Alright, I can probably just edit it so I can keep the Sundancer afloat and pull the Hunter down with seperate Points instead of pulling them both with one Gravity Point. Is everyone fine with that?

Or at least slow the Sundancer's descent and try and pull the Hunter down

Well, just keep in mind, if The Hunter goes down so does the Sundancer because of those chains

Just let's hear the GM ruling om all this. What the GM says goes, then we can go on with our lives.

Ok, here's how I understand what's going on:
@Stormlight3 attached the hunter's ship to the pirate ship through harpoons. We'll say harpoons are able to reach the other ship because they're propelled by fire magic, which basically makes them rockets.
Then @NarcissisticPotato turned off pirate ship's engines and began free-falling, dragging the hunter ship with it.
However, the hunter ship still has its engines active. This slows down the descent of both ships, but they are still going down. In my opinion the ships won't crash but just have a rough landing with some damage.
Afterwards, @RoflsMazoy activated two gravity points, one above the pirate ship to slow it down (and more or less stop) and the other below the hunter's ship to speed up its fall.
Lastly, @Lord Santa began punching the harpoons out. He only got one out for now, so situation hasn't changed, but once they're out Sundancer will begin falling again and the hunter ship will have to deal only with gravity point.

I don't have a problem with lv.5 gravity point being able to pull an entire ship to it, but its pull will then be freakishly strong. How the hell is Gaon not getting pulled into it as well?

Also, I'm administering nerfhammer to anima overflow. Choose:
2 posts per fight (assuming there's some pause between fights) or 5 posts per day with being able to turn it off-on however you want.
Regardless of which you choose, after its duration is over all your spells drop to lv.1 and your body becomes weaker and slower.
Because this is coming mid-fight, the backlash won't happen this fight only.

@Medjedovic
I was told there was a large distance between the two ships and I put him somewhere in that distance. I guess I should say that he moved away from the Sundancer somewhat.

As for Anima Overflow, I'll probably pick 2 posts per fight because it would make more sense. I'll go ahead and edit stuff now.

EDIT: Also, I think I'll be able to manage the aftereffects for this fight depending on what happens. We'll see I guess.

EDIT 2: Also, Gravity Point's range of pulling is actually limited, as in the pull just stops at a certain distance

But just like gravity, it gets stronger the closer it gets to the centre of the source.

What I really want to know is, how long will the Zero Graviga expy last? Because if it stays there for the whole time, I think we may have a problem with the balance beams.

I would think it'll last until Anima Overflow expires, because all my spells would have to dissipate when Anima Overflow expires.

But if it's a problem, just tell me the problem, and I'll see what I can do.

So the way that actual gravity works, if he made these gravity points... Wouldn't the ships just stop and float once they got to the points? And after they dispersed, just start falling again?

@simj22
The GM gave me the choice of 5 per day or 2 per fight and I chose two per fight. They'll end my by my next post.

@Desire
Yes, probably. Although the Hunter was flying on it's own, it'll probably just resume flying afterwards.

So, how exactly is the Mord running around a vertical ship punching out the harpoons? Surely he'd be getting thrown around like everyone else. I get the feeling that you think your ship is upright, but we're both falling.

Though this may seem rude of me, but hold all of your horses until I post. Pretty please with chocolate chip cookies. I'll bake them for you. <3 I have to read through everyone's posts, and then think out a post for myself. It may take a little bit of time, but I'm going to prioritize it this morning before I get busy again later on today.

The Sundancer has shut it's engines off so it's probably falling almost vertically towards the ground. We're still attached by harpoons to them meaning we're going with them. The cherub used his gravity points to make it so we're now below the sundancer and they're above us, which would pull our boat up due to the harpoons, then Sundancer would continue falling due to no engines and once more pull us down but due to our engines being on, that slows our descent meaning that the Sundancer would fall past us due to no engines, and we'll both be once again in the same position as the start.

Okay. So right now the Sundancer is vertical and just about stationary, maybe crawling up slightly. We're tilted slightly and falling very slowly due to our engines and the gravity point. Right?

Oh, I didn't notice. Well, that won't stop him from trying, but I'll need to edit that. But the assuming the gravity points are still up, there's one above the Sundancer, right?
