hard to tell precisely what they were made of from this distance). It looked like they had a ways to go.

"...oh. I'm an idiot," the N1-L3 transmitted. "I'm gonna be distracted for a bit, guys. Just, you know, knock if you need me."

Presumeably the game had you go into the caldera of the volcano. The N1-L3 vaguely remembered something about a fire temple. Obviously that would be in the molten volcano center. The path to get up there would be long and annoying (inevitably there would be some part involving twisting underground pathways), but the thing was probably wide open from the sky.

And, hey.

He was a rocket.

At the last second, he realized that he'd never actually fired the block A rockets, and didn't the real-life N1's all explode spectacularly, or something? But goddamnit, he was a rocket, and he was going to launch. He started a mental countdown. Well, not so mental.

"30 секунд до пуска," the N1-L3 unintentionally transmitted. Meanwhile, it ran through a mental checklist in its head. (Fuel? Go. Flight Computer? Go. Tracking?) The LK lander rotated so its telescope could track the main rocket. (Go. Mechanical? Go. Network? Well. Sure, Go. I'm a go for launch!)

"10 секунд до пуска." the N1-L3 transmitted. "Запуск ракеты. Пять, четыре, три, два, один, пуск."

Fuel and oxidizer rushed noisily into thirty NK-15 engines. Metallic pops and bangs echoed around the rocket. With great joy, the engines lit. A massive wall of smoke rushed out from the base of the body, glowing from the incendiary fury happening at the base of the thing. Slowly, the rocket began to lift from the ground. The sound generated by the rockets was phenomenal, easily heard from a great distance. So, too, was the plume of burning incandescent burning rocket fuel visible for miles.

Taokafka was about to relent under the gentle petting and solid points of CEG, but as he took one last look at Purple Robot, there was an almost diabolic shift in personality, judging by the stance and expression changes. This was completely understandable, as Purple Robot was just stabbed by one of the guards pretty much completely unprompted for lethal force. Part of Tao said interfere, be it Taokaka or Kafka, but before any of that could happen, he stopped. He couldn't budge, as much as he tried, but luckily, the guard had left, as had pretty much everyone else. Time was advancing incredibly fast right before his eyes, and suddenly. It stopped.

Angry Robot was still there, luckily pretty much fine. His new friends were there too, but suddenly, after positing on their current situation, Rocket Man had started saying something in... Russian, was it? Before Tao could react, his new friend left, leaving only a massive smoke trail. He was going to adventure, and he didn't even bother taking them?!? "What the heck, Rocket Man?" Tao shouted up at the rocket, shrinking into the distance. He sighed dejectedly and shook his head side to side before readdressing the two people still with him. "Well, we'll have a lot more monsters to fight now. We just went to the future, where Ganondorf rules. Luckily, the Hero of Time should take care of that soon. Right now we should probably just start fighting some monsters. If I remember correctly we can't get much more here than Bottled Ghosts, so after we get done killing, objective one should be 'get to Kakriko', that's the village near where Rocket Man took off WITHOUT EVEN GIVING US A WARNING YOU BIG JERK!"

Time paused, right when the guard got smacked in the face with a wine cork, in the eye. Rattlesnake Jack was frozen for some inane reason, and these people were mucking about pretty slow like for Rattlesnake Jack's tastes. However, what he did see was entertaining. Not the demons and all those things, those, were fairly unamusing to Rattlesnake Jack, because it seemed like they were not providing an amusing fight between the lawmen and the strange monsters.

No, what amused Rattlesnake Jack is that he saw that guard getting constantly blasted by wine corks, ever since he fired the first one into his eye. For seven years straight, this guard found himself getting shot by astray corks. At a party he was attending, bam, straight into the eye. Some kids were shooting wine-corks at his head.

Anyway, the time nonsense fixed itself and Jack put his Colts back into their holsters. "Place is dull again pardners, let's go Bombchu Bowlan." Rattlesnake Jack said to the posse around him, ignoring the many changes that happened to the place.

So, the world had changed. Bass would have perhaps found that interesting, but he was far more concerned with finding a way to leave. That said, if his memory served him right, that was going to be difficult, seeing as he had no idea how he got there in the first place. This, perhaps, would be where these... Others could come in. Perhaps they had some idea..? Or perhaps they didn't, considering one of them was apparently wandering off to do... What was it? Bombchu Bowling?

He didn't see much point in wasting his time doing that, so it was probably time to take his leave. Bass gave his arm a shake, and the construct around it vanished, leaving behind, well, an arm. With that, he trailed out of the door, giving the odd creature inside the building a sneer as he went.

Once outside, he took off, slowly at first, and then picking up speed. Where had the cat said they should be headed? Some village? Probably that should be his destination, too. For the time being, he'd gone vertically, more or less. There was a large mountain in the distance - that looked as if it might be the place to go. He resisted the urge to kill the other two - they were far below what might be considered a 'threat', so there was really no point - he'd just leave them alone and something else would probably deal with them. In the meantime, he'd head for the mountain, and hope that something helpful would be there. If not... Well, that could be dealt with if it came to that.

The time speed up....it was weird for Key...but for the earth under her feet, time didnt move at all. It was a conflicting feeling in her, seeing the change in front of her eyes and feeling the lack of change for her inner clock. Closing her eyes for several long moments, to clear her head up.
''Thats so sad, And I planned to go in that bazaar shop.''

"I'm gonna be distracted for a bit, guys. Just, you know, knock if you need me."
She smiled, as the moon launcher transmitted the rockets countdown. Waiting till it came to zero, before a hand went grow out of the earth and gently grabbed the moon lander. Ready to push it around. The Explanation about the game time was helpfully. But there was a tiny bit that catch the attention of the earth summon. Bottled Ghosts, she was a spirit of the earth...a spirit is considered ghost right?....

''Okay lets go out then....but...while we are at it....You dont think Someone would go to bottle random ghost or ghost alike things?'' She wondered, just in time to see one of the trouble maker run off somewhere on his own. There was really no reason to worry for them. '' And Taofka about the rocket man. '' She moved the earth hand on the side moving the launcher in the cat boys face. ''He is still here as you can see...well part of him is here....a distracted part of him. '' She smiled walking back to the gates the earth hand following her, sliding over the ground effortlessly holding the moon launcher securely. It was in front of the ghost shop she stopped and getting a shiver peeking inside. She didnt felt comfortable seeing the poe collector inside, and stepped away from it. ''Lets go fight the monsters outside.'' She hummed kind of wanting to leave the place as soon as possible. Climbing on top of her earth hand as it moved forward.

Willa had been contentedly following along, listening to Talijakey's and Taokafka's comments and observations in silence before something strange happened. Suddenly, everything became an indistinct blur, though Willa stayed perfectly still. The whole experience was extremely unnerving for her, and she glanced around the altered world in puzzlement after it stopped, attempting to regain her bearings. The only thing that Willa could conclude from the peculiar speed-up was that time itself in the video game had advanced. Willa was not sure what to think of that, considering the fact that she had pretty much no idea what she was dealing with other than grass that produced emeralds.

Willa whipped her head around as she heard something resembling a take off-ah, she was right, the sentient rocket was indeed blasting off to who knows where. Willa honestly hadn't been paying attention to anything people had said because she was still disoriented from that sudden time shift, but it was pretty hard to ignore or tune out or simply not notice the boom accompanied by the gas spreading out from the site of the take off.

Turning back to Talijakey, Willa listened, puzzled, as she threw out some random suggestions of what to do next. "I'm up for anything not too terribly dangerous," Willa said with a small chuckle. "I don't understand anything here besides that for some reason this place looks straight from a video game, so if you guys have any knowledge of what the hell we're doing then I'm ready to trust you. Although, let's avoid things that are deadly, alright? It doesn't seem like I've got too many weapons on me, and I can't control the soil or whatever with my mind," Willa continued, adding on another light laugh at the end of her sentence.

"What are the others up to? I know that before this weird time-y thingy happened, they were shooting up guards or whatever, but where are they now?" she asked almost as an afterthought. Willa breathed in deeply, inhaling the strange air. The setting seemed more focused and less pixelated than before, but the video game-esque feel was omnipresent. Willa sighed softly and absentmindedly twirled the hoop between her index finger and thumb again, ready to follow Talijakey and Taokafka to wherever they wanted to go.

"... Also what's a 'Poe Soul'. Sounds awfully dangerous, like what one of them Witch Doctors would sell." Rattlesnake Jack idly glanced at the weird lookin' figure. "Nah, ain't a Witch Doctor. Just some weirdo." He waved his hand at the figure in a dismissive fashion. "Only thin' I'm curious 'bout is where is the bowlan now. Cause, doubt anything new and entertainin' has forged itself." Rattlesnake Jack sighed out of boredom, as he reached towards his Colts and gave them a quick pat. "Oh well, shouldn't be too hard to find the bowling."

"Oh? What fun is this? A Time warp? Ruin and Rumination? Bowling with bombs? Killer birds?!" Chaos gushed, taking in the going ons, his group being in castle town at the time of the fast forward. Being the sort he was, the new things to occupy him distracted his mind from his..well, what he thought were more prudent issues.

Alpha groaned as the time lasp occurred. For him, a large loss of sense of time was.well, the end of a mission. But,this was different. Less surgical. More sudden. "Ugh...feels..kind like getting out of a faulty restpod. time is lost, the body is kept in condition..but, senses register something off." He muttered, checking his implants.
Omega, on the other hand had no particular reaction to the shift. After all, for him, time was but a measurement. A counting of moments, movements, breathes, steps, lives and deaths.

For him, it it had little meaning outside practibility in plans. However, the destruction did trouble him. Seeing invasion bring such devastation, such injustice For the sake of a divine object..it stirred memories he could not forget. Would not forget. He turned from the bombchu bunch.
"Hmmp. Search for your game if you wish. I, however shall find he whom visited this upon the land. And I intend to show this would be tyrant the justice that awaits his kind.." He declared as he began off.

Rattlesnake Jack blinked as he simply tipped his cowboy hat forward towards Omega. "You do that now slick. If'n it'll amuse ya anyhow." He tipped his cowboy hat as he glanced back again at his guns. Apache and Cherokee were still well and good in those holsters, as usual. Rattlesnake Jack offered a simple wave with his right hand to Omega, "Adios slick. Have fun in whatever ya fixin' on choosan ta do." After he finished his wave he lowered his hand back to his side.

Rattlesnake Jack began pacing back and forth, as his spurs were jangling with the steps. Turning upon his heels and walking back the way he came he spoke up. "If'n I were the only source of dang'ol amusement, after some strange events, where would'n I be fixin' ta be?" Rattlesnake Jack glanced up for a slight moment, before lowering his head back to a normal level and continued pacing back and forth.

Okay, so the volcano wasn't that far away. It really didn't call for a suborbital hop outside the atmosphere. But damnit, the N1-L3 was a rocket, and he wanted to fly,

[Confirm Block B separation]
[Igniting Block V]

The atmosphere was mostly below him now. The N1-L3 was in space. And it was glorious. He stopped the burn and re-oriented the engines to face toward Death Mountain. The ascent stages weren't designed for atmospheric re-entry, and so he'd have to brake using the rockets rather than parachutes.

Air pressure began to rise around the downward-pointing rockets. He reactivated them, slowing his descent. Even so, the shockwave beneath the engines ionized, and a brilliant sheath of plasma surrounded the N1-L3 as it descended. Of course, it was also descending through a plume of its own rockets' smoke. Overall, it was rather like watching a fireball descend on Death Mountain. Block V ran out of fuel.

[Confirming Block V separation]
[Igniting Block G]

Much of the N1-L3's bulk had been shed now. It was mostly just a couple of engines and the LOK orbiter. As Block V tumbled down beneath the N1-L3, he couldn't help but suddenly wonder where these ejected stages were going to hit. Hopefully nothing important.

[Confirming Block G separation]
[Igniting Block D]

Block D was the last rocket motor left. It was directly attached to the LOK orbiter; without it, the orbiter was practically immobile. Block G crashed into the caldera with a molten splash. At this point, the N1-L3 had slowed down to the point that it was nearly hovering. It turned Block D's rockets off, and coasted weightlessly the last few meters into the caldera.

"O-oh." Taokafka said, crimson flooding his hooded face. "My bad, hehe. Anyways, I think they only bottle Poes because they have special properties when you eat 'em, or something. Again, a little rusty. Point is I think you and Tao should be fine. Even if somebody tried to bottle you, I'd beat the crap outta them! No one imprisons my friends!" Taokafka said, striking a heroic pose.

"Uh, anyways," Tao said returning to his normal stance. "I suggest we make our way to Kakariko, that's where Bitter Space Lady went, and she seems to know what's going on. Shouldn't be too deadly, just stay close to me and Cute Elf Gal, alright Gymnast Girl? Oh, and I have no idea where those other people that we saw were. Time shenanigans may have messed with there location." Taokafka said, now facing the Castle Town gate. "Everyone cool with going to Kakariko?"

In his hand, the Frenchman held an apple, eyeing it intensely as if studying every vast intricacy of it- moving it around, polishing it and sniffing it before the Frenchman finally leaned his neck over to take a bit. As his mouth receded from the apple, there was a dent- it was plastic. Turning his attention back to the group, Descartes stayed silent, crushing the apple in his hand before tossing it aside.

Descartes scanned his surroundings. "So cat man" Descartes said, addressing Taokafka, "What's the next step of your master plan?"

Ajax just shrugged and let the guards do their thing. Where before he would've been reasonably afraid of men in armor pointing pikes at him, as much as a headstrong biker and brawler could be afraid of another man anyway, in his heart he knew they didn't really have the means to do anything to him even if they tried. He felt powerful beyond any human limit, the sum total of the greatest aspirations behind the very concept of martial arts past, present and future, animalistic power and self sufficiency without need for tools pushed to their extreme. He felt like a legend, a god or demigod or a hero, like great Hercules when he strangled the invulnerable Nemean Lion to death.

After the detonations and the cowboy firing several corks at a single man, it was only logical that the guards would begin their attack, so one of them thrust his pike at Ajax's midsection with no hesitation, though his expression turned to one of shock when the metal point failed to pierce him as if it'd struck a stone wall. The weapon was well made and did not break nor did it bend overmuch, but the guard's fighting spirit was not as strong and had definitely wavered. He stood there, frozen and dumbfounded, holding on to the weapon without even trying to push forth. His comrades now seemed equally hesitant to engage Ajax, as well, though they had the good sense to slowly back off.

Ajax closed the distance between himself and the guard in the blink of an eye. From one end of the pike to the other, all 10 feet of it or so, in a split second. The guard did not suddenly explode nor was he sliced to ribbons or blasted back as if hit by a truck. Only his head snapped sideways, brutally but not enough to break the neck, as Ajax’s left fist connected with his chin with godlike precision, a step-in jab that left the guard collapsing into a twitching ragdoll. And then Ajax was frozen. He could only watch as time accelerated around him and people came went, and eventually the place was abandoned and they were able to move once more, coming to their wits in a strange shop.

Pointedly ignoring the shopkeep after giving him a nasty onceover, he stepped outside along with Jack and the rest of the people who did, examining the change to the surroundings. He liked it better before. "Well bro, if you want excitement, I'd say the place where a fireball crashes down is probably it, huh?" he said as he pointed towards the very visible N1-L3 making its descent.

"Uwoduhi." Rattlesnake Jack said as he glanced up at the strange looking device making its rather visible descent. "It's a form of excitement I grant ya. Personally would like to be hired out by a Railroad Magnate to help protect the train, or maybe hired out by the Shady Rancher to steal his neighborfolk's cattle so they'd be able to buy those o'land rights from under'em." Rattlesnake Jack said with a nod. "'Sides whatever amusement this place was havin' seems ya be gone now." Rattlesnake Jack paused as he cocked his head back glancing at the place. "Yup, duller than an over-used scalper."

Rattlesnake Jack glanced up at the sky where he saw the strange descent. Rattlesnake Jack held out his right hand as he lifted up his index finger. Pausing for a good five seconds he traced the finger down towards the likely land mass where the thing may have landed. Rolling his arms back an forth he glanced back at Ajax. Reaching for the brim of his hat he tipped it towards Ajax, "Mighty kind of ya to point that out." He said tipping his hat back to its proper place.

Rattlesnake Jack began walking towards where he assumed the impact site to be, as his spurs jangled with each step. "Can't imagine y'all folk will wanna stay 'ere. Dull, dark, ain't fun." He said to no one in particular as he scratched around his left ear. "I'm already missan those deputy types. Had a few more shots I wanted ta-do. A'well. Ain't the first time somethin' happened to a good ol playful shootan, and sure as the buzzard strips those sundried carcasses, and the reptile wanderin' in the vast ol sandy dunes, ain't gonna be the last time." Rattlesnake Jack said as he continued walking to the destination he thought would be fun. "Wonder what caused that there ol' ball of fire. Was a biggun I'd reckon."
