What? You suggest the deal and now you're backing of from it? Anyway, you can do whatever you want. Chikage just want you all to lady low for a time and her name the damage from the battle. She'll have to day that an earthquake hit the city to her newspaper contacts. Meanwhile you can go and relax.

It's not a shadow, just her in another body. I had one idea for her, that's why I did that. But first, I have to see if Yamato would do it or not.

Ok, of he really choices to fire with her. I have another idea, you two should meet with one of the most legendary beasts of all, in way to the world of dead.

The Phoenix, and she'll give both of you a chance to try again. Just like she did to Orihime's ancestors in the past. Though your characters will probably be reborn as babies and out of the RP in the foreseeable future. Which is a shame, since Yamato is one of my favorites, bit is much more sweet and you can use them again on another game I'll be doing after this one ends.

What do you think?

The problem is that you'll have to do another character and I'd like to avoid that, but of there's no other way, so be it.

That's fine. Yamato was a great character, and I did enjoy writing him, but his storyline did come to an end. It would have been a worse fate for him to linger afterwards.

Besides, Overlords are destined to die before their conquest comes to fruition.

I was going to save that as their ultimate fate after the final battle, but I got a little eager in the idea of making Orihime into a half doll. At least, they can still show up in the epilogue. Even then, it saddens me to see Yamato go.

Now, that I think about it, this really became a Romeo and Juliet-like tragedy in the end.

Well damn. Shiina's in for a nasty surprise when she wakes up to see her team all but diminished at this point. First Eos, and now Yamato. Maybe it's easier on the vampire's conscience if she stay unconscious.
