From the shadows stepped a fairly shadowy figure. The legendary vampire slayer Kami no Kage, leader of the Purge. The fellow moved with inhuman grace, and even Ved had almost missed him. There was a moment of silence before Kami spoke, as if he were sizing up the half-human hybrid in front of him. Ved could sense that if he made a wrong move here, he would suddenly find himself facing a very dangerous enemy, perhaps more than he could handle.

[Your job will be a simple one.] Kami was straight to the point, going over the description with no sign of interest or anxiety. He gave the description, name, as well as possible locations for the target. Affiliations were also mentioned, as well as a rather strange condition, although ved didn't complain. [If you succeed in this task, without fail, you will be granted the rewards you seek. Should you be discovered or fail to complete your mission, we will disavow your existence, and you will be killed.] There was no room for rejection, nor was there room to think this over. The options were simple. Success, or death.

[An initial monetary sum has been forwarded to your account. This will cover any costs you will meet in search of your quarry, including the acquisition of any gear you feel is necessary. After this point, we will no longer be in contact until you have completed your task, and you will be unable to request assistance. Should my subordinates discover you, I will not be able to prevent them from killing you, so you fate is your own.]

"Sounds good. But your going to have to pickme out an outfit and tell me if I look good."
Chantelle lit a cigarette and grinned, leaning back into the chair and looking over the troops.
"Although i want to accompany you with your freelancer travels. Dont like being alone. Gets boring babe."
She unbuttoned her top two buttens of her shirt, letting the sun bounce off her pale skin. The blood still onher lips as sheclosed her eyes and giggled.

It was a good thing Blood was still helping Medbay evac, otherwise he'd be pissed. "Copy, what about the bomb?" Blood replied to Carolina. "Alright, I need a team of medics topside ASAP, Ford and Wyoming are injured, Carolina's orders."

The evacing medical team hesitated, "NOW!" Blood shouted. "Yes, sir!" One shouted and rushed the others along, Blood sat in one of the chairs in the lobby and heaved a heavy sigh. If there was going to be some kinda emergency he'd rather be top-side killing something that helping evacuate these people, people he barely cared about.

Gabriel smiled, as he looked over. "My dear, you would look good in a burlap sack. Such loose criteria could not possibly be used to judge your attire. How could mere clothes fulfil the standard you set?" He chuckles, sitting back and sipping his drink. "You are free to follow me wherever you wish, the company would be greatly appreciated. I must admit, simply wading through the mortals gets drull sometimes, and on occasion even the sweet taste of Orphan Blood gets old. it's been a while, since I've had someone to talk to, on the way."

Gabriel's eyes narrowed, as he sensed a plane landing. On it was an unconscious mind, as well as a void he knew all too well. Not a mind, as he usually perceived them, but rather an empty space where he knew a mind belonged. An infuriating lack of presence, like an awkward pose at the end of a sentence. He needed to consciously refrain from trying to break it, he knew all too well the futility of attempting to break through Mithias' impregnable mental defenses, even with his powers. The child had inherited a strength quite opposite to his sire. Although, from what he perceived of Hank's mind, the mind control had merely skipped a generation.

"Speaking of which, my dearest son appears to have landed on the island. Would you like to accompany me, as I go out to meet him? I believe he's planning to introduce me to my grandchild." Smiling, he holds out a hand to help Chantelle up, even as he moves to leave. He's retrieved a long gold cane, one of his favorite pieces of attire. His sense of fashion had lagged behind the times a bit, although nobody was prepared to tell him.

Chantelle grabbed his hand and nodded, taking her glass with her as they began to walk. Her eyes looking up at him then back ahead.
"My lineage hasnt contacted me since the war.either dead or hiding i guess. Grandson ay. Your getting old Gabriel."
Winking, she squeezed his hand and licked the blood off her lips. Her hair swaying in the gentle breeze, her eyes now at their usual colour.

Vampires bled as well as any human.
Though clung to their claims of immortality,
They seemed to fear the possibility of being wrong.
So they feared not death, but being Mortal.
Weak, disposable, a waste of blood.
Who dares awaken the Red Dragon?

But to contact Bedivere was foolish. Dangerous even given his current activity in eliminating the world of lesser vampires. A human had tried to play with him once, and with a spectacular display of just how insignificant the human was in the grand scheme of his game, Bedivere brushed him off. Alive, having entered the Lion's Den, and left it unscathed. Though perhaps not without the knowledge of just who it was he dealt with as Bedivere's patsy committed suicide with a spoon, repeated stabbing himself without question or hesitation until the young vampire died. The old blood commanded obedience, for those who would not kneel shall die, those who fail to serve after they knelt, shall die. A small mercy to let a human live, but after the show it appeared the human never bothered to try to contact Bedivere again.

And this, message from a vampire. One which was routed to the remains of Bedivere's agents, and from there passed on to his superior, and finally passed on to the sire himself. Did these young bloodlings think that someone as old and archaic as Bedivere would have a cellphone on his person? No, this was done by the old ways. Not quite carrier pigeon, but a formal report by the standing agent as Bedivere returned to the Whispering Oak Tavern to converse with an Old Friend.

"And what do you think Merlin? I have waited long enough for Arthur, and so have you. We must learn to move on, and I have begun the process of removing the competition. The throne would suit me and I would uproot you to act as my advisor. Soon the world shall be as we envisioned. Eternal. Avalon. What is a few humans and vampires killed for the benefit of the future at stake? And though I have not seen Mithias for long, it pains me to keep him in the dark from these activities. He shall remain blameless of it all, innocent as the future songs shall tell of our tale. They had made you and I into legends, so too will they..." An interruption from his dialogue. Or rather perhaps monologue as he spoke to a giant Oak Tree in the middle of the Tavern. "What is it? Speak quickly."

"M'Lord, An Adam o’Neal is seeking your audience. His dossier sir- An Old blood, about two centuries your junior, CEO of the Yamada Corporation. Medical supplies Mogul. Sent a list of Recent events in his involvement, if I may sir, someone has been a naughty boy. Should we devote resources towards counter measures?"

"No, With my grip on the Isle loosening, we must maintain the efforts to regain lost sectors. Once Greater Britannia is ours, we can turn our attention to the lesser goals of other vampires. I shall deal with him personally, send a courtesy message in reply, with bottle of George. Now, do you not have more important work to do than to bother me with trivial affairs not related to the recapturing of the nation?"

Hawaii. For an old blood, he seemed to be rather lax. Perhaps later that evening they will have a little tete-a-tete. There was much work to be done, and it was only dusk in Wales. Meaning still noon in Hawaii. There was the loophole after all of night and day. For as long as Bedivere kept travelling with the nightfall, his powers could only grow...

Shorebirds chirped outside as a pack of them flew past the open window. Mithias stood looking out at the lowering orange sun. He always did like to watch the horizon. Mithias was cleaned from his previous coating of flesh-colored makeup. His skin once again appearing as its natural alabaster. Waves kept crashing in the distance lazily. The thought to never go back to the real world crossed his mind as he looked back at Hank.

Hank was on a table. Several blood bag were hooked up, emptying through plastic lines into his veins. He had really put the poor fledgling out.

Finally, consciousness began to return to Hank and his dreams faded from memory.

"Good morning, Hank." Mithias said from the window, familiar golden eyes finding his son's. "You've been out for 3 days (fudge the time continuum for me, k thanks.). How are you feeling?"

Silver sat down beside him. She watched the crazy fray around them. Pulling her feet up in the chair, sort of sitting like a dog, she looked over at him. Silver never had felt this way before, this sympathy. She could feel is anger, like a tidal wave against herself. Maybe she could distract him from what is going on above.

"Blood. I am very curious about all of this... So many questions. Like, what is a 'nuke'? Or what is it you actually do here? And what are they going to do to me..." She let out a sigh, hanging her head low. "Is there anyway I can help? I've never really helped, though, just killed. But I could try."

Hank sat up and shrugged. "Not sure, almost nuked a city. But... Didn't." Hank looked around. "Where are we?" Seemed warm, though... It was nice out. There was a beach, calm skies. "Wait... Did you say three days?" Mithias nodded.

Hank stood up and started walking around. "So we're going to meet who ever it is that's going to help me?"

Hawaii Beach

Adam would chuckle as he closed off his phone and shuffled into a more comfortable position on the sunbed. He knew that Bedivere was a mad king seeking a mad throne. However they both shared the same obstacle - The Vampire Council, who, if things go to plan will aid in the full resurrection if Alucard; willingly or not. And maybe hearing his name for the first time would awake the long lost loyalty that Adam had banked most of his plans on.

Mithias smiled and leaned against the wall, watching the birds' facial expressions as they argued over a clam on the beach. "We're in Hawaii. It's a fine place to get away to. My father... comes here often."

Mithias really hadn't told Hank much about Gabriel. Not even his name. "he's the one I am seeking to help you."

Ved
"Sir."
He stated singularly, moving to an awaiting motorcycle. Punching in an address listed from the Purge director into the touchscreen on the cycle, revved his engine and he drove, his first step in any assassination process was to locate a member of the family or a close friend. With luck he could find them, in a single go. He drove quickly, the speedometer never going under 130 miles per hour, and without a single stop, he arrived in a matter of hours.

Hank and Tony's Home

He kicked in the door, a rifle in front of him, waiting to threaten anyone who came into his field of vision. He sweept the entrance, then slowly made his way through the house. After a thorough search he moved into one of the bedrooms (hanks) and began to search a desk covered in stacks of paper and photographs. Lifting up a photo he saw two men, standing next to each other with large smiles, he looked on the back and saw the caption "Tony and Hank." He thought to himself. "One of these men are my target. Perhaps I should send them a message."

Several minutes later, he walked out of the now burning house, with the message, I'm coming for you, carved into the top of the mailbox.

@2b3heart Blood sighed again, snapping out of his momentary stupor. "A nuke is a bomb designed a while ago to level entire major cities and kill anything in it. Just. Boom, nothing remaining. Kinda fuckin' cool, wouldn't mind watching one go off, downside is that'd be something you could only see once..for 5 seconds.." He told her. "Project Freelancer is an orginization dedicated to stopping Purge and anyone who aligns themselves with them or aides them. Although, with the information from you about Yamada keeping you prisoner and setting you free to slaughter an entire city....they just might be next on the chopping block."

While he remembered Blood caught one of the medics rushing off to aide Ford and Wyoming, "Wyoming is dead, bring a body bag. See to Ford ASAP." The man nodded slowly in reply.

"And as for helping, not much you can do right now, unless of course you're an expert in the field of medicine. My knowledge of it for humans is a hole anywhere in you that wasn't there since birth is...generally a poor idea. About it." Blood said, laughing lowly. "Although, you might be able to help against Purge and possibly Yamada, at-least information wise if you know anything. It was a pain in the ass to get ya to calm down last time, wouldn't risk having you fight."

Removing his helmet and catching one of the medics that was evac'ing to the lower levels he handed it to him, "Give this to Gus, tell him and the rest to resume normal function. Bomb is dis-armed."

Blood shooed him away and he rushed off hurridly. Leaning back in his chair, Blood resumed his conversation with Silver. "So, tell me, were you always imprisoned by Yamada?"

Ford

Ford walked into the barracks after he was patched up... again. Ford knew he was in deep shit, he killed one of his own. "Dammit, what am I going to do now?" Ford sat down on his bed and grabbed one of the beer bottles from under his bunk. He wasn't supposed to drink on the job, though as far as he could see it he was off duty. "What did you do now? Swear at a commanding officer?" South, Ford wasn't a fan of south, she was young and acted like she was smarter then everyone else.

Ford looked over to Agent South. "Not now, Don't bug me again." She laughed. "Damn, you really did do something to piss off someone. Come on tell me what you did." Ford took another sip from the bottle. "Leave. Me. Alone." She walked over to Ford. " You can tell me Or I can tell Carolina you're drinking in the Barracks again?" Ford smashed the bottle on the dresser and held the broken end like a knife to South's throat. "I said shut up and leave me alone."

Hank

Hank looked over to Mithias. "So... The guy who turned you. He's here, and you think he can help?" Hank didn't know much on most vampires specifically. But he knew Mithias came from a stronger blood line then many vampires. So Hank was... Questionable about this guy. "So. When do we meet him?"

Tony

Tony after putting up a fight with the pilot finally agreed to get a ride back to Hank's cabin. He had to be dropped off in town but that was only 14 miles. Still sucked.

When Tony got to the cabin he saw the flames... well charcoal now. "Oh shit..." Tony looked around to see what had caused it. Then he saw it, on the Mailbox. "I'm coming for you" Tony stood in Horror, He had to warn Hank. Though before he had the chance to run to the emergency box Hank had Tony's legs were starting to move as if on their own. "Dammit!" Tony knew where he was going, he owned a small property that he use to go hunting on a few years ago, that was the closest thing to Home that was still standing.

In theory Tony could try to break from Hanks command, though he was took tired and weak to put up much a fight. So he had about 674 miles left until he would be able to contact Hank.

Ford tossed the half a bottle to the side. "Ya, still feels weird... Was nice being able to always have someone to talk to." Ford sat down on his bunk again. " Ford respected North, Which was the only reason he didn't lose it on his sister every second of the day. "I had Theta, he's a nice one. Though it's a pain to read when he's bored. He's either asking all the time what's going on or explaining to me. Kinda miss it already..." Ford landed his fist into the beam for the bunk. "Dammit Wyoming!"

"Wait John what happened to Wyoming and what do you mean you miss Theta already" North said looking up from the bunk. He was Genuinely intrigued now. The Director Rarely took AI's back from Agents and Ford really didnt look the kind to Fuck up that Badly. But what intrigued him more was what had happened to Wyoming, the guy Rarely got hit and had never been one to go off of the Mission Criteria

Allison was leaning against the wall smoking her cigarette while she watched all the other staff that came to the lower levels. I hope they got everything under control up there, a nuke has a huge devestating power even down here. Once the message of the defused bomb reached the lower levels she put her cigarette out and headed back upside. On her way she happened to see the guy from before when they headed to the lower levels. "Hey, where can I find the private rooms? Katya's to be more specific."
