Let me make another post for everyone at HS, just to introduce them and shit. Except Nallore, I'll assume his character is sleeping heavily or in training or something, assume those as well for now. And orangebox.

Right Arm: WG-XP2000 mass manufactured Pulse Rifle, a long range semi-auto energy rifle. Has an option to change fire-modes to a 5-round burst for close-combat. 200 rounds.

Left Arm: LS-2001 mass manufactured Laser Blade, an infinitely reusable laser blade primarily used in close-combat.

Shoulder Left: WC-GN230 Grenade Launcher, a folding heavy back unit that mows down enemies in a firestorm. Requires NCM to setup into position to fire accurately in order to dampen the recoil. 15 rounds.

Shoulder Right: WM-S40/2 Small Missile Launcher, shoots a maximum lock of 2 guided rockets equipped with warheads that track their targets and explode upon impact with a solid object. 40 rounds.

NCM Equipment:
Sensor: HD-X1487 array unit, built into the head. It provides a full range of sensors and noise canceler that supports the camera feeds directed to the pilot. However, it does not have radar functionality.

Core Unit: XCL-01, a light-weight core unit with an OB (OverBoost) function. It is housed with a larger and more powerful burst-type booster, thus allowing the NCM to move at high speeds for a short duration.

Generator: GBG-10000, a high powered generator that boasts to have one of the highest energy output in the market coupled by a low Redzone.

Fire Control System: TRYX-QUAD, allows the NCM a maximum of 6 lock-on targets with a wide horizontal sight.

Booster: B-VR-33 primary booster, the standard booster used to achieve temporary flight and higher traversing speeds as opposed to walking.

Personality & Short Bio:
Enigmatic and aloof, Nine was a survivor of a child-experimentation program that harnesses the yet underdeveloped growth of the adolescent human brain. The goal of the program was to engineer child-soldiers that were able to adapt to higher stress-levels induced by excessive NCM implants. As such, she has lost the capability to portray emotions. She frequently speaks in a way which makes little sense to other people and doesn't finish her thoughts.

Considered by her supervisors as one of the least promising subjects, she was eventually liberated by Howling Sands agents, hoping to incorporate the Ruling Company's own weapons against them.

I don't know why but the appearence image for 'Nine' creeps me the fuck out.

Approved, though. I'd bump up the pulse rifles' 'ammo' to 250 or so, energy weapons have plenty in this RP.

And hahahahah Nine.. piloting the Bahl. Nine. Bahl. I git it.

Remove the overbooster though, and lessen the grenade launchers' ammo to eight. At start you ARE using relative pieces of shit.

Damnit, and I thought I was being pretty vague about it XD Aye, I'll update with those changes :)

Also, Nine's looks is another artists' depiction of the ever famous murderous loli Alfimi from SRW:OG. I figured this illustration has one that suited my character's lack-of emotions best. The others has Alfimi in a creepy smile lol

I'm thinking of making Rei into her own char and giving her a long range support mech since we kinda need both more girls and more diversity in mechs. Am I allowed too?

Also, will we all still be having the visible cybernetic implants or are they internal for the most part and we still look human?

Since everyone is allowed to have a theme song at this point, whenever I post that one in the IC, your character is allowed to go maximum badass for just that post. HOWEVER, if Howling Sands' theme is posted, EVERYONE is allowed to go maximum badass for one post.

Y'know, for giggles.

Edit: Sure thing Echos, and now , nah the basic cybernetic implants aren't all that noticeable, but as I said you can gt more for more badassness but then you turn less and less 'human'

Sounds awesome! I can imagine the part when Ruling Company sends out their squad of experimental child soldiers (aka Nine's ex-mates) against her, with the newfound power of love and trust, she eventually triumphs over them on the brink of death. (gdi this sounds so shounen now XD)

NCM Description: When it is in biped form the Tiger Viper stands at a fairly large height, when it is in jet form it takes on the size of the average fighter jet. It has orange and black stripped pattern on the top, with black or grey colored on the underside. It was a very experimental prototype from Toyomomi Technology Corp primarily used for stealth and recon operations. When in jet form it is considerably three times faster then most average aircraft, but when in jet form it sacrifices firepower for speed. When it is in biped form it is still able to fly but is on average speed as any other NCM but adds more firepower.

NCM Equipment: Equipped with a an experimental stealth module which makes it completely invisible to any forms of radar for a short amount of time, also contains jammer equipment.

Nothing wrong with have a bunch of girls since 1) its a nice break from the alternative and 2) laws of mecha anime demand that there have to be a bunch of girls as pilots and have their relationship with some other character be a source of strenght/grief/reason for living. On another note, Rei will be getting a name chnage but her mech will be a three legged energy-based sniper NCM

Shogun Executioner

A massive tri-pedal walker made by TTC, what ever it cannot cut or stomp to bits will be atomized by its Ground Stasis Shocker Unit which disables anything it doesn't take out.

London Monitor

A monstrous mech that bring death and destruction wherever it walks. Towering at the height of some skyscrapers, it is the BUA's secret WMD, armed with hundreds of missiles, machine guns, cannons, flamethrowers and the "Magma Carta" Particle Beam. Death from this isn't a simply bullet to the head with this beast.

I'm gonna stick to the weapons I got but i'll edit the speed if you need me to. I might make the weapon more like the BR or DMR from Halo I dunno.
