Name: Markus "Storm Caller" Silver
Species: Evolved Human
Age: 23
Appearance: Fairly average male, most often seen in baggy pants of some description and a sleeveless vest of various descriptions and most often with arm guards and most often some form of small, thin shoes.
Abilities:
Storm Magi: Able to summon clouds, powerful winds, thunderclaps, and most commonly: lightning of various levels depending on his surroundings and electrical charge with the ability to channel it through his body to create a similar effect to the power within from dark souls, degenerating his body but allowing him to move much faster and hit harder than normal. He does also have a similar form for the opposite spectrum, converting his entire body into energy in order to move through metals and mostly used to dodge attacks and move incredibly fast (considering he's pure energy in this state, he can move rather fast) however, is unable to attack due to not actually having a physical form to punch people in the face with.
Tartaros upbringing: growing up in tartaros left Markus quite a bit stronger than the average person of other universes, allowing him to have roughly 4x the strength of a normal man despite his build, allowing him to throw around the body builders of most average universes like they were bouncy balls.
Martial arts Master: while he may not look it, Markus is the master of a martial art specifically developed to work with his magic in mind, there being three styles: Rolling thunder, which focuses on hard, fast strikes in an attempt to shatter the opponent. Hammer and nail, which focuses on opening up the opponent's vitals using electric shocks before using focused strikes to cripple them. Claws of the hurricane: while the most rarely used due to it's nature, this particular style is done using an open handed stance with violently rotating, high pressure winds in order to cause controled, explosion-like bursts of energy which, when comboed with the strikes from the hammer and nail techniques, almost always results in disintegrating limbs.
Weaknesses:
Trickster: frankly, Markus is more likely to prank someone rather than try to beat them up, often resulting in aggravating, yet hilarious outcomes
Soft hearted: when paired with trickster, this often results in Markus drawing on his opponent's faces rather than killing them, which, to quote dune: "the salt must flow" and flow it shall, because he almost always has a permanent marker that will take a good month to wear off.
Ladie's man: while this, paired with trickster, resulted in more than alot of slaps when he was youngers, markus is a sucker for women and will almost never fight them even if they try to kill them, more often than not just dodging them and trying to pickpocket their phone to get their number.
Tail: while it is a rather useful thing, stepping on it hurts like a bitch.
Divine Weapons user: alot less awesome than it sounds, this is a rough translation of a martial arts term which basically means he will almost never use a bladed or pointed weapon, resulting in rather hilarious situations where he literally fought his way out of an entire city guard from a dungeon with nothing but a broom, which, as you can probably imagine, was hard as hell for said guardsmen to explain to their superiors why they were beaten by a teenager weilding a broom when they were in full plate weilding claymores.
Bio:
Born and raised in a world without light, breezes, or even a sky to look up at, Markus always felt a bit astranged to everyone else, always reveling in the stories of the great blue thing travelers called "the sky" on their journies to gilden, but having never seen one, it made his placement... a bit of an upset. Every youth in gilden goes through a graduation test to determine their magic and apptitude towards certain jobs, yet markus was... strange, able to summon clouds, great buffets of wind, and even lightning in a place without sky, his test left him with practical exile: unplaceable. While most would be distraught at this, markus was not, as it simply meant he could leave the virtual hell hole he saw the city as and finally see the skies with his own eyes rather than just having to listen to second hand accounts.
